Describe your activity on the server:
My activity on the server is upright and good enough, I have always kept track of my activity for the past couple of years ever since I joined the server in 2019, i maintained the right amount of activity throughout all my characters, especially on my main account that I have used the most. I get on the server on an average of 5-8 hours, and despite my schedule that differs throughout the weeks, as I only attend classes two to three times a week, so I would consider my schedule to be extremely flexible. While that is the case, my activity has uprightly increased recently more than my activity from before, so i keep my activity in check and play all of my characters nowadays to keep a steady activity as I always tend make the time to get on the server.
Weekdays | I get active on the server from the afternoon till the night, usually around 2-5 hours. However, since i only attend college classes two to three times a week, my activity hours increases from 4-7 hours on Mondays and Wednesdays. |

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
Counselors are professional individuals who help students who are facing difficulties and challenges on school grounds. They tend to assist students with their well being and stability and provide a safe and stable space for them to assure their comfort during school. Moreover, they lend an ear and listen to the students worries, converse with them to find a solution, and provide advice. Specifically, they mainly help students regarding mental health, academic routine in school, and future career by offering emotional support, creating strategies, and guidance to keep students on track without feeling lost or isolated during their highschool years until college. Furthermore, counselors create a safe environment room where students are able to express themselves openly about their concerns without feeling judged nor viewed as a low value. In addition, counselors give advice and words of wisdom to students who are seeking help that involves school and come up with a supportive environment for them. In the end, counselors play an important role in supporting students overall development and well being during their school years.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have multiple experiences in roleplay as i learned from a while ago until now, which mostly revolves around SchoolRP itself, because it is the server that i have mostly learned varieties of role playing experiences and different scenarios. I have started acquiring early experiences in roleplay when i first applied for the role of a student councillor and the role of a journalist during my early days on the server, these roles mostly revolved around school roleplay which helped me improve and learn new ideas on how to excel in my character's behaviors during school, and how they are able to properly deal with students that councillors needed to be aware of, and help school faculty by assisting them in difficult situations. In addition, It helped me shape how my characters acted when it came to the roles that i applied for, as it provided new engagements in communicating with others. Furthermore, I have also obtained the role of a club leader after applying for my first club in 2021, dungeons and dragons, this specific opportunity helped me advance my leadership skills through roleplay as well, because of my constant interactions to characters with different personalities. Also, I have joined a couple of sport teams over the past two years, which was a new outstanding experience for me that offered me the opportunity with rivalry roleplay among other teams. Overall, my experience in roleplay has always increased throughout the years, as i always find myself wanting to join a variety of different roles to experience different situations in game and create unique characters.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
My motivation for wanting to join the School Employee faction is because I would like to contribute and engage in the role playing experience of the having the role of a school employee, as I highly think that through my skills and past experiences, I will be able to gain and expand my fields of knowledge regarding this specific role that i am willing to apply for. Furthermore, another reason of mine would be because of my passion and interest, as well as a huge amount of enthusiasm that i have for this role. Moreover, the school employee faction have always seemed to interest and eager me into wanting to get to know more about it, as I think that it is an interesting faction role, that provides many opportunities. In addition, I seek to be part of this community, as I think that it will come up with many new role playing experiences for me to become a better individual and improve my set of skills into a more impressive and advanced mindset. The school employee faction would allow me to discover new aspects and circumstances, as every role in the faction is unique and special on its own that each role contributes to maintaining the school a better place. Also, joining the school employee faction will give me the opportunity to meet all sorts of good individuals who also share similar interests curiosity into what it might bring to the table. Since I have held on to this role for more than a year, I would like to become more involved and contribute more meaningfully with bigger responsibilities that I have willingly always wanted to reach towards, showing my constant dedication and commitment to the school employee faction.