What experiences do you have with Detail RP?:
I've been Detail Roleplaying for a long time, and I think that it's definitely something I enjoy. I often DetailRP with myself for fun. I've also been a part of EMS twice before, as well as a teacher multiple times, so I can say that I have a lot of experience and did for sure enjoy being part of it.
What is your motivation to apply for EMS and how will you benefit our medical team?:
Honestly, my motivation to apply for EMS is definitely detail roleplay. I enjoy it thoroughly and participating in a job that I can often detail roleplay and work with in-game, I think that it will definitely be enjoyable for me, and I hope that I can make it enjoyable for others, as well. On terms of benefiting the medical team, I have MedicalRP'ed a lot in the past, and I think that it's another good chance for me to participate in it. I'm also very social and I think that I will be a good addition in terms of teamwork because of that.
Which medical role are you applying for? (e.g: Surgeon, Doctor, Nurse, Psychiatrist):
I am applying for Surgeon.
Specify your knowledge for the role you’re applying for:
Surgeons often perform much more heavy and important surgeries, however, they can also do a lot of work in terms similar to doctors. They can perform well in medical emergencies, specifically ones that require a steady hand. However, surgeons are unable to work with patients that belong under the psychiatry field.
Categorize all the functions of the EMS and tell us what each of them does:
Doctor - These are the people that are meant to work with minor surgeries and broken bones, as well as emergencies such as stab wounds. They do not work with mental-health patients, however, they can prescribe things such as painkillers and other types of physical health drugs.
Psychiatrist - Psychiatrists function to diagnose the mentally ill, and they are also there to provide therapy for those who are mentally ill and need assistance. They are overall the mental-health branch of the hospital.
Surgeon - Surgeons are those that require a steady hand for major surgeries and a steady mind for emergencies. Surgeons are often the ones that perform the most surgeries, however, they can also participate in other types of medical work, similar to what doctors do.
Are you aware of the basic medical emergency colour codes? If so, with their meanings, specify all those you’re aware of:
Code Blue - Medical Emergency. Generally, a CPR team is required for these - or there's a near-death going on.
Code Red - Fire. This means that an evacuation must occur, due to an uncontained fire in the hospital.
Code Green - Behavioral Emergency. This generally means that a patient is having an issue with a hospital staff member, or something problematic is happening. Midazolam may be required.
Code Orange - Hazardous Material. This means that there is some type of material that is not supposed to be released, such as lab issues or a sickness.
Code Yellow - Disaster. Overall, there must be some type of disaster happening within the hospital, natural or manmade. Fires, floods, and tornadoes are all included in this.

CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Tell us about your character, how they look, what makes them unique?
Masuda Ichirou is a very pale being; he's older, with dark hair - he's never dyed it. A full Japanese male standing at 5'8" is what he looks to be, and he's slightly thin, though definitely muscular. Ichirou is a very kind being, however, he's not much for words - his communication is spoken through facial expressions and body language. When he does speak, he seems to trail off - however much he is focused on the person he is speaking to. Ichirou doesn't seem to be too communicative - though he does happen to speak when he knows it's required.
What he's like on and off the job?
Ichirou is very similar both on and off the job. He's very quiet in both situations, however, off the job, he knows he has more freedom to enjoy himself and have fun. He's often more energetic off-the-job, and he definitely seems to enjoy himself more - however, that seems to be natural for him.
On the job, Ichirou is calm, reserved, and ready for action. He's always prepared for the moment something goes wrong, and he seems to be rather dull in personality while working. However, he does his best to participate in team activities and enjoy himself - he doesn't want to be boring to anyone else.
Outlook on his co-workers? Plans for the future?
Ichirou's outlook on his co-workers is definitely something to be looked at. His outlook on his co-workers isn't very hopeful. He does seem rather cold at first chat, however, he plans to warm up and get to know them in a happy manner. He's not too oblivious when it comes to figuring out people's genuine intentions.
His plans for the future is something rather unique. Ichirou doesn't want to grow to be rich and famous and live in a mansion. He wants to settle down once he's earned enough money for a family, and hopefully, have a small family with a future significant other. He doesn't have too many plans, as he plans to go along with whatever happens.
Does your character have any past / current mental and or physical illnesses we should take acknowledgement to?
Ichirou used to have severe social anxiety, which reflects into his adulthood, however, it doesn't affect him as much. He's learned to grow past it.

BACKSTORY
Masuda Ichirou was born on a cold, rainy night to a happy pair of Japanese parents in Osaka, Japan. He grew up rather reserved, and happened to be homeschooled for most of his life. He did enjoy speaking with his parents, and he happened to make a few friends here and there - but Ichirou mostly enjoyed his life in solitude with his books. That is, until his younger brother, Youta, was born. Youta was chaotic, much unlike Ichirou himself - and Ichirou locked himself away from Youta for much of his and his brother’s childhood. However, once high school reached their point, Ichirou learned to be a bit more social, and instead grew to learn about his younger brother a bit more. After Ichirou went to a public school for high school, he then visited colleges and finally found himself a good one that he’d enjoy going to. Ichirou had decided to go to medical school - not because of the money, but because of the many books he had read about those in the medical field. After medical school had pressed Ichirou through many struggles, he moved to Karakura and decided to apply for the hospital there.
