What do you preferred to be called OOC?
My name OOCly is Jordan, so I would prefer to go by that.

Describe your activity and potential punishment history as a player of the server:
After my long break from the community, I joined back in late December of 2023, and I was welcomed with open arms by the members of the server. I have been on every single day, with no exceptions since I came back to the server, and have been becoming involved in every way that I can such as working at Shadonk’s shop, Shizukesa. I am currently roleplaying as a grade twelve high school student, and plan on joining a team in the months to come. Once becoming part of the Event Team, I plan on dedicating the free time that I have every day to creating innovative ideas that provide to the players of the server. Although I do attend college in real life, this will not be an issue concerning my activity on the server. I only attend college Monday-Thursday for five hours every day. Once out of school, I do not have any extracurricular activities that I am currently involved in, which makes it easier for me to be as active as I can. I believe that activity from not only staff but community team members is what drives players to be more active so it is a key component to the growth of the server.

As of right now, I am playing around 5-8 hours a day which is. . Wow, quite a lot. . But I genuinely enjoy being on the server and conversing with the other players. If I become a member of the event team, my activity will only increase as I will have tasks to moderate chat, and more. As of right now, my playtime is 6 weeks, and 5 days which is only adding up the number of hours I have on my main account, and I have hours on my alternate account also! Wow. . that's a lot... My activity will only continue to grow if I become a member of the event team as I will have new responsibilities to focus such as planning and executing events to create memorable experiences for players.

Along with my dedication to the server, I do unfortunately have one punishment/ban on my account. At the time, I was a hurt 16-year-old who was lashing out at a player, and well. . it went wrong! I understand that the actions of my past were not always the best, but as a now 19-year-old, I can fully say that history will not repeat itself.
As I would not like the focus of my application to be on my past, but perhaps my future, I would prefer that if any members reading this application would like more information regarding this incident, my Discord can be found at the top of the application.

⊱ ────── {⋅. ✯ .⋅} ────── ⊰

Please provide any previous faction applications you have created, whether accepted or denied:
I applied for the event previously, but it was almost three years ago. I was also a 16-year-old girl who had just joined SRP. So let’s just say. . The event ideas were horrendous. After my time and experience of being a member of the community, I have not only attended other events but come up with my own.
Linked below is the application to my previous application. View at your discretion. [Embarrassing, but nonetheless, I linked it]

What previous experience do you have working in a team that would outshine other applicants?
OOC Experience:
Honors Club - [OOC]
As I am a full-time student who attends University/College Monday-Thursday, I heavily rely on staying up to date on my academics. Although I am only in my first year, I have made the dean's list both times, which has made me eligible to join the honors club. I run events that the club has, as well as new student orientations. This is not just a club where we meet, and talk, but rather inform upcoming students of why they should attend our university. Being a member of this club/organization comes with an array of responsibilities that I have taken on. I have learned how to work in a team to conspire ideas to influence future students.

Social Media Management - [OOC]
As I am a Digital Marketing and Social Media Major at my University with high grades, I have been selected to run a brand's social media account within my University. As stated above in my Honors Club section, I am thoroughly involved with marketing our university to other students. Sounds great, Right? I would say it is.
I work alongside another classmate with the same major as mine, and we work on a scheduled basis to come up with innovative ideas for posts based on ****ytics and engagements on previous posts. Teamwork is a vital aspect of making sure that we are completing all the criteria and maximizing our success rate on these accounts.

Retail Management - [OOC]
Retail.. "What a lovely job to take up as a college student!" Says absolutely nobody. Anywho! I am a management executive at my workplace and have been there for almost two years. If you have ever worked in retail, you would know that it is a chaotic drama filled environment. Besides this, I have thrived. Working in a team is something that is required on a daily basis in my workplace to satisfy the needs of the customers. (Even if they yell at me about coupons allll day!)

Marketing Team - [OOC]
As part of my university, I as well as another student have been selected to host a 'Day in the Life' takeover for a stadium event. Our team of students will be attending an event for sports management and documenting a 'Day in the Life' documentary to attempt to convince students to come to our school. Sounds great. . Right? Well, in my opinion, it's a bit scary. The account that I will be taking over has 17.9k followers and I am as of February 27, 2023, coming up with ideas, and calculated marketing plans so that when I do attend this event, I will be ready. You may be thinking, why does this matter? It matters because my teamwork and innovative ideas are what make me outshine other applicants.

