Describe your activity on the server:
I would call myself a very active player when it comes to the server, I have been apart of this community since 2017. Yes, I've taken breaks every now and then, and YES. I did take a month off of the server due to OOC reasons. But, since all of that is taken care of, I have been trying my greatest to be as active as I could, joining factions. Trying for sport teams again, applying for shops, and tailoring servers. Hanging out, and making memories with my friends, making new friends, And if it wasn't because of my wives (astro & kossy mentioned. I love my wives.), I wouldn't of came back to the server, and I don't regret coming back. Because, I love it here! The time i usually log onto srp is during noon, mainly after 12pm. IF not an hour earlier than that, and I usually log off around 10-11pm if not in the middle of RP. Though, my schedule could potentially change as I am job searching at the moment.

What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
Oh, my experiences? I say when it comes to roleplaying and the server.. I have a good slection of experiences. I have been apart of student related factions, different faction departments.
Sport Teams
I'll start this off by listing the sport team's I have been apart, and could have been apart of. I first joined the sport team's as a way to meet new people, and to make some friends as I didn't really have any around the time of me trying out. It was actually a close friend of mine idea to tryout. I wasn't really into the plug-ins around the time, I saw that the HS-dodgeball team was hosting tryouts, so. I decided to give a shot, a go. Unfortunately, didn't make it into that team! Though, it would have been fun to.. I happen to love dodgeball. Then a few days later, the HS-female football team had made an announcement for tryouts. That is when I started getting into the plug-in's more, I started practicing football, to get better at it. As I KNEW I was not the greatest at it, the practice did pay off and I did start to enjoy the plug-in. I did get into the team, I had a blast on it. Made a few friends that I still somewhat talk to today, I call them my day 1's. I thank the captain at the time for giving me a chance to be apart of their team. I did leave the team due to some OOC reason's that were happening behind the scene. I tried out for a team that I had wanted to tryout for I think.. a year now? So, I said Hey. You know what, let's give it a shot, so I tried out for cheer. Unfortunately, even though I would have LOVED to be able to be apart of that team, I didn't get in. As time moved by, I started enjoying a plug-in that I didn't think that I would end up enjoying, the basketball plug-in, at first. To my friends, I wasn't exactly teachable because I didn't understand a SINGLE thing about it until I started getting the hang of it. I ended up.. trying out for the team, and I got in. I have to say it's one of my favorite sport team that I have been in, I did recently try out but didn't get in. There's always a next time!
Now, this next section is going to be able to the other student-related factions I have been apart of, this isn't getting it's own section because I was in it for a short amount of time. Around the time, we had journalists. Like, not REPORTERS. But, school-journalist. I had left it due to realizing that it was something that I didn't want to do, and had no knowledge about it.. Although, I am glad that the lead gave me a chance. In the end it just, wasn't for me. I've also had a recent interest in the student-council, as one of my close friends is currently in it.
School Faculty. & EMS.
The school faculty faction, the school faculty is something that I have been apart of a few times when it comes to playing on this server, I'd say it's the easiest faction but it really isn't. Having to deal with misbehaved students IC isn't for the weak. The first role of this faction that I had applied for, and gotten accepted into was the teacher faction. I had actually just recently gotten accepted into that faction again, I haven't hosted a class yet. But I do plan on it VERY soon after I plan some lessons, which I plan on doing in the upcoming week. Before my acceptance, I was a teacher two times in the past on this server, I was one a science teacher, and again. An art teacher, I guess you can say the subject I like teaching the most is Art, and would teach art if I was an in real life teacher. Of course there's other things that I've been apart of other than teachers, and that would be a caretaker. I did apply to be a janitor when that role was still a thing and before it was changed to caretaker, but didn't get into that. I will say that I did enjoy being a caretaker while I was one. I love this faction a bunch, even if sometimes it makes me want to rip out me hair. Now. EMS, Ems is a faction that I consider to be one of my favorite's that I have been apart of. Being in this faction helped me learn so many things that I didn't know before joining the faction, ems has helped me get better at writing, get better at my detailrp. As it IS a detailrp BASED-faction, which detailrping, and just writing as a whole is something that I enjoy to do. I am drawn into this faction, it sparks interests. It was once a faction that I never had courage to apply for, and when I did it. I had no regrets on doing so..
What is your motivation for applying?
