What is your Minecraft username?:
BlossomRp

Do you have Discord (If so, what is your discord username?):
Lotus#5332

How old are you? (Optional):
I am 19 years old oocly, born in the year 2003.

What is your time zone?:
My timezone is Eastern Standard Timezone (EST).

Describe your activity on the server:
My activity on the server is a solid 8 or 9 out of 10, playing around 30-40 hours per week. I have a very flexible schedule due to being in online college oocly, meaning I can do college work when I desire and get on SRP when I wish. I find great joy in roleplaying on SRP, taking on several roles such as gang head, higher-ups in gangs, professor, greenie roleplayer and several shops working as a cashier! Currently, I have 5 accounts, only 3 of them active. My first account is LotusRp which is a college Bachelor 18 role where I work at two shops on, second is SunflowerRp, Adult 23, which is the second in command to a gang, and third is FlowerRp which I play two greenie character's on, Grade 9. I have been a part of srp for almost a year and love creating new characters along with developing their lore!

Have you ever been banned (If yes, when and why?):
Yes, I have been banned on SRP before, here are my ban appeals where they go into more detail on why.
Ban Appeal 1 - June 23th, 2022

Ban Appeal 2 - September 13th, 2022

Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?:
Yes, I do acknowledge and understand.

School Employee Role you are applying for?:
Nurse!

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
School nurses provide health services in schools and other educational settings. Their goal is to treat student injuries or illnesses. Apart from injuries and sudden ailments, school nurses may also support students with chronic illnesses and disabilities – for example, by administering medication to them (example: insulin injections). School nurses also promote health-related habits (example: proper handwashing) and ensure compliance with national and local health policies for schools. Providing healthcare to students with acute or chronic health problems, conducting screenings and writing referrals for health services and developing and monitoring health plans for students. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate with children, their parents or guardians, and teachers. If you meet these requirements, and you also have a genuine interest in improving children’s lives, we’d like to hear from you. School Nurses spend their days doing the following: performing hearing, vision, and other health screenings, and treating students who have ongoing conditions like allergies or diabetes with medication as needed to manage symptoms of these illnesses. They consult with teachers about how they can better care for their students' needs in order to teach healthy habits and lifelong skills while also consulting administrators on what resources will be available if any emergency situation arises during school hours. School nurses are often the first chance students have at receiving medical attention, which is why it's so important to be organized and flexible. They should also be aware and understand the policies regarding students' well-being on their own or when working with other professionals such as teachers who may need help managing students' behavior issues that arise from flaws within an educational setting itself. The ideal School Nurse is not only well-versed in many areas of health, but also knows how to work independently or with others. They must have the ability to communicate effectively and assess situations quickly so they can best serve their students' needs. School Nurses find themselves working with many different people in their role - from parents or teachers who need help caring for their child on any given day, all while managing illnesses that may arise within these groups too.

What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have years of experience with roleplay and character development, all the way back to my childhood in 2012 when I first bought Minecraft. I would participate in roleplay when it was just hour-long scenarios on creative plot servers. I have had a faculty role for two months in early July all the way to early September before I decided to get my adult role. I have experience with the day-to-day operations as a faculty member as well as the roleplay abilities needed for this role. Though, I do realize being a professor is different from being a nurse, though, my character was almost always in the nurse office when he was not teaching due to them being under-staffed at the time. He helped out with organizing students, who needed to be there or not, as well as basic medical help such as handing out ice packs or waters. I was present for almost every single injury a student could gain on school grounds ranging from simple headaches to full broken bones, and I assisted nurses with treating these students. Other than this experience, I have had several other roles on SRP and am very well versed in detailRP.

Situations
/*Do not mention use of FearRP*/

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
In-Su would always keep a soft smile on his face, regardless of what was happening in the situation, most likely a lollipop hanging out of his mouth. He would ask the student if they needed any help, for he is there to assist and provide as a faculty member. He may ask if they would like to speak to a councilor due to their build up anger they seem to be releasing to misbehave. Though most importantly, to keep the peace in the hallways, In-Su would politely ask the student to pause the behavior and explain to him why they are acting in such ways and ask how he can assist with making this student's day more enjoyable. In-Su understands school is not for everyone, and there may be some outside encounters influencing their behaviors.

