AWAITING RESPONSE
Pending-Cancelled-IDK
Reporter, note this was pending its just my health went brrr and i ended up having to cancel it.

Describe your activity on the server:

I decided to join this server towards the end of December 2022. I can't remember the exact date but i do know it was in the last week of that year. From the beggining, i took roleplay rather seriously compared to you're usual "greenie". I would generally keep to me and my "namemc" group but of course, like every great, i decided to turn to GangRP. This was great. This was an amazing way for me as an individual to get my name and my characters out there and known. But for me, this has really ran into dryness. For me, CrimeRP and GangRP is just not the equation that i need anymore. Another thing that may add to my experiences is ShopRP. I have previously worked in shops such as Shizukesa and Ryuketsu until their disbanding and Sayonara until i unfortunately had to leave due to OOCLY reasons.

Now, you probably wish to know how much i can be of service to you. School holds an issue when it comes to this and can sometimes interfere with my activity within weekdays. But, normally i can get on for roughly 4 hours daily. I very much try to make this more but it generally spans into the time bracket of 4-6 hours daily, more so when it comes to the weekends i will be far more free.

What is your motivation for applying?:

New experiences.

Okay, i know that this sounds basic as anything but i need you to hold on real quick. When it comes to the reality of SchoolRP, every single man and woman and everything else in-between has came across one thing in common: boredom. For me, this has came to an almost extreme level. Recently, i've had this odd itch where i've been constantly striving and searching constantly new and exciting experiences for me to join. As for KPD, they can enlighten this sort of itch by allowing me to get into new situations. I am quite well known for my combat abilities and KPD uses these regularly and that is somewhere of which i can endulge with new experiences. As well as this, this faction allows for me to indulge with different social groups as it is very often that i will find my character [or myself oocly] speaking to higher-ups. Whether it be for just chatting or for work purposes.

Improvements upon myself.

I wish to exceed and allow my skills to flow and develop unlike i would be able to as a normal student. Allowing me to be a part of the Police Department will lead to me being able to improve my writing as almost every encounter with another officer or with a normal civilian will be acted out within the use of DetailRP. This is just due to the amount of DetailRP that i may have the opportunity to complete and do. The faction itself will allow me to expand my skills overall, as well. When it comes to all else it may assist with my communication skills as that, as well, is heavily needed.

What a faction does to a man.

In simple terms, getting into the KPD would exponentially excel my reputation and allow my name to get further out there. As well as this, being a part of a faction allows for one to work with and communicate with individuals that have played on the server for a long time and in turn have skills. For example, this faction often only really lets in experienced or skilled individuals and for me, i can then communicate with such people and get to know them and befriend them. This then leads to my name being known more as i am communicating with other faction members and people of other factions as well.

Last little notes
I really have had a sort of look into this faction from the very beginning. I can't just prove my thoughts, but this is something like my fifth application. I am thrilled to see the KPD faction evolving while staying true to its core principles. I wholeheartedly embrace these changes and principles and I am eager to contribute to the creation of new transformations within the faction. Being a part of something bigger is truly exciting, and I would be honored to have a role and a voice in shaping the future of the KPD. The lore and story surrounding this faction have captivated me since my early days in SRP, and I am deeply invested in its success and prosperity. The immersive roleplay provided by this faction, along with others, has been the driving force behind my continued enjoyment of SRP. Joining such a faction would be a significant achievement for me, as it has played a pivotal role in keeping me engaged and entertained throughout my time on the server.

What knowledge do you have of Police Work?

CITY EMERGENCY LEVELS
The emergency levels display the threat within the city to active officers. The core purpose of this is to show any officers the amount of troops they should have whilst patrolling through the city with a sense of safety. There are four levels and i will explain and elaborate on them for you.

LEVEL 2; SAFE.
Level 2 is known to be the safest out of all of the other levels. You’re permitted to patrol alone with the permission of a Higher-up; however, it is not recommended and is usually denied. During this level it is mostly expected that two or three officers patrol. Including yourself. However, there are also situational calls that are mandatory to have at least two cops with you.

LEVEL 3; CAUTION
Level 3 is when Karakura’s crime rate starts to rise and become dangerous. At this level it is in no way allowed that you are to patrol by yourself. You will have to have another officer with you. In regards to situational calls, you will need to have three officers with you and four to five officers for calls involving weaponry. Two officers are recommended to have two tranquillizers with them and any other officers to have their stun blasters and/ or riot sheilds.

LEVEL 4; DANGER
Level 4 is the most dangerous level out of all of the other two levels. This means you will have to have three cops to patrol and four cops for situational calls. If the situational calls have weapons involved, you will need around Five to Six officers with you, two armed with tranquillizers and even more coming with some form of weaponry e.g riot shields.

Baton: A compact weapon designed for subduing criminals, the baton can be mugged and requires action to be taken out unless out of range. With a close-range span of 2 blocks, all officers have access to this item.

Police Radio: A waterproof communication device utilized to connect with Emergency Medical Services (EMS), the police radio can be handheld or worn on the shoulder. It remains unbreakable if the officer possesses Major or KPS. Action is required to speak within range, serving various purposes such as calling for backup, coordinating with fellow officers and hospital staff, and warning of potential threats.

Breathalyzer: Used for measuring alcohol levels, the breathalyzer cannot be mugged and requires an action to use. Typically applied to individuals in stopped vehicles, this tool plays a crucial role in maintaining public safety.

Handcuffs: Constructed from steel, handcuffs serve as restraints for suspects or criminals. Resistant rolls can be contested, leading to an arrest for resisting arrest. Each officer carries two handcuffs.

Stun Blaster: A non-lethal weapon causing a two-minute shock to the victim, the stun blaster cannot knock out opponents, cannot be mugged, and requires action unless the target is in active movement. It must be actioned to be taken out unless out of range, with a seven-block firing range and the potential to grant major permissions if used or hits.

Crowbar: Designed for pulling doors open, the crowbar delivers a two-hit knockout within a two-block range. It can be mugged but necessitates valid permissions. Action is required for equipping or using, limited to Corporals or higher.

