Describe your activity on the server:
I've been extremely into gang roleplaying for the last 10+ months, after having a hiatus in 2020. When I returned in August 2023, I knew nothing about the rules and activities. However, I decided to give the server another go. I consider myself to be an excellent writer and hope to improve even more. General RP conversations allow me to greatly develop my talents. I have real-world duties at night that keep me away from the server, but I still spend about 5-6 hours on SRP during the day. I like everything from general RP to gang roleplaying to simply hanging out with pals. 2025 is when I return back into the criminal world and decided to once again play to see if I can reach my goal of domination within the criminal world. Sometimes I can be a crybaby with issues about GangRP and formats of rules, yes I have taken a look over all covers of CrimeRP and each induvial things that has been written in the server rules.
My activity within the server as been improving as I've been getting back on and helping fellows friends work on there gangs as a friend. Taking on activity with server lets talk about myself, I've haven't been the best with words and let alone being good with staff with issue within SRP and I've taken a lot to heart and tell myself every time, you have to move forward, keep going and stop putting your self down in the hole. Even when Yonio still being on the roster for the staff team, I've gotten Banned from GangRP for 7 days and fell down to my lowest as I loss all motivation and work ethic by playing this server, so within those 7 days I told myself that I can become someone better and take my ass right back up to Yonio and apologized which I did before his department with staff.

What is your motivation for applying?:
The Motivation for applying as a lawyer is not only to serve justice to the criminals of this would, but to bring everything as it holds down in the courtroom. Taking everything I know as being a Lawyer can really improve my DetailRP, interactions with players, and make me one of the best lawyers to ever step into a courtroom. For applying I really want to be creative and put a lot into detailing, story creating, and expanding roleplay as a whole new style of roleplaying than just detail. For working day to day to achieve the goal I’ve been looking forwards to it create a whole new life to Karakura’s Courtroom. As a GangRPer I would like to take myself to the next level and open up to everyone that I can take up the challenge of me being a professional lawyer.

What are your goals for being in Government Faction?:
There are two reasons that I want to take my character and put myself in this position.
OOCLY:
My goal is to improve my role-playing experience by advancing my character to better DetailRP. As an experienced GangRPer, I intend to increase my engagement into other factions, therefore contributing a significant quantity of interesting content to the community. I have a thorough awareness of Karakura's rules and legislation, which prepares me well for this new enterprise. By looking at my application for a legal position, I feel I can provide a unique viewpoint that will enrich not just my interactions with other players, but also their in-game experiences. My purpose is to help people navigate their trial and court dates with better ease and knowledge. I want to change how players see and experience the position of an attorney in Karakura. As a lawyer, I would use my knowledge of the law to give detailed advice and support to defendants, plaintiffs, and witnesses. My participation would ensure that the courtroom is a source of clarity, impartiality, and education. By taking on this job, I would be able to provide a fresh and expanded perspective on the legal process, making it more accessible and interesting for all parties involved.

In your own words, describe the different roles of the Government Faction:
As a lawyer, my work is more than just helping individuals win lawsuits and schedule court appearances. Meeting with clients, filing orders, and working on the front desk. But, in order to take my representation to the next level, to obtain clients and own up to the fact that there is only one person who can take complete action into trial, I must not only pledge my faith in them, but also to the acts that they have requested in court. Also, gathering facts, files, and material that I may use in courtrooms would assist me comprehend the process of applying for this post. Taking notes on what the witness stated while interacting with the players.
As Government is to set rules but also to make sure that everyone is safe within the city. Governor's job to hand out Official IDs for to the people, marriage officialization, Businesses/Corporation are legalized. This just a few of the things a Governor will do. As well as these tasks in their day-to-day schedule they will also hold speeches for the citizens of the community to pass on any new information regarding changes or that are to come towards the base of time spent or promoting their campaign within the elections. Governors will also oversee court cases and document the case.
As Judge has similar duties to Governor, duties pertaining to attending trials as the judge(s) of said trial, issuing warrants for the arrest of a citizen or searching of property, reviewing cases ranging from civil to specialized, officiating marriages between players, filing restraining orders between citizens upon request with provided evidence, front desk work identical to Governor or Lawyer such as handing out ID cards to citizens, and approving adoption paperwork for families or adults looking to adopt.
