I am a comeback player to SRP. I used to be a part of a wide range of communities. After a break, I decided to continue the trip in SRP and focus my knowledge of acting and gaming based on leisure time in different spheres.
Before leaving SRP I was an active interior designer in Misfits Tailoring and a Manager, additionally, I did partake rp in the Baseball team of college, worked in different shops and became a part of Karakura school [Tutor, professor role].
Another contribution to the server I have made is making variety of proposals for events and even shared my experience of detail RP at a time. (see:

What is your motivation for applying?:
I suppose I would like to elaborate on my current image of lawful/criminal rp point. A lot of changes happened I would not mind taking part in experiencing it from a KPD perspective. Additionally, after being a KPD I plan to write a small article to it, sharing the experience I faced during service time, so new players get a touch of what they would have to encounter when performing such a role. A secondary point is applying for earning more ICY money to sponsor a bigger estate where I could alleviate better interior skills for quality roleplay. I would be an ideal choice for fraction because I have experimented with server rules in the past a lot and can critically ensure that the situation faced in ICY is resolvable by roleplay and when staff are required. I don't have preferism of players and all players will be treated equally, meaning no /f listed people in my mc account will get boosts while engaging in criminal rp. Lastly, my motivation to join KPD is to join another part of server to goof around when it is time for it and do more serious rp when required. I want the char I applied with to die in the process of the lore too, working few months in it and then giving my leave unless KPD wants me to stay.
What knowledge do you have of Police Work?
Current ICLY knowledge I hold is referred to general SRP rules made in forums. Gathering KPD rules and Gang RP related is main evidence I would use to support myself in explaining KPD system. However, on OOC side, I do contain an understanding of police departments using ethical hacking to perform data searches, application of basic law codex and morals of security/protection/escorting liaised work areas from outside of the game (work experience in other words..).
Crucifying the verdict of duties, KPD is an industry of town ensuring protection of the town, enabling citizens to follow the new law permitted by the government, fighting crime and restraining any incidents that occur within town or active call helpline response.
Basic physical work is required to maintain for any police worker to ensure active form and keep fast-paced work. However, sometimes a brain talent might be more valued than muscles, in that case, it leads to working as police to working a detective who delves into mysteries and using ****ytical skills figure out criminal cases... Lead by department chiefs and commissionaire's lead, police entrust the town with comfort and rightful justice. Nevertheless, the followed justice is covered by depths of unfair power that wields over (in this case KPD is directly affected by canon lore to make more delicious drama in plot).
Lastly based on ICLY terms a KPD member can rank up following simple step system. Starting position as a Cadet (trainee officer doing training on KPD and passing given training to achieve official worker badge); Patrol Officer (official KPD who passed training and is lowest legal worker on KPD grounds after Cadet), Corporal (a higher in ranking officers), Sergeant (active high-rank officers who have ability to initiate lower step squads and perform basic training), Lieutenant (Higher in position of Sergeant, this post allows to work with wider range of tasks) and these are main workforce divisions. Second division which wields control of information, evidence, final calls and strategy includes detectives, inspectors, captain and commissionaire (the mother of this amazing food chain).
Lastly, each KPD is to be identified by unique ID number with K letter at the start.
Why is Police important to SchoolRP?
KPD in SRP has a long history, longer than I have played in SRP in general. To cover the wide-range lore of SRP starting from its formation to now current, would take too much space for reader as it is their own duty to read it and be aware of all recent venues. In short, KPD maintains these key aspects in the server:
- Controlling the Law
-Fighting the unlawful and revolutionary parties
-Sorting Bailing system
- Playing defence mechanism during patrols, court cases and investigations including high-risk crimes (sometimes minor one)
- Attending SRP events and dealing with gangs
- Obtaining unique customs to use in RP with certain ranks
- Noticed that KPD often ones to request staff help monitoring meta-gaming and ensuring players follow outside rp rules when making criminal rp, additionally reporting players for not following rules so staff could handle it...
- More elements can be added, but these are main ones apart from making Police Lore in town which is the norm of any standard government-ran, realistic town/city

