How old are you?:
14.
Do you have any previous bans?:
Yes, two bans from when I first joined the server.
- Metagame, using OOC info ICly. I did this when I first joined to not lose my character and I didn’t think about the consequences of my actions and got banned for it.
- This one was actually a mistake on Im6’s part, I had to go in the middle of a roleplay to help my dad do yard work outside and as I was the only one home at the time, I had to help him. His old age makes it harder for him to work outside for long periods of time and he would have been mad if I declined, and Im6 banned me for having to go but unbanned me an hour later. I’m pretty sure I don’t have anymore, but if I do I forgot about them, sorry.

Trivia
What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:
My motivation for becoming a teacher is for a new type of roleplaying that I’ll encounter, grow respect for other teachers when I see how hard yet rewarding it is when roleplaying as a teacher, it can be quite frustrating when going through this but because I want to have a new experience in roleplay as I think it’s worth it, and it will genuinely be a fun activity to do in my spare time, such as setting up lessons, to help students understand things, and to have more interactions with people; them being someone other than my friends.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?:
I do have experience in Roleplaying, I play as a Lunchtime Monitor on my alt and have the knack of keeping children in line and making sure their behavior doesn’t get out of hand, stopped extreme fights from happening and have settled multiple tough situations, such as two employees or students getting into a heated argument, and overall, I think I’m pretty capable of handling this important role.
Have you read the Faculty Handbook?:
I have read through the Faculty Handbook.
What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:
The classroom logs are what teachers use to log their classes and what goes on in them. These are important because it shows to higher school staff and the faction leads that teachers are active and doing their job properly. It also lets them know if they’re doing something wrong or not going about the issues they face the correct way, and can be told how to improve themselves and become better versions of themselves when working. This also lets higher ups know that whoever is rostering their classes takes care of the students’ needs and does the best activities for them to learn the most information in one period and if they aren’t then they can take necessary actions to correct a teacher's wrongdoings.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?:
If I supposedly want to start a field trip, first I will have to send a letter to the Principal’s office about the said trip, and it must be sent a fortnight before the trip actually happens. I must then make sure that the trip meets the regulations, such as having the required amount of teachers and teaching assistants coming along to help me keep the students in line and give punishments if needed, make sure the trip is in the budget and is not too expensive, and make sure all students have permission slips and are allowed to go on the trip by guardian(s). The most important one is keeping the student's safety above all else, the students are my responsibility and if I happen to have an injured student on the trip I may be held liable, and I just want the students to be safe and have a good time on the trip. I’ll also have to document any events that happened and summarize the overall trip, and taking the other regulations into consideration so it will be as fun as possible for everyone.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
1. Get to class on time, if you arrive late you will not be let in.
2. Listen to the teacher(s) or other employees.
3. Take notes, some of the information I go over may be used at a later date.
4. Participate in class.
5. Avoid talking to your friends/classmates during class.
6. Always bring the required materials to my class.
7. Do not make fun of any teachers or employees.
8. Ask for extra help after class if you don’t understand something I went over.
9. Be respectful.
10. Use common sense.
11. No food and drinks.
12. No use of electronics.
Summarize your previous RP experiences (both in general and on SchoolRP):
My previous experience in RP at SchoolRP is that I actually used to GangRP as a grade-12 but I’ve stopped GangRP entirely. I was RPing as an “obedient” student at Grade-12, however, for now, I’ve gotten involved in Adult Roleplays as a Lunchtime Monitor; acting completely responsible as the job requires responsibility and being mature. However, I’m now into Family Roleplaying due to two of my characters being mothers now. Out of the server I’ve been on multiple Medieval Roleplay servers, Modern Roleplay Servers, and Highschool Roleplay servers, and have been roleplaying outside of SchoolRP for a couple of years now.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
- HD:
HD’s are basically in charge of the newer teachers. They plan all the lessons for the subject they are in charge of. They also train the newer teachers. HD stands for Head, meaning it is the highest rank out there.
- QTLS:
QTLS’ is the second highest teaching rank. They have permission to do classes whenever they want during the correct times, but discussing with other teachers is still required. Teaching permissions are less strict and more laidback. QTLS stands for Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills.
- NQT:
NQT’s need to get permission from a higher up teacher to teach and need to get lesson plans from them, preferably from the senior teacher (HD’s) in their teaching subject. They have to discuss what they plan on doing in the teacher's lounge with the other teachers. NQT stands for Newly Qualified Teacher.
