I am very active on SRP, roleplaying is one of my favourite things to do and I am very passionate about it, I have a total of 13 weeks of /Playtime and I spend around 3-4 hours a day playing, this mostly bumps up to 5-6 hours on weekends.
Have you ever been banned (If yes, when and why?):
I was banned once for failrp/avoidrp as I was afk, however this was later sorted with an appeal.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?:
I fully abide with being demoted from being inactive.

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
A receptionist greets, welcomes and directs all who approaches me. They provide information and guidance to students, welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate person/location. They will also provide assistance and resolve any issues that may occur, receptionists are to remain calm under pressure as high traffic of students can happen at any time, any trouble or issue that occurs should be my primary focus to ensure the school is under safe supervision.
They also hold various exclusive rewards for any student who has gathered enough ''Reward Tokens'' from their efforts in the school.
Receptionists always sit at the front desk to make sure everyone gets the provided information they need, if something were to escalate they must leave their seat and handle it.
If they find themselves witnessing a fight, an argument or a student use inappropriate language they are to break it up and hand them detention.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have been roleplaying for many years, I have experience beyond my own imagination, and I want to further explore it! I've done voicings, acts and films in real life as well as played many other roleplaying servers not just on Minecraft but on other games as well. I am fully known of how every type of roleplay works on SRP, going from being treated by EMS to being jailed by KPD, crazy right?
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
I think roleplaying as a faculty member opens up so many new opportunities in roleplay and finds new challenges I can face. I want to show my dedicated work and create a safe and positive environment for everyone in the school and show how passionate I am about roleplaying. I also love socialising myself with people on SRP, I know that me being a school employee I can take this to consideration and create fun interactions for anyone passing by me.

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Yakov would stay calm and collected if a student were to curse at him, he would listen to the students complaints and later on explain to them why it's not okay to curse at others, dealing the situation with professionalism.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Yakov would hastily inform other faculty members for backup and approach the two students trying to stop them fighting and make sure the situation is under control. He would then bring any injured students to the nursery and inform them about the incident.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Yakov would warn the employee of acting inappropriately or unprofessionally and get in contact with the SLT. He would also try and reason with the employee and tell them to stop.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Whenever Yakov is in the break room, he will be professional and talk to other employees. He would also make sure he grabs something to eat and keep himself healthy as well as make sure his fellow employees eat something as well. Yakov likes conversations and would try his very best to converse with his employees in the break room.

/me Stood up from his seat to look in the cabinets for the toy turtle of which the student was asking for, he would then sit back down and exchange it with their reward tokens
/me Loud clicking, clacking and rattling would be heard over the counter as Yakov sat responding to email's, his quick fingers typing over the keyboard as he multitasked having his eyes focused on the student approaching him asking Yakov for directions, Yakov would respond as he lifted his hand off the mouse pointing towards the designated location while speaking to them with useful information preventing them from getting lost, as the student waddles away Yakov returned to the computer.
/me He would approach the emotional employee in the break room as he comforted them with a warm hug, wrapping his arms around them from the shoulder as he patted their arm. He would inform them that everything would be okay as he offered them something to eat to brighten the mood

Backstory
On 17th of december 1995, at approximately 14:29 in Russia the Sidorov family had its first child, a bright and happy boy they named Yakov Sidorov, his father being Vasily Belyaev and his mother being Sofia Sidorova. They were a happy family of three sharing many good memories as he was a baby, it took no longer than a year before the Sidorovs had another baby and many more to come. They lived a wealthy and healthy life and lived in a beautiful house just on the outskirts of Yekaterinburg located in Russia, the Sidorovs was well known for being civil and compassionate towards others and held a good reputation.
Yakov grew to be an intelligent, charming and courageous boy. He had already expected himself great accomplishment throughout his life and as well as being the oldest of the siblings he grew a strong mentality, having to take care of his younger siblings taught him great discipline. He had many dreams and hopes for his future with one being traveling to Japan, Yakov always had interest of the Japanese culture, their food and the people and this is what he strived for.
23th of June 2005, the Sidorov family suffered a great loss, Vasily Belyaev and Sofia Sidorova was murdered by mysterious induvial, professionals it seemed and it remains a mystery to what motivation they had. Yakov and his siblings had managed to run away to safety but Yakov took this opportunity to run and venture his way to find Japan and accomplish his dreams.
11th of august 2005, Yakov had finally reached Japan and was struggling with survival, this was until a Japanese family decided to take Yakov home and give him a place to call home as they realised he was homeless. It took no longer before they eventually adopted Yakov and was later named Yakov Sadako, they taught him their language and their ways of living in Japan, Yakov being very intelligent he quickly picked up and learned fast until they finally let him start school. They later moved to Karakura in 2009, a beauitful town with many attractions, the Sadako family had always planned on living there but waited until Yakov was fully educated in the Japanese language.
16th of august 2010, Yakov had his first day at the Karakura highschool, this was the big step of his life and already on his first day he connected with many of the other students and made a great impression to the teachers of the school. Yakov grew more interested in his school and formed a dream of becoming an employee here so he did his very best on passing on tests, showing up to school and giving the other students/teachers generosity. Yakov took his collage exam 2013 and passed without any problems, he also decided to change his surname back to Sidorov becoming who he is now, Yakov Sidorov. He also saw many of his siblings on his first day, something that came very surprising to him as he missed them all very much.
2th of February, Yakov bought his first penthouse located by shopping district after months of working as a security guard, giving himself and his siblings a place to live and calling it the Sidorov residence, Karakura quickly noticed how the Sidorov family grew as Yakov started adopting children whom needed a warming family to live with, Yakov was always so kindhearted towards the people he met and gave everyone his generosity.
27th of April, This very day was very important to Yakov, he previously had an interview with the High School of Karakura applying to become a receptionist. He had prepared all of his morning to make himself a good impression at this was the day he first started working at Karakura High School.
Motivation for Joining KHS:
I find this opportunity really exciting for me, I'm extremely good at solving problems and being dependable. I go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service to make a difference for everyone, I feel like a lot of people really do like me and would appreciate me being a receptionist here in KHS, It really does motivate me knowing that my loved ones and people in general also got excited when I told them I was getting a job here, seeing the smiles on everyone's faces and watching them improve makes me look forward to work. That's why I'm pursuing a position in KHS. I love school in general, one of my favourite places to be in, it has grown me to be a very intelligent and unique man and I am strived to take on the responsibilities to share this upon others in the school, being committed to not only the students but my employees as well. This job is my dream, and I am not giving up on getting it.
