Describe your activity on the server:
I would say I am a fairly active member of SchoolRP, coming on almost everyday where my hours vary greatly each day from 2 all the way up to even 8 hours or more, with reasonable breaks. I try to come on as much as I can to maintain my server roles and keep up with my own activity to be allowed continuous opportunity throughout all the roles because they are what allow me reason to come online and priorities. I enjoy coming on the server which is why I continue to play and role play as much as I can even if at times I find myself not having anything to do or my friends are currently unavailable to accompany me because every new day allows for different opportunities and experiences and it’d be a waste to miss out.

Why do you want to own a shop?:
> GENERAL:
There has always been a part of me that has wanted to re-apply to become a Shop-Owner due to its concept and the freedom we are given to run whatever type of shop that we may apply for as long as it meets expectations. I mainly wanted to take this chance to become a shop-owner once more because of the many ideas that I have for the restaurant and I also want to give my friends and the community as a whole the opportunity to be able to roleplay, experience, and enjoy time at a restaurant that I was given the opportunity of seeing through and realizing as an actual project. I want to create an environment where people can come and hangout, where it is not just a place to come and eat and it will include stations where people can have some sort of entertainment, as in a performance pre-planned and acted out on a stage and so much more. I really want this place to feel alive and fun for everyone that will come so that way people don’t have to worry about being bored while in the restaurant as we will plan as many activities as we can each opening, either hosting an event that day or making use of our available stage. I want this place to stand out in the public eye and have it so that when people walk by, they automatically know what shop it is and remember how much fun they had the last time they had come and await for our next opening with excitement. I want to organize the shop in a way that can be easily managed and effective for the workers and customers, allowing smooth openings each time where everyone will be prepared beforehand due to precise instructions and guides which will maintain regular customers and bring name to our restaurant as well as faction.
> EXPERIENCE:
A major fact to note is that I have past experience as a shop-owner and although there has been noticeable updates and changes, I still have basic knowledge on what I will be expected of, the responsibilities I will have to uphold and believe that I will be able to maintain my shop for months to come with continuous interest as I truly believe, with my past experience behind me, I’ll be able to use it to benefit the players and even myself through opportunities, memories and moments I will be able to provide. I am an employee to multiple shops, even manager to one, and have gotten the hand of openings as well as the management and behind the scenes of managing workers, stocks and meeting quotas as well as paying tax where I trust my abilities to follow and meet all expectations as well as teach my workers, giving them experience of working at a shop/restaurant where they will be able to use this opportunity to one day go on and become a shop owner themself. Many of the current shops are mostly full of members and won’t be hiring anytime soon but with allowing me the opportunity to realize this shop through, I will be able to pass on my opportunity to applicants and give them a chance at working and allow them to gain a sustainable way of making pay instead of the hourly where I know many are desperately asking around and searching for a job opportunity. We will allow a trial period to the well-written applicants who deserve a chance and if they show and meet expectations during their trial period, they will gain a permanent spot on the team where they will be entrusted the opportunity to work, gain profit, gain experience and follow the restaurant's guidelines. My goal is to pass on my experience to those who have never worked before but show promise and give them a subtle push or helping hand so that through my shop, they will be able to achieve greater heights in the future.

> BENEFICIAL:
There is a lack of current restaurants and places for the players to hang out and roleplay in that frequently opens, compared to the quick stop gift shops and retails, so through this, multiple parties would benefit as we hope to open as often as we can as most of my staff and I get on for a crazy amount of hours; afternoon till we all head to bed and can even open at the latest of times, such as for the people who reside in AEST. My staff and I will be the top most prepared in every situation whether it be via the discord server, openings or anything else that we may come to face. I may not be as known as some people but I have a decent status within the SchoolRP server and can be trusted by many who can as well vouch for my abilities whether it be time management, determination, activity or how hardworking I am. With my abilities and aptitudes, I will use them alongside my staff members to all be able to come together and conjoin to be able create the best experience for the players as well as us, so that everyone can benefit from the restaurant. I will be sure to do all I can to reach the minimum adverts, keep track of my sales and tax, stock up only when I see it most dire and never slack with this opportunity given to me to show I deserved the chance that was given to me.

> CREATIVITY:
My goal is to create a team of creative minds including myself, who will be able to come up with fun events for not only my own experience but as well for my employees themselves and the customers altogether. If given the chance, we have many current shop ideas that we’d like to set into place as soon as we can but can not as of current due to limitations. Not only will we host events for the general customers, we hope many come to reserve the restaurant for private meetings or parties and through this, we will as well be able to host mini private events for teams, groups and influential customers in hopes that everyone leaves satisfied and content. I can say I can not easily come up with ideas from the top of my head unlike many others but that is why my team will be created and chosen with a variety of different individuals who input different skill traits and aptitudes so that we aren’t hosting the same events all the time and there will still be days where it will just be a normal opening as to not tire my employees from constant major event openings. All our ideas will be thoroughly organized and prepared before we go through with them and will be thought out days beforehand or even a week to more.