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Miyu would gently go up to the student without seeming aggressive so the student does not feel attacked or walk away from her in fear, she would gently and calmly warn the student about their use of words towards faculty members "Please refrain from using such words, this is your first warning." before raising her concerns slightly and starts to question the student about the reason for their choice of words "You can be honest and tell me if anything is bothering you, and i will be here listening." She would listen attentively at the student's reasons for cursing at her for being pathetic, if the student raises any reasonable worries that made them curse at her, she would attempt to help the student and solve the situation by speaking with them and raising solutions so the student feels at ease while clearing any misunderstandings they might have. If the student continues to curse and refuses to listen after receiving three warnings, Miyu would hand the student a detention slip for their continuous disrespect and refusal to listen.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Miyu would immediately and swiftly walk towards the students who are physically fighting in the hallway, and before she would act, she would speak in a slightly louder tone for them to hear "Please stop this immediately!" and mention detention right away since it is a physical fight and punches are involved, then she would step in between them while making sure she would not get harmed by being in between them. After stepping in between them, she would ensure that they are in a calm state by bringing them to a quieter space away from everyone else to settle things down and understand the situation clearly before she would hand them a detention slip for fighting physically on school grounds. Miyu would get their individual point of views on the reason that caused the fight before ensuring them that if this behavior continues, they will get in more trouble that will result in a report. After ensuring that they are both calm and aware of their actions, Miyu would start checking in on their wrists, elbows, and knuckles of the bruise marks before escorting them to the nurses office.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Miyu would slowly approach the school employee after noticing their inappropriate behavior, she would ask to speak with them and bring them over to the faculty lounge. Then, she would calmly ask the employee on the reason of their behavior to get an idea on what made them do this first, whether it is reasonable or not, since school employees should not behave inappropriately and do something dangerous on the job no matter what the given reason is. Miyu would ensure their comfort without showing any irritation or aggressive expressions so the school employee would understand her better, and then she would warn the employee straight away and confront them about it, telling them that their dangerous behavior will cause many conflicts regarding their role. "Please listen to me, this action will cause your removal, since it is extremely inappropriate to act this way as a school employee who was carefully chosen and trusted with this role." If the school employee refuses to listen and prove her wrong about their behavior, she would ensure telling them that this inappropriate behavior will result her in reporting this to the principals office right away, as this behavior is unaccepted and unprofessional coming from an employee who is supposed to ensure safety on school grounds.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Miyu would enter the employee break room quietly, usually choosing a time to enter when it is less crowded. She would straight away head towards the coffee machine, and prepare her coffee delicately and calmly while waiting as it brewed properly. She would keep her composure straight, greeting other employees politely with a brief smile as they entered the room, asking them if they needed coffee as well, whilst exchanging a few words about how the day has unfolded so far. After preparing her drink, Miyu would grab her coffee that she made precisely to her taste, she would head over and gently sit on the couch, allowing herself to relax her mind and body a few minutes as she sipped her coffee, looking straight ahead at the view of the school. As she finishes up her drink, she would sit on a proper chair before unfolding her papers on the table to quickly review her schedule of the day and her tasks attentively and properly without missing anything important on her calendar. Before leaving, she would make sure everything was tidy and clean, throwing away her cup, and quietly leaving the employee room without drawing any sort of attention as she starts heading back to her office.

/me she would sit toward the student, her posture straight and composed as she faced the student, with a brief smile she she slightly nodded at them. She would keep her hands relaxed and folded on the table, before grabbing the notebook and a pen, maintaining a gentle eye contact to show her attentiveness without making the student feel pressured about being in the counselors room, and in a gentle low voice "You are able to share anything that is bothering you, this room is a private and a safe space for you to be able to share your worries and concerns, and i will do my best to help you out here." as she listened to the student without interrupting, allowing pauses between their conversation, nodding occasionally to show her understanding, while taking notes from time to time to keep up with the details of the session properly.
/me arrived early at school as she walked towards the counselors office, carefully set her bag down and arranged her papers, aligning each folder neatly beside each other. She proceeded to review her schedule for the day as she uprightly focused, before logging onto the computer silently, carefully checking for any missed important emails or updates from the school, all while slowly sipping her warm morning coffee that she had prepared. She would take a quiet breath, preparing mentally for the day to unfold as she finished up her cup of coffee. Started to adjust her chair slightly as she stretched her arms out briefly, then reviewed her notes from her previous session to refresh her memory in case the student comes in again today. As study time started with the bell ringing, she would take her time to tidy the office again, ensuring the space is comforting and welcoming by neatly organize her books, arranging the cushions on the couch, and filling the place with a calmly aroma scent.
