In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
A tutor is someone who plays a supportive academic role, specifically in helping students understand subjects that might be difficult for them and succeed after being taught! While they may not be full time teachers or even professors, tutors are just as useful as they are. Students might find difficulties learning what their actual teachers/professors teach them, so they might decide to get a tutor to help them understand what they have misunderstood/difficulties learning! A tutor also can play a supportive role in classrooms and assist the teacher/professor leading the lesson in places where needed. This can also apply to their students, in case one might be falling behind.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
In general, I have been roleplaying since around 2018-2019! These, up until 2022, were not public roleplays, but they still gave me experience in writing and navigating lore, alongside many other things. That can range from making characters to even managing events for these servers! While I may not be the most experienced in the latter, I still have gotten involved with them and try my best to keep these kinds of events going as much as I can.
As of 2022, up to the present, I have been involved in not just SchoolRP, but many other servers - both private and public. Each has given me a good understanding of what I should do in these environments, enough to where I feel confident enough in applying for larger scale factions within them. Whether that was my EMS application here, or even this one I’m writing, I’m still confident in my ability to do such.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
I want to join the School Employee faction so I can have a better grip on roleplay overall! So far, I have been in both crime and hospital factions, but nothing relating to school, and I’d like this application to change that. I’d also love to make more connections within the community and be able to find more people to roleplay/write with. I know it’s not as easy as it sounds on paper, but still - I do have hope for it.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Chibi tilted his head slightly at the insult, his expression making it clear he didn’t take it as seriously as expected. The man let out a quiet hum before responding, his words as carefully picked and quiet as always.
“Please, don’t use that sort of language. . You might get into trouble for it, and that’d waste your time more than you want.”
A pause, before he added on.
“I wouldn’t mind taking this out with you, if you’re upset over something that I’ve done to you - or over another situation. But I’d prefer you to not behave the way you are currently if we were to do that.”
If the student hadn’t stopped, and continued to insult him, Chibi would let out a sigh before writing them a detention slip and handing it over.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
As soon as he noticed such, Chibi would walk over - slowly, sure, but he still made his way over.
“Stop it - separate now. No need for causing trouble to each other or those around you.”
If they decided to ignore his pleas, the man would radio another faculty member or so to settle the situation, seeing the severity. Either way, even if they did manage to break it up, both students involved would be given a ticket to detention.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Chibi huffed at the behavior shown, clearly not amused by . . . whatever attempt that was. Although he wouldn’t keep that dismay in his tone as he approached his coworker, offering them the same soft tone he had everyone else.
“Don’t do that. Could get you hurt, or someone else. .”
Assuming it had gone without issue, he’d walk off. Although if they persisted, the man would simply file a report to their superiors later - nothing else to it.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?:
While in the break room, he normally tries to make small conversation with his coworkers, if they seem up for such! If not, Chibi will take to reading a book he has on hand instead of disturbing those around him. He’s very much soft spoken and quiet either way, yet he still will try to make connections before resorting to keeping to himself. After all, he is going to work with these people for a while - why not try and make the best of it?

Just an old book I found here on break.” &uDespite his dismissal, the man slid it towards his coworker. Sure, he was a quiet person by nature - but that didn’t mean he had to ignore people. Hell, that was the opposite of what he was taught.
/me beckoned the student over! The movement was a bit slow, but still enthusiastic nonetheless. Chibi gave them a small smile, before starting to speak, &f”&oHave you been reading that book I suggested?” &uA few moments passed as he waited for their response, before he nodded some! &f”&oGood - good. Even if you didn’t fully finish it, that’s okay. We can go over the chapters you read and summarize that.” &uIt was an assignment, after all. Better to discuss it now rather than wait for later.
/me hummed as he swept the dust off the desk. It was quiet, yes, but that didn’t mean he didn’t want to do something just because he wasn’t actively tutoring. So Chibi took to cleaning the rest of the table with the small cloth he had provided himself with, wiping it down after he got the dust off. It took him some time to fully make the table look clean - after all, he needed to get more supplies - but he did so nonetheless. At least now, it looked better than it had when he left it.

Backstory
Chibi was the second born son in the Ivanov family; his eldest brother being named Pierre. The Ivanov family was situated in Suzdal, Russia, yet weren’t purely from the region. His father was the one who mostly raised him, whilst his brother and mother, Chatrin, were busy. This doesn’t mean his mother wasn’t at all in the picture - she just wasn’t as active in the boy’s life as her husband, a man named Lyam. His formative years were relatively normal, even with his mother’s behavior, and his education was the same. Sure, he had to learn a few languages, but that was just another part of his educational career.
By the time he turned 13, he ended up also having to take care of his younger siblings - Kazuko and Volya. Both managed to keep him busy outside of school hours, but it wasn’t like he was the type to complain about it. Instead, Chibi kept himself busy and took care of the younger twins. This also included teaching them things as the time came, and that was his first introduction to such! He took to it easily given his upbringing and took pride in it, especially since it helped his younger siblings.
When Chibi graduated, he went to Moscow State University thanks to his advancement in the subjects he decided to pursue - which meant he had less time to spend around the twins, sure, but he never once gave up on them while he was in school. Education was, naturally, his first choice to go to - and he ended up excelling in such, alongside his other chosen major, linguistics. This was enough to motivate him to also pick up sociology, despite it not being one of his majors. His educational career was decent, even if it was difficult at times, and he kept himself paced with it.
Chibi graduated at the age of 24, a few years after his mother’s death, and moved out. His job he chose was easy, and also the major reason why he even managed to move to France when he had the chance to. His year there was quiet, as he picked up a few jobs as a teacher or tutor in certain areas that never lasted too long, and seemed relatively normal. Although that didn’t satisfy the man, as he moved once more - this time to Brazil. He stayed there far longer than he did in France, around six years!
Eventually, Chibi realized he missed his family far more than he admitted - namely his siblings. He packed up his bags and moved to Japan, where he had been hearing his siblings lived. Just outside of Tokyo, it was a relatively messy few years while he settled in. However, he did settle into the local area and moved to Karakura a few years after he heard his family lived there. His few years leading up to his choice to try and join the local school were quiet, but it was about time that got changed.
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
His perspective for joining KHS is simple - he wants to put his knowledge to good use, as well as help those who may need it! Chibi’s also better set for teaching students one-on-one (or in groups, depending on what’s required of him) and is willing to make such his job. Because why else would he apply for such a position?
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I should be accepted over the other applicants because, while I’m sure their applications are amazing, I definitely do have experience in factions before - major ones, at that (cough cough, EMS)! I also have experience running and managing things, therefore making it easier for me to be able to handle certain roles. As well as the fact that I have the patience to deal with those who I’m inevitably going to work with, which is definitely necessary.

Additional notes about your application: I would like my ‘bee’ role removed and replaced with my tutor role if possible! If not, I’d like the Grade-12 role moved to the bee slot, along with the languages that I applied for them with, and the tutor role on the primary slot.
