Do you have any previous bans/warnings?:

Yes, I was banned once in April of 2020 for ERP, It was an extreme mistake I made when I was young and acting excessively foolish at three AM. Though I will not make excuses for myself, what I did was wrong and to this day I regret having this black mark on my record. Though I can proudly say that I have had no major warnings or bans since then and plan to keep my record spot free from now on. I have fully read through the SRP rules and intend to refamiliarize myself with them every few months to ensure that my knowledge of the server and its rules is always up to date.

Describe your activity on SchoolRP:

I would say my activity on SRP is relatively good seeing as I am on nearly every single day for at least four hours. My activity time depends on my mood or what I have done that day seeing as I may have planned the next day or just been relatively tired from hours before. At most, I will be on for the right to ten hours at most before having to log off.

Describe your roleplay experience with SchoolRP and other roleplay networks in general:

Having played SRP for nearly four years, I would like to say I am completely up to date on the ins and outs of the server. Though now and again SRP throws a curve ball at me and one way or another I find a way to hit a home run. When I joined SRP I was completely clueless to the world of roleplay I had yet to experience. I was obsessed with the idea of acting and writing up stories and lore for the characters I created just for the fun of making something I could call my own. When I joined SRP and actually started making friends on the server I realized that this was more than just Minecraft to me. It became a community that I learned to love and navigate my way through. Roleplay became a way to make friends I could depend on and support when they needed me.
When I joined the HS Swim team with my best friend the immense joy we felt was exhilarating and every practice since has made us feel the same way we did the night of tryouts. It has challenged us to put our hearts into the actions we type and thought into the characters we create as we don't want to let our team members down or make the HS swim team look bad. There is a lot of thought and heart that goes into each character I create and the way they act entirely and if SRP has taught me anything it is to take pride in your characters as they are a representation of the life you want them to live.

What are your current roles on SchoolRP:

(main) HeavensMyth: [Grade 12] HS Swim
(Applying Acc/ Alt) HeavensBleh: [Grade-12]

What is the subject you want to teach?:

Theater
(Arts, Technology, and History)

TRIVIA SECTION

What is your motivation for becoming a professor?:

Having played SRP for nearly four years now, I find myself constantly looking for new experiences or ways to build my characters and roleplay experiences in general. Since joining, SRP has become a community I wanted to dig into and experience everything as every faction or job opportunity is a chance to experience something different. Being a professor would give me the opportunity to peek into the life of a professor as well as what I consider “behind the senses” of the average student's school day.
My other reason for applying is to educate people on the ins and outs of theater. Being a theater student outside of SRP I find that most people don't understand or see much interest in the invasive world that is Theater Arts, Technology, or History. In my eyes being a teacher on SRP allows me to educate both other people and myself more on the ins and outs of Theater and the beautiful world of acting and visual arts.

Work out two interactive classes you will host if accepted:

1.
Koichi’s first class would be a quick pace crash course on the history and evolution of theater. She would start class by asking her students what they already know about theater, and what theater means to a few of the students within the class. After a short conversation, she would then move on to a well-presented lecture or “crash course” on the start and evolution of theater. Presenting on the more interesting topics first, she would use this class to gain the student's interest, before slowly working up to the more serious or less interesting topics. Koichi would have passed out guided notes or asked the students to jot down as many interesting facts as they learned throughout the day. These would serve as the student's work for the day and would be graded to ensure students were following along with her lessons properly. This could also be seen as a good way to earn tokens as whoever jotted down the most facts would most certainly be rewarded. Throughout her lessons, she would work through as much theater history as she could while also mixing in some interactive classes that give students opportunities to test out their acting skills and abilities.

/me peeking out into the hall to ensure no other college students were left before calmly closing the door and spinning on her heels to face the class. Looking out over the sea of students, she’d take a deep breath before slowly walking to her desk.