IC Experience:
School Teams - [SRP]
Since joining SRP in 2020, I have been on numerous sports teams. With this, I have been able to develop my roleplaying skills, and learn about the different aspects of what SRP has to offer. As of now, I am currently on the Bobcat Cheer team roleplaying as an American girl named Presley Primrose. Since my return to the team after two years, I have jumped right back in! In my years prior, I have had the chance to be a part of Bobcat Cheer [2021], Bobcat Track [2020], and Bobcat Swim [2020]. I spent most of my time on the Bobcat cheer team, where I was able to build friendships that I still have to this day. As cheer does not have a plugin, communication was the key to success. Along with attending practices, and pep rallies, being a member of the cheer team meant that teamwork was a must. I was able to not only attend events with many of the team but help contribute to planning events for the team.

EMS, Receptionist, and College Professor - [SRP]
In 2021 whilst I was a part of the Bobcat Cheer team, I thought. . Hey! Let’s apply for EMS, Receptionist, and College Professing. N' that is exactly what I did! I did thorough research on what each of the roles had to offer and I typed up a lengthy application showcasing my skills. And well! I got on. . All of them!
If you have been on EMS before, or even KPD for that matter, you know that teamwork is a must. I was first trained by 6Pancake aka Alex, and I was taught the necessities of teamwork and collaboration. Although being a receptionist, and a college professor does not require much teamwork, it still helped me learn about the server and how each faction is run.

Cashier - [SRP]
Throughout the numerous years that I have spent on the server, I have been a part of many shops such as Kissako, Sakura Henei, Sayonara, and currently, Shizukesa run by Shadonk. I thoroughly enjoyed each role that I have been a part of and each has helped further develop my knowledge of the different aspects of the server each in its own way. With this, I can use my accumulated knowledge towards my future endeavors of being an active and devoted member of SRP. As you would know if you have ever worked in a shop, the overload of players entering and wanting to buy items can be, well.. Overwhelming! Being a cashier, or a manager at one of SRP's shops requires teamwork and is a skill that I have developed to ensure that these openings run smoothly.

Overall, my past endeavors and experience are what make me outshine any other applicants. With time, comes knowledge. Not only do I have the leadership, and organization skills that are required to be a member of the event team, but I have helped firsthand with multiple events throughout my numerous years of playing. With this, I would be an excellent member to accompany the event team.

⊱ ────── {⋅. ✯ .⋅} ────── ⊰

Are you currently part of any Community Team? If so, which one and do you think you can manage your activity in both?
I am not currently a member of any community teams and have never been a part of one before. If I do get accepted to the event team, and also become a part of another community team role in the future, I fully believe that I would be able to manage my activity in both.

⊱ ────── {⋅. ✯ .⋅} ────── ⊰

Please provide a minimum of three (maximum of five) detailed event suggestions that would work for our server:
Below I have listed five events that I have added to my application
Starry Night Lantern Festival
Race Gone Wrong
Derailing Mayhem
Crusin' to Karakura
Community Service Day

1.
Starry Night Lantern Festival

"Light up the sky"

What is the event concept?
This event is one that players will never forget filled with warmth, light, and magic. As the sun sets and darkness falls, the festival comes alive with a magical glow on the beach. Players will follow the trails of lanterns that fill the streets of Karakura, leaving a warm glow on the landscape and creating a truly mesmerizing atmosphere for all. In order to inform players about the ongoing festival, we will begin by giving a formal introduction about the night of fun that was about to begin. /event [hexcode] Join us for a magical night of light and wonder at the beach of Karakura. Filled with entertainment, love booths, and a lantern-lighting ceremony. Come on down to Karakura's Lantern Festival' Overall, the event will be an immersive experience that takes players of SRP on a journey of light and inspiration. The festival will be full of interactive activities such as a photography booth by the beach, a kissing booth, and outdoor restaurant seating on the beach. The participants of the event will never grow bored, only yearning for more as the night continues with festivities. The festival is meant to be a unique opportunity for players to experience the beauty and wonder of Karakura, surrounded by friends and family. As the night progresses and players finish making their rounds of the beautifully decorated beach, we will transition to the main event of the night, a massive lantern release where the citizens of Karakura release hundreds of lanterns into the night sky; symbolizing hope, peace, and unity in the town of Karakura.

