I get on almost every day now, either in the afternoon or nighttime, SRP is where I go when I am free and have nothing to do. I stay for around 1 hour to 3 hours depending on what I am doing, then get off and get on again if I am free. so I would say my activity is 9/10
When talking about actual activity on the server, I get on to see if my character’s kids are on, run around for a bit, and log off. Even though I don't do much on SRP anymore, I still get on.

What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
I have been involved with a lot of romance roleplay in the past, involving a lot of detailed roleplay as well, family roleplay is something I still do today due to my character being an adult with kids, this also includes marriage and divorce.
I used to gang roleplay as well but not so often. I always find myself leaving these gangs 2 weeks later or so, due to the lack of activity, but I do have a history of combat roleplay with other characters I used to use.
I was also a professor on the server for 5 months, teaching sociology at the beginning of February of 2022, this also included a lot of drama between faculty members with whom I was involved in. After my character retired, I went to business roleplay, meaning I joined SRP businesses as a tailor.
Before I joined SRP I would roleplay on other creative servers, mostly involving fantasy and horror roleplaying around 2014-2015.
What is your motivation for applying?
As I mentioned before, I get on and do absolutely nothing. I chose to apply to be a part of the EMS faction because I do want to become a the****** in real life, so applying as a Psychiatrist gives me the motivation to get on more. Also, this would be a different type of roleplay I still have not experienced and I would love to join this faction to get to know how the hospital works in SRP. Being a part of this faction will also help me get to know many people on the server whether it is the patients or other workers which makes SRP more interesting that way. Also, I am very interested in psychology, I am a first-year psychology major, so it would help a lot with learning more about people's problems. Just being an adult on the server is getting slightly boring and I am sure that picking a hospital role will change my activities on the server in a more fun way.
Also, I wanted to apply for a job that didn't have a specific time to when they can work, for example working as a professor means you have to work only when school starts, and working in the hospital has a more flexible schedule which will help me be more productive while using my psychiatrist character.

What knowledge do you have of Hospital Work?
Hospitals have a significant impact on people's lives and frequently act as turning points. By being necessary for the management and integration of care, they are also important to health systems. There are multiple roles in a hospital, doctors, surgeons, and psychiatrists in SRP’s case.
Doctor: In order to identify, manage, and treat illnesses and injuries, doctors consult with patients and others who are caring for them. Depending on the specialty of medicine they plan to practice, precise responsibilities will differ, but many of the fundamental responsibilities apply to all doctors. The term "doctor" can refer to either a medical doctor (M.D.) or an osteopathic doctor (D.O.). Both types of doctors use conventional therapies like medication and surgery, but D.O.s place more emphasis on the body's musculoskeletal system, preventive care, and all-encompassing patient care. Physicians can practice general medicine or they can focus on a specific branch of medicine, such as neurology, pediatrics, geriatrics, psychiatry, endocrinology, ophthalmology, or anesthesiology. Other specialties include internal medicine, emergency medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, and neurology.
Hospital Director: In order to ensure effective patient care and smooth workflow, a hospital director is largely responsible for organizing hospital activities and overseeing medical staff, They should be able to handle full responsibility for hospital operations while working in a high-stress environment, develop reliable and suitable supervisory relationships, represent the hospital with a professional and optimistic attitude, have the capacity to maintain a flexible work schedule in order to satisfy various executive management demands in the hospital, and much more.
Surgeons: A surgeon is a medical professional who focuses on diagnosing and treating illnesses that may call for surgery or other physical alterations to the human body. Surgery can be used to identify a condition or treat an injury. Surgeons oversee a group of other medical professionals and nurses in the operating room to make sure that an operation goes without a hitch. Surgeons can operate on the body and carry out a wide range of surgical treatments in the event of illness, accident, or disease. Surgery may be used to treat bodily issues or investigate the origin of internal bleeding.
Psychiatrists: The area of medicine known as psychiatry focuses on the prevention, identification, and treatment of mental, behavioral, and emotional disorders. A medical professional with expertise in mental health is known as a psychiatrist. Psychiatrists receive medical training that enables them to administer treatments and carry out surgical operations. All of the patient's mental and physical symptoms are evaluated by psychiatrists. After making a diagnosis, they collaborate with the patient to create a management strategy for the patient's care and rehabilitation. Psychologists mostly offer non-medical support and counseling. This also includes them diagnosing patients and helping them overcome their struggles with therapy and medicine. Also, they will provide the patient with useful tips on how to improve their food, sleep, and other aspects of their health. They will give the patient's condition information, which can help them clarify their signs and solutions. Only treatments that have been shown to be secure and efficient will be recommended by psychiatrists.

