Describe your activity on the server: Recently in the UK, as we all know that about a year ago now, the virus has hit very critically on my area, forcing us all into another one after the other over said year lockdown, so i’ve been very active on SRP, However even before the pandemic arose, i was already active on the server, playing daily for 3-4 hours at least.
In general I am a fairly active person anyway, I’m one to make plans and stick to them accordingly, as well as applying that to my roleplay. I am constantly checking the rules weekly and if i am due to go into any sort of inactivity towards the server, i will let it be known immediately, such as holidays such as my birthday, christmas, etc! In the summer and school breaks i tend to be active daily as i said before, and on weekends i play a bit more than my average time of 3-4 hours, but of course always making time for my family and friends on my day-to-day lifestyle. Although i may be back at school at the moment, i will be finishing school within the next week due to the UK deciding that for the year 11’s, which is the year that i’m in, so i look forward to being more active than ever on SRP.

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
I am applying for the role of a librarian in the school. The librarians of the school have a responsibility to organise and manage a collection of journals, biographies, fiction and nonfiction books, magazines, mangas, newspapers, online and electronic documents and many other resources. Librarians will often work alongside students and guide them towards the correct material for their learning ability, and what they’re trying to learn. Whether this be science, history, english or ethics and philosophy, the librarians have a responsibility to assist students to do the best they can in school and support them with their words and knowledge. They are most known for checking in and out any books which students borrow from the shelves and just maintain to ensure that all books are returned. It is a must for librarians to have a station to work, whether this be at home, school or any place they see fit. I want to be able to pass on my knowledge and my kindness to anyone who approaches me and my desk,allowing people to feel safe in my surroundings.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: My roleplay on the SchoolRP community started 3 years ago, in 2018 where i started off like every new player in the community. At first i didn't understand the concept of roleplay but after a couple months I began to excel as a roleplayer. I tried many different aspects and varieties of roleplay, discovering what i was comfortable with and it continued that way until late 2019.
In 2019 I began to befriend many people who introduced me to discord and even more varieties of roleplay, and I became a confident player, getting more involved into the RP, becoming more detailed with my actions and words.
Last year I then got introduced to GangRP and until now it's been a big part of each of my characters lives. Learning a lot about it along my way and familiarizing myself with the aspect of it. I admire the time I had while being a part of the GangRP community but I have realised it is not what I aspire to do with my characters life, and that teaching is the best thing to do both for herself and other people.
An opportunity as a librarian for the Karakura High-School would be life changing for me, since the role of the librarian is one I have always admired, and I've learnt alot from how the librarians act around school and how their RP is more mature than what you see everywhere else. And that's a community I would love to be a part of.
My roleplay experience then exceeded further when i applied to be a teacher for the Karakura High school, where i took in so much roleplay experience and i feel in love with working there, but being a teacher, i admit was stressful, and so i’d like to be a librarian so i can once again be apart of the community.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
She would start by asking the student to firstly stop swearing and be polite towards any members of staff, in that situation it being myself. She would wait for them to calm themselves down by either standing there and being kind, saying things such as “please refrain from being rude to a member of the school staff. We are humans too and I'm sure if I were someone you cared about, you wouldn’t want someone to hurt them with such words” or to sit the student down at one desk areas and talk to them. If they continue she would have no choice but to put them in detention, this of course being after 2-3 warnings for their behaviour.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
She would start by asking the students to stop fighting , if they do not listen the first time she would raise her voice slightly, allowing the students to know she was serious about the fight coming to a halt immediately. If they still continue she would place herself in the centre of the fight, not harming any of the students. If this was to work Ichika would then talk to each student separately, calling another member of staff if there's one available to handle the other student, and hand out an after school detention to both involved.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
She would react by going straight to an SLT with any evidence, whether this be CCTV footage, if she is allowed access, or pictures she may have taken on her phone if it was a physical act. She would tell the SLT in as much detail as she can to ensure the situation is taken as seriously as it should be as she knows it is unacceptable, and the school staff should represent the school as if it was their home.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
She wouldn’t react any differently than normal. Ichika is a polite female, who has standards for herself to be kind, caring yet stern and strict. She would perhaps try and start a conversation with another employee to restrict any tension if there is any, and take the time in the break room to relax. She would sit politely and not slouch however, as much as she should be relaxed she should also maintain a respectable appearance. She would take the time to check her outfit , making sure he was presentable to respond to students and to uphold the school's name as much as she could. She would not use any inappropriate language but simply make talk with anyone else in there or read, to be in her own personal bubble of relaxation.