But the fun doesn't just end there! The festivities will only continue including games, vendors, and other activities to keep the citizens of Karakura engaged and entertained throughout the course of the night. This event is meant to have the community come together for a night of peace, and unity. Hypothetically, I would like to have government officials, particularly the mayor steps up to a podium and give a concluding speech and update about the town. This is not only a good event for the players, but a good time for government officials to give any upcoming news. But were not done yet. . To conclude the night of fun, there would be a firework ceremony lighting up the night sky. This brings the event to a finish, players can either sit on the beach and watch the shooting stars, or make their way back home. Either way, this would be a cozy event that nobody would forget.

What building is necessary?
Overall, this event would be a rather large one to build. As stated above, hypothetically there would be lit lanterns placed on the streets of Karakura leading up to the main event at the beach. I do have inspiration for what the lanterns would look like, and I think that if they look like this, along with invisible light blocks, it will make the event feel magical for players
1679549575695.png

Miscellaneous Builds Needed:
- Love booth that tests the compatibility of two people
- Photography booth by the waterfront
- Small stage and podium.
- Restaurant seating on the sand.

What recourses are needed?
- Staff able to moderate the event & ability to do /event
- A strong & well-rounded build team
- Shop willing to have their shop and employees transfer to the beach.
- Someone able to work the photography booth, and the love booth, particularly event team members.

Why is this event beneficial to the server?
As a whole, I believe that this lantern lighting festival could bring a plethora of players together disregarding the age or role of their roleplay character. As well as this, it can bring an array of the different factions together such as the government faction and the shop faction! I think that to maintain realism on the server, it is important for the different factions to interact with one another.

2.
Derailing Mayhem
⋆·˚ ༘ *

"Gone off the rails"

What is the event concept?
Although this event would take place relatively quickly, it would be an impactful event for the server and its players. As Karakura's citizens use the train station for transit. What would happen... if they couldn't? This event is meant to abruptly change the roleplaying setting for players and would cause the train station to be out of service for 3 OOC days.. Uh oh! As this event begins, a /event would be broadcasted to the entirety of the server stating, '/event [hexcode] Toooot tooooot! Listen. . Do you hear that? The sound of screeching echoed through all of Karakura as the train swept past. Strange. Crowds of people follow the sound which seems to be coming from the train station near the front of the school before. . CRASH! BANG!'

As players make their way towards the train station after the loud bang. The wheels screeched and metal twisted as the train derailed. As citizens of Karakura run towards the rather loud noise, they are faced with a train that appears to be derailed, and flames are rising! As you peer into the windows of the train you can see a person who appears to be locked in! (For this event to work, I would hypothetically like to have the woman or man in the train to be well known such as the mayor to make it more thrilling ICLY as well as OOCLY) The chaos spreads as two civilians attempt to get the woman out of the train, but without luck. The doors to the train appear to be locked, with a crowbar blocking the door from the inside. The person that is stuck in there is trapped on the other side of the train and unable to unlock the door. The people gathered around the locked train door are now in a state of panic, desperate to help the woman trapped inside. They try pushing and pulling the door with all their might, hoping to break it open or force it to budge. The flames on the edge of the train seem to be spreading. Will they make it out? Woaaah.. Tension much? Yet another /event would be broadcasted stating; '
/event [hexcode] A figure wearing head-to-toe black clothing is seen to run out of the train, and dash up the tracks whilst carrying a duffle-bag! As then figure rounds a corner, they almost collide with a group of pedestrians, but manages to swerve at the last second, narrowly avoiding a collision. They got away! Who was it? And what did they do?'
As people begin to see this figure run away, KPD and EMS finally reach the scene and put out the flames. Opening the door, they are faced with a woman who has a wound on her stomach. But it looks like... it says something? Carved out on the woman's stomach, almost like a symbol? The crowd goes wild and fear is spread throughout the town of Karakura. Overall, this event is meant to be entertaining for the audience as this action filled, chaotic event allows them to follow along with the havoc. Will they ever find this hooded figure and find out what it wanted with the mayor? The train station would not go back to service for 3 OOC days, causing traffic on the streets of Karakura to be backed up. Players must use other forms of transit such as simply walking, driving a car, or even using a bicycle.

