Describe your activity on the server:
As long as I am on SRP, I am free to be on EMS unless it’s for an event I have for my adult character. I will be active from around 4 pm EST to 11:30 pm EST. If I’m ever needed for EMS, I can likely get on to help out. Sometimes, my motivation will be low, so I will post my inactivity so people won’t get mad! A chart of everything will be attached below. Most of my time on SRP was spent in KPD, but now that I have quit KPD, all my time on SRP is spent on my adult tag, not doing much unless I’m planning for the event that I want to do so I have plenty of free time on SRP for anything EMS! This is subject to change in my receptionist application, but I will still have time for EMS if it is accepted.
All time is in EST.
The top half is my active hours to be on SRP, and the bottom half is my active hours for EMS if I’m accepted for the faction.

What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
1. DND
The first experience I ever had with roleplaying that I can remember was the game of DND. I started with my family. It wasn't big or super important and was on and off, but we still do it today. We have been playing it for three years, having different types of roleplay, which helped me develop roleplaying skills.
2. KPD
I was in KPD for over 6-7 months and had spent a lot of time roleplaying it as a few different characters, each one of them being slightly different, which helped me learn how to roleplay as different characters overtime and make unique things about them that can only be found out through interacting with them. I wasn't super involved in KPD roleplay outside of my own, but I still enjoyed roleplaying in KPD, even if I felt a bit left out sometimes. I did enjoy it.
What is your motivation for applying?
My motivation for applying is that every time I’ve used EMS, I’ve learned more about what to write in my applications and to put the effort in. Since my KPD application, my applications have gotten lazier, and I haven't tried as much and rushed them. Still, this time, I’m putting effort into my application because the people in the faction are super cool, and I’ve always wanted to see what EMS work is like. Therefore, I’m applying another time, knowing that there will be tons of good competition, but hopefully, this application will show I put care into wanting to get into EMS. I also left KPD due to my demotivation to continue that, but government workers were still fun to talk with, so I want to come back to see them all while getting to know EMS better. I never interacted with EMS much, so now I want to get to know them better while learning more about what they do because EMS seems like a cool faction that would help me develop my roleplay more.

Which role are you applying for?
(Doctor or Psychiatrist):

Psychiatrist

What knowledge do you have of Hospital Work?
My knowledge of the Hospital is very limited, having never been in the faction, but I will name everything I know about the faction below.
Psychiatrist department
Psychiatrist resident
The resident is the first role if you enter the psychiatrist department part of EMS. They are trained every day for two weeks and are then given an exam about their information to see if they are ready for the next rank. They are not able to go off-duty

Psychiatrist
This is the first rank after resident. They are not trained anymore as they have proved they are fit to be a psychiatrist. This role is not able to give training to new residents. They can, however, go off duty with permission from a higher-up.

Attending Psychiatrist
This rank is the first role in the department that can train. They have proved they know much about being a psychiatrist and are therefore suited to train resident psychiatrists. They can go off duty with permission from a higher-up.

Senior Psychiatrist
The senior psychiatrist is above the attending psychiatrist and can still host training for new residents. I know little about this role, but they do not count as higher-ups, so they still need permission.

Head Psychiatrist
This is the first role in the psychiatrist department to be a higher-up, meaning they do not need permission to go off duty, allowing them to go off duty whenever. They can do exams for the residents and train them.

Psychiatrist Clinical lead
This is the lead of the Psychiatrist department. They have shown they are the best when it comes to being a leader of the psychiatrist department. And is dedicated to the psychiatrist role.

Doctor Department
Doctor Resident
This role is similar to the psychiatrist resident role. They get training for two weeks, and after those two weeks, they are given an exam to prove they are fit to be a regular doctor. They may not go off duty.

Doctor
The doctor's role is what you are given after you pass exams. You can go off duty. You can not train residents. You also need permission to go off duty from a higher-up in the hospital.

Attending Doctor
The attending doctor is the first role permitted to train residents should there be residents when you are an attending doctor. They can go off duty with permission granted by a higher-up.

Senior Doctor
The Senior Doctor is trusted with more gear than the attending doctor, and while still not being a higher-up, they can train residents and are also able to go off duty with permission from a higher-up.

Head Doctor
The head doctor is the first rank in the doctor department to be considered a higher-up. They can give exams to doctor residents. They can also go off duty whenever they want without getting permission.

