I’ve recently become more active on SRP since the beginning of this year. If lucky I log on for 2 - 4 hours a day or longer. Though throughout this week my activity has fallen due to me getting sick and needing to catch up with classes. Once I feel better my activity will spike up and I’ll be more active than usual. I am trying my best to log on everyday.

I have never been banned and plan on never being banned.

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
A school counselor is an employee who is trained into being supportive, understanding, and useful in certain situations. They are known for being able to make someone feel safe in places that will maybe trigger them. They are mostly seen as the******s but they’re more than that. Counselors are there to make sure that a student or co-worker can have someone to speak to when they are struggling with something. They help students know how school is going for them and help find ways to make adjusting to school easier. They try to befriend students and find things that can possibly trigger that following student. They’re also known for making the school safer for everyone who is placed inside of it emotionally or even physically wise. They make sure that students can find ways to improve their education more.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I’ve been role playing for sometime but during my SRP role playing I’ve been in a decent amount of factions. I’ve been in KPD, EMS, and the school faction as well. I’ve been playing on SRP for a year or longer by now. I have always enjoyed role playing throughout my life. I also have been in many gangs in the beginning of my SRP journey which had taught me how to role play just a little but ever since then I have improved with how I role play and how I handle things.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
I’ve always loved the school employee faction. It has always seemed fun to me and just enjoyable. Most of the people I see in the faction have so much fun and seem like they love working as a school employee. I feel like it would just be full out enjoyable. I generally love the people who are in the faction now. Some of them are even people I get along with now.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
She would pull the student aside and ask why they are acting out. She would remind them that they are speaking to an employee and not one of they’re little friends. She also would remind them that they have to calm down and remember that they shouldn’t be acting out in school like they are.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
She would pull the two apart and question the two of why they’re fighting. If they tell me the reasons she would then give the two detention and tell other employees to watch out for the two students in case they’re found fighting again.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
She’d remind her co-worker that they shouldn’t be doing something that can be dangerous to themselves and others. If they don’t stop she will report them to SLT and then try to somewhat handle the situation on her own until SLT can come.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
She is very friendly towards her co-workers but she will only speak to them if she is invited into a conversation. If she is not then she will let her co-workers be and try not to bother them.

/me would begin to tidy up the room and then sit down. She’d then set up an appointment with a fellow student with bad grades and a low amount of classes. She’d set the reasoning up as “This following student hasn’t been joining in with classes and they haven’t even done some of their work. I want to check in with them.”
/me placed down a binder with papers in it, she grabbed a pen and then proceeded to ask “So, during your time in school how has everything gone so far with you?” As the student replies she would write down the student’s responses.
/me would signal for the student to come over and moved onto asking “Why did the fight begin? Do you understand why I’m bringing you aside?” She’d let the student respond and then she had made the student go to detention and had explained what they had done wrong.

Backstory
Nozomi Sokolova, Born January 1st, 1991. She was born somewhere in Russia but she had been left with only her mother and grandmother. She was born into a decently rich family since her grandmother was into hospital work and brought home lots of money. Throughout her childhood Nozomi went through a lot of trauma which had made her not understand the word completely. When she hit the age of 8 her mother and grandmother disappeared this led to her being set up into a foster home. A man named Makoto had taken her in and decided to adopt her. Makoto had been a teacher and made sure Nozomi had learned how to understand others' feelings. She never really learned anything from him due to how he brought more trauma upon her.
During her teenage years she had gained two brothers named Freddy and Julein. The two somewhat depended on Nozomi and this made her feel like a mother. She had made sure that the two were always safe and comfortable with the things going on around them. She had tried her best to keep them safe. She started to study helping in a the****utic way to make sure she could be able to make them feel safe in an emotional way.
During her college years she began to deeply study counseling due to how she had helped her brother Julien with school and how he felt emotionally wise. She had gained masters in counseling and decided to find more ways that she could use her master’s degree in.
Motivation for Joining KHS:
My motivation to join KHS is how I’ve been wanting to find a workplace where I know a lot behind it. I went to school here and gained my masters here! I know a lot of people who work in the school and I just feel as if I could get along with them. I miss being at the school and I miss being able to help people so I hope that I could be here once again.
