IGN (In-Game Name):

Previous bans:
If I'm being honest, I have no idea. The only ban of mine which I have memory of was ages ago. I'm talking years. I did a quick history check on my only account that I remember being banned.. And I gave up checking once I got past 800+ days. Though, I think it was something silly like minor trolling or something.

Describe your activity on the server?:
I'd consider myself super active! I've learned to manage accounts well and I have a lot more allocated time on the server. My sleep schedule isn't awesome right now, so I'm up until like 5-6AM BST usually. But once school starts I probably will still have time for stuff!

Which timezone are you in?:
BST

Do you have discord? If so what is it?:
mimbs#1993

Do you have a microphone [Obligatory]:
Yep

What experiences do you have with Detail RP?:
I have a bunch! I've committed to many different types of roleplay in the past and currently am the captain of a DetailRP based sport. It's something I do a lot, and enjoy when I'm around the right crowd. I think it's awesome, and I've gathered so much knowledge, bettering the quality of my actions since I joined SRP

What is your motivation to apply for EMS and how will you benefit our medical team?:
I had motivation to be EMS from the start! I just wasn't in a position that I enjoyed to the point where I wanted to leave. From then on, I had some distaste for EMS.... But as of recent, I have been thinking about it and it is an aspect of roleplay that I miss dearly! Being hospital staff definitely was one of my favourite ways to pass time - and I loved contributing to the higher-ups team with all of my wacky and sometimes not-so-plausible ideas. The point is.. I think I was pretty alright at it, and I'd like another shot in a field that I think I'd enjoy a little bit more. Psychiatrist wasn't fulfilling to me, and I think I could excel much more in something a liiiiittle more complicated. I, also, of course - miss the great people and atmosphere within the hospital. I have the time and motive now, so why not?
My addition to the team will be super beneficial! If I was deemed responsible enough to be granted a higher-up role not so long ago, I don't see why you would see more flaw than benefit in my position. At first glance, it might appear that I don't have time for the role - but I'm much more well known for filling in the slots that other people miss! When all of the Americans have gone to sleep, I'm just waking up - so hopefully that seat in the lobby shouldn't be empty for long. Other than that- it's up for you to judge. I know I've still got it in me.

Which medical role are you applying for? (e.g: Surgeon, Doctor, Nurse, Psychiatrist):
Surgeon

Specify your knowledge for the role you’re applying for:
The hospital prioritizes Surgeons for intense operations that could be outside of the skill level for other EMS ranks.. Technically speaking, they are most skilled within the entire hospital - which also directs to the slightly higher pay check. Surgeons can deal with anything from life-threatening injury to X-Raying a pesky bone! It all depends on what's going on in the hospital. Surgeons are also restricted from prescribing any Psychiatric drugs, so once they are an official - they are free to operate the Pharmacy as usual.. Minus any medication that may fall under psychiatry.
It's a given that they need to act quickly, sometimes, but with extreme care. As any other EMS, they are taught to prioritize stopping bleeding and bringing the patient to a stable state before continuing with any procedures. Perhaps, they may have to deal with code-blue's in the hospital, at times. This doesn't make them superior to their peers, though, as they have their respective differences.
Other than that.. I do not know much! I specialised in Psychiatry, so I'm all ears to learning.

Categorise all the functions of the EMS and tell us what each of them does:

I'm assuming this means the roles. If not, oh well.

Clinical Manager - This is essentially the highest role in the hospital right now, to my knowledge. They're somewhat of a boss or.. as it states in the name, manager. I'd assume they work directly with higherups and have second-to-final or final-say on any changes made within the hospital. Additionally, I figure they are in charge of dishing out training schedules, monitoring activity and turning events to reality.

Clinical Lead - The higher-up of any given department. Each one will have a designated Clinical lead which is in charge of all of their trainees, officials and head of the specific role. They, typically, count quotas at the end of each month, train their trainees, do trainee exams and are to be in charge if the highest rank present in the hospital at any given time. They work close with the CM, and can bring forward ideas, participate in meetings and give their opinions on concepts.

