What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
Before & During SRP
From what I honestly remember, I’ve been RPing since I was about eight or nine years old on various servers, one of which was where I hosted my own apocalyptic RP, but then when I was about fourteen, I was introduced to SchoolRP. Ever since I joined, I’ve been on the Track Team, in EMS, School Faculty (Teacher & Caretaker), Reporter, and Shrine factions throughout my almost three years of playing this server. Though, without those factions, I’ve also been very much into CrimeRP and GangRP, where I own and run my own gang currently. Without the leader role, I’ve been in various gangs over the years I’ve been spending on SchoolRP.
School Faculty [Teacher & Caretaker]
When I was a teacher, I was unfortunately only there for a few days but I did manage to get some classes in before I was removed. Though this was my first faction role ever on the server, I had a bad way of getting out of the faction but I did end up learning from my mistakes and am hoping to return somewhere in the future.
While being a Caretaker, I was there for three months from what I remember, but I remember having really nice roleplay between myself and the other faculty / any students there. There’s not much to go on with the Caretaker role since it was just chasing down students, cleaning, helping out at the Nurse’s Office, holding detention, and roleplaying with the other faculty. But I did accomplish Employee of the Month my first month in Faculty, I also became the Head of Department for Caretakers before I left.
EMS
While being in EMS as a Surgeon from September 2022 to early March 2023, I learned a lot about teamwork and how to rely on myself when somebody couldn’t be there to help me all of the time. I learned how to prioritize important things over other smaller things/situations in order to get everything done more swiftly and efficiently. Eventually, this lead me to be promoted to Head of Department in just about three months of being within the faction, then to Clinical Lead within the next week and a half to two weeks later. Unfortunately, I had to leave due to many OOC reasons, but I am hoping to return.
Reporter
I’ve been in the Reporter faction since the start of January. Since then, I improved my prioritization, communication, and writing skills as a whole. Though there isn’t much to say about this role, I know for a fact that I’m not going to be leaving this role anytime soon as I really do enjoy being a part of the faction due to me wanting people to read the writing I produce, and me just enjoying writing articles to hopefully improve my writing further and use it OOCLY in my own personal work.
Shrine Maiden
I’ve only been a Shrine Maiden since April 30th, but I know for sure that I’m also not going to be leaving this role anytime soon either because it’s something I’ve always wanted to do and I took the chance to pursue that goal. There’s not much else to say about the role other than I love it and will continue to enjoy my time in the faction for as long as I possibly can.
Track Team
I was only on the track team for about a month or two, leaving due to once again, OOC reasons and complications. Nothing was wrong while being on the track team within the server or anything, I just had a lot going on for me in my OOC life. This role focuses a lot on teamwork, being a team player, and just being a person who can communicate well with their teammates because you really need it, it’s the whole point of a team. There’s not much to go on about, but I do plan on rejoining when I can!
GangRP / CrimeRP
I got dragged into the world of Gang/CrimeRP in my first two weeks of being a new player within the server by a friend group of mine. From there on, I went to join various gangs, my rank in each gang getting higher and higher with the more experience I had. Right now, I’m the leader of Sonomi and I’m not planning on leaving/disbanding this gang anytime soon as I’m very dedicated to it as the leader and creator. Though it doesn’t make sense unless experienced (most of the time), I’ve learned how to be patient and calm in tense situations that deal with many people who are confused, upset, mad, the list goes on. Though I’ve learned a lot about myself from this kind of roleplay, I’m still learning more and more every day and hope I continue to learn because I know it’s good for me and for the people around me.
What is your motivation for applying?
After my first time of being in EMS, especially in the higher-up positions, I realized the mistakes I made throughout my time there on my first try. I’ve taken the past months to really think about everything that happened and check in with myself to see if I really did want to come back. After months and months of contemplating, I’ve decided to come back to my position as a Surgeon to just simply come back and hopefully make the faction more active once again. I really miss being in the faction with everyone I know because I really did enjoy being in the faction when I first started, I know now what I did wrong and I want to make everything right by coming back and showing how much I genuinely bettered myself.

