Describe your activity on the server:
I currently have to divide my activity between my EMS account and my cheer account, I'm most active on my cheer as of now between the two, but I try to get on for around four/five hours total a day to be fully active. I would be able to be online anywhere from two hours a day as a police officer, with summer coming up, I will be able to be on much longer- Until the restrictions from COVID-19 lift, I'll basically be pretty active.

What is your motivation for applying?:
Ever since I was demoted from KPD in November, I knew that I eventually wanted to come back to be able to try at it again, to better myself, fix my previous mistakes, and complete the test that I was not able to complete successfully in the past and become a patrol officer.
Do you understand Japanese Laws and Basic Conduct?
Yes, I do. From currently being an EMS, along with previously being a cadet, going through many informational trainings, along with refreshing myself with a reread before making this application.

What knowledge do you have of Police Work?
A major part of what you do when you start off at the KPD is front desk work, which consists of taking the reports of any citizen who comes in, reporting a currently occurring crime, or an already committed crime. You'll also take bails for any prisoners in the system, in which you would search the bail price for, getting paid that said price, and that prisoner being set free. Visitations will also be done, when you and a fellow officer will go and take the said visitor up to the prisoner, in which they have a set time of monitored speaking, while the prisoner is secure in the chair. Apart from those duties police officers, many times go on patrol, even sometimes with EMS. What they do is patrol the town, searching for any unreported crime that may currently be taking place, or an already occurred crime, stopping it, or investigating what went down. Stopping the crime could be done either with physical force, the force of a taser, or in extreme crimes, a Glock. If criminals are brought in alive to the station, they may be questioned by somebody from the Investigator Division, this is done to get the absolute full story of the crime, in being which they heavily question the said person, to be able to get all victims, culprits, and accomplices. This is a major portion of what I still have retained from my nearly three months being a cadet.
Why is Police important to SchoolRP?
GangRP, yet while going down in its popularity and activity, is still a major part of the server. It is a type of roleplay that will and would majorly affect the server if the KPD wasn't apart of the server, it would go absolutely wack. While it can and still will continue to be apart of the server for the foreseeable future, it needs to be controlled with police, just how it is in real life. Realistically, murderers are not able to run freely in the world, doing and killing whoever they please. They have the police to stop this, which should be able to have on SRP, which is already a thing. They are here to protect the citizens of Karakura, to have people to be able to walk the streets not in fear, to hang out with friends in a crime-free area. Keeping the city crime-free could be anything from stopping an attempted murder, a robbery, an assault, a kidnapping, and many other situations that would fit under the category of a crime. The police keep the citizens of Karakura safe and happy.

Yes, And if I am I will accept my demotion, no questions asked. Whatsoever.

Yes, I do. I'm prepared to do whatever I need to do to be able to be 100% dedicated to this position, while even being on EMS and the college cheer team.

Yes, I do. I was very good at attending training in the past, and I don't plan to change that.
Do you acknowledge that you’re subject to IC harassment, and you are NOT to take things OOCly when dealing with training & situations?
Yes, I do. I deal with situations like this many times as an EMS, so I am able to calmly deal with IC harassment, without getting toxic in any way, shape, or form.

CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Tell us about your character, how he looks, what makes him unique?
Yeo is a 5'11 Korean male, with medium-wavy black hair, being complemented by his almond-colored eyes. Weighing around 191 lbs, giving him a slim appearance. He is always putting forward his best self, being very kind, along with extremely caring. Wanting to have always helped people since he was in high school. The quirk of Yeo which would make him most unique is his strong desire to help and protect people. Though-- nothing in his life occurred in which would make him want to go into this field of work, he has admired the work of all government workers, which would include police and hospital staff, taking a stronger interest in the police force.
What he's like on and off the job?
On the job, he'd always be focused on his task at hand, whether it'd be simple front desk duties, responding to a call, or out on a patrol, he'd make sure to never make a mistake, to the best of his ability while still being human. He is always kind to his co-workers and respectful to his higher-ups, following orders, and carrying out needed tasks. When he would be off the job, he'd spend it with his family, specifically his daughter, he'd be a very family orientated, caring for his daughter the most of anyone in his life. Usually doing things at home, like games-- Or just flat out relaxing outside or in his home.
Outlook on his co-workers? Plans for the future?
He does and always will have the uttermost respect for his co-workers, always promising to be kind, and caring of the ones he will spend his time around, to be able to have a positive work environment and an efficient team to do the one sole goal as a police officer, protect the citizens and stop crime. He wants to be able to work until he can work no more, he has dreamt of this line of work since high school and doesn't plan to leave it anytime soon. He is happy with the family that he currently has-- In which this is the only thing he would wish to complete to fulfill his life wishes.
BACKSTORY
Yeo Ja-Hwa Fujiwara was born on May 6th, 1978 in Daejeon, South Korea to a single-parent household. His mother was a very successful business owner in the area, giving him the lavish in his lifestyle. He went to not only a very nice school in his early childhood, but he also had the luxury of attending a top-level high school in Seoul, South Korea. Here he was able to explore many career options through his schools' magnet programs, with exploring his options before the beginning of this school year, he took peak interest in the criminal law program. After completing what would seem to be four years of normal high school. He went off to college, with a set plan in place with a set advisor of his, which would send him into majoring in English and Criminal Justice, while minoring in Psychology, Sociology, Musical Arts, and Law. With Musical Arts and English being of his choice. He was almost going into the police training program at the early age of 22 before he encountered the love of his life.. And before you would know it, he'd be the father of a beautiful baby girl. . Mae Hei Yeon Fujiwara on February 9th, 2001. He took it slow in his career, working in social services for the government, mainly the library divisions. Obviously, he was in a completely different area at this point in his life, when he was going to start police training, he found work in Tokyo when he met the mother of his daughter. Eventually getting to Karakura. Seeming that he'd finally feel good enough in life to move his focus from his family, he'd enlist in the police training academy at the age of 39, finishing at 42, and beginning the process of applying at the Karakura Police Department, waiting for his results.
