In my perspective, I'd say that my activity is decent! While I'm not on all day every day, I am still as active as I could be. Sometimes I play for a reasonably good amount of hours, and sometimes not. My activity fluctuates depending on my mood, and what I must do that week. However, if I had to rate my activity I would rate it a 7/10. As I mentioned before, I am not online all-day as I do prioritize my IRL life more. However, whilst im not active, I still communicate, and constantly active between the community when I have a chance. On my free days, I spend hours on end on SRP, especially if I have someone to roleplay with.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?:
Yes I do, I acknowledge the fact that if I become inactive I will be Demoted. And i will try my very hardest to not reach that point,

What shop are you applying for
I am applying for the shop Hanakotoba.
Why do you want to become a Shopkeeper?
I'm going to split this up into 2 parts, An icly part, and an oocly part. Let's first start with ooc
OOCLY:
In my opinion , The shopkeeper faction is one of the most fascinating and unique factions ever. It is hard to get into yes but the reward will be oh-so worth it. I’ve personally always liked the shopkeeper faction for how simple it was yet unique. All the different shops made it stand out so much that it made me want to become one. Another thing that made me want to apply for shopkeeper is the people around the faction. From what I've noticed the community of the shopkeeper faction is very welcoming and very kind and are here to help out if need be.

Why do I want to apply for Shopkeeper? it's simple really. Money! Money is the driving source for everyone it draws people in and it could get you whatever you want (except for love). But from what I've seen all the shopkeepers that I've seen are stinking rich, and I'm not saying that's a bad thing, no no it's quite the opposite. What makes the shopkeepers stand out is how they went so far as to rent a shop and to keep restocking the shop in the hope of making their money back and when they do? It feels so rewarding. So that that's why I want to be a shopkeeper
What do you plan to do with your shop, and what makes it unique?:
What I plan to do with Hanakotoba is to make it stand out more, Make it flashy! Make it so that when the shop opens or when somebody passes by the shop they get the idea. “Hey, That shop looks cool. I want to go check it out.” And what I also plan to do with Hanakotoba is to add a custom uniform to mix. From what I’ve also seen, shops with custom outfits for their employees make it stand out. It makes them unique in a way that's what I want to do. I want to make my workers stand out. Of course, the outfits will be completely optional and they would not be forced to wear them unless they want to. Like I said at the beginning, I want to make my shop flashy and unique! So what I would do is make the exterior look like this
Of course, it's not going to be EXACTLY like that, the name will be changed into Hanakotoba of course. But what I will keep is the Chair. I think it makes it look better. The pathway to the entrance of the shop will be filled with Mossy cobblestone mixed with normal cobblestone. On top of both of the windows, I'd put some vines, most likely Jungle vines, as they are aesthetically pleasing. And some plants below the windows as seen in the picture
Now for the interior:
When the customer first enters the shop, They will be greeted by Shelves on their right and left. That will look much like this. The shelves aren't going to be as seen in the picture of course I'm going to do my spin on them and make them look better but I think you get the point I'm trying to make here.
After the customer finishes looking at all the shelves, they will be met by a spinning display. Much like this the point of this is to attend to all the customers' needs that are looking at the display. To spin to go around showing the new items that they haven't looked at yet. These will be after the shelves by a bit.
What will you sell in your shop?
Hanakotoba will sell a variety of different items, toys, glasses, and musical instruments. I'll start naming them one by one to show what Hanakotoba has to offer.
Toys:
Toys are important! Especially to Parents who can't shut their darn kids up! so what I would sell is Toys like Toy Axes, Toy Swords, And toy Guns. While they aren’t special by any means they will get the job done to keep the kids quiet.
Glasses:
The kind of glasses Hanakotoba will sell will be aesthetically pleasing and cool! Hanakotoba will sell a variety of glasses. Such as Normal Sunglasses, Sunglasses “Kittie Shades” Mustache Glasses, and Dita Mach One Sunglasses. And much more!
Last but not least MISCS:
MISCS more known as miscellaneous items, miscellaneous
items are things like Hats, Earrings, Backpacks, Etc, Etc. But Hanakotoba will sell a variety of miscellaneous items. I believe it will be our top seller!
How many employees do you plan to have?:
I am going to have 25 total employees, not too much but also not too little! I'll go by explaining all the ranks, what they mean and what kind of power they have over the Shop.
Shopkeeper 1/1
The big man or woman, Anything regarding the shop will be directly reported to them. They will control the restocks of the shop and also the higher management and the shop itself. Basically, the name is self-explanatory.
Co-Shopkeeper 0/1
The idea of having a Co-Shopkeeper, Is to have someone run the store when you aren't there. Someone to lead the workers of the shop into doing their job and motivate them when the Shopkeeper can’t. The Co-Shopkeeper has a say in applications, gets in and out and directly reports to the Shopkeeper.
Management 0/3
Management is one of the highest roles a regular employee can get, Management can open the shop when permitted by the shopkeeper. They also have a say in applications but not as big a say as the Shopkeeper or Co-Shopkeeper. The idea of management is to reward good working employees and make them feel like they got to the highest role they can achieve.
Employees 0/20
Employees are the new people at the Shop, Who have been trained by the Shopkeeper and or by management or Co-lead. They are fully recognized employees who have passed and become real employees. The Employees can be split up into 2 categories which are.
Cashier: 0/15
The role of a cashier is to process and receive payments given to them by the customers.
Security: 0/5
Security is the big boys! Literally. The purpose of Security is to make sure that the customers and staff members of the Shop are safe and sound. Another job that a Security can do is escort Customers out of the shop if they are causing a ruckus or causing trouble for other customers or Staff working in the shop.
Trial Employees: 0/?
The actual newbies, Trial Employees are Customers who got promoted to workers. But at the same time, they aren't workers. Trial Employees are put on a series of tests to see if they have what it takes to be an actual Employee. If they pass they get promoted to regular Employees but if they don't. That's fine! They can try again until they finally get promoted but after 3 tries and they still haven't completed the series of tests good enough they will unfortunately be kicked off the staff team. But they are encouraged to apply again as they would have higher chances to get in again.

Now for the interior:
