Describe your activity on the server:
When it comes to my activity it can really vary as I have a life outside of the online realm. When it comes to activity within discord I’m actually very active when it comes to regular chats and anything else that I might be needed for. On top of discord when it comes to voice chatting it’s very bipolar meaning it can be hard for me to get in a voice channel during the day. However, I can assure you that at night it doesn’t become a problem. The only time it becomes a problem is if I have something going on in real life whether I’m out doing something or it’s something important interfering with my time. To give an estimate of being on SRP I would say around 2-6 hours a day. Now there is some stuff that can potentially bring my activity down for a temporary timeframe. Sometimes I will get demotivated to do things which burn me out. If this happens I will step back to recover, this can last for a few days to a week or more. Though when I get my motivation back and done recovering I will hop right back to it. Another thing that can decrease my activity is my mental health. Sometimes I will take mental health breaks just to let my health relax and also to just step back from the online world to breathe. The last thing that can affect my activity is life events happening. We all know at any moment in our life anything can happen and unfortunately sometimes those things will happen. It’s out of my control. Everyone’s control. If this happens and depending how severe the event is this will affect my activity. Hopefully this will never be the case but then again things can happen unexpectedly. Other than that, if I have nothing going on then I will be fairly active and ready to go.

TRIVIA QUESTIONS
What is the student council and what do they do?:
The student council is an organization- or a group of students- that helps out around the school. This can be from simple tasks such as helping newer students out, handling any trouble between students, handing out detention slips, and much more. The council also helps out any school faculty who may need it or if they ask for assistance. The student council is made up of worthy students who are a good role model to represent both schools. The council also arranges events for the school in many different ways- this can be school dances to simple flash events. The council isn’t just about the members but helping shape members to who they are. From building future leaders, to strengthening their relationships with the community and their peers, getting experience in organizing events, using their ****ytical skills for decision making, and to help make a positive impact on the school.
What motivated you to apply for council? (e.g. Interests, friends, etc.):
To be honest, I had the urge to apply. I was in the college council about two years ago but didn’t stay for very long due to me going to University. Back when I was in the council it didn’t cross me as exciting. However, things change and I believe the council has done that. It’s slowly grabbed my interest once more and I hope my gut isn’t wrong about this. I know two people in council oocly and two former council members and that only gives me more motivation to apply. I believe if I rejoin the council I’ll get a better experience, have more time to actually do stuff, create memories along the way, and meet new people. I also want to do better and be a better council member. I never got a chance to contribute when I was previously on council due to my short time. I hope if I rejoin council this will give me a second chance to make a difference in the faction and the school.
Are you aware that you’ll be having to use your creativity and teamwork ethic within the student council? (e.g. Coming up and helping with events):
Yes, I’m very aware. I believe my creativity is decently strong and I hope by being part of council it’ll help me strengthen it more. I’m also aware that teamwork is a must- I’ve had prior experience from my previous time being in the council. However, I’ve had other teamwork experiences from being on the HS swim team, college female and football teams, other factions such as government, hospital, school faculty, and news faction. I’ve also had real life teamwork experiences from being a former soccer athlete, being part of a STEM club and being the secretary, having jobs, and being a leader such as training newer employees from my past job. I hope to bring these skills to the council.
Can you list the roles in the council along with other roles that might be important to the council?:
School President
The school president for both schools is the leader and the one who runs the council. They are in charge of overseeing the council and making sure it’s being run smoothly. They also take care of arranging events, meetings, and looking at applications for newer members. They are the rock of council without a president the council would fall apart. Which makes them a key role to make a council function. A council president should have an open-mind, leadership skills, and a good reputation for the school. There are other key skills and qualities a school president should hold as well.
School Vice President
The Vice President or VP for short is the right hand man. They are to help the president with anything they may need. These can be helping arrange meetings, giving out tasks or responsibilities to members, assigning training to the newer members with the training committee. A vice president should be trustworthy and also have an open-mind. If the president is around then the VP will step in to fill their space temporarily until they return.
Council Members
These are members who have been accepted into the council and have proven themselves to be worthy of the group. They help around the school such as breaking up fights, talking to students who need help, giving out detention slips, pitching in concerns or suggestions to their higher-ups, and many more. A council member should be trustworthy, mature, hold a good reputation, and help faculty when needed.
SLT
The big bosses of the school and the ones who oversee all. SLT is a primary role when it comes to the council. Whether that's the council approaching them to pitch in a new event idea or to help the council situate an ongoing issue. Without SLT around the school would fall apart; they are the primary key roles of this school.
Faculty, Teachers, Professors
Having a good relationship and trust within the whole school faculty is a must. The council can help these roles when necessary especially if they need an extra set of hands. The council members can also assist teachers and professors in their classrooms whether that's helping hand out assignments or dealing with troubled students.
Students
Without students then there wouldn’t be a council. The students are also another big key role of the council. They are the extra set of eyes and ears we need when it comes to hearing concerns or situations that have come to their attention. A voice should be heard and it starts with the students doing their part and coming to the council to talk about it.

SCENARIOS
While students gather for a school assembly, one student behaves disruptively, causing a disturbance. How would you manage the situation to restore order effectively while minimizing any additional disruptions to the assembly?
Franklyn would sit there hearing the scenario question. The male would think for a moment before giving his response. “Well firstly, I believe restoring the situation with a minimization is certainly a smart idea. I wouldn’t want to draw attention to the scene or even escalate in that case. I would politely intervene with the scene and pull the misbehaved student aside. I would ask them nicely to please keep their tone down and be respectful since there’s an assembly going on. If the student doesn’t want to comply then I would ask them to leave before warning them about detention. The student has a right not to be there and if they don’t want to be at the assembly then they can leave.” Franklyn would give a smile though he felt nervous inside.
A student refuses to take their mask off after you’ve brought up detention and they’ve run away! What do you do?
Franklyn would shake his head in disbelief and disappointment. A sigh would come out from his mouth. “I just don’t get those types of students, y’know? They put themselves in that situation and now they don’t want to face it? Why because they’re afraid or just simply don’t care? I haven’t been in Karakura for long but I’ve met these kinds of people before. I would immediately chase after them and would radio any faculty or council members that are around. Since I can’t see their physical appearance I would describe what their clothing looks like. I will continue to do my best to get this student caught.”
A teacher observes concerning behavior from a student, including the creation of disturbing artwork and verbal threats toward peers. How would you collaborate with the teacher to evaluate the situation and intervene appropriately to address potential safety concerns?
Franklyn would listen to this scenario, this one was definitely concerning. “Mental health is very important to all individuals. If I witness this type of artwork I would approach the teacher and ask them to pull this student aside. After they do, I would talk to the student on a student minded level and ask if they’re doing okay. I would tell them that their artwork came off concerning and that I just wanted to know if I can help them with anything. I can also provide them with resources such as a listening ear from myself or a school counselor. If the student shows any concerning behavior while I’m talking to them such as a threat to themselves or even a chance to students I would alert the teacher as a precaution to help me get this settled.”
A group of students asks for your permission to stage a protest on school grounds. Would you allow them to protest? If so, how do you ensure that the protest does not disrupt the school environment while upholding their freedom of expression?
Franklyn nodded while listening to this scenario. “Every person has the freedom of speech. Therefore they should make their voices be heard with this concern however, it must be done peacefully. If any violence or any aggressive behavior is shown I will have it be shut down. I will also alert the school staff beforehand that a protest will be happening and to not shut it down unless aggressive behavior, violence, or it gets out of control. I believe students should actually be encouraged to protest but on a peaceful matter.”
A teacher/receptionist has told you that you are doing something that goes against what you were trained by your higher-ups. How would you react to this?
Franklyn would adjust how he was sitting as he kept direct eye contact with the person. “Everyone makes mistakes. We’re all not perfect. If I was told I was doing something wrong even though I was trained to do that I would just nod to the faculty. I don’t want arguments to happen but I will however remember what they look like and their name if they told me. I would then go to my higher-up and tell them the situation. I would tell them how I handled it as well. I wouldn’t be mad at the faculty member for telling me this either… but at least they’ll know next time.” Franklyn would roll his shoulders back.
Please provide at least one detailed event that the council can use as a future event to showcase your creativity! (Must be 300 words or more for one event):
Franklyn’s eyes would light up hearing this question. He’d excitedly pull out an organized folder and would slide it over the desk. “I hope you like it. . . I’m new to Karakura so I’m really unsure if an event like this has been done. If it has, I’m very sorry!”
[!] School Sleepover [!]
Ever seen those shows where a certain grade level gets to stay in the school overnight to party and have a good time? Well if you didn’t know now you do.
I’m proposing to host a school wide sleepover for all grade levels in the gymnasium. This is great for students to meet new friends, create memories, and bond over things they share! Since this is an overnight stay at the school we don’t need the students starving to death which is why pizza and beverages will be provided. Some activities will be offered throughout the night to keep the energy going!!
Activity One: Icebreakers!
Students will be put into big groups and will ask questions with their peers to know each other better! This is a great way for students to make friends. Sport members are encouraged to be involved.
Activity Two: Variety of Games!
Multiple gaming booths will be set up across the gymnasium from basic card games, board games, and video games! This will bring entertainment for the students and friendly competition!
