Describe your activity on the server:
I am on every day of the week after school for around four hours or more, and on the weekends I am on for around ten or more hours per day. During these hours, I usually run around with friends throwing crimerp in the mix of it. Ended with me building in my home working on designs to see what looks best or just enjoying classes in school and overall just having a good time.
I involved myself in Bonten gang activity and management before we eventually disbanded. I currently work at fight club, worked as a judge, so I have some activity and involvement in the government faction while also providing help where is needed in the black market by becoming a black market associate. As of recently, I have been very active within the community involving myself within the school faculty, working as a teacher. I’m apart of a gang that goes by Hammer Heads and finally, I am on the football team as well which keeps me active and motivated to play SRP.

What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
I have been around SRP for almost 2 years now. And have interacted with so many great people and gave the chance to be involved in many different activities and sides of srp.

  • Fight Club employee: I am currently working for Fight Club as a security member, which involves teamwork and communication within the security team. We have to have an understanding of what is going on around us, such as people going in and out, the items we confiscated and the behavior of individuals within the club making sure everyone is as safe as possible while planning things out with everyone and higher ups so nothing goes wrong during a average opening.

  • Gang higher-up/Management: Another experience I have been working as a Bonten higher-up on my llSockll account. With me being a higher I must work not only with my higher-ups but also provide help to newer members. Also, work with said higher-ups to plan events that members can partake in so everyone can feel involved. After Bonten I led a gang known as Brahman, involving myself with its creation and event plans. Suddenly after Brahman decided to merge with another gang without my knowing I decided to join a gang that goes by Hammer Heads and work with my fellow members to plan events just as I did with my previous gangs, so we can see the gang flourish as a whole.

  • Government Faction: I was involved in the government faction as well. I was a judge for some time. (around 3 months) Being in the government faction taught me how to work with others and how to plan things out ahead of time. When involved in a court case you always want to try to be one step ahead of the person you are going against or listening to. So you would want to make a plan, so you can have a counter/comeback to anything brought against you. Not only does it take great amounts of skill not just from planning but great skill of teamwork between Judges lawyers and governors.

  • Otakaya Shop: I’m a senior cashier at this shop. I have been working at said shop for a month or so now and help a good bit around the shop. I help train the new employees who have been added to the roster and help them feel welcomed. I work with the rest of the team (Managers and owner) to improve the shop and overall improve the quality of everything for everyone. This is to ensure everyone has the most enjoyment with the shop as possible. While working you must have great teamwork and communication skills with your team when the shop is open. This is to assure that no customers are left unhappy and have a great experience at the shop icly and oocly.

  • BMDA: Currently I am working with the black market dealers and fellow black market associates as well, which has helped me with my ability to plan things as an organized group/team, working things out so every single opening or event can go as well as possible. I have enjoyed working with such a group greatly and would recommend it to many others within the SRP community.

  • Football Team: I have earned the opportunity to be a part of the football team and sport faction. I have met so many amazing people and learned so many new skills I would have never thought of. Building bonds by being on the same team means more than just Minecraft. Football has taught me to coordinate and communicate with your team so that everyone involved has a great time and is on the same page.

  • School Faculty (Teacher): A month or so ago I was accepted into the teacher faction. I have learned that working with co-workers to plan lessons for students can be very important. This can be brought over into the EMS, by working with fellow EMS staff and higher ups to plan out events or ideas that will have the community involved and while offering a good time for everyone.

What is your motivation for applying?
Some of the many motivations of mine for applying for a role within EMS are, wanting to be more involved with the community and show my abilities of roleplay and kindness. I have always been fascinated with the EMS faction and would truly love to learn about its history and the importance EMS is to SRP. I would enjoy being involved with the future of EMS and the impacts they are involved with creating in SRP.

Continuing from that, I would love and enjoy the opportunity and chance to learn from an amazing community and team. I would be honored to be around the fantastic support that I have heard was offered in the EMS faction and would greatly enjoy being part of it. Not so I just improve upon myself as a player and person but hopefully help better everyone around me as well. Not so that it will better my experience as a player on the server but others' experience on the server as well.

I have applied before and sadly was denied each time. Even after this, I never gave up my motivation to involve myself further in the crime faction. I still have this commitment that I want to further involve myself within the community and make myself known out there. Besides just working with great people in the EMS faction like I have said before and the amazing staff team that is involved with it, I would love to build myself around the EMS faction and figure out ways we can all improve the SRP community in and out of roleplay, the EMS faction as a whole and complete all of that while working as one whole team.

