What’s your motivation for applying?:
Back in the beginning of the year, I was a Doctor. Eventually, I worked myself up to the Clinical Lead position. A few weeks after, unfortunately due to personal reasons, I took a break from SchoolRP. A few months ago, I have recently come back, being much more active and determined to come online daily. Currently, I have only been using my alternative account, stefhanie, due to having nothing to do on my adult account, stephqx. For a few weeks now, I've missed MedicalRP - and working ICly alongside all of my old friends. With my already pre-existing knowledge of medical work on SchoolRP, I'll get back into the groove without any problems.
Aside from all of that, a different perspective of MedicalRP, such as being a surgeon, requires more attentiveness and grammar knowledge, which is something I don't worry about. My skills in DetailRP and being able to quickly learn terms and grammar styles will be quite an advantage towards beginning my journey as a surgeon by starting as a trainee.
My main motivation, however, is having the interactions with the other players and making new friendships, whilst roleplaying something out that I love. Being recruited back into EMS will do just that. My motivation and commitment will NOT falter as it previously had. I guarantee that all of my effort will be put greatly into MedicalRP.

I am applying for the surgeon role (I do consider there is one spot left, so any other positions such as a Doctor or Nurse will suffice as well!).
What do you know about the role you’re applying for?:
In the aspect of SchoolRP, surgeons often do the duties such as check-ups, surgery, dentistry, and many more responsibilities that involve performing MRI's, autopsies, and being in place of emergency services. Here are the common duties/responsibilities of a surgeon in detail:
CHECK-UPS:
Depending on the situation, a doctor, nurse, or surgeon can take care of check-ups. Commonly, a patient will come in the Hospital and describe their concern, and if it's necessary, x-rays or MRI's can be performed to check for any internal or external injuries or concerns. Also at times, a check-up can be as simple as sitting down with a patient and discussing some better habits to keep their body healthy.
SURGERY:
While there are many possible surgeries, a surgeon is almost always assigned to this task. Precision, attentiveness, and organization is vital to a successful surgery, depending on what that may be. Commonly, a surgeon will be assisted by a nurse or a doctor, but they can also perform a surgery alone, due to whatever circumstance deems necessary for them to do so. They have set tools always prepared beforehand, to avoid any unorganization or chaos during an emergency surgery or just a casual surgery.
AUTOPSIES:
After an individual has died to an unknown circumstance, a surgeon will commonly perform an autopsy to determine how the individual died. This is always done in the morgue, with an assistance of a doctor or nurse. Once the cause of death has been determined, the surgeon who performed the investigation will make a short report, and put it into a file that includes the other death logs.
EMERGENCY SERVICES:
Much like an officer, a surgeon is responsible for taking 110 calls if an individual's life is in danger. Being provided with an ambulance, it makes the trip for a surgeon very short, providing enough time to get to the injured citizen. Not only do surgeons respond to 110 calls, but officers may also deem assistance, such as with Gang activity for example, and a citizen may be injured, so said officer might need Medical assistance ASAP.
While there are many more examples I could provide such as working an MRI, an X-Ray machine, and dentistry, those four duties seem to be the most common performances made by surgeons.

What do you know about basic medical knowledge?:
Medical Practice is a much-needed point in everyone's daily lives. That factor itself is very significant - without doctors, nurses, surgeons, and many others, lives could easily be lost or taken. The Medical Specialities such as Allergy and Immunology; Anesthesiology; Dermatology; Family Medicine; etc. are all very important skills that people interested in becoming a doctor need to have mastered. Patience, motivation, organization, and a high tolerance to stress are also helpful skills that should be required. Without those habits, the person could easily crumble under stress. Involving the core practices such as daily check-ups, surgery, emergency performances, and many other duties are also something I could easily roleplay. Outside of my love for Medical Dramas, I do spend the time to research and read different articles and websites about the daily lives of a surgeon, the skill requirements, and the process of certain things. With my current knowledge of the work of Doctors, Nurses, and Surgeons, this perspective of roleplay would not only be entertaining, but also something I could easily do.

CLINICAL MANAGER - A Clinical Manager (CM) is the HP's right hand. They assist in making major decisions, and monitor the Clinical Leads which I will get to. They often take complaints and help make changes to fit everyone's needs.
CLINICAL LEAD - A Clinical Lead (CL) lead their assigned unit of the hospital. They have the set duties of training and testing their trainees, whilst also making sure everyone stays in order. They commonly take complaints and assist their unit.
SURGEON - A surgeon often performs surgeries and high-level medical work. During the course of an operation, surgeons are responsible for the patient's safety, health, and welfare. They commonly diagnose illnesses and deal with extreme unsafety for an individual's body.
DOCTOR - A doctor often holds check-ups for a patient, and its most common in running for emergency services. They focus on operations such as using a MRI, X-Ray machine, and other intermediate situations.
NURSE - A nurse commonly communicates between a doctor and their patient, and administrates pediatric check-ups. They are often useful whilst a doctor or surgeon is performing operations such as a surgery or emergency care.
PSYCHIATRIST - A psychiatrist is responsible for holding appointments with their patient(s), assessing their mental welfare and making a management plan for an individual's recovery. Providing psychological medication and treatment, they often deal with patients going through cases such as Major Depression and PTSD (just to name a few).

Off the job, she's quite the same - serious mannered and quite expressionless, only giving comfort to others if necessary; or anything else that is similar. She keeps a high reputation, and won't do anything in the slightest to ruin it in the bit.

Whilst Kameyo is a quiet individual, she's commonly focused and attentive on her work. Not in any way hostile, she's direct yet in a kind, neutral way. With the lack of expression from her body-language and common facial expression, her first appearance is rather professional. She does not sugar-coat anything, she's always speaks the truth whether that's about her work, herself, or others. Other than those facts, she's quite an average citizen just like the rest.

Kameyo Heroshima is a female in her late twenties, containing a rather prepossessing appearance and a fit build. Her facial features are rather... beautiful per say; bright blue eyes, a small nose, soft lips and flawless skin. Often, she's known to be "just a pretty face," yet that will soon be changed in the long run. She has one small scar above her left eyebrow, rather noticeable however can be noticed - referencing to her backstory. She has long, jet black hair that is commonly seen in a tight, military styled low bun, occasionally worn down.
