Although I may not be as active as I used to be back in 2022-2024, any events that occur recently or at least may occur, I always be prepared to attend and at least watch from the distance without interacting if not necessary. I stopped GangRP due to recent changes and the way it became complicated in which it messes with my head.. So I decided to choose the peaceful way around. List your accounts and roles on this server: (QoroDyn) [College][B] Kyle H. Hamilton [College][B] Esmeralda Kuznetsova [Adult] Ganyu Zhenjun Are you aware that inactivity can result in removal from the council?: Yes, I am and I will do my best in order to not be inactive as well as use the #inactivity channel accordingly even if urgent. TRIVIA QUESTIONS What is the student council and what do they do?: Student Council is more-or-less mini faculty faction. Lead by a President as the one being in charge of the operations/meetings and few other accomplices. But they are the people who fight against the bullies or harassment cases against students LIVE. Meaning they will initiate as soon as they receive a report or see it themselves. As well as they also help in making classes less chaotic and a more controlled, calm environment for others. What motivated you to apply for council? (e.g. Interests, friends, etc.): I recently had trouble on keeping up with classes or overall professors.. Too much noise, too much talking in class and too much harassment as I stand as a bystander. I in fact watched my friend get harassed right in front of me as I ran to find a Caretaker or a Professor/Teacher to aid me with it. Since they were too many people (3+ individuals) and I alone cannot do anything nor assault them as that will count towards assault on campus. Though by the time I found someone. They had already fled the scene. I swore an oath to myself that I will be catching those bullies one way or another without causing harm. So, I saw the application for the Councillor Team and I didn't think twice before writing this application. Are you aware that you’ll be having to use your creativity and teamwork ethic within the student council? (e.g. Coming up and helping with events): Yes, I am and although I would love to actually come up with events and ideas, sometimes I doubt my creativity.. Though that will not be a problem. I will be brainstorming every idea I have but I may be slow at it.. So bear with me! Can you list the roles in the council along with other roles that might be important to the council?: Absolutely! Though I may not remember every role, I believe these are the most important ones to keep in mind for now. President: A President is the one who is what we call overseer. They watch and observe over their members. Handing out tasks and directs every member to their own line of work and ensures that the job is going according to how they see fit. Vice-President: Although there's not that much of a difference between both Vice-President and President, Vice-President has similar duties to the other Student Councillors and they have their own line of work. They also follow orders from the President and they also watch over the Student Councillors in case if any situations appear, questions or overall some Student is having a problem they are here to assist and correct their mistakes. Councillor: Simple yet effective. They are the ones who spring into action when a student needs help/assistance. Or what we call them, Guardians. They guard over the campus looking for anyone that may need help and also ensure that campus is a safe place for everyone. Any bully that may appear causing trouble will be facing consequences if caught by a Faculty or the Student Council. ✦•┈๑⋅⋯ IC SECTION ⋯⋅๑┈•✦ SCENARIOS While students gather for a school assembly, one student behaves disruptively, causing a disturbance. How would you manage the situation to restore order effectively while minimizing any additional disruptions to the assembly? Approach the student that's causing the disturbance, tapping their shoulder to get their attention as I whisper in a low tone to them: 'You shouldn't be causing this much noise in a school assembly. Doing so will make other students unable to focus. Please keep your attitude as friendly as possible and more behaved.' If the small talk wasn't enough to them and they continued to be disruptive again, I would approach them and hand them a detention for failure to comply with given orders and making the assembly both harder for the students and faculty. Although some may not agree with me on this decision, I find this the most effective in order not to cause chaos. A student refuses to take their mask off after you’ve brought up detention and they’ve run away! What do you do? Radio in the student's clothes as I try to chase them. Actively calling out which way they headed and where we are as the chase continues until we eventually catch him. If not, radio in the last location of the student and ask for a full-on search in that location with the student's last wearing clothes. If they managed to find him then he'd be given detention and dealt with. If not.. Then he's gone and there's nothing we can do much about it. A teacher observes concerning behavior from a student, including the creation of disturbing artwork and verbal threats toward peers. How would you collaborate with the teacher to evaluate the situation and intervene appropriately to address potential safety concerns? Privately talk to the teacher away from the student as I offer them a way I could try and get with the student: "Hey, perhaps I could try and befriend him a little? He may not think this is inappropriate and he's a kid you know.. Everyone isn't the same so perhaps if I understand the way he thinks I could