Describe your activity on the server:
I’ve recently been getting on SRP a bit more than I used to. My activity is currently falling due to me being sick. If I am not sick or busy I actually have a lot of time to spend playing SRP. When I do have time I stay on SRP for at least 2 - 4 hours per day. I have been trying a lot to pick up my activity on SRP and just activity on discord more so I can be able to do things more and be able to show how active I can be. I am less active on school days due to the fact I do have school most of the time. Whenever I do not have school I become more active. I’m usually always more active in the afternoons due to me being more awake since I take a lot of naps beforehand. I am trying my hardest to get on whenever I can.

What is your motivation for applying?:
My motivation for applying is the fact that I actually really enjoy anything with the law. It’s just that seeing court cases brings something to me and gets me generally excited. I also really enjoy what lawyers do during court cases. It's generally exciting to hear what’s being defended or going against. I also have been looking at the lawyers for a while on SRP and sadly as I haven’t seen much of the court cases I still feel like every time I went to one they were generally entertaining. I’ve also recently been getting into law more and I actually want to be able to learn way more as I plan to take future classes to get more into the law department. There has always been something that has made me want to watch shows that included court cases and every time they were on my full attention was put on it. I feel as if I were to be a part of the faction in SRP my actual interests would be fulfilled. I also generally have gained an obsession with debating and this is just due to me becoming very good at debating. Debating is a huge thing with laws and debating is what actually brought me into the love of law. I generally want to become better at debating and I believe getting into the government faction will help me with that. I also generally love a lot of the people in the government faction some people I know and some people I heard of and enjoy how they’re known in SRP. I know people shouldn’t be a big part of my motivation but I generally become more motivated with the people I know and people who I am close to. I generally really care for the law and do find it important and I feel as if I want to progress in the future I need to learn more things about the law.

I do believe that I have a good understanding when it comes to Karakura’s laws & Constitutional rights.
Are there any goals for you or your character with this role?:
Goals for myself; I generally want to actually get better with the work of laws. I feel as getting into the faction will help me gain more understanding of situations when it comes to regulation. I also feel as if this will help me be able to communicate with people more and get my speech skills better. I also believe that I can be able to find ways to relate my interests to other people’s interests and be able to gain friendships upon that. I also feel that this will improve my debating skills way more. I just feel like being a part of this faction could absolutely bring me so much and help me a lot with many things especially with speaking since I have a hard time speaking in public/groups of people.
Goals for my character; I want her to be able to show off her skills and be as useful as she can be. I feel as if she would want/need to be able to gain ways to speak to others and being a part of cases can help her be able to speak to people more. I also want to put her an understanding that you have to work hard to win something big but also that winning isn’t always something you should aim for. I want her to be able to think before she does and take that as a life lesson and this will teach her how.
In your own words, describe what the position you’re applying for does within the government:
A lawyer; in many words, they’re an attorney in some types of way. They have worked with studies that help with court cases. They are there to represent their clients in court. Lawyers are known for supporting someone in their court cases and studying the case to find a way to defend their client. They usually help Citizens, businesses, and government agencies during court cases. During court cases, they’re only available to legal data that can help in their following cases. Mostly when being a lawyer there are many different skills you have before you’re able to go into court cases; time management, communication, observation, and much more. When it comes to lawyers most people only know of lawyers through their criminal cases but there is more than just criminal lawyers; family lawyers, labor lawyers, tax lawyers, business lawyers, estate planning lawyers, and much more.
Lawyers don’t always work just by themselves though they work along with their co-workers to find information and debate who has full control of the case. Whoever is taking over the case must be able to present their point well and speak for themselves well.
Lawyers are one of the most important pieces of a court case. If a client did not have a lawyer they could not process into court but this isn’t what makes a lawyer important. Lawyers are the most important because they bring more to the case and bring information. They do the questioning and much more. Now they’re not the number one important but they’re still pretty important to the court.

“Throughout my life my work experiences have been very similar to each other. Before I started working I followed in my stepmother’s steps. My stepmother had been a lawyer herself and had taught me many different things. Throughout those things, she helped me find a great internship.
I had applied for a summer internship in Seoul. Throughout this internship, I was working behind lawyers and had even gone into court cases and took notes as I was told to. I was allowed to help find information behind cases and ways to use that information in court. This taught me the ways you can find more information that is legal to state in court.
After my internship, I entered as a trainee at a law firm near me in Seoul. I stayed at the firm for some time and ended up getting past my rookie stage. I became a lawyer and was participating in court cases. I had won a few and lost a few but that didn’t bring me down at all and I kept working hard. I absolutely loved my job and thoroughly enjoyed it more than anything. Throughout my law firm job, I found out I had to move to Japan. I decided to leave my law firm and head to Japan where I am now still studying more about the law. I currently do not have a job due to me leaving my past law firm.

“For my day I lean towards my own opinion of things. Trusting politics is a hard thing to do if you don’t have the complete truth behind something. I really try to not push myself into politics more than needed. All I know and want to say is that I just want complete justice for everyone when it comes to politics. I want people’s fair opinions and facts, not something they put up for the face of citizens. At the end of the day, I just pay attention to what happens around me because that’s what really matters. This is only because my old town is the way it was. My father had been a part of politics and it had caused many problems. Our town had come crashing due to rumors being spread about my father and ever since it had made me feel as if politics shouldn’t be my first focus in life.”

What makes you a good candidate for this job?
“I say I make a good candidate due to how I can use my abilities towards this job. I can be useful in many ways and be able to work well with others. I generally do a good job when it comes to understanding something or someone. I find myself able to give my best towards things I have an interest in and this is something I completely have full interest in. Whenever I can have an interest in something I make sure to do what I’m told and do my job right while still having fun and being serious at the same time. Most people don’t let their jobs be fun and interesting but I can do that myself. A job shouldn’t always be about the work you put in, it should also be about the effort you put in for yourself and that’s how I treat my workplace. I do still put my workplace first due to it being important but I still take to mind what can brighten up my co-workers. I make sure that I can help people in any way they need and I try to be very useful. At the end of the day if I am not good under your preferences then it’s understandable nobody is a good candidate in their own opinion.”
