Describe your activity on the server:
My activity on SRP can vary a bit. My schedule is pretty open, though; the only times I am guaranteed to not be available are when I'm asleep or at school. I don't have many obligations or things tying me down, and most of my school days are short, but my sleep schedule is kind of messed up, so I'm still available during the prime hours of SRP, which is pretty late in my time zone. My motivation shifts a bit sometimes, but even when it does, I make sure to get my quota done for things like my government role, and I show up for my football meetings and whatnot.

What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
My experiences with roleplay date back really far, if we want to go back to when I was a kid, my friend group did a lot of the stupid acting like we were Pokémon and things like that. But if I want to go back to when I really knew that I was actively roleplaying, it'd either be when I played Roblox, things like Royale High, or a stupid obsession I had with roleplaying as WWE wrestlers on games and having wrestling matches there. I enjoyed those things a lot, though, taking my interests and kind of delving deeper into them and making my own world out of them was super cool, and then I moved on to D&D for a while, once again thought it was super fun, but as time passed it kind of disappeared more and more from my rotation of things I wanted to do, I guess. Now I'm kind of unsure what made me google up good Minecraft roleplay servers, but I did, and that's how I found the server a bit over 3 years ago now, I think? It kind of got me hooked instantly since someone who left the server a while ago now was nice enough to help me out the moment I joined. During my time on SRP, I've held a lot of different roles. For a majority of my first year on SRP, I was a big GangRPer since that's where a lot of my friends were. I was in a ton of different ones and really enjoyed myself but got a bit burnt out by it after a while, so I tried out the faculty part of the server as a receptionist, had a bit of fun there, and then eventually left as I took a big break from the server. When I came back, though, I was motivated to join a ton of different factions, so I tried my hand at a few until I got into government. I've been there for a while now. about a year in total, did another run in faculty as a professor, and now I'm also a part of the HS-Female Football team, which were all really fun things to try out and be a part of.
What is your motivation for applying?
My motivation kind of lies in the fact I want to experience different roleplays. I want to know what it's like to be a psychiatrist on the server. Sure, I've attended sessions ICly, but I have an interest in the faction and how it functions. I've had tons of friends be in the faction throughout my time on the server, and they honestly haven't said anything bad about it. I've wanted to apply before but never knew if I had the time, but I know I do now. I've said in a lot of my applications that I want to experience different RPs, and that's still true, and out of every role on the server, I think a psychiatrist gets the most backstory and character-driven RP, if that makes sense? You get to speak with all different people about their characters pasts, how they feel, and what they think. To make it short though, I just want to experience more parts of the server, and EMS is the one that genuinely made me want to apply.
Which role are you applying for?
I'm applying for the role of Psychiatrist.
What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?
Director | Directors oversee the entire Hospital faction. They act as the “head” of Karakura Hospital, every other role reports to them. Directors set rules, policies, and standards to ensure professionalism and order. |
| Clinic Lead | Each specialty has one Clinical Lead who heads that department (Doctor or Psychiatrist). They train new staff, and mostly just oversees their department. |
Paramedic | Paramedics act as first responders to emergencies outside the hospital. After completing a residency exam, they answer medical calls in the field, use medkits, perform CPR or IVs, and help the Karakura Police Department at emergency sceness. |
Doctor | Doctors manage physical health: diagnosing illnesses and injuries, ordering tests like x‑rays, prescribing treatments, and performing minor procedures. they form the backbone of hospital care and, after residency, may advance to become paramedics. |
Psychiatrist | Psychiatrists focus on a patient’s mental health. They conduct therapy, diagnose mental disorders, prescribe psychiatric medications, and manage follow-ups. They can also handle police evaluations. Can also become Paramedics. |
The progression for Doctors and Psychiatrists are:
Trainee: New members who train under supervision for two weeks, shadowing experienced staff, attending hospital procedures, and take a test to progress. Resident / Senior Resident: After passing, they gain more responsibilities and independence; Senior Residents can help mentor newer trainees.
Attending/Official: Fully certified, completely independent workers. They mentor, and can move into leadership roles. or into Paramedic if they make the request for it.
Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are expected to attend or you will be punished?
Yes, I understand and acknowledge it.

Character’s Age (if accepted):
"Only 28, I've got my whole career ahead of me! Still somehow get called old, though."
Character’s Academic Background:
Well, I enrolled at UAM, or the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid, where I completed a bachelor's degree in medicine. It was a six-year program, and it kind of serves as both a bachelor's and an initial medical degree in Spain. where I then passed the national MIR examination.
