Describe your activity on SchoolRP:
I am online on the server for at least five hours, either doing a shift on my nurse account or roleplaying on my college account and I can be online for as long as I’d like but usually, it’s roughly six to eight hours. I am actively interacting with other school employees, students, and others!
Describe your roleplay experience with SchoolRP and other roleplay networks in general:
I’ve had plenty of experience with detailed roleplay actions and overall roleplay on the server. I have been roleplaying as a school nurse for over a year now so I have plenty of roleplay experience with MedicalRP alone. I have also spent plenty of time roleplaying out dealing with students, hanging out with other faculty members, and a lot of FamilyRP as well as I belong to a few SRP families that require my attention. Overall, I'd say I'm pretty well rounded in RP as I have a lot of different experiences to bring to the table that aren't just school-related but outside of school as well. I spend the majority of the time roleplaying as my nurse characters as those require the most of my attention however I do spread out the time between my College character as well as my Grade-12 characters.

What is your motivation for becoming a professor?:
My motivation for wanting to become a professor is that I have been a nurse for over a year now and I want to expand my roleplay experience further while still staying in the school as I am very familiar with the school itself. Being a nurse for so long now I already know the main rules and concepts of the School Faculty, which makes me a good candidate since I won’t need much training on the school rules like some other applicants may need.

Work out two interactive classes you will host if accepted:
- Burger Time! | This class will contain how to make a burger to put it simply! I will show the students all of the ingredients they have at their disposal to create their burgers. There will be vegan alternatives for those students with those diets so no one is left out of the class which includes patties made out of tofu, mushrooms, beans, or sweet potatoes. I will first start with how to cook the burger, carefully showing each student the different steps before allowing them to start on their burgers, and walking around to make sure everyone is doing alright. After cooking their burgers thoroughly, they are to get creative with their toppings before enjoying their burgers. The creative toppings are different types of cheese, lettuce, caramelized onions, tomatoes, avocado, pineapple, and bacon just to name a few!
- Cake decorating + Cake baking | This class will go on for the entire day, separated by different periods. The first period will include a small introduction on what they’ll be doing, the ingredients for a basic cake already put out in front of them at their stations. The class will be done step by step, with the professor making sure that all the students are properly following along to avoid any mishaps. The second period will include the students stacking their cakes and using whatever flavor frosting they desire to do so, learning how to crumb coat a cake before the next period starts. The final period will have sprinkles, candles, and more frosting and it will purely be for fun, having each student decorate their cakes however they please.
Work out a field trip (meaning a class outside school grounds) you will host if accepted:
During this field trip, the students will be taken to the lake to fish! They will be taught how to use a fishing rod and how to be safe with the hook attached to it. They will then take their findings and be taught how to use a grill, properly prepare a fish, and properly cook the fish on the grill. They will each take turns using the grills, using the provided tongs, spatulas, and forks to help cook their fish. Before getting started, the professor will first show them how to do it and what not to do. The professor would start by showing how to turn on and off the grill before showing how they place down the seasoned fish, allowing it to cook for a few minutes before flipping it over. They would then show the class before allowing the class to get started on grilling their fish using the equipment brought by the professor. The professor will watch closely, making sure no one gets hurt or starts any fires. If any injuries do occur, the professor will make sure that they are attended to. If needed, they will have them escorted back to school to be seen by the nurse. If any fires were to occur on the grill, the professor would use the fire extinguisher brought along. Once everyone is finished, they will then get to take their final moments at the lake to finish their meals, if no time is left, they are to head back to the school and they can enjoy their prepared fish later.
SCENARIO SECTION
Your character would encounter a group of college jocks surrounding a bobcat jock, what would your character do?
Maribelle would stand close by the group, watching the incident happen for a moment before speaking, “Now, [The names of the Spartans], let’s separate from each other, and let’s talk about this. I don’t think this is very appropriate behavior for our [INSERT TEAM] Spartans to be cornering a Younger Bobcat Member like this, hm? I don’t think you want to get detention over this, do you? I mean do you want to lose your sports position? No, you don’t. Now let’s leave them alone and go along with our days, yes? Good.” She would then check on the Bobcat Jock, making sure they didn’t need to see the nurse if they had any injuries before notifying other colleagues over the radio to keep an eye out for future behavior from both the Spartan Team Members and the Bobcats for the rest of the day. If they continue their behavior, she will then inform SLT of the behaviors of certain team members.
Your character would be supervising detention, one of the students constantly disturbs by asking stupid questions, what would your character do?
She would walk up to the student, quickly glancing at what detention task they were given before looking at the student with a smile on her face, “I see that your task contains nothing about what you keep asking about and you have not been writing anything on your page so please stop asking questions that are not related to your task because the sooner you finish your task the sooner you get out of the detention room and you can spend the rest of your day doing as you wish. If you continue to disrupt detention with things that have nothing to do with your task, you will be sitting in the back in perfect silence for the rest of the detention time and I will notify SLT of this behavior. Understood?”
Your character would be hosting a class, and a group of cheerleaders keeps on playing songs on the phone and calling out other students in the class, what would your character do?
She would calmly set down her book before stepping over to the Cheerleaders, leaning against the table. She would speak softly as she made eye contact with one of them. “I will say this once and once only. Turn your phone off, put it away, and be quiet. I am trying to teach you and other students and your team are being a distraction. If you continue to use your phones while I am teaching and playing music, I will have to take you back to High School and put your phone into a shoe box where you will get it after class. If you keep chatting and being disruptive, I will remove you from my class and I will be giving you Detention for this behavior. Am I making myself clear?” She would then do as follows if the Cheerleader continued their behavior, removing them from class with a Detention slip, and informing her colleagues working that day of the incident if further issues arise. If they continued she would have to inform SLT on the Cheer team being disruptive.
Your character would be walking on the school perimeter and encounter a fight between a couple of students, your character tried to break it up but it didn't help, what would your character do?
Maribelle would radio for backup from her other colleagues, giving them her location before continuing to work on separating the fight, doing as much as she could to at least split the students to prevent further damage so they could get medical attention as soon as possible. She would raise her voice, informing them to stop or they would get detention for their actions. If they did not listen to her instructions she would continue that loud volume and tell them that continuing the behavior would have them all seen by a member of the Senior Leadership Team. Once the fight was finally separated and they both got their detention slips, she would quickly check to see if they were okay, and if not, she would send them to the nurse’s office to be checked up on, informing the nurse working today that they should be on their way.
CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs. What do they look like? What makes them unique and different?
Maribelle stands at 5'5, weighs around 154 pounds, and has an hourglass figure. She has pale skin decorated with dark moles and soft brown freckles. Her long blonde hair, which is six feet at three inches long, is tied into braided pigtails that stop at her ankles and her warm brown eyes could capture anyone in a trance. She has a strong Southern accent and when standing next to her or having her walk by, you can smell the scent of freshly baked peach cobbler. She has a golden wedding ring on her left hand that is adorned with diamonds. Her strong southern accent and her hair which is comparable to Princess Rapunzel from Tangled which drags on the floor if not properly braided would be what makes her unique. People commonly comment on how beautiful and how long her hair is whenever she wears it out of the braids, showing the true length.
What is their outlook on Students? What about the other teachers?
Maribelle’s outlook on students is that they are just learning and their brains are developing. She has spent a long time dealing with delinquent children or students who don’t know what they’re doing and get themselves hurt but she doesn’t bash them for such actions as that is not her job. She is there to help them not to degrade them for how they were raised. With the other teachers, she respects them and is shocked sometimes at how many classes they do per month. When she isn’t busy, she makes conversation with them and makes sure they’re okay. If they come in sick, she makes sure that they are well taken care of and even gives them a bowl of her homemade chicken noodle soup! She has different soups for different dietary requests and she’s always happy to make them something or bring them all lunch like a mother would.
What is their personality like?
Maribelle’s personality is what most people call motherly and nurturing as she has four of her children, roughly 20 of them adopted, and then a few students in the school who are her ‘school children’ as she calls them. A few would also call Maribelle scary as she doesn’t like to be disrespected like most employees at the school. She does not take a student degrading her personally but she will not tolerate it and she will remind them that they are in a school and to treat her with respect as she treats them with the same amount of respect.
What is their plan for the future?
Maribelle’s future entails her still working as a professor, even if she’s past the age of retirement, and being able to teach her children and her grandchildren. Her hair is long on the floor so she’s called ‘Mrs. Rapunzel’ by her students. She does want to keep working to provide for her children and her husband but she mainly just wants to have a good impact for her students, no matter how many come and sit in her class.