Finally, I know as of recently the EMS faction has had many changes and I have embraced these changes and would love to involve myself in creating these new changes while being a part of something bigger but I would love to have a role and say in the changes coming into the EMS faction and involve them with such amazing lore and story that I have enjoyed hearing about ever since my first few days of SRP. Personally, a faction and lore that I care deeply for and would love to see prosper and succeed. The whole reason I ever continued playing SRP was because of the roleplay this faction and many others have offered me and it would be such an accomplishment to me, to become apart of such a faction myself that has helped me play for so long on the server and has kept me interested all this time.

Which role are you applying for?
(Doctor or Psychiatrist):

Psychiatrist

What knowledge do you have of Hospital Work?
OOCLY I have personally taken two medical classes and a single anatomy class. So I have a pretty good understanding of how things should go, where things belong and how to properly rp situations and understand many of the basics of medicine and the ranks of the faction from the little amount of hands on experience I was given. I find EMS / the medical field very interesting. But here is a few of the basic things I understand from my research and personal knowledge.

Doctor:
A doctor, also known as a physician, is a highly educated and skilled professional dedicated to the practice of medicine. Becoming a doctor typically involves completing a rigorous and demanding educational path. After obtaining a bachelor's degree, aspiring doctors must attend medical school, which is a comprehensive program focusing on the principles and practices of medicine. Following medical school, they embark on a residency program in a specific specialty, which provides hands-on training and real-world experience. This extensive training equips doctors with the knowledge and skills needed to diagnose, treat, and prevent various medical conditions. In their professional capacity, doctors play a pivotal role in the healthcare system. One of their primary responsibilities is conducting patient assessments, involving thorough examinations, reviewing medical histories, and ordering diagnostic tests when necessary. Through these evaluations, doctors aim to understand the underlying causes of patients' symptoms and formulate accurate diagnoses. This diagnostic process is crucial for determining appropriate treatment plans tailored to each individual's unique health needs.
Once a diagnosis is established, doctors develop and implement treatment strategies. This may involve prescribing medications, recommending surgical procedures, or advising on lifestyle changes. Doctors are also responsible for monitoring the progress of their patients, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and ensuring effective communication with the individuals under their care. Beyond the realm of direct patient care, doctors often engage in preventive medicine, promoting wellness and advocating for healthy behaviors to prevent the onset of diseases. Collaboration is a key aspect of a doctor's role. They work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses, pharmacists, and specialists, to provide comprehensive and coordinated care. This interdisciplinary approach ensures that patients receive well-rounded support for their physical and mental well-being. Moreover, doctors contribute to medical research, participating in studies and trials to advance scientific knowledge and improve treatment modalities. Keeping up with the latest developments in medicine allows doctors to offer cutting-edge and evidence-based care to their patients.
The responsibilities of a doctor extend beyond clinical duties. Effective communication skills are essential as doctors need to convey complex medical information in a way that patients can understand. Empathy and compassion are equally vital qualities, helping doctors build trusting relationships with their patients and providing emotional support during challenging times. Ethical considerations are paramount, guiding doctors in making decisions that prioritize the best interests of their patients while upholding the principles of medical ethics. In essence, a doctor is a multifaceted professional with the expertise to diagnose and treat illnesses, promote health and well-being, and contribute to advancements in medical knowledge. Their dedication to the welfare of individuals and communities makes them central figures in the healthcare system, embodying a commitment to the betterment of human health and quality of life.

Psychiatrist:
A psychiatrist is a specialized medical doctor who focuses on the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of mental illnesses and emotional disorders. After completing the standard medical education, which includes earning a bachelor's degree and attending medical school, psychiatrists undergo additional training in psychiatry during a residency program. This extensive education equips them with a deep understanding of the complex interplay between biological, psychological, and social factors that contribute to mental health.
One of the primary roles of a psychiatrist is conducting comprehensive psychiatric assessments. Through detailed interviews and evaluations, they gather information about a patient's mental health history, current symptoms, and any relevant life events. This process helps psychiatrists form accurate diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans. Unlike psychologists, psychiatrists are licensed medical doctors, allowing them to prescribe medications and utilize medical interventions in addition to psychothe****utic approaches.