Activity Three: Dance off!
We can’t forget the music- because that would be boring if none was present! A personal DJ will be provided during this event with their sick beats to give the students the night of their lives! A school dance off will be hosted to see who are the better dancers- Spartans or Bobcats? Guess we’ll have to find out!
Activity Four: Tent Fortress!
To end the night off before the students go into a slumber the Bobcats and Spartans will face off to see who can build the best tent fortress! This will provide teamwork, sportsmanship and friendly rivalry between both schools! Who knows maybe something paranormal or spiritual will show up to interrupt the competition!
A photo-booth can also be arranged during the event, this really wouldn’t count as an event activity but it’d be something fun to do. Capture those memories and cherish them! Some concessions can be set up by the student council to sell light snacks if students are hungry throughout the night.
Personal Information
(in character)
Name:
Franklyn Lee
Gender:
Male
Age:
18
Phone number:
030-079-0538
How would you describe your personality?:
“Honestly. . . I think I’d see myself as a very laid back person. But I do speak up about things I feel like that should be spoken up. I want to be a person I can be proud of and I want to achieve things that I can see going after. So. . . I guess that would consider myself outgoing? I’m really unsure. If you meet me in-person and get to know me more, you’ll learn more about me!”
Appearance/attire (Please provide a picture):
[!] A selfie of Franklyn would be attached here! [!]
A Dominican 5’8 male would stand in front of you. He’d have a lean athletic build. The male would have dark brown skin with a charismatic smile that revealed his sharp canines. He’d have thick hair styled in dreadlocks adorned with beads.
What separates you from other applicants seeking your position?:
“Well. . . to be honest I’ve never been part of a student council before. Or really any sort of organization that requires leadership. Actually, this is brand new for me. I kinda want to get out there and step into this world of Karakura. I want to find my cliche and make friends who I see as friends. I want to try this new experience and I look forward to it. I’d also like to mention that I’m foreign to Karakura- I’m still adjusting to the environment but I want to fit in.”
Why do you want this position?:
“Like I said. . . I’ve never been part of a student council before so I want to try something new. That’s why I want this position. I want to learn from this experience and grow with it. I want to make memories along the way and be seen as someone who belongs in Karakura. I know you may not know me. . . but if I get accepted on the council then you’ll get a great chance to know me and see me for who I am.” Franklyn would sigh as he looked at the individual. “Honestly though… to make you understand why I want this position I’ll share something personal with you. Something that I’ve never told before. Back in my home town… I lost my parents in a fire. Only me and my sister survived and we had to learn to be independent on our own. We had to stand up for ourselves and be strong. My parents always told me and my sister this… go after what you believe in. Chase your dreams and turn the impossible possible. My parents always said I had a leader in me. But I never seen that side of me. Maybe by being in council the inner leader will show itself and I’ll finally get to see it for myself. I’ve always believed in my parents.. and I hope what they said is true.”
What interests you the most about student council?:
“I mean from common sense and knowledge. . . the council is a group of dedicated students who want to give back to the community. Each individual in the council is unique in their own way. Whether that’s them bringing contribution to the council or school, or to helping students out. I. .. I hope to be that kind of person. My parents always told me to be kind to people and pay it forward. I want to be that person. ”
What could you contribute to make the school a safe and fun environment?:
“I want students to feel like they can approach a school council member and feel comfortable talking to them about any concerns. Though, from just slight experience I’ve witnessed the school council isn’t that likeable. I want to change that. I want to prove to the students- especially to those who dislike us- that we are just trying to help society and the community. I want to be that council member who says hello to fellow classmates and newer students. I don’t want to come off mean- even if I’m just doing my duty as a member. I mean after all this is a volunteer position I’m doing it because I want to. I want to listen to concerns or suggestions that students bring up. I don’t want them to be ignored or be put in a back-log. I will do my hardest to make their concerns be heard. If it’s to help turn the school into a better, improved, society then I will do it. I also want people to see me as a student and a friend they can come to whenever they need it. I’m not just going to be a council member but a fellow classmate that students can rely on and approach without feeling afraid. I’m not the bad guy and if people want to make an enemy out of me then I’ll show them that we’re just trying to do what’s right for the school.” After finishing his response Franklyn would let a smile form over his face. It’d be big enough to show his sharp canines. He then got up from his chair and would bow to the individual. He was still learning the Japanese culture but he knew bowing was a form of respect. The Dominican male would bring his body back up while his posture stood strong. “Thank you for having me and I hope to hear from the council soon.” He then turned around and left the council room. The nervousness and anxiety he felt earlier was now replaced by his confidence.