Pepper Spray: Incapable of knocking out targets, pepper spray cannot be mugged and grants minor assault permissions. It blinds for a maximum of 30 seconds, necessitates action to be taken out, and requires rolls for usage.

Tranquillizer: Accessible to police sergeants and detective inspectors, the tranquillizer requires action and a successful roll to be taken out within range. Equipped with a total ammunition of 2 darts, reloading demands both rolling and action. It cannot be mugged, and no rolls are required to hit an individual.

Riot Shield: Accessible to all officers, the riot shield, when in use, prevents the user from using other items. It can be mugged and is offensively employed to push a target out of range. Successful rolls and actions are necessary to swap hands.
Gas Mask: The standard-issue gas mask, commonly found in the black market, provides essential protection for officers in hazardous situations. Its primary functions include the following:

  • Can be mugged with appropriate permissions.
  • Effectively neutralizes the impact of pepper spray, safeguarding officers from its debilitating effects.
Luminol Spray: A roleplay item with no physical representation, the Luminol spray is employed by officers to identify hidden bloodstains and dents on weapons and objects. Its unique characteristics is:
  • Cannot be mugged, emphasizing its role as a forensic tool for investigative purposes.
First Aid Kit: A standard-issue first aid kit equipped with essential medical supplies, including a tourniquet and gauze pads. Its crucial attributes is:
  • Adds five minutes to the bleed-out timer, offering immediate aid to injured individuals until EMS assistance is available.
Body Camera: Worn as a chest-mounted device, the body camera is a constant recording tool monitored from the station during an officer's duty hours. Its functionalities are outlined as follows:
  • Vulnerable to breaking with blunt force, provided the assailant has the necessary permissions.
  • Cannot be mugged, ensuring the integrity of recorded footage.
Vehicles: The KPD boasts two distinct vehicles—the police bike and the police cruiser—each introduced at different ranks. These vehicles, essentially reskinned versions of standard models, feature a distinctive siren for enhanced law enforcement capabilities.

Non-Item Roleplay Items:
  • Flashlight: Illuminates dark areas.
  • Baton Holder: Carries the baton.
  • Key Holder: Holds keys to rooms and jail cells.
  • Key: Opens jail cells and rooms.
  • Body Camera: Records visual data.
  • Disposable Gloves: Used for inspecting items and crime scenes.
  • Finger Print Scanner.

RADIO CODES

(For the sake of avoiding metagaming, I won't explain the meaning associated with the radio codes. To be fair, im not that aware of the meaning but have seen these in use.)
10-4 - Understood
10-20 - Location
10-19(H) - Returning to police station (H) hospital
10-8 - Responding to call
Code 0 - Panic button
10-10 - Officer/EMS member off duty
Talking about off duty, Officers get 10 hours a week off duty and can be used at any time in the week and refreshing on Mondays. Additionally officers can (Possibly) buy additional off duty hours with achievement points if it is the same as EMS. I know for sure Officers can earn achievements that they buy stuff, I do not know the full rewards but I know one is upgraded uniforms.

Additionally, It is important for Detectives to know some of the extra radio codes such as the following. I don't know how much I'm allowed to say about this so I will not give a meaning.
10-45

ARRESTS / DETAINMENTS / CONFISCATIONS / FINES
Rather than making a whole section for this i'll just place it here.
The process of arrests begins when individuals are presented with evidence of their involvement in a crime, leading to their subsequent arrest. Following an arrest, law enforcement officers must adhere to a series of steps before allowing the individual to switch roles. Initially, the officer must record the charges against the suspect, followed by inquiring whether they plead guilty or not guilty. In the event of a guilty plea, the officer will inform the individual of their jail term and the possibility of bail, including the corresponding amount. Additionally, the officer may choose to capture a mugshot of the arrested person before instructing them to switch roles. Conversely, if the individual pleads not guilty, they must pay a court fee of ¥25,000 to the officer. Subsequently, the officer must create a non-guilty plea, outlining the circumstances leading to the arrest from their perspective, and then request the criminal's account. The officer must also attach any evidence supporting the arrest and the ¥25,000 fee. The final decision on accepting the non-guilty plea lies with the chief judge or mayors. If accepted, both the officer and the suspect will proceed to a trial, where further investigation and a final plea will take place. However, if the individual cannot afford the court fees, they will be unable to plead not guilty and will be considered guilty.

Next is the topic of consequences, fines are often imposed on individuals for minor offenses. These fines can result from a range of infractions, from failing to possess proper identification to engaging in reckless driving. In cases where an individual is unable to pay the fine, they may be detained and required to perform community service at the police station courtyard, completing various tasks until their service is fulfilled and they are released.

When it comes to detainments, they are carried out by officers when they possess a reasonable suspicion that an individual may have committed a crime, even though they lack concrete evidence to support their claim. Once a person is detained, they may either undergo questioning right in their holding cell or be escorted, with handcuffs, to an interrogation room where the questioning will take place. The primary objective of a detainment is to gather as much relevant information and/or evidence as possible to build a case against the suspect. Ideally, the detainee would cooperate and confess to the alleged crimes, which significantly simplifies the task for the officers. For instance, if an individual was present at a location where a fight was reported to the KPD, this could serve as a valid basis for an officer to detain them.

Confiscations are a routine part of an officer's duties, with the circumstances surrounding the confiscation of items from an individual being dependent on the situation at hand. For instance, an officer may confiscate illegal weapons during a pat-down, or items restricted to those over the age of 20 if the individual is underage. The repercussions of having items confiscated can vary based on the nature of the items themselves.

Raiding of a residence: In my understanding, there are several steps involved in a raid, which can generally be considered a straightforward process. Initially, an officer must present compelling evidence and justification for the raid, followed by the issuance of a warrant to the relevant government authorities. Once the warrant is approved, the officers are granted permission to conduct the raid on the specified location. Typically, officers participating in a raid will equip themselves with riot gear, shields, tasers, and in certain cases, tranquilizer guns for added protection. A crowbar is also commonly used to forcibly enter the premises listed on the warrant, allowing the officers access to the building. Throughout the raid, officers will meticulously search the area for any illicit items while also keeping an eye out for the individual targeted in the operation. The discovery of such items can serve as incriminating evidence against the suspect, strengthening the case for their arrest or providing valuable evidence should the case proceed to court.