Psychiatrists employ a variety of treatment modalities to address mental health issues. Medication management is a common aspect of their practice, involving the prescription and monitoring of psychotropic medications to alleviate symptoms and promote mental well-being. Additionally, psychiatrists may engage in psychotherapy or counseling, using different the****utic techniques to explore and address the psychological aspects of their patients' conditions. They often collaborate with other mental health professionals, such as psychologists, social workers, and psychiatric nurses, to provide comprehensive care. Preventive care is another important aspect of a psychiatrist's role. By identifying and addressing risk factors, behavioral patterns, and environmental stressors, they aim to prevent the onset or recurrence of mental health conditions. This may involve education about coping mechanisms, stress reduction strategies, and lifestyle modifications that contribute to overall mental well-being. Psychiatrists play a crucial role in crisis intervention and emergency mental health situations. They assess patients in acute distress, determine appropriate levels of care, and may be involved in hospitalization or crisis stabilization. Their expertise is valuable in managing severe mental illnesses, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and major depressive disorder, where a combination of medication and the****utic interventions is often required.

Research and continuous education are integral components of a psychiatrist's career. Staying abreast of the latest advancements in psychiatric treatments and contributing to ongoing research efforts help them provide evidence-based and innovative care to their patients. This commitment to lifelong learning ensures that psychiatrists remain informed about emerging therapies and contribute to the evolving field of mental health. Communication and empathy are essential skills for psychiatrists. Establishing a strong the****utic alliance with patients fosters trust and collaboration, enabling effective treatment outcomes. Psychiatrists must navigate the delicate balance of addressing biological factors, psychological dynamics, and social influences in their patients' lives, demonstrating sensitivity to the unique circumstances of each individual. In summary, psychiatrists are medical professionals dedicated to understanding and addressing mental health challenges. Their holistic approach involves a combination of medical, psychological, and social interventions to promote mental well-being, prevent mental illness, and enhance the overall quality of life for their patients.

Paramedic
Paramedics are highly trained emergency medical professionals who play a critical role in providing immediate care to individuals in medical crises or traumatic situations. These healthcare professionals often work as part of an ambulance crew, responding to emergency calls and accidents. Paramedics receive specialized training in pre-hospital care, allowing them to assess and stabilize patients, administer life-saving interventions, and transport individuals to medical facilities for further treatment.

In their daily responsibilities, paramedics must quickly assess the severity of a patient's condition, make rapid decisions, and provide appropriate medical interventions. They are skilled in various life support techniques, such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), administering medications, and managing traumatic injuries. Paramedics also need effective communication and teamwork skills, as they often collaborate with other healthcare professionals and emergency services to ensure a coordinated and timely response to emergencies.

Backstory (100+ Words)
Charlie never had an easy life. He was born into a world full of violence with his two sisters Ri and Li. He was a very quiet boy. Even with issues of not being able to always make his parents proud they always tried to keep Charlie, Li, and Ri away from the violence. Their dad was a drunk and overall a terrible person and left when he was only seven. This would leave a chip on Charlie, Li, and Ri's shoulder, leaving them with this sense of hateful rage for their now missing father. Months later after his 10th birthday, their mother would suddenly killed by a random unknown gang. He would blame not only himself but their father for the death of their mother. With no home or nowhere to run they didn’t know what to do. He would eventually decide to move out of M'Bato and head to Karakura with his two sisters in hopes of finding a better life and hunting down their scum of a father, changing their last names to Yun and never turning back to the past. Charlie, Li, and Ri would go around scamming individuals for money, in hopes of eventually saving up to buy a home for themselves. It has been eight years and the three siblings are now eighteen they have finally gotten a better life and thought they have escaped the harsh world and found a nice point in life to finally come to peace with, until one terrible night. A group of thugs attacked Ri, stabbing her and leaving her stranded. This would fulfill this sense of emotion inside Charlie and Li that they have never felt before, since their mother’s death. Charlie would take this emotion out on individuals who upset him, in and outside of school. He would begin drinking alcohol to see if it would help, but it only made things worse. In the end, all the fights and drinking on school grounds have resulted in suspensions from school for Charlie and even a expulsion. He knows it’s wrong but no matter what he tries he can’t fix this anger that’s in his heart until he knows that the individual who stabbed Ri is put to death. These issues have resulted in legal trouble with him as well. But no matter what happens he will not give up on the crimes committed until he finds and punishes everyone who involved themselves with the murder of his mother and the stabbing of Ri. Charlie is not worried about his own safety, rather is more worried about the safety and protection of others from harm. And will stop at nothing to keep them safe even if that costs his life. Jumping to the present, Charlie, Li, and Ri seem to be doing well. They finally saved up enough money to buy a place to call home, everything looks like it will be okay. But is that truly all? Charlie is now nineteeen and still expelled from Karakura High School. He has fallen out of contact with everyone in his life, not speaking too much of his family or friends besides his two sisters. He met a girl threw his friend Kojima and the two have been talking for quite some time now. They have been talking for a little before eventually splitting ways. He is thinking about going back to her and complete their relationship and hopefully start dating, but will he really do it or will he second guess himself once again and listen to those voices that haunt him that try to lead him down that dark path that they seek? Seems he suppressed those who had haunted him from past life. Wanting to have an absolute complete turn around in his life and began studying medicine and psychology. He has always been interested in how the mind works, considering he suffers from his own mental problems. Charlie believes studying will help him understand his own mind so he can help himself and others. He never wants to see people go through the same mental and health issues he went through. He is now 23 and has completed medical school and college to earn his masters in psychology, bachelors in biology and his degree in medicine. He is looking to work for the hospital in Karakura at the right old age of 25 after working in the education field.