My motivation? I have to say that my motivation comes from both in-game, and IRL passions. I have always had interest when it comes to the medical field, I just haven't found the right time to be able to peruse what I want to do. I first joined EMS for fun, I joined with another person, we both joined during the summer because that was when we had the most free time around the time, so.. we ended up leaving when summer was over, and I was sad about it as it became something that I really did enjoy being apart of, and had made new friends, saw friends who WERE in the faction at the time a lot, and was able to hang out with them more than I did, and make new ones along the way. I join factions to meet new people, make some memories, & to expand my roleplay experiences, and understand things a bit better. This was once a faction like I had mentioned before, that I did not apply for yet. Had no knowledge of, until me and the other person decided to join. When we joined I learned SO much, and I still have some of the notes from when I first joined the faction in my google documents, and I feel like it's just sitting there and going to waste. I want to put use into those notes, I want to put USE when it comes to writing, as it's something that I enjoy doing. When we had both left the faction, I did in fact regretted doing so. So that's why, a few months after that.. I decided to apply for the faction again, and was able to get in a second time. Now, I DID apply a few months ago and sadly, did not make it in. But hey, why be sad about it when there's always a next time? EMS is a faction that I am drawn to the most on this server, and has always been drawn to. I just used to never have the courage to apply, I didn't believe in myself that I could even be apart of a faction like this one. But, I have learned. That you have to believe in yourself, and that you should not doubt yourself. So, I decided to give it another shot and hope for the best. 4th tries a charm..?
Which role are you applying for?
I am applying for the role of doctor, BIG switch from being a psychiatrist.
What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?
(This is to gauge at your current understanding of the faction prior to acceptance)
I would like this section of the application to be viewed as.. interview-like, like a one on one interview.
Castillo would look at the interviewer with a smile on her face, she seemed quite confident in herself with this question. She gently tapped her fingers onto the table as she would think of a way to answer.
“So to start this off, i will be listing all the roles that are even in the faction, and what each role can bring to the hospital. which would be the following four..- five..? six… roles…? one of those numbers are correct!”
She took a pause, almost as if she zoned out for a minute there, she snapped back into reality before she would then continue to speak.
Head & co director.
”Ah right! , roles. Well, to start this off we have .. the head and co director. The most two IMPORTANT roles when it comes to the hospital. every hospital needs a leader or two. They are there to establish rules, they are there to give you your paychecks. To hire people, to not hire people, to fire people if needed. To promote employee's to show them how much they have worked hard at their job. If you have an issue, and your lead of your department isn't available at the time, you go to the director. The co-director is second in hand. If the director isn't there you go to them. The co-director does just as much as the head director does."
After she had finished with her brief explanation of the two lovely directors, she would then move on to the next topic, department leads.. She would lean back onto the chair that she was sitting while keeping her poster straightened. After every role she had mentioned she took a small pause to take a quick breather in between each role before explaining them!
Department Leads.
"Each department has a leader, more than one too I believe. They are there to make sure that everything is going as smooth as possible, they are who you go to in YOUR department, if you have any questions regarding what position you have you can ask them and they would be glad to help you.. And hey! Maybe someday you'll even be a department lead. ."
Paramedics.
"Out of all the roles that are listed below paramedics, i have to say this one is pretty important. Now, I'm not saying the other ones are important because they are. I'm just saying the paramedics are most important, because. They can do everything, anything a doctor can do, anything a psychiatrist can do. They have more qualified skills than they do. You CANNOT apply on the forums for a paramedic. You would have to wait for an announcement if there's any opened paramedic spots and you just have to pray. As I was saying, they can do anything under the sun. Therapy sessions, taking care of patients in and out of the hospital, they are who you see driving around in an ambulance time to time, they are the only ones who can drive the ambulances actually.."
Doctors + Psychiatrists
“Doctors. Doctor’s can do more than what psychiatrist’s can do, they have more qualified skills than them. While doctors are allowed to handle patients when it comes to major injuries, psychiatrist’s can only do minor injuries. So, they would often have to call somebody in if there’s an issue that they cannot do. Psychiatrists, they are kind of like the******s, BUT. The difference between psychiatrists & the******s is that psychiatrists are able to diagnose the patient, the******s cannot. People often get those two roles confused. While yes, they are similar, they are NOT the same.”
Trainees.
“Trainee’s.. this is the role you get when you first start working at the hospital, obviously. You are to do two weeks of training, then after your training is over you will be under supervision before you get promoted to the job you had applied for. Before this, there used to be exams after training sessions.. let’s just say, i did my research.”
Castillo would clasps her hands together, leaning forward from her sitting position as she’d then place them onto the table before once more, speaking again. “And if you didn't know, one time we used to have veterinarians! but, the role was removed from the hospital after a short period of time.”

NAYELI CASTILLO'S BACKSTORY.