Swatting: Swatting involves officers conducting searches in riot gear, specifically reserved for high-risk situations. This attire is often accompanied by a gas mask to shield officers from tear gas commonly used in such scenarios. Bulletproof vests are worn to mitigate the risk of dangerous cuts or wounds during these potentially hazardous operations.

Manhunts: Lasting for 45 OOCly minutes, manhunts are initiated when an individual escapes from a crime scene, where they would have otherwise been arrested or suspected of committing crimes. Officers are tasked with tirelessly pursuing the fugitive during this timeframe, utilizing CCTV for enhanced tracking capabilities. If the criminal is not apprehended within the allotted time, they may change their appearance and log out. Following this timer, the individual is placed on a wanted board, marked as "dead or alive," until captured.

CCTV: The city of Karakura is equipped with a comprehensive network of CCTV cameras, which serve as indispensable tools for the local law enforcement department. These cameras prove to be highly beneficial in almost every conceivable situation. For instance, whenever there is a report or a call regarding individuals engaged in a physical altercation, the responding officer can swiftly access the nearby CCTV cameras to gather concrete evidence of the crime. This evidence can then be used to apprehend the offender and bring them to justice. In a broader sense, CCTV cameras provide a convenient means of collecting evidence against anyone who has violated the law and inadvertently incriminated themselves. Moreover, CCTV cameras play a crucial role in tracking and apprehending criminals during pursuits. By utilizing these cameras, an officer can effectively monitor the movements of a suspect from the comfort of the police station, while simultaneously keeping their fellow officers in the field updated on the suspect's whereabouts. This allows for a more coordinated and efficient approach in apprehending the offender. Additionally, CCTV cameras serve as a valuable tool for proactive policing. By periodically reviewing the footage, law enforcement officers can potentially identify any suspicious activities, such as heated arguments within a group, before they escalate into more serious incidents. This enables officers to respond promptly and prevent any further escalation of the situation. Overall, the presence of CCTV cameras in Karakura greatly enhances the city's security and aids in maintaining law and order.

Patrols: Regular patrols are conducted daily as part of the standard routine for law enforcement officers. Officers of all ranks participate in patrols, except for cadets who must be accompanied by a superior officer. It is highly recommended for officers to patrol in pairs to minimize the risk of dangerous encounters or unexpected attacks, especially in high-crime areas like the powerplant, forest, or tunnels. This precaution is taken to ensure the safety of the officers and reduce the likelihood of being outnumbered or surrounded with limited means of escape. The primary purpose of patrols is to monitor for potential criminal activities or threats, allowing officers to intervene, de-escalate, and maintain control of the situation before any harm is done. When encountering suspicious individuals, officers follow specific protocols depending on the circumstances. For instance, if someone is wearing a mask, they are instructed to face a wall for a patdown using established techniques. If the individual possesses items like a ballistic face mask or metal bat, these items are inspected for any signs of blood or damage using luminol spray. If evidence of criminal activity is found, such as dents or bloodstains, the individual is detained for further questioning by a detective. Conversely, if no incriminating evidence is discovered, the items are identified and the individual undergoes a background check at the station. Individuals with a felony record face confiscation of illegal items and a fine of ¥25,000. These procedures are in place to ensure the safety of officers and the public while upholding the law effectively.

Patdowns: Often whilst on patrol, KPD has the authority to conduct a patdown in various situations, with one of the most common being when an individual is observed wearing a mask. In such instances, an officer will instruct the person to stand against the wall before proceeding with different patdown techniques. These positions are implemented to safeguard the officer against any potential unexpected assaults that could transpire during the patdown process, minimizing the risk of being caught off guard by an attack from behind. Now, I will elaborate on the distinct patdown positions utilized by KPD to ensure the safety and security of both the officer and the individual being searched.

The 6 O'Clock Formation, commonly utilized by the police faction, involves the officer exchanging positions with the individual once they face the wall. This positioning ensures that the officer's back is not against the wall, with the individual standing in front of them and looking away. This formation is typically employed when the officer is alone and does not have additional units to stand back to back with. However, if there is at least one other officer present, the searching officer will not switch positions with the individual. Instead, the second officer will stand back to back against the searching officer.

The Ring Formation closely resembles the 6 O'Clock Formation, with the exception that the searching officer does not switch positions with the individual. In this formation, additional officers surround the searching officer, forming a ring around them. This configuration provides an added layer of security and support.

The Cone Formation shares similarities with the Ring Formation, but with fewer officers involved. Due to the reduced number of officers, they are required to spread out more. The Cone and Ring Formations are commonly employed when there is a larger crowd of people surrounding the officer conducting a pat-down. These formations ensure that nobody gets too close and minimizes the risk of potential attacks on either the officer or the individual being searched.

Desk: Police officers are required to perform deskwork as part of their duties, a task that is often delegated to cadets during their shifts. Cadets are not permitted to leave the station without prior authorization, and their responsibilities include answering inquiries at the front desk, processing bail for individuals in custody, and taking reports from the public. When receiving a report of a crime, officers must first conduct a patdown search for weapons to ensure their safety before escorting the individual to an interrogation room for questioning, potentially yielding crucial information for further investigation or arrests. 2. In addition to handling reports and inquiries, deskwork also encompasses visitations at the police station. Visitors seeking to see someone in custody must undergo a patdown search before being allowed to proceed, with the approval of the visitation depending on the nature of the detainee's charges. This meticulous procedure is in place to maintain security within the station and ensure the safety of all individuals involved in the visitation process.

Emergency Calls: The police department and hospital in Karakura receive daily emergency calls from the city's residents. These calls are made whenever there is a situation that requires the assistance of either the Karakura Police Department (KPD) or Emergency Medical Services (EMS). The majority of the emergency calls, specifically 110 calls, are directed towards the KPD. Upon receiving a call, a police officer will answer and gather as much information as possible about the situation in order to effectively plan their response. Depending on the severity of the situation, officers may respond with riot gear and shields to address the threat, although this is reserved for highly dangerous calls. In cases where medical assistance is required, officers will contact EMS for backup. It is important to note that misusing the emergency hotline can have serious consequences, including arrest for Obstruction of Justice, especially if it is a repeated offense after being previously warned.