SECTION 2: MEDICAL HISTORY
What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?
(Ensure this is appropriate to the position you have chosen)

I have chosen to be a psychiatrist because I want to help people understand their mind and themselves. Providing care with medicine so they can live their best life they can without mental or medical issues dragging them down. I never want to see someone go through the issues I had to go through when growing up. I worked as a teacher for a while and saw first hand, the struggles mental health caused for students and fellow coworkers.

When I was young, I was always intrigued by psychology and how one thinks and ways to help them with mental health issues. When I was going through college studying biology and education while earning my medical degree, psychology really started to stick out to me and became a passion of mine. The more I thought about it, the more they both seemed to go hand and hand for me. So after finishing my degrees in biology and education I began teaching. Saving up money so I can eventually take a psychology course and earn a degree in that. Both degrees have helped me understand how to truly read another person and the best approach to offer them help while trying to avoid making any of the issues worse than it already is. It has been a great passion of mine to help people any way I can, so the medical and education field has always been a no brainer. But I think my true passion lies in medicine rather than education. Knowing I can provide more help in the medical field was the solid deciding factor in choosing this job and position.

What medical residencies did your character take after medical school?
I have taken all my medical residencies in Karakura.

Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
Besides my medical residencies I took, I have had a few internships during my lifetime and during college, at a couple different hospitals. Most of the times they were mainly back in my home country as it was easy access and early training/practice for me at a young age. Continuing from that, due to my parents who worked in the field I have been around the art of medicine for some time. Considering my parent’s guidance and the internships I took part in, I like to think I have a pretty clear understanding of the functions and operations of a hospital. To assure everything is a safe environment for coworkers and patients.

Has your character completed any additional schooling?
I have only finished medical school and college to earn my degrees in biology, education and psychology at this point and time.

SECTION 3: CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique?

Describe how I look? What do you want me to say? I would like to think I look pretty average in this town. Black curly hair with pale skin.. Two of the main things I guess helps set me apart from others is my tattoo and my height. I’m 5’0 foot tall.. Yeah I know not the tallest but don’t go and complain to me about it, go complain to my parents about giving me the genetics. I generally try to smell good so I wear this cinnamon spray that smells pretty nice in my opinion. I usually wear whatever that I find comfortable or whatever I feel like putting on at that time.

Then, what makes me unique? Let’s be honest it seems no one in this town is unique what so ever. But if I would have to give an answer then I would probably say how straightforward I am with people. I am not one to play games or beat around the bush as they say. I get things done and try to get the point across then and there and as clear as possible. Yeah, Yeah, I know that sometimes people take it as rude or mean but sometimes the truth hurts. Despite it coming off as being rude its simply due to the fact how much I care about almost each and every citizen within this town. No one should be left out of details and worried when their life or mental health is on the line. So I take great pride in helping others and being compassionate and there for them as much as I possibly can be. While I am at it, I might as well add how hard of a worker I am. I don't believe in days off or taking the easy road, I think that good work comes from hard work. The more difficult the work and journey the better the outcome and end of the road will be. Taking shortcuts is never an option and this can be very very important in such a field as EMS. Cause one short cut can determine life or death of a patient or lead to other issues or complications that you missed simply because you wanted to save time or make it easier for yourself. Why make it easier for yourself now when you are able to make a lifetime much easier for that patient.
Photos would slide across the table

How does your character act on and off duty?
On duty: While on duty I am very professional and avoid causing any sort of scene or problems while I am at work. Got to always remember that you're the face of the hospital and you would not like your place of work to look terrible simply because you decided to act up. So I try my all out best to remain on my best behavior and be as professional as possible regardless of the situation I might be dealing with, as you never may know what could be going on with individuals. Yes I am very professional, however I am quite laid back and not quick to anger or get upset. I have great deal of patience and prefer to talk to someone or see how they are. I considering myself compassionate and very kind which can be very important when you're portraying how the hospital should be acting while they're on the job. If I become close enough to a co worker then maybe I would become more casual but that is very unlikely as I don't want to seem unprofessional or a bad look for the hospital.

