Describe your activity on the server:

I've played on the server since early 2022, when I stumbled upon the server while searching for games to play with my friends. I immediately fell in love with it and the whole roleplay genre of games, it helped me build meaningful relations and fun moments. Sometimes, I feel burnt out, but I always eventually come back to the server. I play for about 2 hours a day on weekdays and more on weekends, but if I'm needed to get on for let's say a training, I usually make space for it in my schedule. Even though my playtime isn't exceptionally large, I've been through a lot of different kinds of role play:
Family RP - Most of my time on the server, I've spent doing family RP, with my characters being a fathers, brothers, uncles etc. I always found this paricular kind of RP entertaining. I have met awesome people through this kind of RP and it also helped me learn the server, with a friendly community teaching me the basics. It was the Sidorov family, at the moment lead by ImYakov and reximix, they welcomed me and basically taught me most of what I know about the server. Recently the leadership of the family was transferred to me and I've been trying to make the most of it, and be the family lead that Yakov and rexi were to me, to welcome new players and teach them about the server.

Professor RP - In 2024 and early 2025 I was in the professor faction and it was one of the best experiences on the server for me. My character taught Physical Ed and with permission of MuffinCat, I added a bit of my own twist to the lessons, teaching the students about combat RP. It was extremely fun, being able to interact with so many different souls each day, from jocks to new players who needed guidance. I find being a professor very entertaining as well as kind of difficult, having to manage lots of people every class.

Church RP - After leaving the professor faction for the first time, I decided I wanted to try something new, and it hapenned to be the Karakura church! I was especially keen on the role, feeling the thrill of learning something completely new to me (cuz I'm atheist IRL) and being able to work with people. Hosting a mass, baptizing, hearing confessions were all instrumental to me especially in the way that they helped me develop my ability to detailRP. Being a priest on the server is exceptionally fun, even more so when the church is actively going against the Mayor and their office :D

GangRP - Ah yes, thug life. My journey with GangRP started in 2024, when I joined the Woodson Syndicate. It was a gang that taught me the rules of combat and crimeRP and played a big role in building the foundation for what kind of roleplayer I am today. After a few months of being in the gang, I decided to leave and apply for KPD for the first time. While it didn't particularly work out how I wanted it to, the Woodson Syndicate disbanded in the meantime, so I joined something new. Gentlemen, make way for Sinnerous (Now Manhanto). When I first joined, I immediately felt the delinquent vibe of the gang. Across the year I've been in the gang, I've accomplished some small but meaningful goals. First of all, I finally learned how to DetailRP. Second of all, I climbed through the ranks, going from soldier, to elite, to higher up, to finally leadership. And third, most important of all, I had lots of fun. The gang helped me become who I am on the server, meet some of the best people I know and expand my knowledge on Crime and CombatRP. It was one of the best times I had on the server.

What is your motivation for applying?:
Okay, I have 3 main motives for applying for KPD, one of them is that I want to finally get a chance of trying the faction and seeing the roleplay from a completely opposite perspective as to what I'm used to. Second of all, it has been my real life career motivation, to become a police officer. I believe it will help me build discipline, structure etc. that I can carry through to my later life. And my third motive is wanting to contribute to the server! It's well known that the KPD is one of the most, if not the most impactful factions on the server, and I want to be a part of it and the high quality role play it offers. Okay so first of all, the KPD offers a completely new and not seen in other factions roleplay style. Most of my time on the server was spent as a civillian or a thug/criminal, and I wanted to try something new, to step into the organized, heavily disciplined faction. I believe that experiencing the server as an officer will allow me to learn new skills, interact with players on a completely new level and grow as a player that engages in multiple aspects of roleplay. Second of all, ever since I was little, I've always had the interest of becoming a police officer. If I join the KPD it will help me gain insight, on how policing structures work, allow me to work on teamwork, communication, crisis handling and discipline. And of course, this is not real life, the mindset and duties are similar in some ways and will allow me to build habits and a perspective on how to achieve my life long goal. Aand lastly, I've constantly heard and experienced myself, that the KPD offers some of the highest quality roleplay on SRP, and I want not only to experience that as a thug or civillian, but contribute to it as a part of the force. I want to help balance the city, engage in meaningful scenarios in the city and participating in large scale events and having a positive impact on the server community.