point him to the right direction?" If the teacher agrees, then the plan initiates.. I would approach the student in a friendly manner and introducing myself to them "Hi there! Nice to meet you! I'm Kyle. Want to be friends and share art together?" as I discreetly observe their art drawings. thinking of a way to describe it in a friendly way and not sound rude in the same way. Although I may not be a Psychiatrist, one would be preferred right now.. But we have limited options so we go with what we have. As I chat with the student and figure out which parts they understand wrong.. After they're done drawing their art, I would point out the issue to them. For example: "Hmm.. This drawing is really good.. Is that something you usually do? Honestly.. It's good but there's one problem about it.. It's a little disturbing to most people. Insulting drawings or overall drawings like this are rather more considered harassment or threats to other people.. People get scared by this you know? Here, draw another or feel free to adjust it accordingly" as I hand them their pen back. Waiting and watching them as they draw while I radio silently to the teacher that It's going fine so far. Then I would keep up the good behavior with them until they finally made a drawing that's not disturbing or insulting. Then I would congratulate them on the achievement and give them a small gift of appreciation. After, I would ask the teacher to contact a Psychiatrist on the student to give them a proper ****ysis about their mental health as it could be deteriorating. A group of students asks for your permission to stage a protest on school grounds. Would you allow them to protest? If so, how do you ensure that the protest does not disrupt the school environment while upholding their freedom of expression? First of all, as far as I'm concerned, protests are not allowed on campus unless it involves the safety of the students. If their protest is a valid reason, I would allow it but under certain circumstances:
A teacher/receptionist has told you that you are doing something that goes against what you were trained by your higher-ups. How would you react to this? As I would love to comply by their orders, I cannot due to the way I was trained. I would kindly try to explain: "I know this.. Might sound rude or not exactly what you was expecting but, due to the nature of our work and the way I was trained.. I cannot do such thing. This would go against what I was told and I don't think I can do it without the advisory of the President." As I keep it friendly with them in order not to sound rude or harsh. Please provide at least one detailed event that the council can use as a future event to showcase your creativity! (Must be 300 words or more for one event): This may not be the best event but it's the best I could've come up with.
✧˖° Personal Information °˖✧ (in character) Name: Kyle Hunter Hamilton Gender: Male Age: 20 years old. Phone number: '030 143 3347' How would you describe your personality?: 'I may look a little intimidating from the distance.. But, I'm actually not that scary up close. My body isn't really that hottest or however girls would call it. And my mind sometimes would be distracted as if I was.. Looking at something else imaginary. Anyways.. Setting that aside, I really care for the safety of the innocent or the poor the most. They have little to no ways of defending themselves and it makes me hurt. I tend to be sweet with most people but angry with the misbehaving or rude ones. Although my memory may not be the best, but I guarantee you that anything important that you need from me will be stored like a file in a cabinet.' Appearance/attire (Please provide a picture): [!] a small image was pinned to the paper [!] ![]() What separates you from other applicants seeking your position?: 'Although we are separated in applications, we as a mind and as a whole are one. I may be more intelligent to some people because I'm good at something but that doesn't deny the fact that this is just knowledge and not raw brain power. That is what separates the brain from the other. We all have our levels of knowledge and I may know more than most people do. Not forgetting that I also will dedicate my time and will towards this position in order to bring justice and fairness to poor students harassed by bullies on a daily basis.' Why do you want this position?: 'I honestly think I can't do much as a citizen other than just contact the authorities.. Authorities like Karakura Police Department or at least that's as far as I know. They really don't care about bullies unless it involves animals or crime. Sometimes harassment cases but that's unlikely. I want to do something more than that... I want to be something that actually makes a difference in this school.. Not a hero or a savior. Just a guy doing his work or at least what he loves..' What interests you the most about student council?: 'The teamwork alone is something many of us lack. Not everybody got a stable system they follow accordingly or a leader that isn't bribed by money or affairs. What interests me the most is that all of these student councillors are also dedicating their time and power to achieve the same goal I thrive for... Justice for the poor. I don't want to sound like Batman or those silly cartoons but it is true. They are being misjudged and messed with everyday.' What could you contribute to make the school a safe and fun environment?: 'Everything that I hold within my hands. Money, resources, places, anything of value to my name will be dedicated to this line of work and I will give up every single yen I have in order to do what I must do to make this school a safer place for everyone and especially the poor bullied students.' |