Cadet:
Upon acceptance into the faction, you will be bestowed with the cadet rank, a position not only of privilege but one demanding both maturity and respect. Earning the faction role is a testament to your capabilities, and you must demonstrate your worthiness not only through training progress but also by maintaining a commendable demeanor both in-character (ICly) and out-of-character (OOCly). As a cadet, your responsibilities are centered around basic police equipment, including a Stun Blaster, Baton, Handcuffs, Pepper Spray, Breathalyzer, Radio, Gas Mask, and Riot shield. The possession of these items is contingent on your responsibility level; failure to meet expectations may result in item confiscation or removal from the force. Following a brief introduction and station tour, you have some freedom in your activities, albeit with clear restrictions. Cadets primarily manage the front desk, handling reports, bails, protective custody, and other related tasks. Additionally, they oversee CCTV to identify wanted individuals and monitor ongoing crimes. Despite these responsibilities, the scope of activities for cadets is limited due to their training status. The focal point of their journey involves various training, encompassing both informational and physical aspects, leading up to cadet evaluations and eventual exams.
After Cadet you can then be sent to a different roles, such as:

Main Division
Commissioner
Captain
Lieutenant
Sergeant
Corporal
Patrol Officer
Cadet
We can describe these roles as the following:

Commisioner
The Commissioner serves as the head of the police force, overseeing department operations, conducting meetings, and collaborating with the higher-ups on matters such as promotions and applications to ensure smooth functioning of the department.

Captain
Next in line is the Captain, responsible for supervising the Lieutenants in the Main Division to prevent any misuse of power. They also play a crucial role in selecting suitable candidates for promotion to the Lieutenant position, conducting examinations, and making decisions based on performance.

Lieutenants
The Lieutenants, positioned below the Captain, are integral members of the higher-ups in the Main Division. Their primary responsibility is to monitor the conduct of lower-ranking officers, conduct cadet examinations, participate in decision-making processes for police applications and promotions, and oversee Sergeant trainings in collaboration with the Captain. Promotion to Lieutenant also grants access to the police cruiser, adding to their responsibilities within the faction.

Sergeants
Beneath the Lieutenants are the Sergeants, who must demonstrate readiness for the role through training and taking on responsibilities. Similar to Lieutenants, Sergeants lead calls, conduct line-ups, and resolve issues among officers or with civilians. Promotion to Sergeant requires proving suitability for the Lieutenant position to higher-ups, and also grants access to a Tranquilizer.

Corporal
The Corporal rank is a significant advancement for officers, providing access to new tools like the crowbar and police bike. With the crowbar, Corporals can participate in raids and assist in searching residences. Additionally, being promoted to Corporal allows officers to train upcoming cadets and lead their own cadet trainings.

Patrols Officers
Upon passing their examinations, Cadets are promoted to Patrol Officers, marking their first advancement in rank. This promotion allows them to go off-duty
with permission, patrol without supervision, and respond to calls independently.

Cadets
Upon acceptance into the police faction, individuals will transition into the role of cadets under the guidance of higher-ranking officials. As cadets, they are bound by certain restrictions, including the inability to independently respond to calls, take time off, or leave the station without supervision. However, it is important to note that there may be occasional exceptions to these regulations if authorized by a superior. The primary responsibility of cadets is to participate in a comprehensive two-week training program, which encompasses both theoretical and physical aspects. Following the successful completion of two examinations, covering their acquired knowledge and skills, cadets will progress to the next stage and be promoted to the position of Patrol Officer.
DETECTIVE DIVISION
Moving forward, let us delve into the Detective Division. This division shares similarities with the Main Division, but distinguishes itself by granting detectives additional privileges and responsibilities. Detectives possess the authority to conduct fingerprint ****ysis, carry out interrogations, compile and work on case files, engage in stake-outs, and perform patrols without requiring explicit permission. Furthermore, they are authorized to collect blood samples and establish temporary surveillance if deemed necessary. Due to the confidential nature of their work, I will refrain from disclosing further details regarding their operational procedures. It is important to emphasize that these specific abilities are exclusively reserved for detectives, and officers from the Main Division are not permitted to engage in these activities. However, it is worth noting that higher-ranking officials within the Main Division are granted the authority to collect blood samples and ****yze fingerprints. Joining the Detective Division will grant individuals the prestigious [Detective] tag within the game, as well as distinct uniforms. In the subsequent sections, I will provide a comprehensive overview of each rank within this division.

The Detective Superintendent (DSI) holds the highest position in the Detective Division and is responsible for overseeing all operations within the division. They have the authority to select officers from the Main Division to join the Detective Division based on their suitability. Additionally, the DSI plays a crucial role in identifying potential candidates for the position of Detective Chief Inspector (DCI), which I will elaborate on shortly.

Detective Chief Inspector
The Detective Chief Inspector (DCI) is a senior rank within the Detective Division, second only to the DSI. DCIs share similar responsibilities to other higher-ranking officers in the Main Division, but they also have the privilege of conducting detective trainings and examinations, although I cannot confirm this with absolute certainty. The DSI is responsible for selecting suitable candidates for the DCI position, who must successfully pass the rigorous DCI examinations.

Detective Inspector
The rank of Detective Inspector (DI), also known as Detective Inspectors, grants individuals access to specialized resources such as the Tranquilizer and police cruiser. DIs are also authorized to conduct their own detective trainings for Detective Constables, providing them with valuable guidance and mentorship.

Detective Sergeants
While I may not possess detailed knowledge about the specific duties of Detective Sergeants (DS), I have been informed that they are essentially detectives who have been promoted after successfully completing and passing their detective exams. Their experience and expertise contribute to the overall effectiveness of the Detective Division.

Detective Constable
. The initial rank that a detective receives upon entering the division is that of Detective Constable (DC). As a DC, they undergo comprehensive detective training, where they are instructed in the various tasks and responsibilities associated with being a detective. This serves as a foundation for their future career development within the Detective Division.