"Hello, the person who is writing in this journal is Nayeli Castillo, a 26 year old girl. Who has a dream, and a passion when it comes to the medical field. So.. let's start this off, I was born in a small town in Russia, called Suzdal, I had recently moved to Karakura, Japan. For a fresh start, a clean slate. As things in my home town weren't the greatest, me and my parent's didn't get along that well. I lived with my grandparents who I am SUPER grateful for by the way. Ever since I was little, I've always had interest in becoming something big, I used to want to be a popstar, a singer. A song writer, but later on realized that it wasn't what I wanted to do. I want to be able to help people, help them get better. Take care of them. Back in my home town, Suzdal. When I was younger, I noticed that my parents used to agree a lot, I would get told by my older sister to go into my room, and put some headphones on. Or just, blast it. Without the headphones.. My parent's always compared me to my sister, always getting mad at me over something silly, like. You forgot to pick up your shoe's from the door!.. When I was around 10 years old, my parent's did end up finalizing into a divorce. They fought so much that they just thought that I was for the best, not just for them. But for me and my sister as well. So.. My dad packed his bags, and left. Leaving me, and my sister. To be taken care of my mom, my mom's brave, I will say that. I do appreciate her, of course I do. She's my mom. But, she always preferred my sister more, she started to ignore the things that I want/want to do with her, and just go with my sister. So around 12 years old is when I moved in with my grandparents, they've been with me every step of the way, my dad visits me the most out of me and my sister, because my sister lived with my mom still. He didn't exactly want to see my mom 24/7. As I started getting older I started to help people more often than I used to, it's something that I love to do. Helping people in need, what I care about doing most. I started doing volunteer work, like.. at nursing homes, caregiver jobs. Old folks homes. When I was around 20 years old, my grandma started getting sick, she started getting ill. And tried to help as best as I could, I got two jobs, just to be able to pay for her medical bills. My grandpa wasn't always around due to business trips. So, I had to take care of her most of the time, making she's okay, making sure she has taken her medicine for the day. It did get to a point where we had to get actual nurses, and this is where my passion for the medical field started to grow even more, I saw what they did to help my grandma. I saw it all, I was there for it all. I had to be, of course. She's my grandma, and being there would have made me felt really guilty. They helped my grandma in a way that I wouldn't have been able to, I started to study. I studied day and night for MANY many months, I ended up getting into med-school, I learned so much from that. I want to help people the way those nurses had helped my grandma get better.. There's more to the story, but to make this short, I'll keep this here."
Andd.. she closed the journal, hoping up her drawer again, gently putting it back where she had found it. Then closing it again, she'd let out a sigh before she got up. She went to her bedroom door, opened it. Walked out, and gently closed it.
SECTION 2: MEDICAL HISTORY
What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?

Nayeli had chosen to focus on the role of being a doctor because it was something she truly cared about doing, had the passionate for. She did look into being a psychiatrist but later realized that wasn't for her. When her grandma was sick, like I had mentioned before. She paid close attention to what the nurses did to help her, paying close attention to that. Helped her out a bit, what medicines her grandma needed, what she could provide to her when the nurses weren't there. When she graduated college, yes. She ended her college career's with a bachelors degree, but. She also graduated college with a MD. If you don't know what that stands for, it stands for being doctor of medicine. She truly cares about this, and would love to learn about it. And for her understanding of things to expand. To learn more about things, which is why she went to college for this. So she can have a better understanding, and she feels as if she is ready for this role, she doesn't want to let anyone down, she will study even more if she has to.
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
She actually doesn't have any experience when it comes to medical positions, BUT! due to her going to college for med classes, she does have the understanding of how things work, and IS willing on giving it a go, which is why she would be present through-out ALL of training, so she doesn't miss a single thing. She will write down everything she is told, she will do her absolute best. I'm not exactly sure if her volunteering at nursing homes, or, taking caregiving jobs count as medical work experience.. But. Once again, she is willing on giving is a try.

Nayeli Castillo's description (Кастильо, in Russian.) | The girl that would be standing Infront of you, or next to you. Or, wherever she's standing. Would be at the exact height of 5'6' not too short, not too tall. Perfect height for her. Her hair would be a dark red color that appeared to be very long. Her hair actually matched with her brown eyes, quite well. Her scent? As I am looking at her more and more I feel like she would have a more of a flowery-scent. Something like roses? Roses just scream her, it suits her. Maybe that should be her favorite flower, roses.. Nayeli looks like she's a stubborn girl, she doesn't smile that often. It's quite rare.. OH! And she always has a scrunchie on her wrist to be able to put her hair up into a ponytail whenever she has to take care of patient's so her hair obviously doesn't get into her face or the patient's face, each day.. It's a different color. Depending on her mood that is.
How does your character act around the hospital?
On, and off duty. My character would be as professional as she could possibly be. She will offer everybody a smile, a polite. "Hello!", hey. She might even ask her co-workers how their day have been. Or offer them help if they need it, or even offer them some coffee. She does love her coffee. She may be a stubborn person, but she is not a mean girl. She's down to become possible friends with her fellow co-workers, & director. And, yes. She does know that joining the hospital staff is that she would automatically become a role-model to others.
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
When I say this, I will be honest about it. My character does work better when she is working by herself, because working by herself means less & less distractions. It helps her focus more, it helps her gets things that she needs done faster. But, of course, she does know that working in a big place like the hospital would mean that she might have to work with other people time-to-time. And she can get used to that, she can work on working with other people better by doing so. And she is 100% on board for that.