Childhood
When Kaito was 10 years old, his father was fired from his job for harassing coworkers and laziness. This father took out his anger on Kaito's mother, hitting her and yelling about the most absurd things you can imagine while inebriated from his night outs. Kaito really admired this father and was upset that this family had changed so much as a result of one mistake his dad made.
On the day of his 13th birthday, three years later, his parents got a divorce, and Kaito's mother moved out to live with his grandma (her mom) in Japan. At the time, Kaito was already dealing with bullying at school because he liked boys and girls, and since his mom was the only one who accepted him, her departure meant that he would be left with his violent, homophobic father alone. Before he left for school, his father would taunt him, and after he got home from school, they would argue. On occasion, but not often, he would hit him. Kaito's father constantly brought women over and made a lot of noise, making it impossible for Kaito to fall asleep at night.
Teenhood
Kaito turns 16 after 3 years have passed. Around the time Kaito turned 14, his father began hitting him; as a result, Kaito would spend the night at his best friend's house to get away from him. Since middle school, Kaito and Ju-won have been close friends. Ju-won is well aware of Kaito's family issues; the only thing he was unaware of was Kaito's sexual orientation because he didn't want to tell him. Ju-Won was a great friend to Kaito, supportive, funny, and kind.
When Ju-Won's parents learned about Kaito's bullying and family issues, they decided they didn't want Ju-Won to hang out with him any longer. As a result, Ju-Won stopped hanging out with Kaito, leaving Kaito alone once more. Kaito called his grandpa and begged him to move in with him because he was sick of living with his dad and couldn't take it any longer.
He never saw his mother, father, or Ju-Won again as he tried to move on and forget about them. He lived with his grandfather until he reached 18 and then traveled to Japan to live alone.
Adulthood
A year later, he began college, which was very stressful for him because he was in a foreign country with people he didn't know and had to consider his future and career. Kaito, as we all know, is not talented in anything, so he looked through all the possible majors and only one of them caught his attention: "Sociology and Psychology." He thought it would be an enjoyable subject so he applied for it, and he didn't have many difficulties studying it because it was very easy for him. After receiving excellent grades four years later and feeling pleased with himself for once, he enrolled in TESL classes to improve his teaching abilities to become a teacher.
When he was 23 years old, Kaito began working as a sociology teacher for high school students in an international school in Tokyo. He remained there for about 8 years before receiving a call from a nurse informing him that his grandfather was ill. Kaito returned to Karakura to care for his relative, but when his grandpa passed away, he was devastated and unable to return to Tokyo, so he applied to become a professor at Karakura College at the age of 33.
A couple years later, he quit his professor job to rest, this job made him so drained that he stayed unemployed for a few months, he used that time to pick up on his drawing and painting hobbies he had when he was younger, he adopted more kids around that time and had a few part time jobs. He then remembered his old goals of becoming a psychiatrist and began to study again to improve his knowledge of psychology to apply as a psychiatrist.

Kaito has been always into studying people’s minds and behaviors every since he was a young boy, as he suffered a lot with his father, he knew there were alot of people struggling mentally because of their families and he wanted to help people like him, so he studied clinical psychology which is related more to mental and behavioral disorders, as he got into it more he realized that these disorders can be caused by many things that happen in the past, these studies really hit home for him, he always had the liking to helping others, especially people like him. Helping and studying people is something he finds really important to do in his life, he has the urge to help people with mental problems as he knows how bad they can get.
Him studying this field for 12 years gives him the motivation to help others with his knowledge and he hopes that he can ensure that these people end up stable and happy.