Behavioral expectations.
The behavior of officers in the KPD is of utmost importance and is taken very seriously. From the moment of application, it is made clear that one's reputation can greatly impact the outcome. It is expected that officers are well-rounded individuals who can demonstrate patience and maintain proper behavior at all times. This expectation extends beyond duty hours, as officers are seen as representatives of the faction as a whole. During roleplay, it is crucial to adhere to SeriousRP guidelines and ensure actions are clear and focused. It is important to avoid any behavior that may be perceived as trolling, as this reflects poorly on both the individual and the faction. In the event of a stressful situation, it is advised to remain calm and continue with the roleplay, seeking assistance from staff if necessary. Engaging in arguments or instigating issues will not reflect positively and may result in consequences. Moving on, let's discuss the importance of activity within the faction. Activity is a key aspect of being an officer in the KPD. It was briefly mentioned during the application process when discussing quotas. Officers are expected to be as active as possible, and if there are any circumstances preventing them from doing so, it is important to inform a higher-ranking member and submit an inactivity log. This ensures that others are aware of the reasons behind the temporary lack of activity. Striving to meet the quota consistently not only demonstrates dedication but also increases the chances of earning promotions in the future. It is essential to maintain a high level of activity to contribute effectively to the faction and showcase commitment to the role.

Why is Police important to SchoolRP?

Despite this being a server about School, Law enforcement plays a pivotal role in SRP due to the pervasive gang activity that, in its absence, would exacerbate community challenges. Police officers bear the responsibility of not only apprehending corrupt individuals but also ensuring the safety of Karakura's inhabitants. Within SRP or any roleplay server featuring gangs or potential malicious activity, the police hold a prominent position among the most crucial elements. The resolution of all crime-related matters falls under the purview of the KPD, emphasizing their central role in maintaining order.

The KPD diligently undertakes the duty of addressing corrupt activities, safeguarding the city, and contributing significantly to SRP's integrity. Their proactive efforts to protect the community underscore the critical nature of their role within the server. The absence of the KPD would likely plunge the city into chaos given the prevalent gang and criminal activities. Without a sense of security, criminals could roam freely, posing a significant threat to the city's stability. The city would undoubtedly face disaster, potentially leading to its collapse. The KPD's role is paramount in preventing such a scenario, highlighting its indispensable contribution to the overall well-being of the SRP community.

I strongly believe that the presence of the police is crucial in SchoolRP as it enhances the roleplay experience for various factions and communities like GangRP, HospitalRP, and TownRP. For instance, in emergency situations like a stabbing incident at the powerplant, both officers and hospital workers collaborate to ensure the safety and well-being of the victim. This collaboration highlights the interdependence between the police and the hospital. In TownRP, officers play a vital role during court cases by maintaining order and removing any disruptive individuals from the court premises.

GangRP is undeniably one of the most popular activities among players. It's often considered the easiest and coolest thing to try out, especially for newcomers. You can start by simply dealing alcohol to underage kids in the game, but if you're up for more excitement, you can even join a dangerous gang and cause all sorts of trouble. From knocking people out to cutting off limbs and even getting permission to take someone's life, the possibilities are endless. But GangRP isn't just about the gang members. There are also plenty of interesting events involving other characters like jocks or various lore events. You might witness a gang attack or even spy on secretive gang meetings. However, the Karakura police department plays a crucial role in maintaining order. They not only deal with criminals but also handle fire-related incidents. So, they're always ready to protect the city from any kind of threat.

Another factor to consider is the element of realism. While SchoolRP may sound like it's solely about school life, a significant part of it actually revolves around crime. It wouldn't make sense to have a high crime rate without a police department to combat it. CrimeRP and GangRP play a major role in the community, focusing on illegal activities. The presence of a police department is crucial in ensuring the safety of the innocent residents of Karakura, especially those who may inadvertently get involved with dangerous gangs, ultimately working towards making the city a safer environment for everyone.

Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are needed to attend or you will be punished?:

Yes, of course.

His scent would come first of course, a faint scent of watermelon clothing washer accompanied by his almond body care complimented gently by his masculine aftershave. Then you would notive his posture, almost militant like, his shoulders almost like he was pinned to the air behind him like a board. He would walk with one hand struck directly into his right suit trouser pocket as the coat was held behind it and his other hand swung freely. Then your eyes would dart to his fashion,. trying to find some sort of fault but this as well held its own form of free elegancy. Most of the time and especially in this interview Masashi carried a silk button-up white shirt that had the top few buttons undone to present his muscular build and a s̶̪̣̼͆̎̓̐̎c̷̯̳͒̐̒ḁ̵̗͉̲̺͛̓͂̂̚ṟ̴̻̯̪̞́ ̸̤͉̻̀̈́̽͑͘ͅo̶̼͛̃̆̽n̵̞̫̬̈́̅ ̷̜̩̖́̾̑̀̔ḩ̴̰͈̮͋̈́͋i̷̗̼̰͚̿̉̆ş̴̻̺̑ ̴͉̬̄̄͂c̸̛̟̙͊̒h̴̨͉͙̦̃̉̓͝e̸͔͗̾̓s̴̨͇͍̅ͅţ̸̗͓̐̀̍͝. Upon his jacket you may find a baggy woolen trench-coat often colored to a desaturated dark brown of which well paired with his jet-black suit trousers. Then, as he noticed you in the office he'd turn to you, noticing you he'd direct his walk to you. You would notice his slim yet almost muscular face. He remained perfect eye contact with you, his hawk-like green eyes having an odd glimmer in the nearby sun through the windows. With this, he would carry messy light brown hair that softly rested on top of his hair. He'd then offer you his hand, it would seem chapped, used- often. You'd shake it and feel its firmness. Of course, he'd smile and say softly "Hi! I'm looking for the interview..?" His voice would speak with purpose, having a soft sort of gravel to it. You'd try to pick up his accent.. Irish? No its too soft for that. Scottish? Nah its too harsh. Of course! He's british..

