/ooc has gotten out of control, and the only way to fix it is to slow down those who want to abuse it by saying the most random things ever. This will help by reducing the number of messages that are not important.​

Absolutely not. OOC is purposely so people can talk. And if you don't want to see nonsense being said in the chat then turn off the chat. Making the use of /ooc deduct yen is absurd. If people are breaking rules, report it.

I think putting a paywall on everything is not going to fix the issues we have with the server. Also, adding more things that are more expensive won't either. if we want to fix things, it'd be best to find out a way that doesn't involve money.