Head _____ - The head of each department is like a second-in-command to the Clinical Lead. They will also end up training the trainees of the respected department.. But do not have as big of a say as a Clinical-Lead might. Perhaps the step right before higher-up, you could call it. Still, they do have a level of authority in the hospital.

Surgeon - As mentioned above, the Surgeons take care of the most intricate and dangerous procedures that they are specifically trained for. This doesn't mean they cannot participate in things of a lower skill set, it just means they are qualified to take things of a severe degree. Surgeons can prescribe all drugs except those which fall under Psychiatry

Doctor - Doctors are usually the first on-scene when there is an injury ranging from minor to moderate. Commonly, they end up dealing with a lot of laceration wounds since they seem to be most common within Karakura. Doctors also do check-ups, which can be either for a general health check or to discuss/treat a specific injury. They can prescribe all drugs except those which fall under Psychiatry

Psychiatrist - The psychiatrist department is trained to not only provide comfort and suitable therapy for those seeking it, but also to deal with dangerous individuals which may need therapy or other psychiatric assistance. They are taught to deal with anything from a group of people coming to a disagreement - to people suffering with mental disorders that they wish to seek help for. They can prescribe all psychiatric drugs.

Are you aware of the basic medical emergency colour codes? If so, with their meanings, specify all those you’re aware of:
To my knowledge, these were the only ones used last time I was EMS:
Code Blue - Medical Emergency
Code Red - Fire
Code Violet -Violent/Combative Individual
Code White - Evacuation
Code Green - Emergency Activation

Do you acknowledge that you're subject to being demoted if accepted at any given time?
Yep

Do you acknowledge that applying for this role, you are agreeing to be 100% dedicated to the Hospital Staff role?
This I also acknowledge

Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are authorised to attend or you will be punished [Demoted]?
100% -- But, I will let the trainer know ahead of time if I am online due to team practice

Do you acknowledge that you are NOT to take things OOCly when dealing with training & situations?
Yes

CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE

Tell us about your character, how they look, what makes them unique?

Montgomery O'Doherty is not the most eccentric man.. To the blind eye, he looks like your every-day guy (other than the stares he'd get for being a foreigner in Japan)! Nothing about him is particularly wonderful or standout-ish, perhaps maybe the genetics which blessed him with bright orange hair may cause him to appear strange.. But Monty seems to fit right into Karakura, with his odd appearance for the country of residence. He peaks at the average height for a male of Irish descent, 5'8.. point five to be exact - but he will probably tell you that he is 5'9 to boost his slowly developing ego. Light stubble infiltrates his lower visage from time-to-time, soon trimmed to keep it maintained and -- gone! (According to him, he must cling onto his youth... )
"EUGH! Is that a gray hair..?? Oh no.. I'm gonna start baaaldiiiiiiingg.. (Waahhh..)"
No, it doesn't seem that anything about our lovely fellow is too enticing.. He is no Luciel Saiky, not popular with the ladies nor the gents. Monty is just-- Monty!
It'd be good to mention that his skin is bare, clear of tattoos and perhaps gently sprinkled with freckles on his arms.. Like you dashed a salt-shaker in the sky man's mixing bowl! Not too pale, either.. But the ginger jokes haunt him.
(He resembles a specific character from a pop culture game but aged up. Google Childe Genshin Impact for reference)

What he's like on and off the job?
On the job? He may not sound like the kindest of gentlemen. This is because he has a rational but intense fear of being called out on mishaps in his Japanese.. Or perhaps the way he looks, talks -- or just is! This stemmed off of the stigma around foreigners in populated parts of Japan, where he spent most of his days --and it stuck whilst moving to Karakura. Who, thankfully, had a population of those who did not conform to stereotypes and discrimination.
This doesn't mean he's cold - no no no! O'Doherty will do his best to address you with respect. In fact, he studied Japanese customs as to not offend anyone heavily traditional. I suppose it is just a hard shell to crack before his warmth escapes. Like it's trapped!
He's totes different off the j-- Not really. It's just that the massive hidden treasure of a warm heart finally melted the ice it was trapped in. You can rely on Monty, that's the impression that he gives off. Once all of the fancy uniforms are off, you see a friend - rather than someone of authority.