What knowledge do you have of Hospital Work?
Hospital Director
The head of the entire hospital. This role is only for one person at a time, this person will usually hold the qualities of being a good leader and is good at being in charge of others. The Hospital Director is in charge of everybody who works at the hospital and they finalize all decisions that are made at the hospital. The holder of this role decides promotions and demotions, as well as makes sure to take care of the staff that they hired to work for them, ensuring a safe, healthy, and happy work environment for their employees.
Clinical Manager
This role is given to somebody to ensure that the Clinical Leads are supervised, ensuring that everybody is following the general rules of the hospital, and making sure that everybody who works at the hospital is treated with general respect, they also make sure that everybody is being treated fairly, and as equals.
Clinical Lead
People given this role are expected to set a good example for their department, other departments, and pretty much anybody who works at the hospital since these are the people that will be representing both their own department and the hospital itself. People with this role supervise their own department and help ensure the overall success of the hospital as a whole. In this role, the person will be in charge of overseeing the members of their teams and working on improving the care for patients who come in to be treated.
Head Of Department
This role is basically an assistant role to the Clinical Lead, making sure that everything in the hospital is running smoothly, as well as assisting in training and recruitment. People given this role are expected to help set an example for their department and are people who observe and ****yze to give any suggestions about anything that may have happened or may be going on.
Attending Positions
Though this role isn’t a higher-up position, nor is it just a regular member of the faction, somebody who holds this role is an experienced faction member when it comes to their role within the hospital. Whoever holds the role of an Attending Position, is expected to assist in the training of newcomers that are going to be working at the hospital with others.
Surgeons
This role is in charge of the surgical diagnosis of their patient(s), as well as having the responsibility of reviewing X-rays, prepping a patient for surgery as well as the OR before the surgery, and even going through the surgical procedures with their patient(s) before they even start the surgery.
Doctors
This role is in charge of gathering information about their patient’s symptoms before coming to a conclusion about their diagnosis. This role will do a lot of lab work, meaning they’ll be looking into and discussing the laboratory results of their patient(s), prescribing the medication(s), providing follow-up appointments, and even referring their patient(s) to other providers that may be able to help them to a further degree.
Psychiatrists
This role is different from both Doctors and Surgeons because they’re responsible for helping patients out with mental issues instead of physical medical issues. Psychiatrists are in charge of gathering information about the mental symptoms of their patients by asking a series of questions in order to get the most accurate diagnosis for their patients. Most of these sessions will end up with the patient getting prescribed a medication to help with their mental issue, as well as a follow-up to ensure that everything is going smoothly with the medication(s), and given other medications to see if they work better.

Backstory (100+ Words)
Dimitri Kalogeropoulos was born in Volos, Greece where he grew up in a family with his parents, grandparents, his one younger sister, and his twin sister. He grew up in a happy, upper-middle-class family who seemed to have no problems... Well, that’s what other people thought. Dimitri’s father was a gang member who was wanted before he was born and still was until he was caught by police when Dimitri was just the age of 4.
Now that Dimitri was in a household without any kind of father figure, he became the man of the house. As his sisters went to school and his mother stayed at home, Dimitri went out and worked to earn money for his household at the age of 9. He spent years trying to provide for the family that he had to take care of, just barely being able to pay off any bills, late or not.
By the time Dimitri was 18, he started to go to school between his work shifts so he could start studying for med school because he wanted to get more money to provide for the family when or if he gets a better job than the one that he already had before. He started to stay up all night and study until he had work the next morning, he spent countless nights and days without sleep to provide for himself and his family. He continued to go to school until he finally graduated at the age of 28, he then applied for a job at the Athens Medical Center as an intern.
After being an intern at the medical center, Dimitri got transferred over to the Kurashiki Central Hospital in Japan where he began to work for a little over a year. He then started to pack his things up due to his wanting to live in a smaller city, he then went to move to Karakura, Japan where he’s applying for the Surgeon position in hopes that he can live out his life in a nice area for the rest of his days just like he planned.
