As the title says, I think that instead of two lifeguard slots - there should be four! I think this process could be done through applications or some kind of IC event, like a rush week or tryouts or something. Tryouts could consist of actions that emit to lifeguard duties, an event idea, displaying a well-developed character, and obviously having a good reputation. Also the waterpark could possibly be re-worked? Or have some kind of shop added to it? It's been the same for a while

How will this benefit the server and community?:
This would be beneficial in terms of roleplay, especially at the summer approaches. Way back when, lifeguards would open and host at the waterpark or the pool. . or really just anywhere on the beach. I think this definitely ignited roleplay and made the hotspots 'hot'. If there were more people to contribute to this it would definitely reintroduce that summer atmosphere and opportunity for more events

No one really interacts with lifeguards at the pool or on the beach or anywhere that they would be located during the summer other than to make comments about the role in LOOC. Adding more lifeguards sadly won't change that they're not interacted with.
There's also some events that can't be done strictly as a lifeguard event due to us having a swim team. We're more than happy to take event ideas as summer is approaching!

+1 for the waterpark rework. Would love to see that happen as well as a shop in place selling beachy cosmetics. I also like the idea of adding more lifeguards to the server. More awareness for the role = more activity imo

Adding more lifeguards sadly won't change that they're not interacted with.