Maribelle Beauregard was born in Bell Buckle Tennessee in 1983 on May 18th. She was born into a quite large family, already having three older siblings and ten more coming after she was born. Her family did not make a lot of money but they made their money by selling animal products to their neighbors near their farm. As soon as she was five, she was quickly one of her mama’s helpers, helping her mix up pancakes and learning how to make cornbread. As she got older, the more things she did around the house, and by the time she was 16, she was helping throw around hay bales and feeding the animals at home. When she was 18, she decided to leave farm life and go to college to get her degree to get a good-paying job. She saved up her money and went to South College Nashville to get her master's in nursing which took her six years, and then she went to the University of Memphis to get her doctorate in culinary arts which took her 10 years. When she was 22, she had an unexpected pregnancy, giving the world her son, Adam. She took care of him while taking classes on the side to learn the Japanese language as she had plans to teach Culinary in Japan. Getting the money to pay for school she worked as a teaching assistant for her culinary arts professor. After finishing college, she then went to get her experience of becoming a professor, offering culinary classes at a different college. After four years, she decided to move her classes to Karakura, Japan, taking her son with her. However, when she got into the city, they were not looking for Professors at the moment so she settled on becoming a Nurse and she was quickly liked by her peers and the students. She fell in love with a man by the name of William J. Acton and months later they got married. They didn’t have the healthiest marriage but they made it work for their adopted children. They had three beautiful children of their own but after the third child, William was announced dead, leaving Maribelle a single mother and a widow. A year later, she meets Romanio Santaromania-Buono who was a lawyer whom she later married to and currently still is. After hanging around with teachers, professors, and other faculty in the school for so long, she decided to believe in herself and become a professor for the school as she was doing her classes in a night school in a different city in Japan and on an online service, teaching people over their laptops and phones.