SECTION 2: MEDICAL HISTORY
What is your character’s medical specialty? Why did they choose this focus?
When Dimitri was younger, he wanted to find himself a very well-paying job and something that he’d enjoy. After he took a couple of years to figure out what he wanted to do, he took a deep dive into the biology of humans, more specifically into brain injuries, surgeries, etc, etc. All of this lead him down the path of wanting to help others and even save their lives through surgery if he could.
What medical residencies did your character take after medical school?
Dimitri was a resident Surgeon at the Athens Medical Center, Kurashiki Central Hospital, and Karakura Hospital before becoming the Clinical Lead.
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
Yes. Previously, he was a resident at the Athens Medical Center and he worked at the Kurashiki Central Hospital until he moved over to the Karakura Hospital for a good period of time before quitting and hopefully returning once more.

Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique?
Dimitri’s a six-foot-five Greek male who wears a butterfly tattoo right under his left eye. He has a slim, but fit build that fits very well with his jet-black hair and chocolate-colored skin. He speaks with a somewhat light, but noticeable Greek accent, and he keeps himself well-******* to present himself in a positive manner to other people he may or may not know.
How does your character act on and off duty?
On Duty
Though he tends to remain professional as he can, Dimitri doesn’t forget to show his cheerful and happy personality while keeping a professional relationship with his patients. If he has to, Dimitri will step in to help anybody and everybody, even if he’s the only person available and he has to, he’ll take multiple people at once if the situation calls to save as many people as he possibly can. Dimitri’s a very caring, patient, and compassionate man when it comes to harsh situations, so he’ll do anything to step up and help if somebody is in need of it.
Off Duty
Though he’s less professional, he’ll do anything to help anybody he can. Most of his off-duty hours will be spent with his fiance or his family because that’s who he cares about the most, as well as his friends. Everybody he has a relationship with means a lot to him, so he’ll do anything he can for anybody. While off duty, he tends to take care of the stress of his job and anything going on in his life, this can mean that he talks it out with somebody, meditates, etc. so he doesn’t bring it with him to work the next day.
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
Dimitri works the same whether he’s on his own or with somebody else, it’s a skill that he’s been working on as much as he can so he doesn’t have to depend on somebody else to help him all of the time unless he really needs it.
What plans does your character have for the future?
Dimitri wants to live a peaceful, but somewhat chaotic life at the same time in Karakura for the rest of his life with his fiance, family, and friends. Once he thinks he should retire, he wants to live in a nice house or apartment with his family, somewhere he can relax and not have to worry about anything that may be happening in the outside world out of his home.
How is your character perceived by others? How does it contrast with their perception of themself?
Dimitri’s seen as a happy, cheerful, and selfless man who’ll do anything for anybody, even if it means risking himself for others. He’s also seen as very caring, kind, and professional if the situation or atmosphere calls for it. Even though he can seem intimidating at first, he’s just a giant teddy bear in reality once people actually get to know him for who he is outside of his job.
Dimitri sees himself as a professional, caring, and generous male who holds a good reputation for himself as a man of his word and who’s seen as a very hard worker. Though he agrees with how others see him to an extent, he sometimes will get confused about why others see him the way they do because he genuinely doesn’t get why, or he’s just curious about why they think what they do. In all, he knows his worth and he knows that who he is to himself is more important than what anybody else may think of him at any time.

Backstory (100+ Words)
Dimitri Kalogeropoulos was born in Volos, Greece where he grew up in a family with his parents, grandparents, his one younger sister, and his twin sister. He grew up in a happy, upper-middle-class family who seemed to have no problems... Well, that’s what other people thought. Dimitri’s father was a gang member who was wanted before he was born and still was until he was caught by police when Dimitri was just the age of 4.
Now that Dimitri was in a household without any kind of father figure, he became the man of the house. As his sisters went to school and his mother stayed at home, Dimitri went out and worked to earn money for his household at the age of 9. He spent years trying to provide for the family that he had to take care of, just barely being able to pay off any bills, late or not.