What do you plan to do with the shop?:
> ABOUT LARENCO
Inspired by the past Tanoshimi restaurant that had been located in the same area I am now applying for but revamped and modernized with a Japanese theme and ideas that will bring one amazing experience for all. There will be slight similarities to the past restaurant such as private rooms but our main focus will be how the restaurant is going to bring out the traditional Japanese sensation through its exterior and interior designs as well as the dishes we will have available. We will be greatly organized and prepared for any occasion, following a strict guideline the best we can with of course some leniency as to make sure everyone has an enjoyable time within the restaurant but also to make sure no rules are broken, no favoritism is shown and mischief or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated with subject of staff removal and to the customers that show any sign of major annoyance will be dealt with calmly and later swiftly removed from the property as to not ruin the other customers experience from within. Our decorations and interior will be pieced together to feel calming and to bring out the Japanese culture and aesthetic, as will the dishes and drinks we hope to serve, where the uniforms will as well be chosen carefully to be efficient, comfortable and trendy. Behind the story of LARENCO is a lore to show how it all came to be and follows a storyline that we will be able to use to our benefit to engage in the restaurant and with the customers better.

> EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR
We hope to hire a builder to build the restaurant based on the following references but our ideal is for a few private rooms, possibly upstairs, where those who’d rather a more relaxing environment can enjoy their time eating where the downstairs will focus on having a more open layout, bustling with noise and customers. The bottom layer will have a small stage in which we can use for events and to promote entertainment as well as communication between our staff members and the customers, so that it is more than just ordering and leaving right after but instead those that come will have something to look forward to. Most of the seats and booths will be located in a way that the customers will be able to view the stage but there will also be separate ones; four, two and single seaters, for those who just wish to eat and leave as soon as they can.

How will your shop be unique?:
> INTROVERT SECTION
As to accommodate those who are more shy or come in alone and feel uncomfortable with speaking to our staff members, there will be a separate area for those who just want to enjoy their meals without having to worry about others staring or judging. Their seating's will always either be a two or four seater, nothing less and nothing more where we will have barriers or covers so that no two separate groups will be able to see each other’s faces. How they will order is just by acquiring a book and quill from the chest that will be available in their stall and in there, they will write their orders, the amount they want of each and if they will be paying together or separately. Once they are ready and have signed the book, they will put their request back into the chest and flick a lever that will signal my workers that someone or a group is ready to order in which we will swiftly take book from their stall, without any talking necessary, and simply either request pay them through the command or slide a check down in which one of the customers will pay for quickly but they will have to distribute the items among themselves. This will be an in the works project that will or can be updated or removed at any point depending on how well or bad it runs for the customers and how they feel about our system.

> DELIVERY/TAKEOUT
Depending on the space we have available, we may not have enough seats at certain openings and so we will be offering takeout at any point which will be tended to 24/7 throughout all the hosted shifts by an assigned staff worker(s). The concept is just as it seems; where you do not have to sit down and order from inside then eat at the same table but instead, we will bag up your order to take home and enjoy at your leisure, but what if you can’t come to the restaurant when it opens? We have a second option for those who will come to face this problem. Though it is still in the works and is not fully released yet, customers will be able to order delivery one day from our personal discord through a specific channel where they will have access to all our menu items as well so that they know what is available. Our workers will take on the orders at their own time when they are available so it is not a guarantee you will get your order as soon as possible but you will be able to ping the assigned delivery workers after you have filled out the format, but there will be a shipping fee added to the order total and my workers will @ you within the discord for confirmation of your order, the drop-off location and around how long it will take them to get your order to you. Everyone who orders delivery will be able to cancel their order anytime as long as it is not underway and has been confirmed but this system may be updated or removed depending on how well it proceeds.

> EVENTS/LARENCO ONLY ADDITIONS
[ SEASONAL HIRES ]

Something that I have not seen any other shop do is seasonal hires where we give a separate amount of employees to work solely during a specific season such as during the winter or a holiday season, then another season job opening will be held for the following month(s) for new workers and I feel, through this, it will allow more people opportunities to experience a working job life and the more times they’ve worked for us during the different seasonal hires, it gives them a better chance at becoming an official employee for LARENCO. All seasonal hires will be announced on the discord every couple of months and as well in game but those who work as a seasonal worker will not gain any special privileges and will be treated just the same as official employees where they will be liable for all their actions, payed the same amount, and can be removed at any point it is deemed necessary.

