Describe your activity on the server:
My activity on the server is fantastic I have an average 2-5 hours on SRP daily. Due to my Time Zone, I am not online that often since the server isn't really lively at that hour. But the majority of the time you will find me online at like 11-12 am! And from that point on I will be online longer till about 2-4 pm my time just when the server starts to populate! When I wake up I don't instantly hop onto SRP I still have my basic morning routine before getting onto SRP. If I get accepted into the government I wouldn't let the role just rot and waste of course! I would do anything in my power to learn and expand my knowledge on the government side since I've always been interested in how it works If I end up being accepted to the government I will devote my time as much as possible to the government and try to be online majority of the time If I am not online one day I would come back the next day and do more then I should just to show my dedication to the group! And one final thing if the council was to accept me I would be more active on the server and If I end up getting denied I will try again and again since this is something I will chase!

What is your motivation for applying?:
I have been playing SRP for about 5 years now and honestly, I have done my fair share of unique roleplay. I would say I have experience being on the server but truth be told like many other players I have my flaws and my strengths. I could sit here and type about how this would enrich my experience on the server further which is true, but one of the main reasons I am applying is because outside of SRP. I am a active student in law pursuing it in College. Something like this may not be realistic but it also allows me to practice my current outside life within School Roleplay. It also means I will actively be playing on a regular basis and participating in as much things as possible in order to help expand my knowledge on the subject as its a something I have a deep passion for.
Do you have an understanding of Karakura’s laws & Constitutional rights?:
I have read both the laws and constitutional rights within Karakura and have a solid understanding of what they mean and stand for. It does not mean I am perfect in knowing these by heart, but its something I will be studying and over-time will start coming to me more naturally.
What are your goals for being in Government Faction?:
Like I stated before my main goal is to help enrichen my own personal knowledge of the field itself and how to apply the laws correctly when needed. The idea of putting myself to the test in trial, win or lose is something that drives me. I know lots of friends who have also been in the faction and all of them had positive things about it which also just pushed me to apply. This will primarily serve as a way for me to not only learn more about how to actively apply the laws within Karakura but its something that could benefit me greatly outside of School Roleplay too.
In your own words, describe the different roles of the Government Faction:
[Governor]
The Governor carries the responsibility of many jobs that help and benefit the Karakura citizens. They are actively expected to hand out ID cards to anyone who asks and are often the first people to officiate marriages. Anything revolving around adoption tends to be handled by them too. While they do all of these things they are also required to do regular shop inspections to make sure everything is up to code. The governors often to more jobs which help improve quality of life and services within Karakura.
[Judge]
The judge is the most vital role in a court setting. They overlook and ensure that the flow of trial is going ahead efficiently and effectively. They issue warrants and often look over cases provided to them by lawyers, and similar to governors, they can also officiate marriages and adoption. Similar to lawyers, they are also able to issue restraining orders if its deemed fit. Many would argue that they carry a large amount of responsibility to enforce the correct protocols but also follow them too.

The function of a lawyer in the legal system is to ensure justice is served, whether it is in the defense of the accused or in the representation of those seeking justice. They are tasked with the responsibility of advising their clients of their rights and obligations as per the law, ensuring consistent communication, as well as preparing them for court. Most of their work involves writing documents, filing motions, researching, and arguing cases in court. Outside the courtroom, the lawyer may engage in negotiations of settlements, ****ysis of contracts, as well as administrative tasks that aid in the case. They have the responsibility of ensuring that justice is served while at the same time adhering to the law. Most importantly, the lawyer acts as an advisor and representative of the client, undertaking all the legal responsibilities necessary in ensuring justice is served.

The Deputy Mayor is the second-in-command to the Mayor and acts on their behalf when the need arises. They give speeches, sign documents, and hold meetings on behalf of the Mayor when they are not present, with the same level of authority. One of their duties is to oversee lower-ranking officials and departments to ensure that everything is running in an efficient and effective manner. They also report directly to the Mayor with any updates or concerns. The Deputy Mayor has the full authority of the office when the Mayor is not available.

They have oversight of construction projects, management of lower levels of government, and the final say in matters of modification to the legal system. Among their most important responsibilities are public speaking engagements, the execution of new policies, and the making of decisions that will contribute to the welfare and prosperity of the citizens of Karakura. In addition to the power they hold, it is their duty to lead Karakura into the future.

I am fully aware of this and deem it a fair consequence... No point taking up a spot which someone else could take at any moment.

It was difficult to pick a exact college for my ideal career and frankly I had no idea what I wanted to do with myself. After speaking with my mother she proposed the idea of law, she was also one for helping the people so I did. I applied to the University Of Bologna and got into the course. I done my 5 year course and then sat the Esame di Stato per l'abilitazione alla professione di avvocato or what you all would call Bar exam. To no ones surprise the first 3 times I sat it I failed, and I figured maybe I am not meant for this, I tried one last time my lucky number 4 and managed to just pass the exam.”
Work experience:
“Frankly once I was able to purse the career in law, I started looking for some local opportunities with my mothers assistance since god knows she has lots of friends. After a few days we looked and looked and the chance came, we found one of our local firms looking for someone fresh and young to jump onto their legal team. I had the courage to apply and surprisingly I got a interview with them. Later on I got the job which was amazing news. Me and my mother celebrated together because all my hard work paid off. I stayed loyal to my home for about 6 years before deciding to maybe expand my horizons abroad.”

“In Italy its not exactly a mystery that crime is a major problem, Rome for example is famous for scams, pick potting and more. I am proud to be Italian and our rich history is so beautiful so when this occurs so commonly and becomes a norm in our society it upset me. Most lawyers want the big cases, the ones with the most money involved which isn’t fair to those who fell victim to smaller things like this. I want to protect those who consider what happened to them minor. All laws are placed for a reason and all laws should be treated with a equal amount of seriousness. That is why I am a good candidate for this job, I put people first no matter the case.”