What knowledge do you have of Police Work?
Police work covers a wide range of responsibilities that require discipline, teamwork, and attention to detail. Within the KPD, duties include investigating crime scenes (typically handled by the Detective Division), patrolling the streets (the main division’s focus), responding to 110 calls, maintaining public order, conducting searches of suspicious individuals, and ultimately ensuring the city remains a safe place for everyone. At its core, the KPD’s mission is to deter crime and maintain peace, living by the motto “crime doesn’t pay.” Officers follow strict protocols and use various tools and procedures to carry out their duties effectively. Intensive training ensures every officer understands the responsibilities that come with their authority and can respond appropriately in any situation. The KPD also uses a 10-code system that every officer and detective should know, some of them are:
10-4: “Acknowledged”
10-19: “Returning to Station”
Code 0: "Panic Button"

(I won't be disclosing more cuz metagaming)
Additionally, officers work under a quota system to measure activity and performance. The minimum requirement is 20 quota points to receive a paycheck, though officers can earn more to reach the maximum payout of ¥400,000. Quota points are awarded for completing various assigned tasks and responsibilities, which I’ll elaborate on later.
It’s worth noting that my current understanding of KPD operations mainly comes from my crimeRP experiences and interactions with KPD members. However, I’ve also researched the forums to better understand the department’s structure. The KPD is divided into two primary divisions, each featuring a clear ranking system that reflects progression, experience and specialization.

Commissioner

The Commissioner oversees the entire Karakura Police Department, managing operations, budgeting, resources, and public relations. They carry the greatest responsibility within the force, ensuring that every division functions efficiently and that the department as a whole operates smoothly.

Main Division

Cadet – Cadets represent the newest recruits of the KPD and mark the first step in an officer’s journey. They undergo a two-week training phase where their performance is closely monitored through various practical scenarios. At the end of this period, they must pass an exam to progress. Failure results in an additional week of training and another test. if they fail again, they are removed from the force. Successful cadets are promoted to Patrol Officer.

Patrol Officer – Patrol Officers, while still considered rookies, gain more independence and may leave the station with approval from higher ranks. They continue developing field experience before deciding whether to remain in the Main Division and advance to Corporal or transfer to the Detective Division as a Constable.

Sergeant – Sergeants are seasoned officers who can issue orders to subordinates and handle disciplinary matters when justified. They are trusted with mediating hostage situations and have access to tranquilizers for critical, long range engagements, requiring calm judgment and responsibility.

Lieutenant – This rank represents entry into the upper echelon of the Main Division. Lieutenants oversee cadet training, supervise exams, and maintain personal offices within the department. With only three available positions, this role demands exceptional conduct and leadership.

Captain – The Captain is the highest-ranking officer within the Main Division. They oversee all subordinate ranks, make key tactical and strategic decisions, and act as the Commissioner’s right hand while remaining actively involved in field operations.

Detective Division

Detective Constable – Equivalent in standing to a Patrol Officer, Detective Constables focus on investigative duties such as collecting evidence, examining crime scenes, and interrogating suspects under supervision. This rank marks the beginning of a detective’s career.

Detective Sergeant – Comparable to a Corporal, Detective Sergeants supervise Constables in the field, ensuring procedures are followed correctly and professionally while serving as role models within the division.

Detective Inspector – Similar in seniority to a Sergeant in the Main Division, Inspectors assume greater responsibility within the Detective Division. They are also equipped with tranquilizers for use in high-risk scenarios requiring precise judgment.

Detective Chief Inspector – As senior members of the Detective Division, Chief Inspectors oversee all lower ranks and serve as key decision-makers within the department. With only two available positions, officers in this rank are expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism.

Detective Superintendent – The Superintendent leads the entire Detective Division and works closely with the Commissioner. While the Captain acts as the Commissioners right hand, the Superintendent serves as the left, ensuring the division operates efficiently and effectively.