{-}A MEDICAL FILE WAS ATTACHED{-}

PTSD, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
This normally only occurs when it comes to sharp objects or knifes, Masashi would often get a sense of shock and even panic when one is presented as he deeply distrusts anyone who holds one due to his past.
Insomnia
Masashi would suffer badly from insomnia, barely sleeping if at all. This isn't due to some stress or anything, its purely the idea that his perfectionism would often get the best of him

Our poor soul Masashi would suffer from deep anger issues. A main concern would come to when he would get lightened in rage. However, this is very minor and is normally calmed by medication when taken. When. Taken.
How does your character act in a professional/casual situation?

"Now you wish to know about me as a person? Well this is where i fail.."

"In terms of my professional demeanor, I firmly believe that I am capable of conducting myself with a high level of formality. This attribute is particularly crucial depending on the circumstances at hand. In instances of high-risk situations, there is a possibility that I may unintentionally resort to using informal language due to the chaos and fear surrounding the scenario. However, for the most part, I prefer to remain silent as it greatly minimizes the amount of unnecessary drama that I have to deal with. Of course, I will make an effort to establish friendships while I am present, but if it does not concern me or my name is not mentioned, I generally refrain from getting involved."

Surprisingly, he'd generally keep rather to himself, ignoring other officers unless it was a job or work situation of which teamwork was needed. He'd generally keep away from conflicts as, in reality, there is no need for confilicts as befriending individuals is far more valuable.

"Casualness will be a treasury when it comes to this job. While occasional breaks are allowed once you reach a certain point, the majority of the work is quite demanding. If I do happen to have some free time, I will likely spend it chatting with friends or getting to know new acquaintances. There isn't much else I can do in that regard.."

Often within casual situations, Masashi would bring up his own character and personality, often being seen by others as a "Big Brother" due to his personailty and demeanour. He discerns the fine line between casual and professional situations, adjusting his behavior accordingly. While he is adept at entertaining in appropriate contexts, he comprehends the gravity of serious situations and adapts his demeanor accordingly. For instance, when addressing a fine, he distinguishes the gravity, acknowledging that it is not as severe as someone employing illegal weaponry on a civilian, emphasizing his acute understanding of the nuances inherent in different scenarios.

What is their outlook on the idea of co-workers & teamwork?

"To be honest, it really doesn't matter to me at all. I can work just as well on my own or with a group. Working in Gangs and shops taught me how to handle things independently and come up with plans on my own. But it also showed me the value of teamwork when creating lesson plans or organizing events for the students. So, like I mentioned earlier, I have no issues collaborating with a team whenever necessary. Sometimes, you can learn a thing or two from people you meet for the first time, so it's always helpful. I already have a clear career path in mind, but I'm not much of a talker. If I do work with others, I prefer to let them lead the conversation and express their thoughts freely without interrupting them. Unless I'm specifically required to speak, I keep my words concise and to the point, so as not to waste anyone's time. This way, the conversation can flow smoothly and everyone can understand and move forward. Personally, I believe I work best when I'm alone. It helps me avoid distractions and allows me to focus on my work without getting sidetracked or having to constantly assist others. Basically, fewer interruptions mean I can get more work done at a faster pace."

What's your character's backstory?:

"Birth, the beginning"

As a newborn, Masashi grew up in the very central town of Derbyshire and tended to spend the majority of his newborn years.. well like everyother child. Just sleeping, waking up, eating food, throwing it back up and going back to sleep. Then the cycle returns to the start again and again. Nothing much happened within these years, i guess the guy was just a baby.

"The young years, ya know, the ones with school n shi"
From a very young age, Masashi was sent to school to get some form of an education. In England this was mandatory by law and with his familys wealth this was easy to abide by. From his younger years he would go to a nearby primary school, spending time cutting pasta and sticking it to a piece of paper. Mm education. However, primary school for him was a great way to develop social skills and a great chance to make some mates. Throughout primary school he generally tended to stick to him and his group of 5-6 mates. From this, he would often accomadate many playdates and not spend much time at home. Yet come home unscathed.. And so, he had gained the trust of his parents and managed to just.. get away with doing stupid shit. Towards the end of primary school as he began to reach his rebelious teenage years, this would tend to bring backlash. As a child he would go out on his bike, going round to the local park with his friends and just causing stupid terror. He'd do this, thinking he was the best and most powerful, when in reality every adult and other indivudal there just thought he was some annoying kid trying to be the main character. Realising this, he would just sink back into his corner, no power, less friends. Just that quiet kid.
"Secondary school hit like a bullet to the fucking leg artery"
Secondary school, the start to ones Journeys to a piece of paper that literally means nothing in the future. Starting his school, he'd moved to a completely new city due to his dad's new "Job".. he seemed panic but it was fine i got a cool new uniform. As he knew this was just for a job and this mayn't be permanent he just decided to lay low, not getting into fights, not trying to be the class clown. Just a smelly band kid in the corner, nothing to see here. However, from one walk home one day he was approached by a group of men, they were asking of his father. "So, we were just wondering if he was alright.. ya know" one said. "Yeah- why wouldn't he be..?" the boy said. "Just.. don't worry get home alright?" Masashi shrugged it off, almost nothing was said so he thought that it wasn't worth mentioning when he'd got home. But he got home and his father was there, his dog was there, nothing was stolen. No mum. At the time the father would just be leant on the counter, both his hands planted firmly into the counter almost denting it. Masashi asking softly "What- wheres mum?". The father took a deep, almost shaky breath as he turned to Masashi "Nothing- go to bed and when you wake up make yourself breakfast. I won't be here." [...] Masashi was confused, his head tilted and his lips just barely parted in confusion "Bu-" The father would abruptly yell, strain being completely obvious in his voice "I SAID GO TO BED." Masashi took two steps back and swiveled round and bolted up the stairs. Sleeping through the night he would indeed wake up and no dad- So, he'd make cereal and turn on the TV! Cartoons were on but he's a big boy now so he turned to BBC news. Mistake.. Bad one.. A news article would show-
Reporter: "It has been recently announced that yesterday at night two adults had been deemed missing. Two cars had collided and a fatal crash had the two solo drivers left dead"
And on the screen.. Showed both his parents.

