How did you get into SRP?

I found two YouTubers doing a mini-series within SRP, these two being HaydenBlake and OveqStories‬! The two of these got me to play the server, and finally, I joined it. I still go and watch their videos from time to time, and see how SRP has changed from then, wonderful experience. You should go check them out, I think they both don't do the roleplay stuff anymore but you can still find the videos on SRP!

I was really into Minecraft roleplay series on YouTube when I was younger. Samgladitator, Aphmau, ItsFunneh, and Ryguyrocky are some of the most memorable YouTubers. Once I got my first PC in 2021, the first thing that I did was get Minecraft and I found SRP. I played for around a week or two, but eventually, I stopped playing because it was hard to talk to people on the server. I then joined back in July of 2022 and that's when I really got into it.

I first joined in 2020. I played for a few days trying to get into it but i had some problems with getting people to actually rp with. Then real life hit and i had to move houses so i left then like 3 months later i got back into it. And i have been playing since i joined cause i found it online and did some research and then just decided to try it

Back in my youth, four years ago I was a bedrock player, and I was ALWAYS on that one server with the schoolrp on it, I made so many friends, but then I lost my bedrock account. I was so sad, and made a new one but never found my old friends, a little while later in the year I finally got Java, I played Hypixel one time and hated it, and began looking for a sirvival server I’d enjoy. I then later decided I wanted to try roleplay again, so I began looking it took a while but I eventually found SRP, which I’ve now been playing for around four years :D

In the spring of the year 2024 (eww newgens) I got burned out on normal Minecraft gameplay. I had just got into DnD, so roleplays on the top of my mind 24/7. I opened the feather launcher and saw a interesting looking title. ”Roleplay Hub”
Roleplay? In minecraft?!? That sounds so cool!
And then I’ve never been able to leave

I was looking for a way to waste time in earlier 2020, but when covid came around I needed something to fill the time! I later quit for a year and returned and stayed due to the friend I had made

I got my first PC and just randomly started looking up servers. I've had an awesome experience just watching this community grow and improve.

Ironically I had just quit playing a different game and was tired of only having hypixel to RP on, so went scrolling on a website I use to frequent to find Minecraft servers and stumbled upon SRP. I selected one of my random OC's I had at the time and got hooked and have been stuck here since.

Ive been around a whole bunch, and I searched for ANY space I could write and create within, even since I was young. When I was around 11, I had begged my mom to get me minecraft (Java) on her computer so I could play with people- somehow I came across this server, fell in love for a while and I'm sure I played a long time, though, but I don't imagine i was active. . (I just don't remember the beginnings all too well..) I've been a bit on-and off the server ever since, basically it caught me into it's grasp instantly, and I've been playing! It's hard to remember the intricate details, but that's the basis! the jaws of this server have had me for a while now....