Patrolling – Involves monitoring the city on foot or by vehicle, staying alert for any signs of criminal activity.
Arresting – The apprehension of individuals suspected of committing crimes.
Desk Duty – Officers assist citizens at the front desk, addressing questions and concerns, handling bail postings, arranging inmate visits, and coordinating private meetings for report filings.
Taking Reports – When a citizen files a report, officers ensure safety by having them face the wall before escorting them to a secure room for questioning. Once the report is filed, the citizen is safely escorted out, and the officer resumes duty.
Inmate Care – Officers maintain inmate safety, provide meals, and ensure proper conduct within holding cells.
City Monitoring – Utilizing the custom CCTV plugin to observe public areas and detect suspicious activity.
Court Assistance – Supporting trials by maintaining order and ensuring the safety of all participants, including lawyers, the public, and detainees.
Raids – Conducted when an individual poses a significant threat to public safety and must be apprehended, often involving operations at residences or apartments.

Handcuffs – Used to detain suspects; requires appropriate action and roleplay if resistance occurs. Cannot be mugged.
Police Baton – A close-range (2-block) weapon used to subdue suspects. Two successful head strikes can knock out a target. Can be mugged.
Police Radio – A waterproof communication device used by emergency personnel. Cannot be mugged but can be destroyed.
Stun Blaster (Taser) – A long-range immobilization device that requires an action and roll to deploy. On hit, the target is immobilized for 60 seconds.
Breathalyzer – Used to test a suspect’s breath for alcohol content, temporarily preventing movement during the test.
Pepper Spray – A 2-block range device that blinds a target for 60 seconds. Requires an action and roll to use. Cannot be mugged.
Tranquilizer – A dart gun used to neutralize targets. Requires an action and roll to deploy and reload. A successful hit renders the target unconscious for two minutes. Effective up to 30 blocks. Cannot be mugged.
Riot Shield – A protective glass shield with two modes: Defensive (blocks front and side attacks) and Offensive (allows tool use but offers no protection). Can be mugged if the officer is knocked out.
Gas Mask – Protects the wearer from pepper spray effects. Can be mugged.
Crowbar – Used to force open doors or containers. Can be mugged.

Why is Police important to SchoolRP?
The Police are essential to SchoolRP because they provide the safety, structure, and realism that keep the city functional and balanced, preventing chaos that would erupt from uncontrolled gang activity, but the Police is also important to my character Sophie alone. Having grown up in an environment where no one came to protect her when she needed help, Sophie sees the KPD as the symbol of everything she once lacked, security, freedom and justice. To the server, the KPD brings order and engaging roleplay but to Sophie, they represent a chance to break the cycle of fear she grew up in. Their presence prevents situations from escalating, protects civilians when EMS can’t respond fast enough, and reinforces the idea that actions have real consequences. Overall, the KPD is what maintains order, enhances immersion, and ensures that SchoolRP feels like a living, believable city rather than an uncontrolled environment. They are the backbone of a functioning society, and for Sophie, they are a symbol of everything she wants to stand for.

Describe your character; how they look, what makes them unique?
Standing at 5'5'', Sophie is a young, energetic woman. She has blonde wavy hair, often wears baggy clothes and oversized jackets. She carries herself with confidence, knowing she can overcome every obstacle that's thrown at her. She has a burn mark on her back, which is a very important part of her backstory, that I will continue on later. Her intense routine has paid off, she learned how to fight, and gym has helped her with developing strength. Outside of her appearance, she focuses heavily on personal growth, working out and just feeling life. In her free time she often goes to the gym or studies about the spirits that roam the town, it's also a big part of her life.

How does your character act in a professional/casual situation?
When on duty, everything she does is purposeful. She observes her environment like a living map, ****yzing exits, cover points, and potential threats even in boring situations. Her mind constantly runs simulations, what if a fight broke out here? How would she extract herself and her co-workers safely? She prioritizes safety above anything else, believing that by protecting others she can prevent the type of trauma that marked her childhood. She can be strict and uncompromising when lives are at stake, but she also has an unshakeable moral code, refusing to cut corners or ignore someone in need.

