Describe your activity on the server & on the forums?:
I tend to go on school-RP a lot due to quarantine, about 6-8 hours a day on weekdays and 8-9 hours on weekends. I usually role play with my friends if they are online. I sometimes meet strangers in character that I have not met before or even work at my jobs if they are opening at certain times. When it is school time, I either go to classes if any of the teachers are hosting some but mostly play volleyball or go around looking for something to do. I usually go on the forums to look at peoples applications, biography's and admire their efforts and detail they put into the applications etc etc.

TRIVIA QUESTIONS

What is the student council?:
The student council are the ones that ensure a healthy, fun and safe environment for the students of Karakura Highschool. They frequently discuss in meetings to see how they can improve the school atmosphere for the teachers, students, librarians and more. They can ask around for any constructive criticism or feedback they get off other students or teachers and explain to everyone how they can overcome this situation/problem by listening to each others ideas in the meetings. The council can also host events and activities with either clubs or by themselves if they have permission or even help out at events if needed. Councillors are also to set an example to the rest of the students to become some sort of role model of how they should act. The School Council can also attend lessons to show that at school you can still have fun while learning and focusing on work in the lesson.

Who or what brought you to applying for the student council? (e.g. a friend, colleague, etc):
My friend brought me to applying for student council and I realised that it would be a great idea to join because it helps you become more vocal about your ideas and helps express your creativity to other people that you haven't possibly worked with before. I never actually thought about it until my friend suggested to me which I thank them for.

What does the school council of Karakura do?:
Like I said in the other question, The student council are the ones that ensure a healthy, fun and safe environment for the students of Karakura Highschool.

How would you describe your work ethic?:
I would describe my work ethic as hardworking and very focused because I love doing projects and coming up with ideas even if it takes me a long time to find some inspiration. I also keep myself motivated like going beyond and creating projects for events and more. Whenever I create ideas or projects I tend to make sure there are more positives then negatives so I am sure they will work out instead of trying to do a trial and error. I'd also sometimes work with others to enhance mine or their ideas which is a great skill for team work since the council is all about working together. I can also get things done quickly in a short amount of time but it still has quantity and quality in my ideas or projects.

Do you have past experience in role playing (if so, summarise your experience)?:

I have a lot of past experience in role playing as I have been on School RP for quite a lot time now. I have been in many jobs before like Teacher for 3 times, Shop Owner, Librarian, Nurse, Cheerleader and more. This shows that I have a lot of experience in jobs and how they should act and role play as each of them. I know how to detailed my actions in /me's or /mec's and more. I tend to colour code my /me's in a colour based off the personality of my character and the text in quotations marks and in white. I also like playing different characters that have completely different personalities as it helps me improve my role playing even more. I also know that you have to sometimes roll for actions like grabbing, pushing unless it is from behind, it is unexpected or if the person allows you to honour it. I sometimes also

SCENARIOS

You are on the student council and a member submits an awful idea. What do you do?:
You submit an idea - everyone hates it. How do you deal with the situation?:
If a member had an awful idea, I would discuss with them politely
the bad affects of what would happen but some good affects so they don't feel embarrassed. If they still don't feel as if it is a bad idea I'd try and explain to them in a more complex way. If I submitted an idea but no one would like it, I would try and back my decision but if they still dislike it, I would appreciate them for listening in the first place and try to come up with more and more ideas until I get one.

There is a split decision on an idea. The councillors begin to debate if the idea should be accepted. As time goes on, the debate turns into an argument! How do you handle the situation?:

I would try and solve this and hear from everyone's side of the story. I would then discuss with them all how they feel right now and how we can get over this situation by listening to each other without talking or shouting over each other and debate in a civilised manner, come to a decision using all claims and forgive each other about what happened and forget about what happened in the past, and focus on the present. If they keep arguing and the matter escalates, I would have to discuss with the Head-Councillor how we should solve this.

