Describe your activity on the server & on the forums?:
I spend around 2-6 hours on the SRP server, and I am active in SRP related discord servers throughout the day. Normally I would be interacting with other people and roleplaying accordingly. As I am attending university soon, I will still have loads of time on my hands due to the fact that I am only taking two courses at a time. Regarding the forums, I am not too active, although I do check new threads frequently.

What is your motivation for becoming a Professor?:
I have been a college professor before, and I found that it was really thrilling. After taking a break from the school faction, I’ve decided to come back and take up a college professor position again. Furthermore, I've always enjoyed teaching people how things work. Psychology is a career I'm pursuing even irl as I take university. My goal is to major in psychology and become a counselor! Aside from that, I think it's very good for me to get back into the teaching world again and be able to handle people better.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?:
As I have been roleplaying for four years now, I can come to the conclusion that I have quite a bit of roleplay experience. I’ve been a part of the crime faction as a key leader of a verified gang, I manage the Kurabu towers, I was the CEO of Herrington Architecture, I’ve been a shop owner, and I’ve maintained several positions on the school faction team.
What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:
Classroom logs are an effective method used by college professors to log their classes in order to keep track of the number of classes they teach, so that they can obtain their paycheck with potential bonuses.
As a Professor, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
College professors are expected to make sure their students behave in class. They are not to present any sort of immature behavior while teaching or on the job. Professors are expected to report any misconduct presented by college students, with the punishment being loss of their college student rank. They are to log all classes, and distribute punishments/rewards accordingly. Finally, professors are expected to teach realistic lessons while in the classroom.
As for students, they are expected to treat their classroom setting as they would in a real life position. Students are to mind the teacher and be aware that any misconduct they present will lead to some sort of punishment. Students are to respect their elders and mind the rules presented on campus. Students are to FearRP teachers and faculty, meaning that they have to abide by their rules/standards, otherwise punishment will occur. Students are to not cause disruption in the halls or classroom environments. Finally, upon doing a good job in class, teachers may reward students with "reward tokens" for their outstanding behavior.
Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP):
I used to roleplay quite often on Hypixel around 5 years ago, but for the remaining four years I spent time on SRP developing characters and working in different roles to accomplish my goals inside the game. All experiences were very engaging and rewarding.

College professors are more strict than those of normal high school teachers. Their job is to be more in depth and engaging with their lessons, as well as more strict with their grading policies and rules. Processors are expected to ensure a safe and educational environment for their students. As for their salaries, professors have a default salary of 450,000 yen a month. They will receive this salary upon completing 15 classes. Professors receive an additional 50,000 yen after completing 10 extra classes.

Personality
Annisen is a confident young woman. She’s very outgoing with her students, and speaks in a rather warm tone of voice. She is lawful-good, meaning that she believes in the laws set for the world, and abides by them accordingly. Annisen is kind towards her fellow coworkers and students, and has a mindset that strives to make the world a better place.
Physical Appearance
Annisen is a seemingly ‘cute’ female with a height of five feet and four inches. She has light red colored hair, and bright blue eyes. Annisen often wears professional clothing, a skirt and plain t-shirt covered by a lovely jacket. Annisen has flawless skin, and often wears a small amount of concealer to highlight some features of her well-toned face. She would appear to weigh around 50kg.
Outlook On Students
Annisen believes all students can be taught. Based on her experience with bullying, she is very cautious around those who try to make fun of each other. Annisen does not believe in tough love, but instead will only punish her students if it is absolutely necessary.
Outlook On Other Teachers
Annisen enjoys working along-side other individuals like herself. She believes that although she is a teacher, she has quite a bit to learn about the culture around her. She respects fellow co-workers, and strives to learn as much as she can from them.

Annisen hopes to continue teaching psychology to students. Teaching has become a passion of hers, and she wants to continue to teach psychology wherever she can.
What makes her unique/different?
Annisen has a rather optimistic vibe around her coworkers and peers. She believes that the world is a wonderful place, and although it’s full of people that want to do the wrong thing, she thinks that everyone deserves to have a second chance. Annisen wants to work hard to teach her students that it’s okay to be different, and there is always science behind the actions of their surrounding peers.
Scenarios
You find a group of sport-team members screaming and shouting in the halls, What do you do?
I would approach the students calmly and ask them to please stop shouting. If they refuse, I would tell them that there will be further punishment involved if they do not mind the rules. Further verbal warnings will require me going to the Dean to deal with the problem, after giving the students detention.
A College-Student is disturbing the class and won’t listen to a word you’re saying, What do you do?
I would approach the student personally and pull them aside. I’d tell them that they need to pay attention otherwise further punishment will be involved. If they still refuse to listen, I will excuse them from the class with detention after school. If I do not see them present at detention, the dean will be involved, and further punishment will be taken into account.

Backstory
Annisen Mendoza was a rather bright individual growing up. She was born in America with her two other triplet siblings, Celestia and Natasha, after her parents immigrated from Mexico. Annisen was given the “American Dream” as she attended public school with her two sisters, excelling in her classes. During her elementary years, Annisen and her two sisters struggled with getting along with the other students.
Annisen had trouble making friends growing up. As she was an immigrant, nothing came easy to her. Annisen found herself in difficult situations, often getting bullied and ridiculed for her appearance and ethnicity. Although this much was true, Annisen remained a bright individual, and set herself up for success. As for her two other identical sisters, they also shared a similar story. In her middle school years, Annisen became very interested in wanting to know how the human mind works. After taking a few health courses, she was considering the idea of pursuing a career in teaching others psychology.
In her high school years, Annisen decided to pursue a career in psychology. Her two sisters pursued other careers alongside her. Due to the amount of bullying she had received over the years, she wanted to learn why that happened, and teach people about the nature humans present in given scenarios. Annisen graduated top of her class, and obtained many scholarships to attend Penn State University in order to pursue her career. Annisen moved to Pennsylvania in order to begin university, pursuing a Master's degree.
At around age 20, Annisen had begun her career in psychology. Her two sisters had begun similar careers at neighboring universities. Eight years later, she graduated college with a Master’s degree in psychology, and decided it was time to leave America. Her sisters followed shortly after her. After some extensive research, Annisen and her two other sisters decided to move to Karakura Japan, where it seemed to be a cultural melting pot for loads of ethnicities. Annisen decided to check out their local college, where she would apply for a professor position, living out her dream of teaching psychology to other students, showing them how the human mind works.