Off duty? That’s a pretty good question, I mean personally I am not one to take off from work when I am able to cause I’m trying to earn a paycheck and be helpful after all. But usually off duty I act around the same as I do while on duty. I suppose I would be more laid back and not as professional when addressing someone. I’m not the party type too much so not like I would go out and party so I would most likely just stand around with a few friends or talk with some individuals at the plaza. I try to avoid trouble or drama mainly cause I am not the type to want to deal with such issues as they seem very childish. Basically off duty I am a very calm individual who knows how to mind their business. (Unlike some people in the city) I avoid trouble as much as possible and will always be a good individual, representing the hospital in great fashion while out on the streets. Plus usually I am spending time with my girlfriend? I think she is at least.. once again its a complicated subject between me and her. Me spending time with her always keeps me busy and out of any sort of trouble I could run into.

Does your character function better on their own or with others?
Honestly it doesn’t matter to me what so ever. I can work perfectly with a group or by myself. Working in the school faculty helped me learn to handle situations alone and make plans myself without others help. However it has helped me work with fellow employees to create a lesson plan or event for the students and create an environment everyone will enjoy. So like I said earlier, I have no problem working with a team/with others at any point and time and would happily work with the group if needed. Sometimes you can learn a thing or two from people you first meet so it could always be helpful.

I am not much of a talker so if I do work with others I tend not to speak often and let the others within said group discuss and speak at their own free will without room to interrupt them. Unless I am needed to speak then I will but when I do open my mouth to speak I don’t waste peoples time and make it quick a brief so they can understand and be on their way or so the conversation can continue forward. I do think I work best alone. I believe it helps avoid any sort of distractions to occur, allowing me to complete my work without the need to stop what I am doing to help another individual or get side track from what I am doing. Basically, less disruptions mean more work will be done and at a quicker pace.

What plans does your character have for the future?
I plan to spend as long as I possibly can, working at the hospital, helping as many people that i possibly can until eventually it’s my time to retire. I want to eventually settle down with someone in my life and live out the rest of my life knowing that before I decided to retire and stop working, that I have helped so many people get through their struggles in life and provided help so that they were able to better themselves as a person, health wise and mentally wise. I have many goals to accomplish before that time comes but you best believe I intend to complete each and every single one of those goals, because as I have stated earlier, I am not one to take the short cut or give up on things and I don't intend to ever. Especially when it comes to my own personal goals that I hold very dear and close to me.

How is your character perceived by others? How does it contrast with their perception of themself?
I believe I am perceived to be hard working, passionate and confident person. Sometimes shy but not usually, some say I am a very talkative person at times. I do not see myself to be such a talkative person and I struggle heavily expressing myself at times, especially when it comes to getting my point across. I like to think I am very straight forward and to the point when asked for my opinion on something. I am not one to hide info or downplay something to make you happy.

You will be told the straight forward and honest truth regardless how it might make you feel. Honesty it is the only true way to have a clear understanding and conversation of something. Some say I can be a hot head at times and agitated easily. I would strongly disagree as I can give people patience very easily. Working as a teacher even helped my patience especially when it comes down to dealing with a disruptive individual or someone seeking to cause trouble. Talking them out of their poor actions or giving them ways to improve in honest and straight forward conversation.

DENIED

Thank you for taking the time to apply, however, we have decided to deny this application due to the following reasons:

- A decisive factor that influences our decision is server reputation. We tend to pick players who have been on the server for a while and have a relatively clean history. One way to improve your reputation, and boost your chances of acceptance, is by applying to other factions/community teams.

- Due to the vast amount of applicants that try their best to get into the faction, we often have to deny good applicants because there are others that have been deemed as better choices, whether it's due to server reputation or due to the detail that was put into their application.

If you need any further assistance, feel free to privately message me - 6pancake - via discord, and we will solve any inquiries you may have.