/me noticed a sudden conflict between two students who seemed stressed and restless as she walked near the school hallways, immediately approached them calmly, her body composed and presence gentle, spoke to them in a soft and reassuring tone. "Hello dear, you both seem a little bit stressed, is everything alright?" she listened with full focus as each student explained the issue they are facing with each other, briefly offering nods as she understood. Then she escorted them to the counselors office, creating a comforting and private space where they are able to speak openly and with full honesty. She seated them across from each other to avoid any further conflicts, and gently asked them to take turns speaking, allowing them space and time to breathe in, reflect on their thoughts, and express without hesitation or fear towards her. As they left the room afterwards more calmer than before, and with a soft tone "Please take care! and make sure come in any time, whenever you feel stressed or worried as you are always welcomed here." then she watched the students go with a brief and soft smile tugging on the corner of her lips.

Backstory
Miyu Minori was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea, into a well-respected, traditional family that valued discipline, manners, and high achievements. From an early age, Miyu was expected to act with maturity, speak with care, and succeed in her accomplishments without complaining about them. When her parents passed away in a tragic car accident while she was still a teenager, she stepped into the role of a guiding figure for her younger siblings. Miyu suddenly had a huge responsibility for the people around her, which eventually replaced her childhood with the need to care for her siblings and make sure they were provided throughly. In her life, Miyu was able to grow properly as she was accustomed to putting others first, while still caring for herself, she was able to find stability in being a reliable person from a young age. Over time, being useful and helpful to others became her comfort and way of proceeding in life.
Later on after graduating school with excellent grades and high intelligence, the opportunity to study abroad eventually reached her easily because of her extreme efforts in school, mostly driven by the pressure to excel and represent her family with pride, even in unfamiliar places which she remained composed and disciplined. Miyu chose to major in psychology in Cambridge university in the United Kingdom, which was not a hard decision for her since it was her passion to be able to understand the people around her more, as well as her own self. Her education as a student shaped her into someone precise and professional with a great work ethic, but it reinforced a habit to overwork herself to maintain high expectations and better achievements, which made her learn how to function under pressure and remain steady without asking for relief.
After completing both her Bachelors and Masters degree studies, Miyu travelled back to South Korea and began applying for counseling internships as a head start, which helped her gain a better visual experience in social situations and develop practical counseling skills through supervised training programs. After her programs, Miyu started working in educational support settings that assisted students who were struggling in school, and had difficulty learning due to stress, conflict, and emotional burnout. These specific jobs demanded patience, calmness, and emotional control, which Miyu excelled in and adjusted to quickly due to her usual environment, she eventually became known around her close and outside circle for her reliability and is often trusted with difficult situations that people required from her.
Over time, her consistent work and growing experience led her toward pursing the counseling career fully because of her professional training in the field over the years, by listening to people, guiding others, and providing advice without judgment. Sooner or later, Miyu eventually decided to travel to Karakura, Japan, as the place to work as a school counselor because of her family's reputation that have had long been rooted there already, and because of her previous visits that drove her to become attached to Karakura as it is a meaningful city to her for the past couple of years. Miyu was drawn to the students themselves, and by the pressure some students carried alone at such a young age, that made her recognize patterns she had lived through. She believed that that by offering guidance and comfort, she could provide the support she once needed during her childhood. Becoming a school employee there was her sense of duty towards people, that made her eager to be useful to people who never had others understand them and be there for them during their most challenging moments.

"My motivation for wanting to join Karakura highschool is because of its strong environment and commitment of the school towards the students development and achievements, as they always ensure their safety and education to make sure they feel at ease and welcomed. Moreover, Karakura highschool is always striving to improve for the sake of the students, as they value their opinions and concerns in every matter. In addition to that, I always wish to become someone students can rely on and look up to, as an individual who listens, supports, and understands them. I hope to contribute my skills and experiences to help students navigate better throughout their school years in a positive point of view. Personally, I have always been drawn to Karakura highschool as it creates many unique opportunities that it offers for the students growth and worth ethic for their future.