What building is necessary?
- To make the the event more realistic, we would need builders able to make the train look 'derailed' as well as set it on fire
- Ability for a builder to place barrier blocks so players can see the event, but not interrupt

What recourses are needed?
In order to make this derailing event come to life, there are an array of resources and planning that must take place to make it a success such as:
- Ability to use /event
- Willingness of a higher-up/popular character to be a part of the event such as the mayor, or a police officer to be the person stuck in the train
- Two event team members who would play as civilians who see the derailment of the train, and attempt to help the person stuck
- One person to play the hooded player who has been spotted to be leaving the scene

3.
Community Service Day
⋆·˚ ༘ *

"Pickin' up the community."

What is the event concept?
Ahh! Welcome to Karakura's first community service day event! I believe that this event could be really cute to unite the members of the community.

As players arrive to the front of the school, they will be greeted by multiple student organizers, as well as faculty who will escort you to find the perfect volunteer booth for you! Each area will have a team of students working together to clean, organize, and beautify the school. Clear blue colors filled the sky, and a warm, inviting sun was beaming down onto the earth. The air was still and calm, a light breeze blowing to provide relief from the painful heat. In order to celebrate the starting of the cleanup, a loud broadcast would be made over the intercom. '/event [ hexcode ] Karakura students! There will be no classes held today, take the time off to help our. . AMAZING school. A community service fair will be held at the front of school. Come register to help!'

First Booth
At the first booth, characters will find a group of students who are picking up litter around school grounds. The job of this role will be to help collect and dispose of any litter and waste that is found around school grounds. Because, of course, having a neat & tidy school is helpful to the environment.

Second Booth
At the second booth, characters will be faced with a group of students who are working on restoring the school garden. At this station, students will be able to remove weeds, trimming bushes, water the plants and even plant new flowers! This will ensure that the garden is well-maintained.

Third Booth
At the third booth, players will be found with a group of students who are cleaning up the classrooms by dusting, decorating, and wiping down desks. The role of this group will be to restore the beauty of Karakura's school, one classroom at a time.

Fourth Booth
At the fourth booth, players will be faced with a group of students who are part of the recycling committee! This very important group would be in charge of collecting littered recyclables as well as asking students if they have anything they need recycled! Saving the environment one step at a time.

Fifth Booth
Last but not least, the fifth booth would be a snack and refreshment area! After working in the rather hot day, this booth would be a welcoming sight filled with a variety of snacks, and refreshments to help characters recharge and stay hydrated. Some items that may be offered are bottled waters, juices, fruits, and more!. In addition to this, all of these items would be free to the volunteers of the event!

Once students select what group they would like to be a part of, the group of students running each booth will then separate with the groups and do such activities with their groups through the form of roleplaying. This is a way for players to have fun, and also develop their characters personality and morals as well. To conclude the event, a command would be presented; '/event [ hexcode ] A loud screeching sound would echo throughout school grounds, bouncing off each wall before a man with a rather deep voice began to speak. &F"Ehem! Thank you to all who have participated in our annual community service day commencement. We will now be cleaning up the booths.. Go get some rest!"

What building is necessary?
Overall, there would not be much building requirements and would require 1-2 builders based off the level of skills! As stated above, there would be five different booths to help create organization of the event. Each will be colored based off the team running it as well as the category of community service. As well as this, something that ma help make the event more realistic is hiding pieces of trash around the school, which can be roleplayed out to pick up!

What recourses are needed?
One thing that makes this ammaaaazing event superior is the fact that although it is a major event, it does not require a large amount of resources. The only things that would be needed is builders to create the booths, as well as spread "trash" around school! Last but not least, we would need the ability to do /event and announce the event to players.

