What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:
My motivation for becoming a teacher would have to be everyone who have been in my life so far. I have been told over and over again that I have the dignity and worthiness to become a teacher when I get older. I have always backed down their confident boosters because I couldn't ever see myself as a teacher. Until I started SRP. I've always been on one side of SRP where I fight, kill, and maybe be killed! I've never experienced how it is like on the OTHER side of SRP, and now I WANT to be a teacher more than ever on SRP.
Do you understand that you are applying for the teacher role of UT & If your application is accepted, you may have to undergo teacher training?:
Yes, I have full understanding of what to do at trainings and how to act and look at trainings. I'll also make sure to enjoy it!
What are the teacher class logs and why are they important?:
Teacher class logs are used to check whether or not teachers have been hosting classes or not, and if they have been active or how long they have NOT been active. It is also there to keep track of what subject of classes have been hosted and show how much they would or could get paid.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
Always try your hardest on work
Making sure you try your best to do YOUR best for not just the kids attending class, for the faculty in general.

Teaching classes with respect means to always be on-time, never treat other differently, and treat EVERYONE with respect.

What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have a lot of experience with roleplaying because I would always play Roblox and go on those weird roleplay games where you end up killing your best friend or something . . . I don't know, but I've been roleplaying my whole gamer-life so far. I really found interest into fantasy roleplaying because I love all the fantasy discoveries and just the fairytale made up stuff!

↳ Description: A Qualified Teacher means that they earned to rank up from a Newly Qualified Teacher to a Qualified Teacher. They have hosted some classes and showed that they deserve to be a higher rank.

↳ Description: This teacher can successfully open lessons but need approval from their HD (Head of Department) if they want to start a lesson they most likely need to look at the lesson plan for their lesson plan.

Teacher Knowledge
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
The purpose of being a teacher is to educate students so that they can take that knowledge and develop it in either college or a career. Teachers generally get paid between 150,000¥-200,000¥ but this can increase or decrease depending on how much work they do. Teachers teach differently depending on the subject things like academic subjects use more logic whereas creative subjects are more practical and creative. In school time when teachers aren't teaching, they will be doing what is known as a Preparation Period and in this time they will be contacting parents, other teachers, call in students about grading, researching planning and more. Lunchtime is the more personal time for teachers but more often than not, we’ll be using this time as another form of a preparation period. After school teachers are just like everybody else they can go out and socialise and shop etc.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
School is the heart of the server. It is the teachers' job to make sure that the school aspect of the server is working to its full potential. Teachers should make the roleplaying experience for students a friendly but fun environment and truly uphold the heart of the server.

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
Asahi would first approach them and warn them about their language. If the delinquents continued to curse and swear, Asahi would then bring another teacher or higher-up into the scene - possibly the vice principal to punish them, depending on how bad it gets. He would never get physical with the students or degrade them, as he knows it’s his job to set a model example for those children.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
Asahi would mention first the fact that the students would only be giving themselves more trouble if they refuse to listen. He would tend to pass out more work and ask for them to have it done sooner; he’d play less games and tend to get more serious with the students. He, however, may become stressed, and give out piles upon piles of work. He wouldn’t yell at the children, because that’s not the best move. At times, he’d stand there, quietly, a firm look on his face, one that literally reads ‘shut up’, but he wouldn’t say anything. He may begin preparing work or writing on the board. For some students, if they continue to talk, he may have them come in and write sentences or ask them to see him after class. He may give them detention after school.

He’d be pretty relaxed and keeps his cheery, nice and polite attitude due to knowing that other teachers have been there longer than him and they deserve more respect, of course, if there are teachers in the lounge, if not he’d either be chilled out or grading.

He performed just as excellently as he did in past High School years, getting amazing grades and pleasing his professors. Finally, he went on the lookout for a Job. It was tough, much tougher than any drama technique he had mastered or any accomplishment he had been awarded because there were the very limited amount of people hiring, finally he saw an opportunity at Karakura High School. He took it immediately and he got the job! Leading him to now.
