What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: Fleur Ross Auroras has had a ruff life, Fleur Ross Auroras was born in 2000,. Fleur had a big sister there parents seemed happy but one night when Fleur was only 2 years old they flew the Country, Fleurs sister was only 15 and wasn't ready to support for herself and Fleur, they needed a new start so Fleur and her sister took a flight to Japan, her sister was offered a job as a receptionist, she took it and took care of Fleur and herself in the small apartment she got. Fleur was 13 when she was enrolled in KaraKura high school, she was always using her spare time to teach her self Japanese , Fleur was able to pick it up over the year but, when she was in English she gotten the tragic news her sister passed away from Breast Cancer, she ended up living with her friend for 2 years since her parents took in Fleur in until, she had gotten adopted at 16 by Isabelle Auroras, Fleur is so happy and her mother motivates Fleur to make a future, she is so influenced by her mother she wants to be just like her.
Fleur was always the quiet child she doesn't have much friends and normally is researching story's and reading stuff like articles like Pharos's world war and etc she has taking her time to learn about the past and wants to educate others.

What are the teacher class logs and why are they important?: Classroom logs are a way of showing proof that you can work for the job and you can get the money you worked hard for and never gave up working it, you may have gotten tired but you don't stop. if they don't have the classroom logs it shows they are not working correctly in their job, The Classroom logs are very important, so you can get paid for the work you've done. When you get the money from your boss and your happy cause you can pay your bills and maybe go out to eat or something like that!
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
1. No distractions. If you get too distracted by something in class, this may result in a lack of knowledge.
2. No talking over the teacher. This is absolutely disrespectful to me and others who are trying to learn.
3. No physical abuse. If this occurs in my classroom, you immediately get detention. You will also be sent to the principal's office to work your argument out.
4. Sit at an available desk. If you disobey this rule after multiple warnings, you will be kicked out of the classroom.
5. Leaving the classroom. Before you ask to leave, you're going to give me the reason. If that reason is acceptable, you may go and come back within 3-5 minutes. If you don't give me a valid reason, you will have to stay in the classroom.
6. No inappropriate performances inside the classroom. If this happens, you will be kicked out and sent to detention.