Character’s Nationality:
"I'm Spanish! I've got roots going to the Castillians, though if you want to be more specific."
Character’s Marital Status:
"Single as can be, never really got out into the relationship field."
Character’s Religious Denomination:
"I'm Catholic, grew up with it, and it kind of just stuck with me, I guess."
Character’s Spoken Languages:
"I speak Spanish and Japanese, Spanish is my mother tongue though."
Character Backstory (Optional):
“I was born and raised in Madrid. My mother worked as a translator, and my father owned a little bookshop, not the kind with shiny shelves and music playing, but the really quiet kind, with handwritten labels and creaky floorboards. It was simple, but I loved the calmness of it. And that's kind of how most of my childhood was. Calm and steady. I wasn't a really loud kid, to be honest. I liked to just sit back and relax, my friends were almost the opposite, though, so like any kid, I still did my fair share of fun stuff, but my most ideal memories are when I was able to just relax even when there were other people around. That’s always stuck with me, and the older I got, the more it became me just not having any specific sense of direction in a way? I never knew what I wanted to do, nor did I have any specific things that kind of made me start glowing. But after I left home, I followed a more structured path. My studies kept me focused, and I appreciated the challenge. But after a few years of doing the same thing, in the same place, I started feeling… stuck. Like I’d built something solid, but not necessarily meaningful. I was learning, but I needed to find something that called to me more so I wasn't stuck in this loop of just being content, I think. Further down the road I found love in psychiatry, felt random, but it made me excited, so I went with it. After I finished those four years of residency, though, I wanted a change of scenery. Had a friend in Japan, so I traveled down here and kind of made an impulsive decision to move here. It's been a few months since then, and I thought it might finally be time I actually got some work and started settling down."
SECTION 2: MEDICAL HISTORY
What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?
"My speciality is psychiatry, focused more on trauma and adolescent mental health. I mostly chose it because, during my medical training I realised that phyiscial health is just one piece of a giant puzzle, and that the mind is also one of those pieces. I was always leaning toward the psychiatry way of things, but I got even more confident about it during my training when I looked at the fact the real pain sits deeper within people I guess?"
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
"Yeah, I do! After I finished my medical degree and passed the exam, I did a four-year residency in psychiatry at Hospital Universitario La Paz. It's one of the bigger teaching hospitals in Spain, I worked pretty directly with the patients. I worked both in inpatient and outpatient settings and handled a lot of things ranging from things like… acute psychosis and anxiety to long-term therapy for things like trauma and depression."
SECTION 3: CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?
Celese Pinto is a 28-year-old woman, she has soft, shoulder-length ginger hair that's usually free-flowing. A little messy at times, but it always looked natural. Her skin is clear and has a bit of a glow to it. Her eyes are green, and she has a smile that kind of resembles that of a mother. She usually wears simple and laid-back clothes, loose sweaters, soft cotton t-shirts, cardigans, and worn-in jeans. She usually had a bag at her side, filled with things like tissues, pens, snacks, and simple small things that she might need when she was out and about, or other people might need. Not very flashy, but the type of person you'd maybe sit next to on a bench. She's an extremely gentle person with grounded energy. She gives you a warm feeling when you're around her. She loves to crack light jokes, teasing the people around her in a friendly way. Sometimes her Spanish accent slightly slips through her Japanese, but she's always quick to correct herself.
How does your character act around the hospital?
She's the type of person who wants to keep the mood light, not overly formal, but tries to make herself more approachable in a way that you view her more as a friend and not just a co-worker. She speaks pretty softly and always acts pretty relaxed. She aims to be the type of person who can bring a sense of peace to a busy environment so it's not just all stress when you're at work. Now when it comes to her professional side, she's focused and observant. She wouldn't rush patients or conversations; her space would be entirely judgement-free for whoever stepped in. She takes her role really seriously but doesn't let that make her feel cold, she would bring a blend of professionalism and emotional intelligence when she's at the hospital. She's really just someone who tries to be easy to talk to.
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
Celeste works best on her own. She's easily capable of working with others and tries to maintain good relationships with her co-workers, she's just naturally more focused and effective when given space to work independently. She likes a more quiet environment where she can concentrate without being distracted. She's really self-directed and prefers to take time to reflect by herselfbefore making any decisions and loves being organized and dependable in a sense where she can manage her responsibilities without needing somebody else's constant input. That said, though she's not antisocial or difficult to work with, she communicates well and is always fine with working with others and appreciates support or advice. She just finds that her best work is done alone.
