In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
A school counsellor's job is to work with students to ensure their safety and well being in high school. Tasks in the school counsellor's position consist of resolving conflicts such as fights and or arguments on campus. A school counsellor also will help a student with whatever issue they'd have going on, whether it be something at home, an on-campus issue, emotionally, and or mentally all to ensure a student's well-being and safety. They also listen to the student's concerns about academic problems, such as bad grades in a certain course, or overall in each subject.

A counsellor in a school setting can also be involved in giving specialised support, whether it be special education, or if it be with either the unfortunate at risk of failing students, or the gifted and talented. They also may collaborate with the parents of the students, and even fellow faculty. They also provide guidance, support, and resources to assist in various challenges that students may face whilst progressing throughout their lives to adulthood.

What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
My roleplay experience consists of hours of SchoolRP, and other roleplay networks. I have experience in SchoolRP as a Professor, which was a great help in experiencing the life of an average player in the faculty faction on SRP.

I also have experience in other themes of roleplay within SRP, that being GangRP and SportsRP. I've gotten myself in various roleplay scenarios, some intense which may have included an in-character's life on the line, and the simple less intensive scenarios.

I think my roleplay skills learned from being a Professor will greatly assist me in the Counselor position, as from past scenarios as a Professor, I've improved in factors and areas of roleplay,. I also had hours of roleplay in FantasyRP, till it's sad closure which I really enjoyed, which also contributed to myself learning more new things, ways to roleplay, how to handle certain situations, etc.

Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
I'd like to join the faction because it would give me an extensive stretch of more roleplay scenarios to experience, more than I'd expect to experience as a Professor. I can see myself playing a loving-the******-like character who deeply cares for the safety and well-being of the students present. As a school employee, it will give me more free range in the adult character roleplay area.

I like to believe my character has a soft heart for the students and would do anything to make sure they're in good hands. As a school counsellor I can also indulge in in-depth roleplay with the students, assisting their character's and their character's needs to the best of my character's ability. Getting the ability to work at a school also has its benefits, such as making new friends with those you meet in a counsellor-student roleplay scenario, which branches off to other forms of roleplay in an off-campus scenario.

Lastly, I believe working in a school scenario will brighten my horizons further, expanding my knowledge of roleplay forms I hadn't experienced, and an impactful resolution to character's that would require my assistance as a school counsellor.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Miko would seem to smile at them. “Excuse me, please remember you’re on school grounds, okay?” She replied in a soft tone as she was taking deep breaths of holding back her irritation as many advised her to keep her cool down. She would look at them and notice they didn’t listen as her face slowly changed into a more serious tone. “Change your tone and language.” She said as she was a bit more serious with a more louder voice. She'd seem to smile as she notices the student's reaction, feeling more approved from how they stayed silent from her stance and how she was positioned. She'd seem rather alerted with about the way the two students were going about. She was tapping her feet softly as she seemed rather impatient, trying to keep her cool and she would smile but her teeth gritted quite harshly. She would shake her head, watching the students, trying to be at her again.

She would sigh. "Why are you doing this again?" She would look at them concerned. "It is ridiculous that you are acting like this, maybe if you need trouble on focusing or behaviour wise, come by the Counsellor office." Miko would smile again but more softer than a few minutes ago. She would look around as if she felt a bit sympathetic towards them, feeling as if they might be troubled mentally so she tried to attempt to be able to look what was going on with the two.

You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Miko would walk towards them swiftly as she put her foot in between, trying to stop the fight. “Students, I hope you understand, you’ll get a serious consequence.” She said as if she was waiting for her reactions, and if they didn't listen to her. “THAT IS ENOUGH, BOTH OF YOU FOLLOW ME!” She would yell at the two, as she was furious of the two students being immature and disrespectful towards her and etiquette around the school. She would bring them away from the crowd and she would use her radio. "Hello? Any SLT around? Two students fought in the hallway, near the Nurse office and the stairs." She explains her location. She would seem to sigh in a sad way. "You both will have detention but can you explain what happened?"

She would wait for the two to answer why they did it. She'd listen carefully as she nodded in acknowledgement. "Alright.... Well, either way, you both broke into a fight and not be civil about your actions." She would seem to doubt about what they were explaining towards her. "I think you guys need some time at the end of the day to rethink about your actions since, I've already given you detention. She smiled at the two, "If you guys need to talk, please talk to any of the faculty, alright?"

Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
She would look over at the Employee and she would shake her head. “I don’t think that’s appropriate, ma’am/sir..” She said as she raised an eyebrow. She would take her radio and she spoke into it. “This Employee is breaking the rules of school grounds, can SLT come over?” She said as she looked over again and she would try to stop the Employee from doing it again. She would look at the Employee. "I really need you to rethink of your actions because it'll definitely get you into deep trouble, like getting fired!" She said as she shook her head in disapproval of the other's actions and words and she tries to make sure, they'll never do it again, whilst waiting for response of SLT. She'd look over again at the faculty member. "I've already warned you again and again, even called SLT for some help of your behaviour, can you stop atleast?" She would smile faintly as if she was slowly losing hope.

"It's not that you're breaking the rules, you are deliberately not listening to me or even trying to stop." She shook her head, as she walked over to them as she moves her hand on the other's shoulder. "I hate to break it to you, even if everyone else seems to not care about how you act, I don't think it is appropriate to your role that you have been appointed to." She looked at them with a smile that seemed saddening.

When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Miko is quite a sweet person around and she can be quite of a mischievous one but not pranks and such, just teasing and all. She would be quite humorous about random topics and she is rather talkative. She doesn’t really like biased opinions and she would speak out her opinion. She is very sympathetic and oblivious as well, if anything happens between the faculty as she doesn’t understand some things. She would be extremely patient and a good listener to others and she sorts arguments with just talking and no extreme violence whatsoever.

Her sweetness and kindness has a limit to it but she is extremely generous and kind towards her fellow co-workers and she helps them to refresh their mental state and making sure they are fine. She cares for others as much of herself, she is a selfless person as well as being able to share what she thinks to help and to give advise. Her limit depends on how much trust and respect, she has on the person but she always have the respect for her Higher Ups and those who are Higher ranks than her.

The mischievous side of her doesn't come out as much, only a few comments here and there, and it's not serious. She would just have a bit of her fun within her co-workers as she just wants to have fun whilst working. She doesn't exactly tease to the point where she makes someone quit or serious like that.

Humour was her thing. She would make so many jokes out of thin air. She would make all sorts of jokes as if it was natural to her. She has a limit to her humour and she doesn't get to the point where it is dark jokes. She tries to make the jokes more child-friendly to be able to make it understandable. She knows her limits to joking, she knows when to stop. She's good with understanding certain things.

Miko would be at her office, minding her business, settling down as she was excited to start her new career. She would look around in curiosity, noting where things are. She would make sure her things are tidied up so that it is ready for the day. She would be nervous but she achieved this job and she was just proud of herself for it. She'd be walking around her new office extremely curious as she hummed softly as she was looking around nervously. She would be looking at the window, making sure her mental state is on check as she looked around nervously. She would continue to hum as she was clearly new to being in a new place of work and try to have a good mindset and hoping for the best.

/me Miko would patrol around school, as she was making sure the students are doing well and any issues between them. She would see a crying student on the floor, walking over them in a peaceful way. “Are you okay?” She said in a worried tone and she would gesture to the student to follow her, let the student walk and talk, giving her a breather. “I’ll make sure, I’ll get it sorted, cheer up.. Okay? Smile!” She said as she smiled at the student. “Write here about what happened.” She said as she brought paper and a pen.

/me Miko was seeing two students yelling at each other, and she rushed to them. “That’s enough yelling, first warning.” She said as she shook her head. Knowing that the day just started, she was already dealing with issues that aren’t really crazy but she was just surprised. She was just smiling to prevent her stress from coming through.

Backstory

CHILDHOOD
Miko was born along with her twin sister, Kinoko. They had an older brother named Kai and two parents. When the twins were around 4 years old, Kinoko was diagnosed with schizophrenia. This made her the centre of attention for their parents and their mother keeping a close eye on her. Miko, who was completely healthy, was sad that her sister had weekly therapy appointments and was moved out of their bedroom they shared. Kinoko's new room would be right next to their parents due to the fact that she had episodes and night terrors often, waking the entire house up with screams and breaking objects.