A councillor is stirring up problems and abusing their position on school grounds! What would you do?:
I would talk to them about what they are doing wrong and that they need to set an example to others instead of abusing your position as a councillor as a warning. If they do not cop-operate with me and keep doing things like being mean to people, bullying and more, I will take a picture or recording of them immediately doing anything they should not be doing around school and report it to either the head of council or the Principal were hopefully, it can be dealt with properly.

The council president says something you completely disagree with, how would you combat this?:
I would say to them in a calm manner that I disagree with them and back up my claims with why I disagree with them instead of shouting at them and holding a grudge against them since in the council, all opinions matter even if they are the council president, they are just like us and understand us as we have to work together as a collective group or team.

There’s a staggering amount of tension/drama between two councillors. It’s beginning to affect their work ethic; how would you try to help?:
I would talk to them privately that they should forget about what happened and apologise to each other for what they have said or done due to the fact that it is breaking the group apart and they need to sort out the situation privately instead of trying to bring it into the group. If they cannot, I will try and step in more and say what they could do like saying how they feel towards the other person and why there is tension between them and take it in. This shows that the problem could then be solved and would try to never do it again.

IN-CHARACTER PERSPECTIVE QUESTIONS

Character Name:
Connie Ikari Nosaku

Character Gender:
Female.

Character Age:
18 years old.

Character phone-number:
672258075

Brief summary of how they act- your character’s personality:
Connie Ikari Nosaku's personality is a perfectionist. She ensures that she is a responsible, kind, helpful and friendly character like a role model. She doesn't like taking risks but can be forced into doing things out of school. Is always cautious of any type of danger/consequence in different situations. If someone is mean to her she would handle it in a calm way and would try to ignore the person by walking away from the problem or possibly reporting it.

Character appearance/attire:
Connie has bright, long and blonde hair with a fringe at the front, sort of covering her forehead. She has dark hazels eyes with quite tanned skin. She would be quite small at the height of 5'5. Her signature hairstyle would be her hair down with 2 little pigtails on either end. She'd normally wear formal or casual wear depending what her mood is. She usually wears outfits with baby pink in them because that is Connie's favourite colour.

What separates you from other applicants seeking your position?:
What separates me from other people that are applying for councillor is that I am very dedicated and hard working. Once I have something on my mind, I stick to it and try to be the best that I can be. I am very organised and can help the team with coming up with ideas that may work and can help the school. I am quite creative when it comes to these types of things. I would say that sometimes people don't get on with other people it happens normally but with me, I feel like I can connect and talk to anyone even if we don't share the same traits or passions with each other. We may not talk to each other that often but in meetings and events we can bond together to get this done properly.

Why do you want this position?:
I would like this position because I would love to be apart of the council. This is because I love expressing my ideas to others and I actually have a say that may change the school to become a better educational environment towards others and myself. It is also because I get to partake in events and socialise more with the council members themselves to get to know them even better than I could've before. It also makes me realise that not only does my perspective matter, that everyone else perspective and idea matter also. This means it helps me work harder and harder to improve my communication and team-work skills even more to what it is right now! I would like people to think of me as a role model that they should look up to and won't be afraid to recommend ideas or improvements to me.

What interests you the most about student council?:
What interests me the most about student council is that I get to experience an opportunity that I have never done before and actually be passionate about it. I feel like I am able to share my ideas even more than I could as a student. But if I did get accepted into the school council, I would be very interested to meet the members, see whats we will be doing, when are the meetings because I get very excited when I am in a new form of group and I would try my best to fit in. I am also interested in how the meetings go and how we should be more out-spoken and not afraid to express yourself even if the rest disagree with your idea.

What could you contribute to make the school a safe and fun environment?:
I would talk to some of the students around school asking for some feedback on the school and what are the positives about Karakura Highschool and how they think we could improve it. Once, I have enough collected information down I would talk at the meetings saying about what students have said and what I would also want to have a change to the school. I would also report any bullying, littering or any school rules that are broken and immediately report to a member of staff at the school or even the principal. I would also become a role model to fellow students to show them what is right or wrong by attending classes and listening carefully while doing work, come to meetings every time, meet new students, make sure students are behaving well towards staff and more.