He has not yet worked at a hospital, he only worked as a teacher and professor

Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique?
Kaito is a 6 feet tall man with a thin and curved figure, he has green eyes and black hair that compliments his pale-ish skin, he always looks relaxed and calm, with a bit of sleepy looking eyes. He is usually seen wearing black, green or gray as these are his favorite colors.
What makes him unique is his personality, he is a kind soul but can be fake at times, usually called a people pleaser as he always did what people want him to do or say. He has a habit of being overly kind to people that do not deserve it, this causes him issues later on in his personal life.
How does your character act on and off duty?
On Duty
Kaito would have the same soft smiling expression on his face throughout his duties, he would greet his co-workers kindly before he gets into his work. He would be found at the front desk waiting for patients or in the breakroom sipping coffee. He is more observant than talkative so he would communicate with his co-workers less than his patients. He would treat his co-workers in a professional manner, calling them by their surname or family name, whether they are younger or older than him.
When a patient needs his help, he would ask them if they came for therapy or a diagnosis, then escorts them to his work place where he performs his therapy sessions. He would try to make the patient as comfortable as possible by asking them fun questions before he begins, while also mentioning that whatever is said in this room will stay in this room. He would listen to his patients carefully for any important details regarding his work while still having a calm expression to not worry the patient. After he is done with the sessions, he would send the patient off with a smile.
Off Duty
Kaito has a very simple and boring life outside of work, so he is most likely to be in his apartment trying to get some sleep or painting a portrait, Kaito rarely communicates with his friends so he would text or call his children instead. If he isn't at his apartment, he is probably visiting his kids at their apartments, checking on them. He also enjoys cooking, he would either cook for himself or his kids if they are around, it is a hobby he uses to clear his head. Strolling at the beach is also something he does, the beach is a very calming place for him and reminds him of many memories he had in the past, either it is the pier or sitting in the sand.
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
Kaito would function better on his own, the only times he had group work was in college, it being projects or presentations with his classmates, he never found the pleasure of working with others, but he doesn't mind if he needs to. Him working alone helps him think better with no worry about other people being disappointed.
What plans does your character have for the future?
Kaito’s plan for the future was to always help people, whether it was his job or just for personal reasons. He always wanted to help people with their struggles, such as adopting children without fathers or working to help people. He also wishes that in the near future that his children will get along better.
How is your character perceived by others? How does it contrast with their perception of themself?
Kaito is perceived as this flirty and kind man with a lot of self-control, he always seemed unbothered when disrespect comes his way and always looked tired and sometimes sickly, he was also perceived as an alcoholic by some of his kids at times. However, Kaito doesn't see himself this way. He sees himself as a very relaxed and calm man, who tries to make life easy for himself, which is mostly people-pleasing to get this to work smoothly. He also doesn't see himself as flirty, he is just overly kind with his calming tone of voice.

SECTION 3: CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique?
Kaito is a 6 feet tall man with a thin and curved figure, he has green eyes and black hair that compliments his pale-ish skin, he always looks relaxed and calm, with a bit of sleepy looking eyes. He is usually seen wearing black, green or gray as these are his favorite colors.
What makes him unique is his personality, he is a kind soul but can be fake at times, usually called a people pleaser as he always did what people want him to do or say. He has a habit of being overly kind to people that do not deserve it, this causes him issues later on in his personal life.
How does your character act on and off duty?
On Duty
Kaito would have the same soft smiling expression on his face throughout his duties, he would greet his co-workers kindly before he gets into his work. He would be found at the front desk waiting for patients or in the breakroom sipping coffee. He is more observant than talkative so he would communicate with his co-workers less than his patients. He would treat his co-workers in a professional manner, calling them by their surname or family name, whether they are younger or older than him.
When a patient needs his help, he would ask them if they came for therapy or a diagnosis, then escorts them to his work place where he performs his therapy sessions. He would try to make the patient as comfortable as possible by asking them fun questions before he begins, while also mentioning that whatever is said in this room will stay in this room. He would listen to his patients carefully for any important details regarding his work while still having a calm expression to not worry the patient. After he is done with the sessions, he would send the patient off with a smile.
Off Duty
Kaito has a very simple and boring life outside of work, so he is most likely to be in his apartment trying to get some sleep or painting a portrait, Kaito rarely communicates with his friends so he would text or call his children instead. If he isn't at his apartment, he is probably visiting his kids at their apartments, checking on them. He also enjoys cooking, he would either cook for himself or his kids if they are around, it is a hobby he uses to clear his head. Strolling at the beach is also something he does, the beach is a very calming place for him and reminds him of many memories he had in the past, either it is the pier or sitting in the sand.
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
Kaito would function better on his own, the only times he had group work was in college, it being projects or presentations with his classmates, he never found the pleasure of working with others, but he doesn't mind if he needs to. Him working alone helps him think better with no worry about other people being disappointed.
What plans does your character have for the future?
Kaito’s plan for the future was to always help people, whether it was his job or just for personal reasons. He always wanted to help people with their struggles, such as adopting children without fathers or working to help people. He also wishes that in the near future that his children will get along better.
How is your character perceived by others? How does it contrast with their perception of themself?
Kaito is perceived as this flirty and kind man with a lot of self-control, he always seemed unbothered when disrespect comes his way and always looked tired and sometimes sickly, he was also perceived as an alcoholic by some of his kids at times. However, Kaito doesn't see himself this way. He sees himself as a very relaxed and calm man, who tries to make life easy for himself, which is mostly people-pleasing to get this to work smoothly. He also doesn't see himself as flirty, he is just overly kind with his calming tone of voice.