Teacher Knowledge
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general:
Teachers serve multiple purposes and those are to attend to students’ feelings, experiences, and needs; in more detail, teachers have to consider pupils needs and wishes now and in the future, reflect on what might be good for all, and to plan their interventions accordingly. Teaching involves creating an inviting environment and engaging with others so they understand the topic at hand. Teachers have to develop a certain focus in their lessons, they should always be clear about what they’re teaching and trying to get their students to understand their lessons, if a student can’t understand the teacher's lessons then something needs to be changed. Normally teachers get a pay around $58,170. The way teachers teach is in a respectable manner, they often take things slow for the kids that don’t understand what the teacher tries to convey and should be as helpful as possible, helping anyone with an issue they’re dealing with inside and outside of the classroom. They should also act extremely mature yet showing a caring side so the teacher will be respected and this will make everyone in the classroom want to follow the designated rules set by the teacher, so they get his/her approval. What teachers do in their spare time is often related to their jobs! They’ll often conjure up lesson plans and worksheets for the students to do, quizzes to see how much they’ve learned so far, answer keys for the worksheets and quizzes, thinking about ways to get their students respect and multiple ways to give them the most knowledge in a short period of time, making it the most effective, and figuring out ways to let them remember the information he/her goes over in the class; overall a lot of the time they’re working on lesson plans or figuring out ways to help the school out and make it fun for the students going there.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
Teachers are important to a SchoolRP server because the server is based around the school, schools can’t function without teachers, and the students will need to be able to graduate; without teachers they won’t know anything on the exam and will fail, causing them to need to redo the grade. Essentially, a SchoolRP server would be boring without teachers if it was only based around School with nothing else to accompany it. If there happened to be no teachers, the students would get no lessons, would be bored out of their minds, would wonder why teachers haven’t been employed yet, and many other things all relating to: why are there no teachers? Teachers are needed for the school to function properly and do a lot more than people think.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?:
The lesson planning system the school works on is MoSCo, Must have, Should have, Could have.
Character Knowledge
Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs. How does he look like? What makes him unique and different? What is his outlook on Students? What about the other teachers? What is his personality like? What is his plan for the future?
Solar has a petite body build, with a cinched waist and is slightly curvy. Her hair is a dark shade of brown, appearing to be black in certain lights, and it’s normally combed over her head to give her the ‘messy’ hairstyle. Her nails are painted a pale pink. Her style is more ‘neat’ than ‘sloppy’ as she is trying to get as a teacher at a school in Karakura, Japan, and has to dress nicely for the job; she’s currently trying to get into the routine of dressing up nicely yet simply. She also has a tan complexion and dark brown eyes. Her lips are smaller than most, due to her not wanting to get surgery on them to make them bigger, as most girls do. There are light freckles dusting the bridge of her nose and going to under her eye. She tends to wear lighter shades when it comes to clothes, not only because it’s lighter on the eyes, but also because she has a rare case of color blindness where she can only see lighter shades, and even then they appear duller to her. She has multiple scars, one is going across her forehead in a diagonal line. There is another one on her cheek from a cooking accident involving her father when she was a toddler. What makes her unique and different is her teaching style, she’s often taking it upon herself to go to orphanages and teach the orphans as the orphanage couldn’t afford to give the orphans proper education as there was too many in the buildings, but she would be extremely patient with them and bring each kid a workbook to continue working when she leaves, and coloring books for them as they rarely got to have fun. Her outlook on life, she has a completely different outlook when it comes to students, she’ll always do whatever she can to make them happy and make sure they get the proper education but her outlook on teachers is different, she’ll see most of them as co-workers and give them the proper respect they deserve, but won’t form any friendships with them, keeping it purely work-related. Her personality is often different when working; she’ll maintain a serious yet kind persona with any student she talks to. When she’s around her siblings her personality is completely different, she’ll be caring and bubbly, talking a lot and rarely letting anyone get a word in unless asked to. Her plan for the future is simple, to work at a school and hope that she can be welcomed there and possibly make new friends. All she wants in life is to be accepted by the people she works with, as her mom never accepted her. She plans to improve herself as much as possible and adjust her teaching to fit the schools teaching system if she does get accepted.
Scenarios
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
My character would walk up to them calmly, asking what the issue is, and trying to get them calm enough to the point where they will follow her. Once she figures out the issue and gets them calm, she’ll take them to her sister, who is working in the school with her as a the****** of sorts, then have her help them settle the issues the group of kids is facing in a calm and collected manner with my character supervising. My character will give them the proper punishments for their actions, then she’ll leave the students in her sister's possession until she feels that the students are calm enough to go along their way.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
If no one in my character’s class was listening to a word she says, she would walk over to one of the students tables, preferably in the middle of the room; putting her palms flat down on the desk and looking around the room, yelling in a calm voice and asking them to listen to her in Spanish, to hopefully get their attention from the foreign language, while clapping to help her get their attention. She’ll then ask them why they’re doing this when they should be paying attention, not only because they need to learn but because this sort of treatment is disrespectful, and will give them a lecture on how it is, then she’ll make her way back up to the front of the classroom and continue her teaching from where she left off.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
When my character is in the teacher’s lounge, she’ll act in a mature yet friendly manner. She’ll rarely put her input in, only when asked to, or when asking what period she can take, as two classes shouldn’t be held for one period unless there are at least four teachers located in the teacher's lounge or around it at the designated time. Overall she’s a respectful and quiet person with anyone she works with.