“Good morning class… I am Miss Kamodo, and today we will be going over what I see as the Preview of this Teater course!”

/me Taking a second to slip herself onto her desk shed give the students a rather kind smile before continuing with her lesson.

“But before we get into that… Im going to start by asking you guys some open-ended questions. These questions are to get you thinking about your feelings on theater and what theater means to you… Okay, question one- What is theater?”

[!] She would allow 2-3 students to respond before continuing [!]

“Those are some good answers… now question two- Does anyone in here know when theater started?”

[!] She would allow 2-3 students to respond before continuing [!]

“Hmm, those are some good Hypothesises… For this third and final question, I'm going to have anybody who can answer yes to this, raise your hand- Who in here has gone to see a play or musical”

[!] She would wait for hands to raise before continuing [!]

“Good, Good. well whether you are in the theater club, a soon-to-be actor, or simply stumbled into this class by accident. I ask that you all sit back and relax as we explore theater literature, History, Theories, and even performance technology.”

/me she would cross her right leg over her left before softly clearing her throat and continuing to speak.

“We will be going over all of this while also performing, Writing, and building our own plays. Because as any of you that have been to a live play will know, experiencing a play in real-time is, a different and simply extraordinary experience.”

“Our main goal in this class is to investigate how those experiences are produced and what they have meant to theater-going audiences in the past, present, and future.

“Now… let's backtrack to the first question I asked you guys”
“What IS theater? Well, theater is the art form that most accurately represents life, It's performed by real people, In real spaces, and in real-time. it is often a way to work out our ideas on the world… Plays explore how people feel about life, government, religion, birth, death, and so much more!”

“And sometimes they explore how funny it is to put on wigs and tell lewd jokes.. BUT I DIGRESS!”

“Theater has something for everyone whether it is a genre or a specific time period…”

“I will teach you about Greek tragedy, Roman comedy, classical Japanese theater, and how theater returns to the West because of one… Nun”

“We will cover really long French plays, shorter Spanish plays, classical Indian drama, melodrama, symbolism, dadaism, expressionism, futurism, AND LITERALLY ALL THE ISMS!”

/me shed stop for a moment taking a deep breath, calming the short burst of excitement that had slipped threw her serious facade. After quickly regaining her composure she would quickly clasp her hands together sending a soft clap sound echoing threw the room.

“As I was saying… In this class, we will be covering countless theatrical subjects and exploring many different ways to express yourself using theater as the outlet for expressionism… so please feel free to attend class whenever you like and follow along as we go if this is truly something that interests you”

/me shed softly hum as she glanced up at the clock on the wall.

“Seeing as it is almost time to go, feel free to take this time to talk amongst yourselves, and play on your phone. Though if you have any questions about future classes or other theater-related topics feel free to come up and ask.

2. One of Koichi’s more interactive classes would include, separating the class into unnumbered groups and giving them time to write, design, or narrate their own plays. Each group of students would be given a different genre of theater to base their play on, ranging from Tragedy to Comedy and so forth. Each of the genres handed out would have been gone over and demonstrated within a previous class period. This construct gives a wide range of future class plans, as she would need to explore and explain each genre she chooses to include before planning this assignment. Students would be allowed to talk quietly amongst one another as well as listen to music through headphones during this time as Koichi wants to create a calm and talkative work environment for all of her students. Though if she noticed students talking too loudly or spending more time on their phones than their assignments she would quickly revoke the privilege and continue the class in silence.

[!] This class would take place only after at least three different genres had been covered [!]

/me would stand patiently waiting for the class to settle into their seats before quietly loudly clapping her hands together a few times.

“Alright class, we have a very special assignment planned for today. So if you would all settle down and let me explain you should finish your assignment with some free time to spare”

[!] two stacks of fifteen notebooks sat on her desk [!]

/me reaching over her should take one notebook from the second pile before holding it up so everyone in the class could see.