[ OPEN MIC NIGHT ]
Every few openings or so, we will open up the stage to everyone to show off their skills, talents or really anything as long as it is deemed appropriate for the setting, which will all just be for fun with no idea of competition or an end prize. We hope to give the customer’s an opportunity to show off their abilities while it entertains the others while they eat and in general, just promote a welcoming and fun restaurant experience as we help them create memorable memories with one another. We hope to become a place where everyone eagerly awaits our openings with new ideas and events that they’d like to see us incorporate or want to show, gaining multiple regular customers who try their best to come every time because we are just that much of an welcoming and comfortable environment for them. To start off open mic nights, it will always begin with my workers doing some rather intriguing karaoke, making puns and jokes or playing some music as a grace period, then once everyone has gotten to their seats, that’s when we’ll announce the beginning of open mic night and began asking for volunteers to head up onto the stage.

[ CUSTOMER SELECTION ]
To make use of the stage as much as we can, I hope to be able to have multiple nights where we hop on stage to get the attention of all the customers and inform them that we’ll be adding in a few additional changes within the restaurant and as well collect their reviews on how well we’ve been doing over time. So basically, every month we’ll use the stage to wrap up each month's openings and end it off by collecting the customer’s opinions on what new items we should incorporate into the restaurant, where a poll will be made with all of the suggestions; new uniforms may be shown off by assigned models where we will create another poll for everyone to choose from to see if we should change and if so, to what, then lastly, we’ll nominate the employee of the months altogether then proceed with said changes and the reviews, advices or comments we were given to follow, so that we can better our restaurant as a whole in the following month.

[ FOOD DONATIONS ]
Something to induce realistically that I’ve seen from actual restaurants is that whenever they are close to closing and need to get rid of their leftovers, they tend to throw them out into the trash but another thing a few shops have available, is the option for customers to purchase leftovers at a discounted price but in this case, instead of reducing the restaurants’ item prices after every opening, I hope to whenever we are fairly low on stock for most items, I will host an opening where all the leftover foods and drinks will be free, making it first come first serve but we will as well set aside packages for the hospital and police department to eat in order to make use of our leftovers as best as possible. It will also be beneficial for the restaurant as when ordering restock, I will be able to order in bulk rather than a couple items every so often that we need emergent restock on specific items.

The dishes and menu items we will be incorporating to our restaurant will all revolve around the Japanese culture to the best of our knowledge, taking into account that we will research before we make any decisions so that we can produce the most authentic experience. We will have all the very known dishes as a start before we dwindle on the less known ones and only stick to our theme with a few exceptions as at times we’ll be getting opinions from the customers on what they’d like to see us add to our menu list so that not only do we focus on authenticity, we as well think about customer satisfaction.

How many employees are you planning to have?:
> GENERAL:
While starting out I plan to have at least 6 workers, then as the business grows I would hope to gain more later on, getting those numbers up to at least 10 employees so that we are never low on active members and can have enough members to work each time an opening is hosted. As to allow variety and a growing social network, we will be as well hosting applications for the community so we can give others a chance at being able to experience a work and school life altogether but most of the workers will be official ones whereas any new members will be going through a trial period to see if they are able to keep up with expectations and show good workmanship in the restaurant, but everyone is subjected to removal at any point it is deemed, even the starter officials.

> TIME SCHEDULE

Most of the current staff members are very active and get on almost daily for long hours or are able to get on at different times despite late hours and how this would be beneficial is that we will be able to accommodate those in the west as well as far east of the world. We plan to host openings as often as we can as time allows but plan to do so at least 2 to 4 times a week for as long as we can each time whether it be around 5pm EST or 1pm AEST. Though we do have to take into account those that may have school in the morning, we hope to be able to work around everyone's schedules so that everyone is able to come into work as much as they can every few weeks. I would like to treat the shop almost as a real one where all my employees will have specified shifts each week and if they can not make it any day during the week, I will call in another employee to take over their shifts. I want to organize a steady opening schedule so that my employees will know when to be ready and it will help me as well to keep track of openings. I will have the availability to host shifts at immensely different times and I want to be able to use this opportunity to allow everyone new experiences whether they are working for me or are the customers coming in to check out the store.

My character has a Bachelor's degree where she studied business administration and management as her major and studied French for her foreign language course and economics where both stand as her minors. She graduated college 3 years ago back in 2019 and with her newfound knowledge along with achieved abilities, she prepared herself over time to take over her family's restaurant in the near future.
