My activity on the server has varied over my time of playing SRP as I joined roughly in early/mid 2021 and have maintained some sort of level of activity since. I have been within a few different factions starting with chef in august of 2021 where I was for 4 consecutive months before eventually leaving the department and faction, later on after a few months, in April I then applied for EMS within the surgeon department. Within those two years I also was a part of the Town faction as a judge, achieving the Chief-Judge position there before taking my leave from town after having been there for a year, then a few months later taking my leave from EMS leaving me to be within EMS for two years. As of now I am currently within KPD, and I have been there since April of this year. I also have worked for multiple shops/businesses across my time of being on SRP such as Mai-Yume, Rotasu Music, Okinasa, and Misfits Corp. out of the ones that are still active and around today. I no longer hold the job I once did oocly leaving me with lots of additional time to be on srp and work on things involving the server and my characters as well as things oocly. Currently I can be on from roughly 5-13hrs a day depending if I have anything planned that day, though I will be starting college later this month, but I will still have ample time to be on SRP with time for both KPD and shopkeeper if I am to be accepted. In the past and currently, any inactivity or a larger decrease in my activity when it comes to being on SRP in general or logging onto a faction account/profile, is usually due to being away from my computer as I do not own a laptop or medical issues. Though I sometimes don’t have the most warning myself sometimes, if I do and my inactivity/heavy decrease lasts 3 or more consecutive days I make an inactivity log in the respected channels.
Below is a table showing in EST time what my availability will be when school starts later this month. For now though, I am available everyday all day.

What shop are you applying for?:
Ushi No Koya or Ryuketsu - Though any shop within this category works, I'd like to rename it to ‘Yakedo Amai’ if at all possible. Yakedo translates to burn while Amai translates to sweet, in short, it translates in complete to sweet burn as the Japanese language is read from right to left.
Why do you want to become a Shopkeeper?:
Why do I wish to be a shopkeeper, or in reality, what is my motivation to have the opportunity to gain this role? Obviously motivation is something that comes and goes, it happens to everyone and comes and goes in waves. Some days you may have more motivation for something than the next, or you could have none the next day (often this being burnout). I am no exception to this happening, which is why before I apply to any faction I wait to see if my motivation weakens to the point I know I will not consistently wish to hold this position. I have had the past year to see my motivation for this position on the server and I can say it has not gone anywhere even while I dug more and more into this position to learn what I could, if anything it has grown. Not only do I love having a chance to give people on the server more opportunity to get experience on the server either OOCly or through roleplay, but also have the chance myself to gain new experiences and meet new friends. Shopkeeper is also a position that lets a player bring out a player's creativity to bring something new and unique to the server as well, hinting at it being so highly sought over of a position as people gain different ideas they wish to bring to life and I am no different in this.
What do you plan to do with your shop, and what makes it unique?:
I plan for Yakedo Amai to be a bar and restaurant, but putting a more heavy lean onto the bar side of things as I will have a bit larger area of the store dedicated to the bar and games that I will have around for people to use while they are there. Though, there will be sitting and waiters around for those who wish to also enjoy the restaurant side of the restaurant as well. Unlike most restaurants which focus more heavily on the restaurant side and tight areas to fit as many tables as possible, there will be a more open floor plan than most consider for people to more freely move, offering games such as darts, pool, air hockey, etc. Across these games I may often host challenges such as beating high scores, getting a certain number of points to get a discount or free food or drink, etc. This all also means that anyone is welcomed into the shop however must be 20+ in order to order alcohol at any point, though the more target audience for my shop would be for adults as to give them somewhere for adults to socialize and enjoy some time away from regular Karakura day to day life.
I also plan to be a shop open to being the host location for gatherings and events, but also allow smaller (events that don’t require the full restaurant) events to take place during regular openings, if space allows it, by having private rooms which will have a table closed off to the rest of the restaurant but that group and employee’s. I too will also host smaller events that involve said games within the store like mentioned before and have sales on certain items occasionally.
While this part of my restaurant purely depends on the space I have, I’d also like to add a stage, small but there, to help when hosting these events or just in general while people enjoy their time at the bar or a nice meal. Letting this stage be used as an announcement place or even used for live performances.
What will you sell in your shop?:
I plan to sell a variety of foods, but I also will be selling a range of different alcohol. Below are two small menus I have created for example.
How many employees do you plan to have?:
In total I plan to have a total of 23 workers at one time max, this consisting of the following;
Owner/Shopkeeper [1]
The shopkeeper/owner position would obviously be filled by myself, within this position the person who holds this role is in charge of employee’s OOCly and ICly in a factor of who gets hired, interviews, etc. along with keeping track of stock and managing money in order to pay all employee’s and keep up stock. If I am to leave this position either by removal or I resign this would also mean every worker also loses their position within this shop and I cannot pass ownership of the shop.
Manager [3]
Within my shop, I plan to have three managers. Managers within any shop are in charge of hosting openings when the shopkeeper cannot but also helping employee’s at any point with questions, concerns, etc. along with customers and helping with any interviewing process. These people will only achieve this position after having worked at the shop for some time and showing great understanding of how the shop operates.
Senior Employee [4]
A senior employee is a step below a manager, while they are not able to open the shop on their own these people will be able to request shop openings either via the shopkeeper or a manager. These people are people who show a good understanding of how the shop operates and get to keep a higher percentage of money compared to a regular employee but are also active and have been working at the shop for some time.