"Funerals suck, its just remembering shit things innit'"
This hit hard for Masashi, he'd spend the next few weeks in mourning as he sort of sulked in his room. Due to his fathers wide amount of wealth Masashi could simply stay at his parents house and allow for the wages to pay themself. But then came the funeral day. Everyone showed up on time but Masashi, of course. Our little rebel had decided to show up late but he came in within the most outstanding fashion. Top-notch suit and for once his hair was neatly placed into a slicked-back hairstyle. The funeral went like anyother "rich fucks" funeral as Masashi said. A whole church rented specifically with them as a choir sung solemn songs and the priest pretended like he knew this man. Then came the coffin. Its a tradition in midland england for family and friends to surround a coffin and say goodbye to the individual who had passed, often leaving jewlery or little things that meant something to the body. Masashi simply nodded, and sat back down. The body in that coffin, was not his father. Sure they looked similar but father always swept his hair to the right with a spiked comb so it looked almost gelled constantly. This man had his hair far longer than his dad did, swept messily into a middle part and this man, his hair was ginger. He looked around the room in a form of desperation for others to notice and dart an eye, but everyone acted like this was just normal. From then, Masashi's entire demeanour fell. He would keep extremely blunt responses to everyone around him and keep a completely blank expression for the next few hours.
"The alley"
After the funeral, its tradition for the family to meet somewhere and eat together and speak of past times with the individual of which died at the funeral. But Masashi didn't show up. Why would he? His father just passed and he wasn't even in the coffin of his own funeral. So, he would instead go to the nearby alley and just wait out the service and gather his own thoughts. A ginger? Not his own father at all in anyway. How could everyone believe this? Why did no-one question it? Was he even with his own family? Masashi, in this odd sort of panic reached for his own phone and decided to call his father.
[-] A dulcet done rang [-]
[-] Individual on the phone [-]: "Name your identity"
[-]Masashi[-]: Confused, he went with it "Masashi Hachimura"
[-]Extremly robotic voiece then spoke[-]: "Why have you contacted us"
[-]Masashi[-]: "I'm searching for Y̸̦̼͆͌̐̔́̈̂̂̑̅̔̾͠͝ũ̶̢̡̥̯̲̠͔̙̰̩̫̤̣̺̝̹͆͛̍̈́͛̅̓̋̽̒̍͑̈́̅̄̄̽͘͝ͅk̷̛̳͓̰̞͖̠̥͂̿̋̊̿̀̄̒͛̅̈́̌͗͋̇̌͌̃̀̆̾̓̔͆̌̕̕͝ͅì̶̧̡̤̞̳̱̼͎͓̺̭̠̱͔̞̖̫̺̮̻͔̪̘̹͊̍́͐̀̒̊̐̂̈̆̎̈́̃̆͒͗̅̀̈́͂̚͜͜͜͝n̴̨̡̡̧̫̺͚͍̗͙͔̻͇͍̉̉̐̈́̍̓́̉́̑̎̄̓̎̑̾̔͆͘͝ͅͅo̸̢̧̘̲̰͔͎̼̥̠̪̜͚̘̹̦̥̳̱͇̰͚̜̳̪̬̯̩̒̌̽̍̔͐́̄̓̈̈́͋͛̋̇͐̅̈́̿͐̋͘͝ͅͅḑ̵̡̢̤̬̟̥̖͕̠͈͖̼̹͉̮́̈́̇̅̏̊̀̓̍̚̕͘͜ä̸̧̙͈̜̣̬̮̝́̒̅͌̒͆͛͛̑̋̌̌͛̉̾̅̅͆̏̈̃̽̋̽̍̽̚͝͝"

[-]The robotic voice[-]: "You will not find him here."
[-] CLICK! The call ended [-]
Confused and panicked, Masashi would pick his phone up, immediately redialing the number.
[-] Normal, mobile phone company assistant voice [-]: "The number you have contacted does not exist! Please try another or contact ou-"
[-] Masashi would end the call [-]
What. The. Fuck? Confused and dazed he would just sort of pace in the alley. Nothing has happened. This is a dream. Its that wine you had at the church. Is it? What. Help?
Suddenly this would all stop. A man in a suit who did not either fit the look of a suit or was just plain dirty appeared in the alleyway. His hands were empty and so was his stare. He took one look at Masashi and spoke softly
[-]: Why you here?
[-] Masashi [-]: I'm getting some fresh air, its all stuffy in there
[-] Cracked his knuckles softly: Go back in.
[-] Masashi [-]: I'm sorry what?
[-] I said, go back in.
[-] Masashi [-] Brave, stood his ground: No..
[-] The individual smiled, his yellow teeth having a wierd glint in the sun. He'd then dash forth and a sudden pain would erupt into Masashi's chest. What was this? A knife? Indeed. Weak and scared, Masashi just passed out onto the floor. Blood trickling from his silk suit. The man then bent down and took Masashi's phone. Opening it with FaceID and deleting the contact of which was once his fathers before pinning it to the wall by piercing his knife with it and just turning and walking away. Slowly.

[=] Upon Masashi's chest laid a scar, identical to the shape of a rose yet carved deeply and violently with a knife [=]

"So! Like the coward I was , I moved."
The movement was rather quick, this was towards the end of his school days and he had a valid drivers license so the man decided to travel. Previous little jobs had got him enough cash to just get a move on. So he moved. And where to? Karakura.
But upon the train ride from Tokyo to Karakura, something strange happened. Something peculiar. In a crowded room of commuters it'd be very common that one will see something or someone that they believe is a loved one or a friend of theres. And- this happened. Our little man Masashi saw his father. But not in some mirage faint blurry fashion, it waved at him. Approaching him, Masashi would remain confused as he simply walked up to this individual. Could he be real? The news and the coffin told the world that he was dead. But, this? This was genuinely his father. Masashi seemed annoyed, not happy at all. He would storm towards the indivudal his fists proper and his face tense and fixed. He'd swing.. But as his fist lifted, he noticed a sharp sensation..
Another knife?
[-] The father smiled softly as the knife ran directly into Masashi's neck. Blood immediately trickling from the wound [-]
[-] Did Masashi take this lightly this time? Of course not. In one swift yet calculated motion he would bring up his fist and slam it directly into the Fathers jaw. As the father lost grip of his knife Masashi would grab it from his neck and throw it like a dart directly next to the fallen man. A warning shot? Perhaps. Panicked he would simply bolt towards the train and board it, his eyes wild and wide and his body shaky and bloody.

