Describe your activity and potential punishment history as a player of the server: I've been warned/kicked and temp ban a few times in 2020 of srp, I was just joining srp again after around two-years of not playing srp, I was new again and didn't know all the basics rules and stuff. my last warning, kicking and banning was around August-September of 2020 ever since I haven't really gotten banned or kicked on the server, I have no warnings as for right now and I'd like to keep it that way!! I'll finish reading the rules not just the basics and see what happens from there.

What is your timezone and country of residence?: mountain standard time
What previous experience do you have working in a team that would outshine other applicants?: I have experience of working for the event team on another role-play server. I was only event team for a few months over there and recently resigned, the experience I had over there was actually fun! we had meetings, we went into a vc and started planning the events, what'll it'll be about and what would be there, there was a picture-like thing over there where the stuff would be put and was labeled which was which, we had a google doc about the events that were planned out.
Please provide three (3) event suggestions which would work for our server:
we could do a tsunami event! everyone could get to a high level and the building would slowly start collapsing, everyone can run down stairs and if people get hurt during the tsunami the ems would come and help, the police could also come and help with people missing after the tsunami, the aftermath may be disappointing but everything could be put back together just the way it was! everyone could help each other out, if one is stuck in a building that had collapsed they could do /carry if they have any injuries they could be taken to ems!
I have a school event in mind, we could do a fire-drill event!! someone could set a fire somewhere in the school (staff-member or just a regular srp player) the fire-drills would soon go off and everyone would run outside of the school. this is like a typical school fire-drill but on minecraft? everyone would be waiting outside, the ems would come over with hoes and stuff or buckets of water and try to take out the fire but uh oh! it gets a little bit bigger and out of control!! more ems would come over and try to fight the fire! once the fire is out the ems or police would check and see if there is any other fires and how bad the damage was from the fire, if its really bad school could be cancelled for the rest of the day and if its not that bad the school could continue! yet there may still be some smoke so everyone would have to be outside meaning classes would be attending outside if someone wants to host a class.
beach-party event! there would be a beach party event at the beach and the whole town of Karakura would be invited the this event, there could be food stands as well as other stands selling things that could be anything! there would be a stage up front and moving forward there would be a karaoke mainly known as a talent show! anyone that wants to join on with the talent-show could go up on stage and start singing away! or doing any other talent they'd love to show, they're would be an outfit or costume literally those are like the same thing and they would be a "who wore the best beach outfit! contest" the one who wins could win around 1k yen there would be three winners the first winner would receive 1k yen and possibly the fundraiser rank, the second winner would receive about 900 yen and obviously the third winner receives 800 yen, to the ones that don't win won't really receive any thing at all and would have to pretty much deal with the defeat there would also be a photo-booth! each photo is $10. if you'd like to receive the picture themselves (sending it in dms through discord if they have it) is another $10 which would cost 20 yen overall.
Just thought of this one, how about a hide and seek event? srp staff + faculty could hide around the map!! there would be a chest full of book and quilts so then everyone has to get a signature from each person they have found, if they cheat they would be disqualified from the game and would have to carry on with their day of being disqualified, the first person to receive all of the signatures wins $200k. afterwards there could be more rounds but with lesser yen moving onwards with the rounds, it would go up to 100k to around 50k? and the people that don't get all of the signatures in time within all of the rounds they'd have to pretty much taste the defeat.