Outlook on his co-workers? Plans for the future?
As he himself would say..
"My-oh-my! That's such a deep question.."
Plans for the future are vague, that is safe to say. As any adult nearing his thirties, the future could be a total ff-- mess up if he makes the wrong moves.. Of course, a career path in medicine is strangely admirable and praised by many worldwide - so throwing it away could be detrimental! That's why Monty is.. comfortable with how things are going. Perhaps he will pursue this career till he lacks dexterity to continue, or until a better job opportunity opens. But - there is no distinct future. No specific "This is what I want to do." .. It's almost enticing how the future lies a mystery.
His co-workers, you say? Perhaps his outlook is slightly boring. Montgomery sees them as his equals, that's all there is to it.

Does your character have any past / current mental and or physical illnesses we should take acknowledgement to?
He does not.. There is nothing to worry about regarding his physical and mental health.. Mr. O'Doherty is in his prime!

BACKSTORY
(Make sure this biography/lore has 100+ words.)

Sunlight is no stranger to this day in July, gentle rays have stroked against the windows for however many hours, now. It'd be unnecessary to describe the process.. But, the linoleum walls of the hospital building welcomed one Montgomery O'Doherty to this world.

- Childhood
Born and raised in Ireland. The city? Undisclosed.. That may or may not be due to a certain author's lack of information on Irish geography, or there is a much more cynical deeper meaning. Regardless.. Childhood. A planned pregnancy, born into a family not necessarily of the sweetest souls - but not wicked, either. It was a healthy balance, which lead to a childhood with little tribulation. The city in which Monty spent his youth were filled to the brim with people alike to him -- so he grew up ordinary.
Perhaps he had little interest here and there in some filler hobbies. He made the school football team! .. When he was 7 - so a career of athleticism was out of the picture..
I mean.. he wasn't the worst at .. fishing? Yeah, okay.. Maybe let's scrap that, too.
Monty excelled more in terms of academics. He was bright, scoring above average yearly - especially in his Science classes. Perhaps, this could just be a gifted & talented student that would soon burn out - or there could be a bigger prophecy to O'Doherty's academic levels.

- Adolescence
Yet another meaningless chapter of Montgomery's life. It consisted of studies, mainly. Though, the O'Doherty family did frequent Japan, for Montgomery's mother had connections.. Which called for some pretty beautiful holidays! There were countless "Aunts" and "Uncles" he was introduced to, really just family friends, which is where he began to pick up the language from. At this point, they were travelling multiple times a year. (You can admit, this is strange for a family - to travel so far and to Japan specifically.. But we can infer they were just wealthy..)
This is a crucial part of Montgomery's lore, for it was the first time he was introduced to the Japanese language.

- Graduation
College was an absolute breeze! By a breeze, I mean a strong gust of wind that kept knocking him back down again. Of course, it was a tedious task for any student - let alone one with such wild aspirations.. A surgeon, eh? After so many years, this is the conclusion his mind had come to. Not bad..
Once graduation had come, there were few paths in life. Find a decent paying job in Ireland, or expand your horizons... Monty longed for a new experience, so he took number 2.. fo' sho!
He had committed to a part-timer in a local pharmacy for about a year or two.. Before enrolling in a specific course in Japan.
Karakura wasn't his first location of choice, no.. The reputation was oh-so terrible. If a city has a bad rep, people talk.. and Monty heard. So, en-route to Tokyo! Everything would be 10 times more expensive than it'd have to be, but the experience was magical..

- How'd we get.. here?
Good question. Monty himself isn't entirely sure how he pulled up on Karakura's shores.. Such a desolate island with a reputation dug deep into the ground. Could it ever redeem itself at this point? Nevermind that, now. The focus was: They needed Surgeons, and he had all of the qualifications.

So now, in present day.. An application form has just been submitted. The waiting process begins