When off duty, she softens, revealing a warm, engaging personality. She laughs easily, jokes with friends, and can light up a room with her energy. She loves parties, dancing and music. But even in moments of fun, her mind never fully relaxes, a small and persistent part of her scans the surroundings for danger, an instinct from years of survival. Despite this, she yearns to make others feel safe around her, shielding them from the anxiety she constantly calculates in the back of her mind. Friends may never fully realize the layers and walls beneath her laughter, the person who has survived trauma, trained her mind and body to fight, and still chooses to spread joy.
What is their outlook on the idea of co-workers & teamwork?
Sophie values teamwork greatly, being alone for most of her childhood. She struggled a lot, but she has met a friend that helped her study and be her emotional cushion. She helped Sophie come out of the feeling that she is alone and they got thorugh highschool together. Sophie now believes that teamwork can always help you get through anything you're going through. Apart from that, she knows that teamwork is especially important in the field of police work, keeping things organized, that in turn, make things easier. For example managing crowds during a public speech, she thinks that if everyone has a clear organized task, it makes things easier, but also safer, not only for the public, but also for the officers themselves. If everyone is in an organized formation controlling a crowd, if one positions becomes endangered, the organizer will dispatch someone to help, instead of multiple people abandoning their posts and weakening the formation as a whole.
What's your character's backstory?

Warning: Contains sensitive topics

0-7
Sophie was born in Canada, spending her early childhood in what she believed was a peaceful, ordinary home. She played with her younger brother daily, her mother stayed at home, and her father worked long hours to provide for them. Yet even as a child, she sensed something was off, her father returned late at night, sometimes bruised, sometimes bleeding, always brushing off her questions with excuses that felt increasingly dumber. The truth revealed itself in the most tragic way imaginable. On the night she turned seven, a gang broke into their home, abducting the entire family. Terrified and confused, Sophie was dragged into a new “home”. A decaying compound where gang members mocked her father for daring to defy them.

7-15
Sophie lived in conditions no child should endure, filthy, tiny rooms, untreated injuries, constant fear, and the heavy silence of hopelessness. As she grew older, she began to accept her situation, convincing herself that escape was impossible. But the moment that shattered her innocence forever happened when she was twelve. Forced to witness horrific violence inflicted on her father, Sophie snapped, kicking one of the men and screaming at them to stop. Her resistance only earned her a very brutal punishment. They pinned her down, tore her clothes off, and pressed a burning mark into the skin of her back as a permanent reminder of her “place”. She still carries the scar today, a symbol of everything she survived.

15-20
Three years later, salvation came disguised as chaos. When Canadian Special Forces stormed the hideout, Sophie hid in a corner, certain it was another gang come to destroy them. Two officers swept into her room, armored and armed, shouting “CLEAR” before moving forward. Despite her fear, their arrival marked the beginning of her rescue. EMS arrived shortly afterward, carrying her out of the building and treating her injuries. For the first time in years, she was safe. Sophie tried to build a life. She worked nights to support herself, finished high school, and dedicated herself to training, both to strengthen her body and to distract herself from slipping back into thinking of her past. A close friend helped her heal, reminding her that her scar didn’t define her anymore. And instead of hiding it, she learned to see it as evidence of survival. For the first time since childhood, she felt something like happiness, like peace. When she turned twenty, her grandparents from Poland reached out, offering her a home and a chance to start fresh. She accepted without hesitation and left Canada behind.