By the time Dimitri was 18, he started to go to school between his work shifts so he could start studying for med school because he wanted to get more money to provide for the family when or if he gets a better job than the one that he already had before. He started to stay up all night and study until he had work the next morning, he spent countless nights and days without sleep to provide for himself and his family. He continued to go to school until he finally graduated at the age of 28, he then applied for a job at the Athens Medical Center as an intern.
After being an intern at the medical center, Dimitri got transferred over to the Kurashiki Central Hospital in Japan where he began to work for a little over a year. He then started to pack his things up due to his wanting to live in a smaller city, he then went to move to Karakura, Japan where he’s applying for the Surgeon position in hopes that he can live out his life in a nice area for the rest of his days just like he planned.
SECTION 2: MEDICAL HISTORY
What is your character’s medical specialty? Why did they choose this focus?
When Dimitri was younger, he wanted to find himself a very well-paying job and something that he’d enjoy. After he took a couple of years to figure out what he wanted to do, he took a deep dive into the biology of humans, more specifically into brain injuries, surgeries, etc, etc. All of this lead him down the path of wanting to help others and even save their lives through surgery if he could.
What medical residencies did your character take after medical school?
Dimitri was a resident Surgeon at the Athens Medical Center, Kurashiki Central Hospital, and Karakura Hospital before becoming the Clinical Lead.
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
Yes. Previously, he was a resident at the Athens Medical Center and he worked at the Kurashiki Central Hospital until he moved over to the Karakura Hospital for a good period of time before quitting and hopefully returning once more.

Yes.
SECTION 3: CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique?
Dimitri’s a six-foot-five Greek male who wears a butterfly tattoo right under his left eye. He has a slim, but fit build that fits very well with his jet-black hair and chocolate-colored skin. He speaks with a somewhat light, but noticeable Greek accent, and he keeps himself well-******* to present himself in a positive manner to other people he may or may not know.
How does your character act on and off duty?
On Duty
Though he tends to remain professional as he can, Dimitri doesn’t forget to show his cheerful and happy personality while keeping a professional relationship with his patients. If he has to, Dimitri will step in to help anybody and everybody, even if he’s the only person available and he has to, he’ll take multiple people at once if the situation calls to save as many people as he possibly can. Dimitri’s a very caring, patient, and compassionate man when it comes to harsh situations, so he’ll do anything to step up and help if somebody is in need of it.
Off Duty
Though he’s less professional, he’ll do anything to help anybody he can. Most of his off-duty hours will be spent with his fiance or his family because that’s who he cares about the most, as well as his friends. Everybody he has a relationship with means a lot to him, so he’ll do anything he can for anybody. While off duty, he tends to take care of the stress of his job and anything going on in his life, this can mean that he talks it out with somebody, meditates, etc. so he doesn’t bring it with him to work the next day.
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
Dimitri works the same whether he’s on his own or with somebody else, it’s a skill that he’s been working on as much as he can so he doesn’t have to depend on somebody else to help him all of the time unless he really needs it.
What plans does your character have for the future?
Dimitri wants to live a peaceful, but somewhat chaotic life at the same time in Karakura for the rest of his life with his fiance, family, and friends. Once he thinks he should retire, he wants to live in a nice house or apartment with his family, somewhere he can relax and not have to worry about anything that may be happening in the outside world out of his home.
How is your character perceived by others? How does it contrast with their perception of themself?
Dimitri’s seen as a happy, cheerful, and selfless man who’ll do anything for anybody, even if it means risking himself for others. He’s also seen as very caring, kind, and professional if the situation or atmosphere calls for it. Even though he can seem intimidating at first, he’s just a giant teddy bear in reality once people actually get to know him for who he is outside of his job.
Dimitri sees himself as a professional, caring, and generous male who holds a good reputation for himself as a man of his word and who’s seen as a very hard worker. Though he agrees with how others see him to an extent, he sometimes will get confused about why others see him the way they do because he genuinely doesn’t get why, or he’s just curious about why they think what they do. In all, he knows his worth and he knows that who he is to himself is more important than what anybody else may think of him at any time.
