+1 As someone who is in EMS currently. I feel as if this merge isn’t too beneficial. Take an example, surgeons have a much higher level of knowledge and experience coming into bigger and more severe surgeries compared to doctors. Psychiatrists are completely different to nurses, they don’t learn...