You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
In-Su would begin by doing his best to break up the fight, for he does not wish to see any student injured further than they already could be. He would first try to politely ask them to separate, though in many cases, politeness often gets overlooked when you are blinded with rage and envy. Once the fight has broken, In-Su would switch gears to attending to the injured students, helping them make their way to the nurse office. While attending to the injuries in the correct format, In-Su would try to understand the reasoning behind the fight. He would ask the student for their side of the story and will radio other faculty to round up some bystanders later on. He would try his best to be fair in the punishment aspect and show mercy when there is room for it to be given. In the end, everyone will be given a lollipop for their participation. :3

Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
In-Su has never been one of the more confrontational types, especially to other adults, though he always worries for others and wishes to assist in helping. If In-Su saw a situation like this unfolding, he would first access his relationship with this particular faculty member. Were they a friend of his, or simply just a co-worker he passes in the halls, speaks to occasionally? Depending on how this question is answered within his head, is dependent on how In-Su will react. If the answer is this person is a friend to In-Su, he will approach them and ask if he may assist in calming them or understanding why they reacted the way they did. If it is not within his power to assist, he will seek a higher ranked faculty member to help his friend. Though, if the answer is this person is simply just a co-worker in regard to friendship to In-Su, he would seek the higher ranked faculty member first and not approach at all. In-Su wouldn't know how the person would react to his approach, the safer option being to report directly to someone with more power to assist. Of course, of the actions caused injury to the faculty member, In-Su would politely offer to escort and treat their injuries in the nurse office in the correct format.

When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
In-Su is a sweet young man, he would offer each faculty member inside a lollipop as he made his way to the coffee machine. Making casual small talk with those in the break room, In-Su would start to make a cup of coffee. Of course, the coffee would have massive amounts of sugar as well as creamer to make it more enjoyable for In-Su. Black coffee is icky. In-Su would smile at each faculty member and wave goodbye before leaving to go back to his job.

Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:

Context: In-Su would be sitting at his desk as a student approach it, holding his forehead. They seemed to be hiding something.
/me &#f8887f would look up and gently smile as the student before him, mumbling through the pink sucker sticking out of his mouth, &f"Morning, kiddo, what's going on with your head there?" &#f8887f He would nod as the student explained the small head gash, &f"Alrighty, come on inside and have a seat at Bed 1 for me please and thank you." &#f8887f In-Su would then proceed to walk over to the cabinets near the beds and pull out the supplies he needed for the head gash. He grabbed gauze, ointment, cottonballs, q-tips, tweezers and of course, his famous Hello Kitty Band-Aids of various sizes. He laid out all the supplies on the small rolley table next to the bed and pulled up a chair, plopping down in it. In-Su gently peeled the students hand off the gash and inspected the injury. He noticed how deep and long it was and if it needed stitches or just a simple treatment. After assessing the damage, he concluded the gash was tiny enough for just a quick treatment and bandage, no stitches needed. &f"Alright, kiddo, you're lucky. You don't need any stitches, just a quick Band-Aid treatment! Let's get ya fixed up and you can have a lollipop afterwards, alright?" &#f8887f In-Su smiled as he first grabbed his tweezers and began to gently pick out any dirt and debris that was found inside the gash. Once he was satisfied with this actioned, he grabbed the q-tips and the bottle of ointment, squeezing a little bit over the tip. In-Su then very delicately wiped the ointment over the gash with one hand, while he used the other to open a Hello Kitty Band-Aid with the help of his teeth. Placing the q-tip down, he placed the very adorable Hello Kitty Band-Aid on the students gash before leaning back in his chair and smiling. &f"All done! Here is a lollipop for your amazing participation." &#f8887f He pulled a blue lollipop out of his pocket and held in front of the student with a big smile

Context: In-Su was organizing supplies when a student came up to him and tapped on his shoulder, holding a bloody nose.
/me &#f8887f would turn around, a small smile on his face before it turned into a little bit of an 'eek' face. He quickly masked it and smiled at the student once again, &f, "Oh, gee. Let's get that looked at, okai, kiddo?" &#f8887f He motioned for the student to sit on the bed next to him as he hurried over to the cabinets and grabbed the supplies he needed. In-Su grabbed a nose splint, lots of gauze and medical tape before heading back over to the student. He placed the supplies down on the small table next to the bed, picking up a couple pieces of gauze. He leaned down, level to the student's nose, holding out the gauze. &f"Please hold this gauze to catch the blood and tilt your head slightly forward while I see if it's broken or not, alrighty, kiddo?" &#f8887f As the student did what In-Su instructed, he began to very gently touch the student's nose, feeling the damage. The nose being obviously broken, he knew he had to attempt to snap it back into place and quickly set the splint into place. &f"Alrighty, Kiddo, seems your nose is broken, so I'm going to need to snap it back into place. It's going to hurt, but please try and remain still while I place the splint." &#f8887f He smiled softly at the student and gently placed his fingers around the student's nose. He began to count- starting at one. One... two- SNAP! He didn't even get to three. &f"Sorry, kiddo, best to do it when you're not expecting it and get all tense. Hurts less." &#f8887f He smiled awkwardly at the student as he spoke, very quickly grabbing the splint and placing it around the student's nose, using the medical tape to secure it in place. &f"There ya go, kiddo! Make sure to hold the gauze in place to stop the bleeding, but you're all good to go. Would you like a lollipop? Some Advil? An ice pack?" &#f8887f In-Su smiled softly.

