Describe your activity on the server?:
On the server, I typically work in Akihito Clan assisting in leading, managing the business side, and interacting with the other players of the clan. Aside from that, I also spend a decent amount of time as an SRP builder (Main account oInfi), building and assisting the map where it’s needed, as well as participating in side projects for the server. On average, I spend just about three to six hours a day online.

What experiences do you have with Detail RP?:
Being a part of Akihito Clan requires me to have an extensive knowledge of detailRP in all areas. To me it is practically a second language, one that I use on a daily basis whilst playing SRP.
What is your motivation to apply for EMS and how will you benefit our current team?:
I’ve always been interested in the EMS faction, and like stated in one of my previous college professor applications, I will be studying Psychology and Sociology whilst in university in real life. Although my position of interest on this application does not include wanting to become a Psychiatrist, I am still interested in the subjects of neurology and nursing, which I believe I can greatly benefit from in this type of roleplay. Not only that, but while playing the server I’ve always wanted to explore all categories and factions the game provides. I believe the hospital/emergency faction is a great place for me to extend to for the time being. Aside from all of this, as a college professor AND high school teacher my characters have all taught psychology and some sort of medicine at one point or another. I believe going into EMS will extend my knowledge and make my roleplay experience even greater than before.

Doctors specialize in medicine and diagnosing patients with the required medication to keep their bodies functioning in the most normal way possible. Doctors are the main individuals that treat patients with physical injuries such as joint pains, broken or fractured bones, etc., and often find themselves prescribing medication or other necessary objects to help heal an individual. Doctors perform these things to assist in not only physical health, but mental health as well. Though there is a line that separates doctors and psychiatrists, which is the fact that doctors cannot give actual mental advice, they may only prescribe medication after getting approval from the psychiatrist. A doctor’s main practice is medicine, where they do their best to restore the human body and mind, as well as looking out for a patient's well being. Doctors are held responsible for the health and safety of their patients. Should they ever fail to uphold their job to the best of their ability AND to the correct job, they will be removed from their position (fired) or demoted.
Categorize all the functions of the EMS and tell us what each of them does:
Hospital director
The role of the hospital director is to oversee every faction within the hospital, making sure that all its employees are doing their job correctly and to the best of their ability.
Clinical Manager
The role of the clinical manager is to oversee the clinical leads.
Clinical Lead
The role of a clinical lead is to help oversee the other factions within the hospital. They make sure that everything is going according to plan, and each lead is given a specific branch of the hospital to lead.
Surgeon
The role of the surgeon is to perform operations on individuals who cannot fix their physical problems with simple medication or physical therapy. Surgeons do these operations in every single area of the body whether it be spinal or brain surgery. Surgeons are also responsible for checking up on these patients routinely and ensuring that their operations will go according to plan.
Doctor
As explained in the role I’m applying for, the role of the doctor is to attend to and prescribe medications for patients as well as look out for their health and well being. Doctors treat individuals with physical injuries and recommend them to different areas of the hospital depending on the type of treatment they require.
Psychiatrist
The role of the psychiatrist is to help patients with their mental health. Psychiatrists are able to diagnose patients with different mental disabilities and prescribe them medications accordingly. They are also allowed to recommend other forms of treatment like different types of therapy.

This code usually indicates that there is a fire somewhere within the hospital. An evacuation is required after this code is declared.

This code indicates that there is hazardous material spilled around an area.

BLUE -
This code indicates that there is a medical emergency somewhere in the hospital that usually entails cardiac arrest or respiratory arrest.
PINK -
This code usually indicates that a child has been abducted from the hospital.

This code usually indicate there is a bomb threat
GRAY -
This code usually means there is a dangerous group or individual outside or around the hospital.
SILVER -
There is an individual with a weapon inside the hospital.

Yes I understand this. Taking things OOCly has never been something I’m fond of, and I am aware of the punishments that are to occur should I bring OOC into IC or vise versa.
In-Character (IC) Section
CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Tell us about your character; how do they look, what makes them unique?
Ohara Sang is more of a petite individual. She’d be five feet and two inches tall, which is rather tall for a Japanese woman might I add! Ohara always had a scent of sakura blossoms wherever she went, and was more on the plump side of the weight scale, though she wasn’t obese or anything. She’d have rosy cheeks to compliment her oddly silver hair. Ohara seemed a bit young for silver hair- but it appeared to be dyed (she did this because one day she discovered a gray hair on her head and wanted to hide it). She’d wear a flowery pink pair of glasses wherever she went, and seemed to take pride in everything she did. Ohara spoke in a soft, comforting tone of voice especially to those she was currently helping.
What are they like on and off the job?
Ohara is relatively the same person on and off the job. She believes that if she has to be two different people, then she deems herself as two-faced. Nonetheless, the only difference there is to Ohara’s kind personality while on and off the job, is that she loves to indulge herself in a nice crisp bottle of Sake every once and a while with her family or those she cares about most. Ohara always maintains a kind and pleasant stature, her reasoning being that she wants not only her patients but her coworkers to see her as a dependable person.
Whilst off the job, Ohara typically wears a well decorated kimono or a simple flowery dress. She doesn’t like to show much skin, as she believes “it only causes trouble where she walks”. Ohara would love to spend her time with her children, though if they are not around, she’d hang about with her coworkers that are of her age range.
Outlook on their co-workers? Plans for the future?
Ohara is a mother of four. Her children, Sagawa, Ena, Yui, and Mikey are her pride and joy. She views her co-workers, especially the younger ones, like children of her own. One she can spread her wisdom with and help should they ever need it. Though she still keeps her job in mind, and makes sure that she is doing it to the best of her ability.
Ohara plans to stay in the field of medicine until she makes enough money to buy a nice retirement home somewhere on a tropical island. At least that’s her dream. Though maybe a retirement home would do her best thirty years down the line.

Ohara doesn’t have any mental illnesses, though she does experience some joint pain in her knees from time to time. Nothing she can’t handle!
BACKSTORY

Ohara Sang was born and raised in Osaka, Japan. She spent most of her life around her family, and always had an urge to help those who needed it. Ohara had a rather normal childhood, an average one compared to most people. Her drive to become a doctor was merely from how she was raised as a child. Ohara’s parents taught her to always help people no matter what, keeping the law in mind as well. Years down the line, Ohara met her husband, Sonoda Sang, when they were both studying sociology in university. Some years down the line, the two got married and had four children as a result.
As Ohara spent ten years working at a hospital in Osaka, she eventually watched her children grow up and move to Karakura. Soon afterwards her husband left for a business trip, where Ohara was left on her own in Osaka. After that, she had never heard from her husband again. Though she still wears her wedding band in hopes that he would return home. A year later, she decided to follow her own children to Karakura, where she would attempt to transfer to the hospital there and work as a doctor. This way, she would still be close with her children.