General knowledge

Can you legally own a pocket knife in Karakura?

"Owning a pocket knife would be a Major Crime of Possesion of Illegal Weaponry. Being caught with such weaponry will result with three months in Jail as well as a felonious criminal record. Why would owning a murderuous.. bloody weapon be legal? No. No you can not."

Name 5 medical items that do NOT require a prescription

"Five medical items that do not require a prescription are Paracetamol, Cough Syrup, Eyepatches, Bandaids, and Wooden Canes."

If you see your co-workers physically abusing an inmate, what should you do?

"In the event of encountering a suspicious situation, my immediate response is to expediently approach the scene, conduct a rapid assessment, and take swift action to conclude the matter efficiently. The paramount objective is to ensure the safety of my colleagues and ascertain that the involved inmate is not subjected to undue harm. In cases of injuries, immediate attention is provided to facilitate necessary medical treatment."

Leaning against the sturdy table, his hands formed a clasped bridge beneath his chin, fingers intertwining in a momentary sanctuary of reprieve. The subtle creak of the wood beneath him echoed the weariness of his endeavors, a silent acknowledgment of the efforts expended

"Following the resolution of the immediate concerns, a meticulous investigation is initiated to identify the instigator, particularly in instances where my co-workers may have engaged in self-defense. Any form of questionable conduct, especially if multiple officers are implicated, is not excused. Upon detecting potential misconduct, I activate my bodycam to record instances of abuse, complemented by a thorough review of available CCTV footage encompassing the events preceding my arrival, inclusive of both audio and video components."

A measured inhale drew the outside air into his lungs, the deep breath a deliberate act to collect him and his awareness."

"With conclusive evidence in hand, a detailed interrogation is conducted with the involved co-workers, maintaining continuous recording via the bodycam. The purpose is to elicit a comprehensive account of their thought processes during the incident. Should they voluntarily confess to any transgressions or attempt to fabricate an account incongruent with the recorded evidence, such statements are meticulously documented. Interrogating each co-worker separately is imperative to discern any inconsistencies in their narratives.
Subsequently, a comprehensive examination of all gathered evidence is performed to ensure its integrity. The verified evidence is then presented to higher-ranking authorities for appropriate action, as I lack the requisite authority to address such matters directly. While lacking in the authority, my role is to furnish irrefutable proof for subsequent action."

What should you do if you see your co-worker being assaulted?

"In the event of encountering an assault on a co-worker, my immediate response is to swiftly initiate a distress call, accurately specifying our location for incoming assistance, prior to intervening to mitigate the threat. Depending on the circumstances and proximity to water bodies, a careful evaluation is made regarding the use of a taser, with consideration given to potential additional risks. In the absence of water-related concerns, prompt neutralization of aggressors is executed using a taser or baton, followed by the immediate removal of the endangered co-worker from harm's reach."

Once more, the man found himself entangled in the comedic aspect of the situation, his mind wandering.. Leaning back against his chair, he sought a physical retreat to match the retreat within, his hands pressing against his face.

"Simultaneously, a second radio call for additional assistance is made, recognizing the possibility of multiple threats in the vicinity. Post-removal from imminent danger, a thorough assessment of the co-worker's injuries is conducted, determining the need for immediate medical attention. A subsequent call for EMS assistance is made, with the expectation that backup has arrived to facilitate the safe transportation of the injured co-worker for medical treatment. Should backup be delayed, vigilant monitoring of the assailants is maintained while awaiting their arrest and subsequent transport to the station for formal processing."

With a deliberate grace, the man made a gentle movement, crossing one leg over the other in a display of poised composure. Simultaneously, a deep breath drawn in suggested his calmness and recollection, a momentary retreat to the wellspring of inner calm. Yet, amidst these calm collected movements, one aspect remained unwavering—the unwavering eye contact. His gaze, a steady anchor, forged a connection that transcended the physical gestures

"In the absence of anticipated backup, a collaborative effort is made with the injured co-worker to escort the assailants to the station, ensuring their injuries are addressed post-apprehension. Once the assailants are securely in the custody of medical professionals, I redirect my focus to the inmates, ensuring due process in meting out appropriate charges for assaulting a government official. The discovery of any illegal weaponry prompts a request for a warrant to search their properties, anticipating the possibility of uncovering further incriminating evidence."

What do you do if you find out that your co-worker is corrupt and is helping criminal organizations?

"In the event of discovering a co-worker involved in clandestine activities supporting criminal organizations or engaging in corruption, my approach would be discreet and methodical. I would systematically begin accumulating evidence through nuanced observations of their interactions, deciphering body language, examining their associations, and scrutinizing the nature of the work they produce and file. Maintaining a vigilant stance, I would meticulously document every lead and potential evidence for subsequent disclosure."

A subtle yet unmistakable smile curved the man's lips, a manifestation of a private amusement that danced within the recesses of his mind. It was a smile that carried the weight of irony or perhaps a dark humor born from the mere thought of betrayal. His amusement, evident in the gentle upturning of his lips, suggested a certain detachment—a recognition that the idea of betrayal, while serious, held a dimension of irony or unpredictability that he found intriguing.

"Once I have amassed undeniable proof of their transgressions, my immediate course of action would be to promptly report the findings to our higher-ups. Alongside the formal report, I would provide a comprehensive dossier of all leads and evidence, allowing them to conduct their own thorough investigation. Importantly, I would refrain from directly confronting the implicated co-worker, as it poses a risk to my own safety and affords the co-worker an opportunity to relay information to the criminal organization they are aiding. This methodical and discreet approach ensures a comprehensive and well-documented disclosure of the co-worker's misconduct, enabling the appropriate authorities to deliberate on the necessary course of action.

How would you react to a criminal trying to bribe you?

"A simple "No" would suffice and I'd move along with my day. Might as well pay me now as you're gonna get fined anyway. "