“In just a moment I will pass each of you a notebook. Inside you will find one genre of theater we have gone over so far.”

“Once received anyone with Tragedy will move to the back right side of the room and anyone with comedy will move to the back left. If you are graced with the Drama Genre you will move to the front of the room!”

“Anyways for today's class, I am asking you to write or narrate your own scenes from a play.”

“These plays could be from your own imagination or written as a continuation to a play of your choosing but it must be from your own words and imagination”

“However you choose to write your plays I will tell you that any use of play script writing will be granted extra points! This may include stage narration, character dialogue, or specified character actions.”

“Does anyone have any questions?”

[!] She would take her time answering any questions before passing out the notebooks and separating the class into groups. She would then go on to supervise the class and answer any and all late-stage questions needing to be answered. During this relatively quiet period, she would grade any assignments or fill out any papers she had yet to finish before the day was over. [!]

Work out a field trip (meaning a class outside school grounds) you will host if accepted:

After thinking long and hard about how she could spice up her classes, Koichi would take quick notice of the small stage stationed in the center of one of the parks next to the plaza. This small structure would spark an imagination like no other as there is an endless way she could use the stage. She would start by announcing that she would be hosting a playwriting contest during one or two of her classes. Each student would be asked to write, design, or narrate their own play to be used in an upcoming field trip. Without going into too much detail she would go on to grade each of the children's plays before picking her favorite to use during the trip.
It was then that she would decide to unveil her secret trip to her students as well as announce that she would be hosting character tryouts for anyone who wanted to participate in the upcoming play. Anyone who chose to not participate in tryouts would be asked to pick one of two assignments laid out for that day. Toward the end of the day, she would escort the students to the stage where her proud actors would perform and all of the remaining students would happily watch and eat snacks. This concept would allow Koichi to explore the competitive side of both theater and playwriting as only the best get the opportunity to shine within the world of acting.

SCENARIO SECTION

Your character would encounter a group of college jocks surrounding a bobcat jock, what would your character do?

Koichi would calmly walk up to the group of students and quite fondly ask them how their day is going. Taking acknowledgment into their body language and structure she would then decide whether or not the situation could be deemed as hostile. She would then rather obscurely pull the bobcat student to the side by saying she needed to have a moment alone with the student to go over their grades or some other unsuspicious subject. She would go on to interview the student and ask what the entire situation was about and if it needed to be handled by an adult. From that point forward she would deal with the situation depending on the student's answer. If the situation was deemed hostile she would call the students to her class, reception desk, or the detention room to have a conversation with them and address the situation accordingly.

Your character would be supervising detention, one of the students constantly disturbs by asking stupid questions, what would your character do?

If a student were to continue to disrupt detention, Koichi would issue one verbal warning to stop, before separating the student from the rest of the working class and staff. Once alone she would attempt to negotiate with the student and explain why they are in detention and seeing as this was the punishment for acting indecently, they needed to do as instructed and complete their assignment quietly. She would go on to explain the repercussions of continuing to disrupt the rest of the class or not completing their work. She would then escort them to class and if any other problematic behavior from said student she would simply escort them to SLT.

Your character would be hosting a class, and a group of cheerleaders keeps on playing songs on the phone and calling out other students in the class, what would your character do?

Koichi would issue one verbal warning to the group just as she would to any other student before approaching the students and politely asking for their phones. She would proceed to hold their phones until class was over and ask that they meet her after class. Once class was over she would return their phones and explain to the girls that misbehaving in class can get them in serious trouble with both SLT and their captain if enough damage was made. Seeing as they are a jock their skills are used to represent the school and sports teams in general.

Your character would be walking on the school perimeter and encounter a fight between a couple of students, your character tried to break it up but it didn't help, what would your character do?