Doctor Clinical lead
The highest you can be as a doctor in this role is for only one person, and you have proven that they are both dedicated to the role and a very good leader. This role is a higher-up and may go off duty without permission.

Hospital leads
Clinical manager
The Clinical manager has proven they are very active and close to the director. This role is the second-highest rank in the entire hospital, only being below the director themself.

Director
The Director is the highest in the hospital; nobody is above them. They have control over the hospital and lead it. They have all the available gear in the hospital and may do the work of either psychiatrists or doctors should they want to.

Do you acknowledge that you’re subject to being demoted at any given time if accepted?
I completely acknowledge that I’m subject to being demoted at any time if accepted. I promise I will be super active and a hard enough worker that I shouldn’t need to be downgraded.

Do you acknowledge that by applying for this role, you agree to be 100% dedicated to the Hospital Staff role?
I will be 100% dedicated to the hospital staff role by applying for this role. I promise that I will be 100% committed to this role if I’m accepted because EMS seems super fun, and I would love to spend a bunch of time as a psychiatrist.

Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are expected to attend, or you will be punished?
I acknowledge that if training is held while I’m online, I am expected to attend or be punished. I am usually on to make it to training, and as long as they are later for me, I should be able to make it to them like when I was a cadet.

Do you acknowledge that you are NOT to take things OOCly when dealing with training & situations?
I acknowledge that I should not take things OOCly when dealing with training and situations.

Backstory (100+ Words)
Klara Alevtina was born into the Alevtina family as the first child of Vyacheslav Alevtina, the father of many kids. He was known for switching around with whom he dated. Klara knew this and didn’t care how happy she was to have Artem. Her not-so-perfect father may have switched between whom he dated often, but at least he cared about Klara. Because he switched girlfriends so much, Klara knew her real mother but didn’t see her much because she had to move around with him. Sure, there were times she did wish she didn’t have to move so much, but she kept going with her father. There was a short period in her life where she tried to stay away from her father and ended up getting herself into trouble, resulting in scars and the fear of getting hurt anymore. It was a horrible night when it happened, but from then on, Klara never left her father's side except when he wanted to be alone. Aside from that one point in Klara’s life, she was almost unnaturally always happy getting her education as a straight-A student getting her Ph.D. in psychology. Her family wasn’t always on the best of terms. Some of the kids did not agree with her father's way of going about things, but Klara didn’t care. She wanted her family to be happy and figured Psychology would be the best way of learning how to make them happy. She also took criminology for a small part of her life and changed her heart, wanting to be an officer. When she turned 25, her family moved into Karakura, a hard chance for Klara as it was a much bigger move than they had ever done before. She never questioned why. She used her degree in criminology to get a job as an officer to get to know the town better before she saw the excellent Karakura Hospital just from the outside. It was everything she wanted to do and more. The officers she worked with were in disarray after some recent issues caused arguing between them. It broke her heart to see them say that, but it soon got to her, making her a bit rude before she got her stuff together and left as the person she replaced came back. She wrote the application to EMS, which reads as follows: each part is broken into sections.

Education
My education started early; I started school a bit earlier than others, starting school when I was 6! I had to move around often, so I rarely stayed in one school for over a year. I had very few friends, so I had more time to focus on my studies, allowing me to get a Ph.D. in psychology, which I found to be the most exciting thing to study. There was a short period when I studied criminology, but I left before finishing my second year.

The Beginning of a Tragic Story. ages 5 - 10
I was born in Russia. It was incredible I loved living there so much. It was beautiful in my eyes. It’s been years since I’ve returned, but I remember first seeing the house and being alive. I can only remember things from after I turned five, so I’m not sure how many houses we moved into before then, but this was the longest I had lived somewhere, staying there for five years of my life and getting the primary education of course at this point I was the only kid. My dad was only with one person until. Eventually, they broke up. I never saw my father and his first girlfriend's relationship, but it felt like she never cared about me, so I moved away with my father.

Why does it have to be this way? Ages 10-15
This began what was the worst part of my life. My dad took the breakup hard, but not in the way I expected. He started dating people only to leave them by the following year, causing us to move houses again. When I was 15 and still in school, he had many kids who decided to stay with him. I had gone too far to leave him, and none of the people he dated ever seemed interesting, so I was always by his side, moving from one place to another. I had few friends and didn’t know how to talk to others unless I was with my dad. He made talking to people more accessible, but I was awkward and could never make friends without him.