While this position does not have the sense of responsibility and maybe not the experience of a senior employee, this position is still nonetheless important to the function of the store. Without this position keeping the store running to a good if not great standard as this position is the foundation of the shop, as it cannot be run purely by one person! Whether an employee may work the bar or around the store taking orders from those sitting down or even helping with any events/hosting's and doing their part.
Trial Employee [?]
This position will be held by people for at least a month in which the managers and shopkeeper will see how someone may perform in the shop, if the employee is able to keep up activity and attend at least one or two openings a month, then they will be promoted to the employee position. If the trail employee’s fail to meet this without reason, the shopkeeper and managers may remove this person from working at the shop.

While I’m obviously not a builder, I have built a reference to be used for both the exterior and interior of my shop, obviously it may range though depending on the space I have as I just knew what I roughly knew from my past and current experience from working at shops.

EXTERIOR
While for the exterior I know I cannot personally edit it to keep in fashion with the build style of SRP, I have created a ref still for this of what I may like it to look like if possible.
What are ways you will store and keep track of stock?
At the end of every week, if not more often depending on how many times I open that given week, I and managers that are available and like to help will be set in charge of counting stock and making sure that the page is correct with the amount of stock that we actually have. This would also be the time that I take to go through items to see what we are low on and order a re-stock if there are enough items we are out or low on. For how I will store it, there will be an area within the bar which will have the alcohol and if there is not room for another storage area then the food items will also go within this area, currently I have it behind the bar till I know the space. If stock more than once has items missing, these checks will be done by either the shopkeeper or opening manager.
Will there be a uniform for your shop?
There will not be a required uniform, though it will be asked that all employee's while working wear something at least semi-formal. Though it will be up to the employee themselves to decide what that outfit may be to give employee's the chance to dress how they see best fit. This will be set in order to keep a relative formal and professional stance for the employee's to the customers.
What will be the rules at your shop for your workers and customers?
1. All of SRP's rules and guidelines apply.
2. Masks are to not be worn within the shop, all employee's have a right to deny service if a customer is found wearing one and will not remove it.
3. Respect goes a long way, all employee's are expected to give respect no matter their view on the person to both co-workers and customers while working.
4. No yelling within the store, if someone continues to yell after being asked more than once (nicely) to stop yelling contact the opening manager or shopkeeper
5. Do not steal from the shop, if you wish to buy something do so at the end of the shift and add it to your owe. If found having stolen anything from the shop it will be reported to SRP staff and the employee will be promptly fired.
6. Employee's must make sure to ID everyone that wishes to purchase alcohol, the customer must being 20+.
7. Do not hand over ordered items till the customer(s) have paid the correct amount.
8. If an employee must go on inactivity for a long period of time (longer than 5 days) it is asked they make an inactivity log in the appropriate channel.

Atlas Edgeworth

Atlas is 36 years old
Describe your character, how do they look?:
Atlas Edgeworth is a tall male standing at a height of 6 '3 - his diamond-shaped head seemed to be more rounded with his t****zoid build and puffy hair. His complexion mixed perfectly with his hair, which was a dark cocoa brown. Atlas was no stranger to scars mentally nor physically, his eyes being that of a brown as well and often seemed dull and lifeless. Though as for physical scars, Atlas had one running from the left side of his nose near the inner corner of his left eye down and across his nose, under his right eye, and ending a bit under his right ear. Atlas’ right ear however was the scar that caught many, the parts closest to her ear c**** and the ear c**** itself was entirely that of scar tissue, a small hole from tubing placed was all the scarring would show.

What is your character’s reasoning for wanting to become a Shopkeeper?
Now one may be questioning why Atlas wishes to become a Shopkeeper of all things, but to him it is simple really.
Atlas has grown up in this city, working for shops himself while we worked towards his degrees. But after spending eleven years within the medical field, longer really if you count his residency and schooling among other things, Atlas resigned to focus more on his growing family which he’s not been able to put true full dedicated attention too in his time of working at Karakura Hospital as a Surgeon and Paramedic. While working at the hospital, more than once he was often working at the pharmacy and helping make sure stock of those items was kept if he noticed any began to get low or when patients weren’t around at the time. But you see, simple retirement for Atlas at least at this point is too little for the male. Atlas doesn’t wish to go into something that will hog his time completely like being a surgeon did, though he misses that field greatly, he learned many skills that could be put elsewhere to be used. For this instance, shopkeeper Atlas has learned skills in working as a team, leadership skills, management of stock, etc. along with having grown up always in the kitchen if he wasn't studying or helping family and friends, even to this day that is true, having a love for food and cooking. He wishes to put these skills he’s learned over the course of his lifetime into a job that will keep him busy, but leave enough time for his family and friends, that also isn’t him working at the school.
In short, Atlas could care less about the money he makes, but hopes to still serve his community in a bit less demanding way to give ease on his body but also let time for him to still have work as believe it or not he is a workaholic, and time for family and friends. Being a shopkeeper being one of those best jobs he believes he is best suited for still gives him a challenge.