If Koichi were to stumble into a fight between two students or more students, she would quickly attempt to catch the children's attention by yelling for them to stop or threatening detention. Seeing that they had no reaction she would quickly radio for help before attempting to push herself into the center of the fight without laying her hand on any of the students. Being very cautious so as to not get herself or anyone else injured. Once the fight was broken up she would escort both of the students to the nurse's office where she would take statements from both students before attempting to find a simple resolution between the children. After both children had apologized to each other, she would issue them both detention where she would continue to lecture them on the importance of verbal resolution.

CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE

Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs. What do they look like? What makes them unique and different? What is their outlook on Students? What about the other teachers? What is their personality like? What is their plan for the future?

Koichi Amerelie Kamodo is a rather soft-looking woman with long brown hair that had grown a mere inch past her ribcage. She would have rather long and grown-out bangs she would keep swept to the side and out of her face though now and again you could find her becoming increasingly annoyed or irritated with her very own hair. Koichi’s eyes would be a soft maple brown that turned into pools of honey when shining in direct sunlight. If you looked close enough, you’d be able to see hints of green hidden closer to her pupil, though it was exceedingly hard to notice if not being informed it was there. Her skin would be a rather soft peachy color that was relatively blemishless, excluding the small tattoo of three dragons mid-flight she kept tucked behind her right ear and dark hair. Being a relatively small woman Koichi tended to wear rather stunted heels that boosted her height by a mere two to three inches as it didn't take much for her to meet the average height requirement for her age and stature.
Koichi sees students more as peers than as underlings. Seeing as they are practically adults Koichi uses a standard of teaching that allows college students to explore the world of theater in less conventional ways. Koichi chooses to challenge her students instead of laying out a clean and even path for them to follow as theater to her is something everyone needs to create for themselves. No strategy she teaches would be right for everyone so instead she encourages students to explore the world for themselves and to find what feels right to them. Though it is important to her that everyone who chooses to explore theater is knowledgeable on the History and structure of the subject instead of simply wandering through the subject spreading baseless knowledge.
Koichi sees all of her co-workers as her friends and would go as far as to call them family. Being the kind and overly caring person she is, She likes to see everyone as her friends and would hardly ever consider someone an enemy or find them as intrusive or annoying. Koichi would strive to help her co-workers with virtually any task, from lesson planning and grading papers to assisting in breaking up fights or dealing with students. Koichi would always strive to be a helping hand or someone her co-workers can rely on when they need something. Going above and beyond by ensuring her co-workers aren't overworking themselves or forgetting to eat at least one meal during their day.

Describe how your character ended up becoming a teacher and their previous life. It is optional to include earlier life but recommended.

To understand why Koichi strives to become a professor is first to understand the tragic accident that cost her mother her life. After moving to Japan Koichis mother sustained an unrepairable brain injury while working on set, as a stage manager. Though the injury was not fatal she ended up losing most of her bodily function and was blinded in one eye. This is not including the damage to her brain that was irreversible. Having been the reason Koichi was sent away from her parents, she resented theater for a long time, though slowly she understood that it was not the theater that changed her mother but an irresponsible man who failed to do his job correctly.
Coming to this realization Koichi decided to explore theater to understand why her mother loved the subject so much. With long drawn-on research and a trip to see the leader of the drama club, Koichi quickly learned to love the subject. Joining the Drama club for a time before she could no longer balance the club and her regularly scheduled sports. Though as she grew older she continued to explore theater, going as far as to make it her main focus in college. It wasn't until she obtained her bachelor's degree in stage management that she decided it would pose well to use her education to teach children and adults alike the wonder that is theater. She hoped to show people the aspects of theater that tied into the history of everyone around her and the story each musical had to tell. Her mother also played into this decision, as she wanted to find a way to live out her mother's dreams and aspirations. While also finding a way to make the world of theater a safer place. When the idea of studying to be a teacher arose Koichi instantly fell in love with the idea as it was a way to do everything she dreamed of and so much more.