Provide at least 5 detailed /me's of your character inside a classroom:
/me She would stroll over to her desk, grabbing a stack of papers and sitting one on each students desk, then walking back to the middle of the classroom and explaining what to do on the worksheet.
/me She would start humming as she opens the doors to her classroom, walking over to her desk and pressing a button for the intercom, starting to speak into it; announcing she’s starting a class.
/me She would take out a pen and paper, slightly glaring at the student that misbehaved, then moving her gaze to the paper and writing down their name and what they did, then putting the punishment they’ll get. She would then set it on her desk and resume her teaching.
/me She would give the class a warm smile as she looks at all the students, putting faces to names, then she turns around to face the board, grabbing a piece of chalk off her desk and writing her name on the board.
/me She would scan the room thoughtfully, in search for a student with their hand raised for an answer to her question, tapping her foot lightly against the floor, getting slightly impatient as nobody raises their hand.
Backstory
Solar Sánchez was born on January 6th, 1989. Her family was a happy one before she was born, her mother and father tolerating each other enough to the point where she never knew that their marriage was slowly falling apart as her mother had an infidelity with a man that is still unknown to her father, eventually having a baby girl, who they named Camili, despite her mother cheating her father still stayed with her and never divorded her because he was so madly in love with her. When she was 8 her father fell extremely ill from smoking since before she was born, with a severe type of lung cancer. Her mother was seemingly unaffected by this. Solar started realizing their relationship had extreme problems as soon as her mother didn’t get her father the help he needed once his cancer progressed to a stage that left him really weak; he couldn’t do anything on his own. At this time her mother neglected both her and her father, leaving Solar to take care of him, and her little sister who was only 8 at this time, and basically fend for herself at the age of 10, making her mature much faster than a normal child should. At the age of 12 her father eventually passed away, he sensed it was coming and called a jewelry store up, bought her a locket with a photo of him holding her as a baby in the locket. When her father gave her this she broke down, crying for hours with him holding her, apologizing every five minutes. He passed away three days later, leaving Solar barely staying afloat, her mother becoming extremely abusive as her father was always holding back her mother, the only reason she was still okay was that of her sister, who could tell she was upset and would do everything in her power to help her, but Solar would just shrug her off, saying she was fine. At this time her mother was often leaving for days at a time, getting herself involved in prostitution to pay for her kids and bills. As time progressed, her mother got herself involved with drugs and with the wrong people, completely ignoring her kids. This caused Solar to take on a motherly attitude as she basically became one to her sister at the age of 15. She would often go to a school with Camili (her mother never paid for school for the two), volunteering in classes and basically becoming a teaching assistant, helping Camili learn more and all the other students around her. She loved this job and grew attached to it, but eventually had to stop to get a real job, so she could send Camili and herself to the school, often having to leave in the middle of the day to attend her workplace. In her spare time, she’d volunteer at an Orphanage, bringing old workbooks she’s used in helping teach her sister the basics (Solar didn’t know much else), and teaching them all she knew. She fell in love with teaching and stayed at the Orphanage for a while, eventually getting paid for what she did, while attending school and her workplace. Camili graduated early, at the age of 16 from being so academically advanced, and Solar eventually got enough money to send her to College when she turned 18. At this time Solar is 20, finding out her father put money back for her from her grandmother, with a small note that said “I know how much you enjoy taking care of other children, you’ll be a really good teacher one day, Sol. Take this money and send yourself to College, you deserve it; stay strong dear, you can do anything you put your mind to. Love, your Father.”, as she read this she teared up and took a picture of the note, then putting it in the locket he gave her, but still eagerly taking the money out of his bank account nonetheless, and sending herself to the same College she sent Camili too, donating what was left of the money to the Orphanage she worked at with no name attached. Camili studied human psychology during her time in College to become a School Mentor. Solar went for teaching, obviously. At the age of 26, she graduated, got a degree for teaching and stayed in her hometown for a little while to keep volunteering at the Orphanage while she looks for a job at a school to pursue her dream job. She eventually finds one in Japan, Karakura to be exact. At the time she is 28 and talks to Camili about coming with her, pratically begging her to, but Camili denies at the time, saying she’ll go over to Japan with her soon, once she learns the language. Solar is left saddened by this but she ends up buying a ticket to Japan and going their anyways, Solar taking up the responsibility of learning the language before applying for the job she found, praying it doesn’t get taken. A year later, at age 29, she applies for the job she’s been keeping her eye on, due to her knowledge of Japanese, she feels she’s ready to become a teacher and prays she gets accepted after she turns her application in.

If I do get accepted, can I get a list of the commands teachers may do, or is there like a list of perks they have access too? This is my first time possibly becoming a teacher on the server and I have zero ideas on what commands they will be given if accepted. Sorry if this isn’t possible, you do not have to.
