Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
Teachers are important in SRP because they make the school feel more realistic. They give students a reason to actually go to class and take part in daily school life. Teachers also create lessons, activities, and events which helps make the server more intriguing and fun. By giving the students interactions, guidance, and discipline, they help students grow their character and develop new stories. Overall, teachers are a key part of what makes SRP feel like an actual School Roleplay.

What is your motivation for becoming a Teacher?:
My motivation for becoming a teacher on SRP comes from my recent interest in teaching in real life. While I do know teaching on SRP is different, I like thinking about how I can create lessons, help others learn, and doing stuff together that we can all enjoy together. I believe that the role would help me practice skills like communication, being more organized, and creativity while also helping the server. I also think I will like talking with students and creating classes that are educational and engaging. Overall, I see teaching as a fun way to explore an interest that I already have while also making SRP school system more enjoyable for everyone.

Gōya Kobayashi is a quiet person who chooses his words carefully. He is the type of person who thinks of plenty outcomes before saying one word. Even though Gōya may come off as a serious person or somewhat hard to read, he has somewhat a dry sense of humor, most of the time they are comebacks not full on jokes.

Gōya Kobayashi is a quiet person who chooses his words carefully. He is the type of person who thinks of plenty outcomes before saying one word. Even though Gōya may come off as a serious person or somewhat hard to read, he has somewhat a dry sense of humor, most of the time they are comebacks not full on jokes.
Roleplay Scenarios
A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
If a student was having a hard time understanding the lesson Gōya would be teaching, he would try to find out what the student was confused on. Gōya would try his best to explain everything in a different way. If that did not work for them Gōya would tell them to ask questions during class. Gōya wants students to really absorb what they learn in his class. Gōya does not try to be the main center of attention. Gōya prefers to be in calm environments, he also prefers to talk to others straightforward .
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
Gōya Kobayashi would give the student a warning not saying too much, but enough to make it clear that the student was being disruptive in the class. If the students continues he would tell the student to move away from the classmate which he was talking to and continue going on with the lesson. After all of that if the student continued Gōya would remove them from his class.
Provide at least 2 interactive class ideas related to your preferred subject:
Sports Statistic and Shooting Percentages
For this class activity, I will take the students to the basketball where I will have each student take 5 shots in front of the basketball hoop. Before starting I will explain the purpose of the activity and go over how statistics are used in sports, especially in basketball, to measure their performance. I will also explain to the students how shooting percentages are calculated using the formula (shots made ÷ total shots) x 100, I will make sure that the students understand the math and how it applies in real scenarios. After this the class will come together and compare results and talk about the differences between students percentages. This will help students understand how even small changes in their performance can change the overall statistics and how data is used to evaluate players in sports. I will also ask students to reflect on what may have altered their results, such as focus, distance, and the shot selection. If we had some extra time I will ask if some students would like to try again from different spots on the court, such as a closer shot vs long rage shot attempts, to see how making the shots more difficult effects their shooting percentage. This helps the students understand how can be very diverse depending on the context and conditions, they're not just raw numbers.

The students will be split into small groups depending on the size of the class, they will also be given some math problems that they will have to solve. Each group would have to show exactly how they got their answers, I will have them come up and explain it to the class as a group, while the students would be working on that I will walk around the class and correct simple mistakes.