—------------
Koichi Kamodo was born the third daughter of the wealthy Kamodo family. Having two older sisters, Koichi could always be seen trying to follow in their footsteps, even before she could walk. She was always found following them around and aimlessly trying to copy everything they do even though she barely understood her own actions. As for her parents, they were extremely loving and overly supportive of every hope and aspiration each of the three girls had. Her parents had met in their junior year of high school and had been practically glued at the hip ever since. People would constantly comment on how perfect their family was and preach about what they wouldn't give to have a love like that.
It was at the young age of five that Koichi’s mother received her completed degree in drama and theater arts, her father also completed his degree mere months later. After this, her parents were quickly offered a job at a relatively popular theater in London, Just like that the family of five was moved to a different country where Koichi and her sisters would continue to grow and learn until the ripe age of thirteen. Having been working at the same theater for nearly eight years, Koichis's mother grew tired of the same boring town and job she had been confined to for so long.
Her father, a French Japanese male, quickly recommended that they pack up once more and yet again move their family to his home town Katahira, Japan. The girls were exceedingly hesitant as they were being forced to leave the place they called home for most of their young lives. Though with some explaining and persuasive words from their father, all three girls quickly became excited for the new adventure into Japan. Once settled her mother quickly found a job as a stage manager for one of the less popular theaters recommended in their area. seeing this as an opportunity to build something from the ground up, Koichis's mother decided to work as hard as she possibly could, to build the theater's reputation. Her mother worked as hard as she could with a fiery passion until the tragic day came when a simple man made an unfortunate mistake. While working on set one of the lighting workers failed to properly secure a stage light, This led to one of the cables snapping during a rehearsal and falling directly onto her mother's head.
This incident left her mother incapacitated and with major brain trauma that could not be reversed without damaging vital parts of her brain. Her father grew more and more distant each day, he refused to leave his wife's side. After nearly a month of being partly neglected, Koichi’s father decided to send the girls to live with their grandmother, while he focused on their mother's health and rehabilitation. Even though he knew she would never be the same person she was before, he would never leave her alone because she would always be the love of his life despite all the doctor appointments and medications.
As fate had it Koichi and her sisters ended up staying with their grandmother for nearly four years. After graduating from Karakura High School, Koichi wasted no time applying to Tohoku University in Katahira so she could stay close to her mother and father. Once their Koichi quickly learned that her father had taken up an awful drinking habit that had clearly spiraled out of control. She would constantly find her father falling asleep on the floor or crying at the dining room table, surrounded by beer bottles. Koichi felt the urge to help her father though she had zero clue how to convince him to stop drinking, nor would he let her attend any kind of doctor's appointment that had to do with her mother's condition. Koichi stayed in Katahira for two years, receiving two bachelor's degrees in both playwriting and stage management before deciding to move on. She left her mother with a simple hug and kiss on her cheek while giving her father a tight hug and firm handshake. Even though he had a drinking habit the respect she had for her father would never change.
Moving on Koichi decided to continue her Education at the University of Toyo, where she would complete her master's degree in Theater, while also striving to achieve a master's degree in education and achieving a third bachelor's degree in History.
Having felt that it was time to conclude her college experience she made it a point to re-connect with her older sisters. To do this Koichi traveled back to Karakura where she discovered that her grandmother had sadly passed away, leaving her with a hefty sum of inheritance. Koichi used this money to buy and furnish an apartment. Having officially settled herself in Karakura she then decided to reconnect with her sisters, it was then she learned that her elder sister Elloss was blessed with three baby girls. Each having different fathers and looking exceptionally different from one another, Koichi often found herself squinting to find similarities between the three.
After a few months in Karakura Koichi finally decided it was time to get a professional-level job that would enhance her experience before she applied to be a professor at Karakura High just like her older sisters. Ironically enough Koichi decided to get a job as a stage manager for a theater the town over. After a year and a half, Koichi had gotten tired of the countless commutes just to get to work, so she quit and decided to finally put in her professor application.