The fall. Ages 16-18
For my 16th birthday, we had already moved around to 6 different places, having to go to 6 other schools, but at least my father got me a car I could drive. I had to drive it everywhere when he would be too distracted with his relationships to have time to drive me anywhere. Even when we were moving places, he had me go while he smiled, listening to his strange songs. I had enough, and for my 18th birthday, I yelled at him for not caring about me. I moved away to college to get an actual education because I wasn’t stupid when I was focused on something; I could get it done quickly without getting distracted by anything. I knew from the rest of the kids my father had that they weren’t as happy as I was to be with him before all of them seemed angry at him, so I chose to go for a Ph.D. in Psychology so that way when I came back, I could fix the chaos of the family.

College lifeeee sucks. Ages 19-24
I spent a total of four years in college, and it sucked well, it sucked when it came to making friends and having fun. Most of my nights were spent studying for the next big exam in psychology. You would think that would make things easy for me, but no, the lack of friends led to my lack of motivation, which caused me not to get work done because I spent my nights crying over why nobody cared about me. Eventually, by my second year, I made one friend they were majoring in something else, so I rarely saw them, but the few times I got to see him, it was beautiful. It was like being with my father, but better because he cared; he always asked how my day was. We were friends for a year before I asked him out, and he said no, all the build-up. All the late-night conversations and all he said was no to me and walked off like he didn’t care! It was a total change of character, but it didn’t matter. I brushed it off, finished the last classes I had for psychology, and graduated with a Ph.D. Throughout this time, I never messaged my dad, but I finally sent him a text asking where he was currently, and he told me Japan, which I was a bit shocked about, but I moved, taking a plane to Tokyo to see my family again finally.

Reconnected... Yayyy..! Age 25
After a long flight, I finally arrived in Tokyo, so I went straight to bed in a hotel I had booked the night before. The day I found my family, it was strange because they had things moved in and pictures together there as if they had spent more than one year after that asking my father. It turns out they had spent four years there waiting for me to return, so they could move one last time to a place my father had found that seemed beautiful. Apartments were everywhere for people to buy, and he thought they could start a life there, so I agreed and moved one last time to Karakura with the idea of staying.

Jobs and getting used to Karakura. Ages 26-27
My first day in Karakura was spent collecting myself and looking around town, seeing what was so special about it when I found an apartment to stay at when I was 25. After all, I was okay staying in the same place as them, but I would not live with my family. I had to find a job to support myself and found the Karakura Police Department. Of course, I had no specialty in criminology, so I needed to take a year of extra schooling before I left after one year to join the force before going after a week. The building fell apart just before I arrived, so I took it as a bad sign and left.

Medical school time! ages 28-32
I moved to the United States for a short period to go to medical school. It ended up being helpful as I learned a lot about things I didn’t initially know from my Ph.D., and it was a fascinating time. There was a time I was super stressed, but that was what I expected when I signed up for it. I’m glad I did it, as I learned a lot—a great learning experience despite lacking friends.

More learning!! Yay!!! Ages 32-36
The year after I finished medical school, I moved on to researching good places to get a psychiatry residency, figuring I would likely need it in the future if I wanted to get a job working in the medical field. This was much more interesting than medical school, and I even made a couple of friends despite being 34, although most of them were in their last year, so from 35-36, they were all gone, and it was all new people.
Finally, A job. 36-39
I then moved back to Japan but only went to Tokyo I didn’t want to return to my family that much I was there for three years working as an assistant psychiatrist getting experience watching what another psychiatrist did, and learning quite a lot. I eventually got tired of my dull pink hair, so I switched it to two different hair colors to look original and not like others. I wanted to be different, but eventually, turning 39 made me realize it was stupid to want to be different. I kept the hair the same but didn’t try to do anything to make me memorable anymore. Finally, I turned 40 and moved back to Karakura.
Karakura Hospital Age 40
I was walking around Karakura, not doing much before visiting the hospital. It was a fun place, and all the workers were super fun to talk with and made the job sound fun, so finally, with all my education and the hard things I’ve gone through, I decided to apply to work at the hospital today. Hopefully, I have enough experience for you to let me work here, and if you do, it will be a wonderful experience.

