I am online everyday after school, I would first begin with my homework before I go on SchoolRP. I am usually online for an amount of 8 hours from the morning till 11pm!

Yes, I have been banned before. The reason behind that ban was, I have reached the warn limits which i learned from that mistake
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?:
Yes I do and I agree with that rule, as a school employee you have to be often online to complete and keep your job

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
As a tutor you help the students in things they are specialised in that the students themselves have problems with, you are there to aid any students with any academic problems they may have, whether it be in maths, english, history, science, ect. You are there to make sure they can better understand the topic, by understanding how they are struggling and to attempt to fill the gaps that they may have. Every student is different and so are their learning habits. You are also there to change their attitude about school, hopefully to make them see that school isn't as bad as it may seem. By doing this you can change a students mindset.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I was once before a receptionist but I got demoted for copying, I have learned from that mistake. After that I made another Receptionist application where I got accepted but demoted for being afk and Unprofessional. I simply agree with the last application that got denied that I simply dont fit for Receptionist. I had 2 months of experience working as a receptionist which was fun but now I want to try something different in the school faction

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Henry would issue a first warning to the student with a calm tone, and then told them to watch their language and to not disrespect school faculty. If it continued they would receive a second warning. Henry would inform them that these actions and words are not acceptable and if continued again that they will get detention. If the same insults were said again he would give the last warning, informing them that they do have detention and to report to it after school.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Henry would first get between the two students fighting, after doing so he would tell them to go to the side. He would ask why they were fighting, once they answered he then asked if they had any injuries. If they did he would escort them both to the nurses office, to have a nurse treat the wounds, then afterwards he would give them each a warning as well as tell them to stay away from each other. If there are no injuries he would give out the warning, and stay separated from eachother. After 3 warnings I would tell them to go to detention after school.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Henry would first give them a warning, as if a friend giving advice. Then if the same employee was caught doing the same action, he would take it to SLT. If the action that they are doing is dangerous, he would attempt to talk them out of it, warning them that its not acceptable nor is it a good example to give the students. If the action is repeated he would as well take it to SLT
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?:
As Henry entered the break room, he would discreetly check if anyone was in there before sitting down, and taking out his laptop. Henry is a relevently quiet man, who doesn't normally have frequent conversations, though if he was to be spoken to by another member of the faculty he would reply to them with kindness and respect. If they needed help he would attempt to help to the best of his ability.

He cleared his throat before noticing the student that was standing at the tutor room door, he turned towards them and gave a soft, kind smile. "Yes? how may I help you dear?" After the student asked him for a tutoring lesson, he led her to a table and had her sit down. He swiftly walked over and grabbed an empty notebook and a textbook on the subject that the student wanted to be tutored in. He then returned to the desk, sitting across from the student, setting down the books before speaking “So, what exactly are you struggling with in this subject, I'm happy to help with anything!"

He looked down at his watch, waiting for the minute to pass so the school gates could open. Once they opened he made his way inside, then stood to the side to watch the students enter the building, making sure none of them were breaking any rules, and greeting as many as he could with a warm smile.

He began walking from the tutor room, his dress shoes quietly clicking on the floor. Since it was his turn to oversee lunch, he made his way towards the cafe. Waving and saying “Good Morning/Good Afternoon” to students that passed by.

Backstory
Henry Kurabu was a young adult born in 1972. The young man was born in Amsterdam in the Netherlands where he grew up till the age of 14. When Henry was in highschool at age 14 he was interested in a specific subject called Biology and History. He found it interesting and was good at it too. Henry always got straight A's and never failed a test, but one day Henry and his family had to move. Henry never knew the reason why until he found out, his dad cheated on his mom when his mom decided she wanted to move and she took Henry with her. They went to the airport where Henry asked, confused , why they were here. His mom responded that they are moving away without dad. Henry was furious but after landing with the plane. He seemed ratherly happy in his new town. Where they went was the city of Karakura in Japan. He went to Karakura HighSchool, the school where his mother grew up. He had to learn the language Japanese which he did and was fluent in it after a year. At the age of 15 Henry was officially able to attend school, and was extremely excited when he found out his first class was biology. He had perfect attendance, and straight A’s, although he had to focus on other subjects as well, he mainly struggled in math. Though he found a wonderful tutor to help him better understand it.. After a few years Henry started thinking about his future since he was now the age of 18. Henry thought "I want to be a tutor, and help kids who might struggle as well" He then went to college, and majored in biology and history, adding a mathematics class in there as well. After finishing his studies, he applied to be a Tutor at Karaka Highschool.
Motivation for Joining KHS:
My motivation to join KHS is I have been working very hard to reach my goals, I've always dreamed about helping students when it comes to them having gaps in their learning paths. I will work very hard to help the students of Karakura High School understand their classwork more.. I always loved helping people, since I myself have also struggled as well. I will never give up my dream and always continue to work hard.
Do you have any previous experience working in a school environment? If so, please elaborate (If not, respond with "N/A"):
I do have experience working at the school, I was a receptionist before but I'd like to join back but this time as a tutor since i loved working with everyone. I would like to help the students again and till the day I get a reaction back, I hope it will be positive so I can help the faculty. Being a receptionist didn't fit me but being a Tutor and being able to help students is my dream.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I should be accepted because I believe I can be a great tutor, I would love to help students, and seeing their smile on their faces when they finally understand a subject would make my day. I believe I can help high school students and college students. I would do my best to live up to your expectations. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Additional notes about your application:
I know in the past that I had made a mistake while having the adult role. While it was removed I've reflected on my actions. At the time that the incident occurred I didn't know it was a rule, I now know of this rule, and know that I shouldn't have done those actions in the first place. I will make a promise that this rule won't be broken by me again