Miko started to feel jealous around 6 when she realised she wasnt getting as much attention from any of her family. Her brother was always with their dad and her twin was getting their mothers love. She was oblivious to the abuse Kai was going through, she thought in her head that since she was the older twin, she wasn't as loved.Around the age of 9 she had planned out a way to have her sister sent away, framing her for Miko's pet rats death. She had crushed the rat underneath Kinoko's pillow and left it there overnight, hoping her sister would find it and scream.

This led to her mother figuring out it was Miko because she didn't plan the timing correctly. Kinoko was sleeping with their mother that night and never left her side as she was having an all day episode. Causing Miko to be grounded by their mother but also sent into therapy.

TEEN AGE
She felt as though she was lacking love from her mother and siblings. This slowly decreased her mental health and started an alcohol addiction when she lived in the orphanage after Kinoko killed their parents. Miko never understood why she would do that, she never knew their father was a terrible man. She just thought that he was teaching Kai the "ways of a man" and that he was always busy with work.
Miko started to date a boy, Mosu, when she moved to Karakura.

Her motivation of studying and changing things around starts to give her many creative ideas in her mind and heart. She was set on a journey of being the best part of herself. She was ready to continue her journey as her mind was out of place due to her past but she was extremely ready for what’s to come. She was excited yet scared to realise that her future was waiting unto her. Her family needed her to secure that life of success.

ADULT HOOD
As she hit the age of Kinoko, she wanted to go to the highest education, she could possibly hit and she was ready for the outcomes and ready for what it is that she is waiting for her. Her hard work within her courses of Philosophy & Healthcare, she was willing to go forward in her life and ready to do everything that hits her. She wanted to be like Kinoko, securing a job at Karakura! So, she would continuously study and study to make sure she has enough knowledge.

She wanted to try her best as she was ready for a new job, and even if it was hard for her. She is willing to do what takes her to do the best of herself. She wants to be able to be with her sister and help her alongside, working with her too.

Motivation for Joining KHS:
My motivation and desire for joining KHS is enjoying caring for others, making them feel loved and cared for in an RP scenario. I want to be able to help students if failing or making bad choices improve and succeed in their character's life. I would love knowing that I could successfully improve a character's life, whether if its a mental, emotional, or physical scenario. I believe joining KHS is perfect for my character, Miko Yokuna, as she is a remarkable character, her dedication to improve and aim for the stars in the education factor, her pursuit of knowledge inspired by following in her family's accomplishments and aspirations. Miko is also a very caring character that desires to impact the lives of the students like hers was by her parents, which led to her inspiration to strive for more and better. No matter what I would do as Miko, I would be glad to help in even the smallest amounts to help a student improve and thrive as Miko's family has. Miko's goal is to assist students in understanding that their dreams are achievable, and anything is possible as long as you put your heart to it, as well as work, time and effort.

I wish to be a role model for the students who come to me with their issues that may differ across various factors. As a person who had been through their own challenges, and roadblocks in life, I've realised how important a supportive individual is in someone's life that may need someone for said support. I simply wish to offer an ear to those who unfortunately undergo physical and mental challenges in life. To end off, my end goal as a counsellor is to inspire students via mental, physical, or emotional support. I believe if I can provide them with an ear the students can achieve anything they dream of, even life-long desires and or wishes.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
To start with, I have experience within the School Faculty for a long time, and I have been trying to do my best to continue this strive of success as an Applicant of School Employee once again and not mess it up before. I am willing to try my best to work extremely hard. I am able to show that the wishes of those that are needing the help, I can understand the consequences of being a School Faculty as well. I want to be able to show that I can genuinely be true to my words than mess up before. I want to try to turn the tables and be able to show that I have changed.

I want to show that my maturity has changed over the years from when I first became a School Employee. I have spent my hours on SRP for more than 3 years.I am willing to try to show that as an applicant, I want to show how dedicated I am to the School Employees and to show that I want a second chance. I have not copied nor did anything for the past years in the School Applications. I have shown that I am willing to change.

My motivation to the School Faculty is dear to me and I am true to my words that I am devoted and to show my benefits within the faction and being able to be a better person as well. Meeting new people shows that I can be social and be able to show that I can work hard and show that I can do this and not feel like a burden back then.