Why is this event beneficial to the server?
So.. You may be thinking, "Jordan! How in the world will this be beneficial to the server?" Well. Let me tell you. This community service day brings the school faction as well as the students together which is obviously important as we are a school roleplaying-based server. Bringing multiple of the factions together is an extremely important aspect to keep players not only engaged, but entertained as well. I feel as if the school employee faction could use a little bit more love, so including an event as such will do so!

4.
Race Gone Wrong
✧・゚: *

"Rivalry at its finest."

What is the event concept?
Overall, this event would be a major one, as it requires the destruction of a building! This event would require a large number of not only event team members, but staff to make this event come to life. As the rivalry between Spartan and Bobcats has been at an all-time high, this event will only increase the tension between the two. To begin the event, a /event would be needed to get players involved and informed that an event is taking place. '/event [hexcode] The sound of two engines revving blared through the town. Scattering papers filled the streets of Karakura as the two cars passed seemingly going towards. . the Zen Garden? The wind blows the papers that read 'Spartan x Bobcat Football Street Race. . Now.''

A street race? Um. . Dangerous! Anywho, as players make their way towards the Zen Garden, following the sound of the engines, they are met with two cars lined up beside each other, as well as two footballers standing beside it. . One bobcat, and one Spartan. Uh oh! Rivalry at its finest, except. . This is extreme! Standing in the center of the cars is one cheerleader from Bobcats, and one from Spartans holding a flag with a checkered pattern across it. The streets were alive with excitement as the sound of revving engines filled the air. Crowds had gathered to witness the high-speed spectacle of an underground street race, where daring drivers would push their cars to the limit in a race to the finish line. As players approach, they can hear the two footballers fighting about who was better. Once again, rivalry at its finest! Love to see it. The two cheerleaders would wave their flags in the air from left to right before shouting for the crowd to hear. . "1. . 2. . 3!" And off they go! The cars speed off into the distance and all seems to be going to plan! Cheering and anticipation rise as the crowd waits to see who is coming past until. . SIRENS! Was that the police? Oh yes it was! A high-speed chase begins to ensue as dozens of police vehicles dash past the starting point to the race.

Ultimately, there are multiple ways that this event can end, and the goal is for it to be completely roleplay based and not off a pre-determined ending. The conclusion to the event will be determined by whether the police end up catching up to the two footballers who are illegally street racing, or if the two get away! I think that this new form of events allows for it to be more realistic and less set to the constraints of a pre-determined ending. Players will be able to follow the race if they are able to keep up with running, biking, etc as the roads will be completely blocked off. /event [hexcode] A loud ringing of a microphone screeching would fill the streets of Karakura before a voice emerges; &f"The streets of Karakura are off limits until further notice. If you see two [] colored cars, please report it to the KPD immediately.

Yikes! These footballers' suuuure were in trouble! But the ending isn't known until the event is roleplayed out! If the footballers are caught by the KPD, they will be taken to the station and given proper punishment, and if they are not caught, they are free! How will it end? We will see when this looooovely event takes place!

What building is necessary?
Overall, there isn't too much building required for this event! By the furniture store we will need a race track start set-up with built flags, two positioned cars, etc!

What recourses are needed?
- A full team of KPD officers to drive vehicles and navigate the chase.
- Two footballers, one Spartan, and one Bobcat willing to participate in the event.
- Access to do /event to inform players about the commotion happening.

Why is this event beneficial to the server?
Okay! So you may be thinking.. girl! How does this event help the server in any way, shape or form? Well! Let me tell you. I truly believe that having major events involving teams is very important. Along with this, this event includes not only teams, but the KPD which is an unusual pair that we do not usually see together regarding events.

5.
Cruisin' in Karakura
*:ꔫ:*﹤

" Cruisin' for a Bruisin' "

What is the event concept?
A night to never forget, and to set sail off on an adventure. Hear me out, the civilians of Karakura are always confined to the space of one map. So why not give them one hurrah and hoist sail on a night they won't forget? '/event [hexcode] HONK HOOOONK! HOOONK HOOOONK! Listen up. Can you hear that? The sound of the ship's horn can be heard, a deep, resonant blast that announces the ship's arrival or departure from port. The sound echoes across the water, commanding attention and instilling a sense of excitement and anticipation. A man who wears a sea captain uniform steps off the boat and nods, just once. Should you get on?'