Context: In-Su is finishing up with another student when a teacher walks in carrying a knocked-out student.
/me &#f8887f would look over the student with a sad look in his eyes before thanking the teacher and gesturing for them to place the student in Bed 3. He quickly grabbed an ice pack as well as supplies if there was a possible cut or gash. He grabbed gauze, ointment, bandages, q-tips and cotton balls. Going back to the student just as they were waking up, he spoke in a gentle tone of voice, &f"Hey, kiddo, sit up slowly for me please." &#f8887f In-Su helped the student lean up while handing them the ice back and gesturing for them to place it where-ever it may hurt as he went to work inspecting the student for any further injuries. Seeing nothing, he preceded with a quick neurological exam to see if the student had a concussion or whiplash. He held his index finger up in between the students eyes, a decent distance away. &f"Can you please touch the tip of my finger wherever I move it to, please?" &#f8887f He then proceeded to move his finger to different areas in the air as the student touched the tip of his finger with their own. He nodded, mentally passing the student before moving to a different test. He pulled out a tiny flashlight from his pocket and flicked it on before holding it up to the students' eyes and checking their pupils for any dilations. Seeing none, In-Su clicked off the flashlight and slipped it back into his pocket before smiling softly and saying, &f"Alright, kiddo! You're all set for now. Please stay here for a bit so the teacher can get a clear picture of what happened and continue to hold the ice pack to your head for me. Call me over if you need anything! Here's a lollipop."

Backstory
Growing up as a young boy, In-Su's mother was the school nurse. He would always visit the nurses' office during passing periods, lunch and after school to assist his mother in whatever she may need. In-Su didn't have many friends, he was a quiet kid who enjoyed the more feminine themed toys, tv shows, etc. He was bullied quite a lot growing up, which led to him practically hiding in the nurse office with his mother. It was his safe space. Though, none of this ever diminished his dream to help people, even those who couldn't care less about his own life. Graduating high school with an honors diploma, In-Su decided he would follow his mother's footsteps and study nursing. He majored in nursing and minored in psychology so he could have a better relationship and understanding to his patients. In-Su, being the more quiet, reserved kid, didn't party much. He stayed in and focused on his studies which caused him to graduate with a 4.2 GPA and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing diploma. Not long after graduating, he decided to look for a job to start off his career. He heard about Karakura High School and College from a friend who worked as a receptionist and decided to shoot his shot. He moved to Karakura in 2021, moving into a new apartment in C Block before finally applying for the nurse position in 2022.

Motivation for Joining KHS:

Do you have any previous experience working in a school environment? If so, please elaborate (If not, respond with "N/A"):

OOCLY: Yes, I worked as a professor for two months.
ICLY: N/A This character has no experience besides his childhood in his mother's nurse office and basic college trainings in nursing.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
OOCLY: I have a lot of experience with faculty roleplay as well as the detail roleplay aspects that come along with being a nurse. I have experience with basic medical scenarios due to being a part of a gang that got staff permission to have a medical unit, which I was a higher-up in, as well as my professor character helping in the nurse's office everyday due to his relationships and friendships with various nurses. I believe my character is very unique and will be a great fit to this job! I also have a lot of detailRP experience, being a part of several p2l based gangs, being higher-ups within them, meaning lots of events with p2l. This combined with my medical experience make me a great fit for this role!
ICLY: Well, one, I am very good at my job. I graduated with a very high GPA and have dedicated my life to my studies with dedication to helping students on their educational journeys. I also believe I would be a great fit due to my own personal life experiences. I believe I could be a steppingstone for these students to be able to be who they are and find their identities!