What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?
(Ensure this is appropriate to the position you have chosen)

In psychology, she focused on that because she wanted others to be happy. Because it was the best option for her due to her not being good at many other things. Things could have been different if she lived with a better family, but her family constantly moved and argued, and things never got better. She left under the excuse she wanted to help them get better by learning how to fix it, but all along, it was a stupid excuse to get away from them, but she ended up liking it. She wanted to help others because she couldn't quite help herself out.

What medical residencies did your character take after medical school?
She took a medical residency in psychiatry. It took four years of stress with no friends, and she missed a lot of stuff with her family and had to move to the United States to find a good spot. She had to leave her family again for it, not realizing most of the arguments between them without her being there to help them, which caused them all to leave Karakura without her even realizing they were gone.

Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
She worked as an assistant psychiatrist in Tokyo for three years, staying there for a while working and not making friends with anyone, causing her to have a lack of motivation for working there, causing a small bit of depression where she changed her hair color to try and be different so that maybe people will start to care about her which doing that didn't change anything so after another year of that she kept the hair because she liked it but left to Karakura in hopes of finding people that care about her.

Has your character completed any additional schooling?
The only additional schooling they went through was a short year of criminology.

Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique?
Klara Alevtina is a 5’5 Russian Female. She has a tattoo and scarring on her cheek from a fight when she was younger. The tattoo goes up her left arm. She usually has a smile that looks strange with the scar on her face. She is unique with her multi-colored hair, with the left side being dark purple and the other being lighter purple. She doesn’t have the perfect body of most people in Karakura, with the scarring ruining her what should be the ideal face and her overweight body slowing her down a bit. This was all from her sad past. Despite everything, she has a worn-out smile will that smile stay forever? She didn’t know, but she could only hope that it would. It’s the smile of someone who shouldn’t smile. Anyone who listens to her can hear how she used to be a better, happier person who should be satisfied but broke over time like a worn-out machine.
1706318571196.png
How does your character act on and off duty?
On duty, Klara is usually never seen talking to people unless it’s people in the lobby asking for help, and even then, she asks them the required questions and then rushes off to go treat them without another word to people in the lobby. She is very hard to talk with, and the other employees will notice her struggle with the Japanese language if they talk to her. She misses a few words when speaking in Japanese but is not entirely fluent. On the other hand, if she is talking in Russian, she seems perfectly fluent in it. Having been born in Russia, she sometimes accidentally starts talking in Russian if she is in a stressful situation.
Off-duty is similar to on-duty. She rarely goes off duty and usually denies requests if people ask her if she wants to go off duty with them. She is not sociable, so in the rare case she goes off duty, she will not be seen talking to others unless it’s her family who no longer live in Karakura. If you manage to befriend Klara, she will be overly social, not understanding that some people want personal space to the point of her being super nosy about everything that happens to them.

Does your character function better on their own or with others?
She functions much better on her own. If needed, when she has to do something with another person, she will be awkward during it but still able to get the job done. If she needs to order someone around during a stressful situation, likely, she will accidentally slip into Russian, so if they don’t know Russian, likely, she won’t be accommodating. The reason she is becoming a psychiatrist is because she is only able to talk with people if it’s helping them out, so she figured it would fit her perfectly, along with not having to work with people for it very much.

What plans does your character have for the future?
Her plans for the future are to learn how to talk with people easier without being nervous to speak with them. Along with making it far in the hospital, wanting to attempt to be one of the people that people look forward to seeing every day when they come to the hospital. She may be unsocial as a resident, but it’s her goal to become someone friendly and easy to talk with, no matter how hard that goal is for her to achieve.

How is your character perceived by others? How does it contrast with their perception of themself?
She does not know what others think of her, but as resident, they will likely see her as always stressed, constantly shaking, and afraid to talk with people. Klara isn’t someone people will see as rude in any way. She will appear to be super shy and constantly alone.
On the other hand, Klara sees herself as someone afraid to talk, similar to how people will see her. Still, she is afraid of being seen as rude because she doesn’t speak to people, so she will awkwardly wave in hopes that people won’t talk with her, so she doesn’t seem harsh when she leaves without saying anything to them.