As crowds draw towards the beach, they would be met with a rather large cruise ship filled with employees dressed in uniforms. Loud music was to be heard blaring from the cruise ship As they boarded the ship, they marveled at its size and the luxurious amenities it offered. People begin to flood the boat, and crowd into the rather large cruise ship. Over the intercom, a loud screeching of a microphone could be heard before fading out into a man's voice. '/event
[hexcode] HOOOOONK. The sea captain screams, "Last call to enter the cruise! We are settin' sail!" The wind of the sea begins to howl as citizens of Karakura begin to reach the shore. Crowds flood the beach's shore once again, before a high-pitched whirring sound of machinery and equipment fills the air, adding a complex layer of sound to the ship's engine noise.'

The ship begins to set sail, and the citizens are set on an adventurous trip out of Karakura. As players step onto the boat, they will be greeted b a plethora of ship staff welcoming them! How friendly and refreshing! This event allows for players to get out of the constraints of the map for a major event that they will remember as an impacting memory of their time on the server. As the night begins, citizens begin to have the night of their lives, whether it's going to the designated cruise ship restaurant which is free of cost to all members of the ship, playing spin the wheel to win 100k yen or just simply partying with friends. Loud music would be playing from a DJ booth and it was almost hard to hear the people you are with, but either way, this was the most fun citizens in Karakura were going to experience. For a half hour, the community parties their heart out until . . is that a shore? Was this part of the cruise package? Citizens flood to the edge of the boat to squint toward an island that appeared to be highly decorated with lights, booths, and more! As the boat nears closer, a loud broadcast of a deep voiced man be heard over the intercom of the boat '/event [hexcode] Karakura! Did you think the night of fun was reaching its end? Well it's just startin'! Hop off the boat and indulge in the best night of your lives.'

This is the main portion of this rather large, and impacting event. There would be many booths offered for players such as selling marshmallows and sticks, food, and even souvenirs from the adventure! All goes to plan! This event is overall meant to just be an upbeat way for players to get out of the constraints of Karakura for just one, intoxicating event. To conclude this event, it would be fairly simple, a broadcast would be heard from the cruise ship's speakers once again. '/event [ hexcode] The sea captain could be heard blaring from the speakers that lined the top of the cruise ship. "We are setting sail in 15 minutes! Please gather you're belongings, and make your way back onto the shore. Oh! And don't be late because we're not coming back for you!" ' Yikes! Players better make their way back to the boat! The same events from the trip there will happen on the way back, allowing for the community to settle down as they make their way back to the town of Karakura. Ta-da! Event over!

What building is necessary?
For this event to work properly, there are a few rather large building necessities that are needed to make this event run smoothly such as having a builder(s) to create the cruise ship with restaurants and games as well as the island to create simulated booths, games, etc.

What recourses are needed?
As well as builders, we would need a person who would like to play the woman who is being followed by the shark in the water. This can either be played as someone's actual character, or a new event character. As well as builders and event team members, we would need a large number of staff members willing to moderate this event and teleport players throughout the event. The players would need to be hypothetically teleported to the middle of an ocean which makes it seem that the boat is moving ICLY. This would occur twice. Once to get to the middle of the ocean, and another when they reach the final destination at the decorated island,
To make the event as realistic and action-packed as possible, we would need multiple workers for not only the cruise but the island. Shopkeepers can be contacted before the event and asked if they would like booths on the island or the cruise ship. Finally, we would need a designated tailor available to make cruise ship workers' uniforms for each of the members who are working the event.

To leave off on a positive note, enjoy the cutest picture of Taylor Swift bc everyone loves her.

Additional notes (You may leave this blank):
I do have to say, I may not have the best writing skills in the world, but my long-term dedication to the server, along with my knowledge of what it means to be part of the event team would make me a perfect addition to the team.
The events that I have provided for this application are just a preliminary draft as I understand that being a part of the event team means being able to collaborate with others. I hope that other members of the event team can contribute their ideas to make these events come to life and I hope that my application has convinced you enough that I am dedicated to the role, and wish to become part of the team.
Thank you for reading my application, if you have any questions feel free to message my Discord account which is provided at the top of the application
