Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
Considering the fact that this server is based off of a more realistic-type, it wouldn't make sense for the server to not have teachers or professors. Teachers aren't just important to schoolRP, they are important in-real life as well, they are the one's who teaches parent's children what they don't know, and what they need to know. Preparing them for the next chapter in their lives, like for example, college, or adult hood. They are there to educate the students, to keep the students safe, even some care about their safety over theirs. What I admire the most about them is the lesson planning and how many lessons they can plan out in a span of a week..
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you may lose your role?:
I am aware of this and will keep my activity up if accepted.
Do you agree to undergo teacher training if your application is successful?:
Yes I agree!
What is your motivation for becoming a Teacher?:
Outside of roleplay/in roleplay I had always admired what teacher's do, when I was younger being a teacher was something that was VERY interested in, now of course. As I grew older that interest did fade away a bit. But, there's still a part of me that wonders "What if I did end up becoming a teacher one day?." Like, what if I did take the path of becoming one. The lesson planning, making sure the kids are safe, the education that they need. The faculty faction has a place in my heart as it WAS the very first faction that I had been a part of. Lately, I have been missing being a part of a faction and I feel as if the teacher faction is the PERFECT fit for me. The role I'm applying for, art. I have experience in the role! It's something that i enjoyed doing, something I have interest in. There is a friend of mine that is in the teacher faction (salt). And when I said that i was going to be applying for the role he encouraged me to do so even more, lifting up my motivation!

A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
As Hirai is doing teaching her lesson plan as the day, and her eyes scanned the classroom. If she see's a student that's looking confused on the lesson, she would tell the student's to focus on their paper's, and start working on the assignment for that lesson before walking up to the student. Trying not to make a disturbance to the rest of them, she talked in more of a quite manner. She asked the student if everything okay, and if they were having any trouble. Something under the lines of.. "Hey, how are you finding the assignment? Everything okay, need help??" And if they say what they would be having trouble with.. she would go over the lesson plan/assignment with them again, she'd help them with it as much as she possibly could without giving away the actual answers.
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
If Hirai is in the middle of the day's lesson and somebody is being disruptive when others are trying to simply learn, Hirai would stop talking, she could be seen looking around the classroom until her eyes landed on the student who is being rude, talking over her when she's working. She would walk over to the desk they would be sitting at before calmy telling them to be quiet. One thing about Huang, she doesn't like being talked-over. "(students name), I'm going to be asking you if you could please not talk during class-time, you can do that outside of the classroom, not in my classroom." After she would say those words, she would go back UP to the front of the classroom to where her desk sat, and if they continue.. she will give them a detention slip as she had asked them previously to not talk during her class, as once again. Huang doesn't like being talked-over.
Provide at least 2 interactive class ideas related to your preferred subject:
Huang would be at home, sitting in her dining room. With a notebook and a pen, writing down ideas she could use for a lesson in her class! She made separate lessons for a couple of weeks, she sat there for a good few hours, each are different from on another.
IDEA #1: Okay, for idea #1, I was thinking maybe they could do self-portraits. But not of them, of the other student's in the classroom. More like, a fun little challenge! What they would do, they would make a sketch of the other student at first, anything mean. = detention, because that's not nice. SO! as i was saying, they would start up a sketch of a student that would be IN the classroom with them. They would have 10 minutes do so, then after those 10 minutes are up. They would then switch paper's with somebody and the other person who gets the paper is going to have to do maybe color in the sketch, add more to the sketch. ETC, then after THEIR 10 minutes are up.. they would have to give the paper back to the original creator of it. They would do this on repeat until the end of the class, and at the end of the class/ or assignment they would go up to the front with their sketch and show it to everyone to show off how much the two people who worked on it are so talented. If there is more time left at the end of the class it would either end early, OR. Do another quick assignment, or a fun activity outside of the classroom.
IDEA #2:
IDEA #1: For the second idea I was thinking maybe they could learn how to sketch, something simple, something easy. The first sketch would be rather easy. As, it would be an apple. OF COURSE! I was thinking maybe it could be, first is an easy sketch, then it goes to medium, then that's when the difficult sketch's start coming in. After they would finish the sketches they would get 10 to 15 minutes to color them in. I was thinking it could be more of a watercolor colored sketch.. After they have done their sketches they would bring it to the front of the class so they can show off their work, anyone has anything negative to say about the sketches, they are out. My classroom would be all about positivity!!!