20-25
In Poland, Sophie began shaping her future with a brand new goal, she wanted to become a police officer. She wanted to dismantle the very kind of gang that destroyed her family. While living in the city of Sosnowiec, she met a young man she quickly fell in love with. Within a year, they moved to Tokyo together, where Sophie studied law and sociology. Life felt stable, until reality caught up with them. Financing the tuition became difficult and Sophie made the decision to leave her studies behind. While searching online for a cheaper place to live, they found an apartment in the small town of Karakura. Their peace didn’t last however. One night, Sophie’s boyfriend was murdered on his way home from work, leaving her alone with a familiar grief and a new, burning desire for justice. From that moment, her objective came back, she would join the Karakura Police Department. She threw herself into preparation, studying law, improving her physique, revisiting sociology, and strengthening her mind and discipline. Four years later, she finally submitted her first application, walking into the interview full of hope. A week later, an email shattered it. She wasn't accepted.

25-Present Day
The rejection hit her harder than she expected. For nearly two months, she withdrew from nearly everyone, convinced she had failed her only chance. But during a call with her friend, something reignited inside her. She remembered why she started. She remembered the girl she once was, the one who survived, fought, and refused to stay broken. She decided she would try again. This was her lifelong dream, and she wouldn't abandon it. A month after she turned thirty, fate finally opened a door. She stumbled upon a new KPD recruitment announcement online. This was the moment she had been waiting for, a second chance to step into the path she was always meant to walk. Her shot at destiny.

ilovemyplanex21 Police Application Trivia Section.jpg

Can you legally own a pocket knife in Karakura?
-"No you definitely cannot. If you're caught with one you will be charged with posession of illegal weaponry and land yourself in prison for 3 months and a felony record."
Name 5 medical items that do NOT require a prescription
-"Well, one of them is definitely cough syrup, costing about ¥6,000. You can also easily obtain some meds like Melatonin for ¥3,000, Iron supplements for ¥2,500 and Multivitamins for ¥3,500. Oh and how could I forget about Aspirin, I believe it goes for ¥4,500."
If you see your co-workers physically abusing an inmate, what should you do?
-"If I ever witnessed a co-worker physically abusing an inmate, my first step would be to make sure the situation is documented. I’d check that it’s being recorded on CCTV or ensure my bodycam has a clear view. Before taking any further action, I’d confirm whether it’s truly abuse or a case of self-defense against a violent inmate. Once I’m certain it’s abuse, I’d step in to de-escalate the situation by separating my co-worker from the inmate and speaking to them privately to prevent further conflict. Afterward, I’d check on the inmate, listen to their account of what happened, and immediately report the incident along with any evidence to higher-ranking officers. It’s essential that misconduct is addressed fairly and professionally to maintain trust and integrity within the department."
What should you do if you see your co-worker being assaulted?
-"If I saw a co-worker being assaulted, I’d quickly assess the situation and call for backup using my radio, while also notifying EMS that an officer is potentially injured. My first priority would be safety, rushing in without a plan could only worsen the situation. Once I’ve confirmed that it’s safe to act, I’d intervene using the appropriate non-lethal tools, such as my taser to stop the attacker and regain control. After the suspect is restrained, I’d assist my co-worker, ensure they receive medical attention, and secure the area until backup arrives. My main goal would be to handle the situation efficiently, minimize harm, and protect everyone involved."
What do you do if you find out that your co-worker is corrupt and is helping criminal organizations?
-"Even if I had a close relationship with that co-worker, I’d still uphold my duty and do what’s right. Corruption not only endangers fellow officers but also damages the department’s reputation and the community’s trust. I would discreetly gather credible evidence and details to build a clear, fact-based report. Once I have enough proof, I’d bring the matter to my higher-ups so it can be handled properly through official channels. I understand that exposing corruption can be difficult, but it’s necessary to preserve the integrity of the KPD. My ultimate priority would be protecting my colleagues and ensuring that no officer’s actions compromise the safety or credibility of the force."
How would you react to a criminal trying to bribe you?
-"If a suspect attempted to bribe me, I’d immediately make sure my bodycam was active or confirm that I’m within CCTV coverage. That way, there’s clear evidence of the bribe attempt and protection against any false claims that I accepted it. I’d remain calm and professional, making it clear to the suspect that bribery is a serious offense and will result in an additional fine or charge. I’d then report the entire incident to my superiors for proper documentation. In any situation, my integrity comes first. And no amount of money could ever justify compromising the law or my values as an officer."