Describe your character; how they look, what makes them unique?
6’3 178lbs fit-built male. He would have Demon-Angel Wings Tattoo drawn over his back. He would have dark hair with red strip running on the bangs and silverly lashed emerald eyes. A scar kelloid scar would run across his right face fracture, showing prints of not as an easy past. A light scent of cigars would follow the figure. His presence would be rather silent yet the sharp sight would pierce the target making them uncomfortable. From life experience male never knew how to represent own emotions but remained silent and read people's daily monotony and thinking of how b**** the world is: "either people lie or remain silent hiding their true identities behind those plastic masks, childish trauma must of stang... like that one 14 years old and already have murdered own uncle for neglection.. hah this job truly is something else." Seeing death or war does not disturb individual, he would not care if someone higher in position would threaten him, he just follows the given law and enjoys his own pace. Catching criminals? More like getting to the core of rotten town that motivated male to apply for KPD department.
How does your character act in a professional/casual situation?
Cold-nerved Individual that would not panic, unless shot to painful spots no other cases Dazzel would show remorse expressions. He'd remain practically emotionless during work hours so he could fully fall into workaholism. Work is his only goal, he has no goals, he just lives and goes with the flow. His credo in work is to provide best of him and celebrate with a shot of cheap sake after successfully finishing the day.
What is their outlook on the idea of co-workers & teamwork?
Hiding own feelings, male would listen to others, if having any concerns or issues with any coworkers he'd resolve it during work hours and in person not involving any other staff. But keeping side of him, he might not toxic with colleagues, he still can sabotage one if they'd hurt someone Dazzel values for work progress or needs for his own benefit.
He wouldn't disrespect hire-ups but he is not afraid to show his horns to them if they disrespect him to the bits of mud.
Do you see yourself as a leader or a follower? Why?
Dazzel is neither leader, neither a follower. Like a black cat, he follows own interests but fulfils all lawful requirements. Dazzel is type of character who doesn't value much own life, but lives for satisfaction of work, putting states to very limits, creating diverse capabilities to rp that don't break rules, instead making detailed points in the plot,
BACKSTORY (100+ words)
Dazzel was born in a family of working-class parents. From a very young age, he would be taught to train and study. His boring childhood was main reason for him to grow the way he is now. His parents would keep him on lockdown and insert the idea that having friends is a waste of time, thus, as a kid male grew in vand-span of books and old asian dojo. Even when he was allowed to attend school he would be punished for any attempts makin social bonds with people and instead praised when he made enemies and criticised people as pests. Living in such monotic system male knew he would end up used as a puppet. As soon as he got enough money and became legally aged he'd begin life independently, living in university of Tokyo residence he'd began his path as ****ytic. He would study criminal justice and an endless amount of lawful papers assigned to serial killers, arsons, and other type of crime. Devoting his life to this, male would become somewhat neutralized person, identifying good from evil, yet again plainly acting as law-following citizen.
After graduating from higher education Dazzel would work for Japanese Juvenile crime institute where he got his basic training on role of investigator and officer working with offensive children and graduated his internship at age of 27. Now he is following his life, escaping from big town and crowds in Karakura where he seeks to workas detective and whiteout personal drama do what he loves the most.
SECTION 2: GENERAL KNOWLEDGE

Yes, you cannot legally keep a pocket knife outside in the streets, if found by KPD it is to be detained and interrogated the holder (in case any blood stains seen), after what a charge for illegally carrying a weapon is to be given.

If you see your co-workers physically abusing an inmate, what should you do?
Firstly, Call up a higher-up to stop the brutal act and report what was seen and write down witness file. Technically allowed but not recommended: stop them in case it gets out of hand and inmate will die, but this is last resort to interfere on own premises which is against rules.
What should you do if you see your co-worker being assaulted?
Callup for backup, callup EMS and only then rush to the co-worker ensuring help is on the way to provide them first aid and help incase they are still fighting back against criminals/attackers.
What do you do if you find out that your co-worker is corrupt and is helping criminal organizations?
File a report to a higher-up and provide valid evidence showing their activity with it.
How would you react to a criminal trying to bribe you?
Report them to a higher-up and explain the situation with bribery. Filing a witness form.