/me The female would stand up from her desk area and make her way to a large shelf of books. She would stand in front of the shelf for a few seconds as she raised her right hand to the back of her head, rubbing it in thought as she looked amongst the books, finding a specific book. As her sight glazed towards the book her face lit up and she pulled the book gently from the shelf.
/me The female would turn in his seat to face a large pile of plain paper. She would lift her hand up to her mouth and lick her thumb, flicking through the papers to take out exactly three, turning back to her desk place and getting a pen out, beginning to take notes of what the person in front of him was saying.
/me The female would look up from her neat papers to the person standing in front of herself, placing the pen that she held in her grip onto the table to place all her attention on the person in her view, smiling at them with a raised eyebrow, waiting for them to speak.

Backstory
Ichika Ito Akamine
Ichika ‘Ichi’ Ito Akamine was born in Spain, Along with her other siblings, where she was raised by her two parents, Martias and Adriana Akamine, Two well known mafia owners in spain. Her and her siblings lived there for 5 years of Ichika’s life with Ichika being in sweet innocence. Her parents were caring and loving towards the family, treating them well so they could delay their view to the harsh reality to the world,which they easily accomplished and they did an amazing job on until on the 17th june, when their home was raided by an enemy gang, setting fire to the home at midnight, trapping the family inside. Ichika’s parents saved the children and sacrificed their lives for them, passing away in the fire. After the incident ichika and her siblings moved away from spain, to italy with their aunt, who looked after them all well except for ichika. Her aunt constantly blamed Ichika for their parents death as she was the last saved; constantly being told if they had let her die, her parents would still be alive, but instead of being hurt by the words ichika grew stronger from them and matured well. She taught herself self defense to protect her and her siblings and became a fierce female, not allowing anyone other than blood related family to get close to her and being constantly on guard. And then when Ichika turnt the age of 18, she moved to Karakura with her other siblings, where she continued to grow as a person both physically and mentally. She moved the karakura with the knowledge of spanish and italian and was a very down- low person until she met A male named Otaku Sadako, where she fell in love. He turned her into a soft and caring person, showing her that her past shouldn’t define her future. And she soon enough became a “replica” of her mother, with her caring eyes yet still snap at the sign of danger, being as strong as Otaku. Ichika now cares for her family with everything she has, making sure they’re always ok, being ready to sacrifice her life for her loved ones like her parents once did. And now as Ichika Has grown, her relationship with Otaku has come to an end as she has a dream of becoming a librarian, so she can pass on her years of knowledge.
Motivation for Joining KHS:
My motivation for joining the Karakura Highschool employee team is quite simple really. I want to help the students. In long i used to have a rough background as a child, finding no where to turn to.That could be ‘my space’, somewhere to be myself, to be calm and not feel like any responsibilities were on my shoulders. But then I found a joy of reading with younger citizens, such as my friends' younger siblings. Reading became my safe place quickly and whenever i felt tense i would simply open a book and i would feel ok. I then put what I found to be amazing onto other people I felt were in the same position as me. lending them my books and my knowledge of them and seeing them bloom into a more mature person, and that gave me joy. When i was once a student and the Karakura High School, i realised perhaps there weren't enough librarians, and of course being the student i was, i looked up to the librarians myself, but i truly felt that the librarians who were there didn't interact with the students as i would like to myself. And so i made a deal with myself that i would be that figure i always wanted to see in the librarians so perhaps students could come into the library not only to read a book, or be in silence but to have someone there who could share their joy and knowledge with them and feel safe and comfortable, the library becoming an escape from the harsh reality and responsibilities of the world.

Yes, i do. I have experience of being a teacher in the Karakura highschool, but i realised that being a Physical Education teacher wasn't what i wanted to do, and as much as i cherished my students, i decided to take my leave and reach to be a librarian which is what i now know, is what i need to do.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
In all honesty I feel like I should be accepted over other applicants as I know I can give students something they perhaps couldn’t. Many of the librarians in the school today don’t interact with the students in a positive way and I fear that many more applicants may come to the same behaviour but I have a pledge not to, and to be kind, interactive and supportive to whoever may walk through the doors. Unlike most librarians I would get up and show students the world of books and perhaps the history of those books if they wish to have a better understanding of them. I would not only do that but I would uphold the keep of the library, cleaning wherever I may be stationed as well as anywhere else I may be working. cleaning up any messes on the desks or the shelfs. i would keep up with the rules of the library and will always hope to become an inspiration to any students, if they wish to see someone who cares about the papers and words inside the books, as someone with great dreams, dreams that will be accomplished by the acceptance of the application.
