What is your motivation for applying?:

My love and affection for the KPD role has been everlasting for as long as I remember. I haven’t enjoyed it as much as any role. I really think I am fit for the role but due to myself being quite new to the role the first time applying, I made a couple of mistakes and I learnt from them now and I think I can produce something much better and show much better commitment and hard work.

Do you understand Japanese Laws and Basic Conduct?

Yes, I do.

What are the Police ranks?

Normal Division (lowest to highest):
-Police Cadet-
The Cadet is the default/first rank given to a newly appointed police officer. A Cadet’s job mainly consists of Front Desk Work like writing reports, taking in bail money, or protective custodies. Sometimes, Cadets are asked to take mugshots, do inmate care or go on patrols with Patrol Officers.

-Patrol Officer-
The rank right after the cadet, given to those who pass the cadet test. They hold the same job as the Cadets with the exception of being able to patrol the city alone and conduct arrests as well as take cadets on Patrols.

-Corporal-
The Corporal is basically a more experienced version of the Patrol Officers. They supervise the work of the ranks under them i.e. Cadets, Patrol Officers under the command of the Sergeants.
-Sergeant-
Police Sergeants present the first line of supervisors in the police force. They perform all the duties of a police officer as well as supervise, coordinate, and guide police officers and other department employees in their daily activities.

-Lieutenant-
The Lieutenant is the first rank that is given the name “Higher-up”. Those who hold this rank get access to the exclusive “Glock-18” and “Police Cruiser”

-Head Lieutenant-
This rank is responsible to take care of all the police-officer ranks under them. This rank is mainly achieved by being extremely trust-worthy and dedicated to the police force.

-Captain-
The Police Captain is responsible for such activities as Inspecting and overseeing the functions of the Patrol Officers or Investigators.

-Commissioner-
The Police Commissioner is a senior rank in the police force. They control everything that happens and takes place within the police faction. Everything is done by their command.

Detective division (lowest to highest):
-Detective Constable-
The Detective Constable is responsible of, directing and participating in criminal investigations. Assessing a range of information and data, to come to precise choices. Developing strategies for managing investigations.

-Detective Sergeant-
A police officer who investigates crime and who ranks above a detective constable but below a detective-chief inspector. Is responsible for Assisting in departmental training activities. Performs investigations on most major incidents, crimes, and accidents, and oversees the investigation done by others in the department.

-Detective-Chief Inspector-
Chief Inspectors manage large teams of inspectors, sergeants, constables and police staff. They may be the most senior operational response officer or manage assigned specialist policing functions such as investigations.

-Detective Superintendent-
The highest role in the detective division. A Detective Superintendent is responsible for the coordination and management of serious crime investigations and the protection of vulnerable people.

What knowledge do you have of Police Work?

Police work varies from rank to another. The Police work you are represented with and asked to do at first is the front desk duties done by the Cadets. This consists of writing reports, doing visitation, receiving bail money and such. Other Police work can be that of the Patrol Officer. They go on patrols with Cadets, or patrol the city alone and conduct arrests on culprits.

Corporals and Sergeants and the ones who train said Cadets and improve their attributes to when they need them in real situations. They also note down any improvements in their performances in trainings in order to choose who is worthy of moving to the next rank.

Detective Ranks conduct investigations on the reports wrote down by the cadets, they gather evidence and put the pieces together in order to solve cases and arrest culprits. Other ranks like the Captain and Commissioner are mainly supervision ranks which ensure everything is in proper working order.

Why is Police important to SchoolRP?

The Police Faction plays a crucial role in the SRP Community. With increasing numbers of GangRP activity in Karakura, the citizens of Karakura are put in danger of several gruesome crimes. The KPD plays the role of putting a stop to these actions and crimes. A Cop’s job is to serve and protect and they are incessantly committed to that job. The KPD is the shield of this city and without it, a chain of crimes and murders would break out in Karakura and the KPD is always there to break that chain.

Do you acknowledge that you're subject to being demoted if accepted at any given time?

100% Acknowledged.

Do you acknowledge that applying for this role, you are agreeing to be 100% dedicated to the Police Officer role?

Yes, I acknowledge this completely.

Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are authorized to attend or you will be punished [Demoted]?

CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE

Tell us about your character, how he looks, what makes him unique?

A 6’5, 175lbs, sharp looking figure with an over-average body build. His facial features are quite outstanding with a menacing look carried on his face at most times. He has dark black hair with grey glowing eyes. He dresses casually with no special liking of fashion.

What he's like on and off the job?
On the job: Marshall takes his job very seriously and he puts his mind and soul into his hard work in order to produce what he is asked to do and meet the requirements of being an excellent police officer. Although he is awfully quiet, he doesn’t lack the factor of being friendly, nice and outgoing with all his co-workers. He believes that good work can only be achieved through good chemistry and relationships between officers which can only be developed via trainings, patrols and general interaction between police officers.

Off the job: Marshall keeps his quiet character off the job as well. He behaves like a normal citizen of Karakura, going on with his day, interacting with others and being as sociable as possible whilst remaining anonymous in his way of communication as he does not like being very known outside the KPD. He believes that such information about him should remain private in order to protect himself from any attacks or attempted murders. He also believes that his “on the job” and “off the job” characters should never mix as he sees them as completely different characters and mixing them might lead in various errors in his job.

Outlook on his co-workers? Plans for the future?

Marshall looks forward to meeting all his new co-workers and getting to know their unique and different characters and their thought processes. He also looks forward to learning from the higher-ups to further improve his capabilities in order to achieve what he came for, serve and protect. He also plans to be as efficient as possible when on duty, do his job properly and formally. He believes he can produce something special and be excellent and outstanding from all the other officers in a confident way without any intentions of narcissism.

- BACKSTORY -

Early Life

Marshall was born in Glazebury, Manchester. His family was in the middle class of society. Marshall was the only child of his parents. His father passed away when he was 4. His mother couldn’t live alone without his father so she got into a relationship with a man she met online from London. Marshall and his mom’s boyfriend did not get along very well. Marshall was still young and he had a lot to learn but he was quite close to his father and he only wanted to learn from him. His childhood was quite a nightmare for him until he finally went to elementary school where he got a bit of a break from all the mayhem taking place in his life.

Education in the UK and Moving to Karakura
Marshall received his basic education in Manchester. He hated school and always saw himself as someone above all. His personality seemed to be smarter than everyone around him. This mom took him to therapy in fear that he might be suffering from the Narcissistic Personality Disorder. However, he didn’t. He was just a bit over-confident. During his time in High school, Marshall noticed something unusual about his mother. He noticed bruises and cuts on her body often. He questioned them but she always made up excuses to cover it up. He later noticed that his mom was being abused by her boyfriend. Marshall felt furious. His anger turned into tears and he wasn’t having any of it. His mom’s crackhead boyfriend had to die in his eyes. One day when coming back from school, Marshall saw his mom dead on the floor, eyes open, and bleeding on the floor. He saw her boyfriend lying on the couch; smoking and he looked at him chuckling. Marshall’s eyes filled with tears as he rushed to the kitchen and grabbed a knife. The boyfriend followed, but when he went through the kitchen door, Marshall buried the kitchen knife through his heart as he cried. He fell to the floor losing blood extremely fast and then died. That night, Marshall ran through the cold, rainy night to one of his mother’s friends. He cried to her as he explained what happened. She was shocked by the incident. She had pity for him and then passed the story on to her husband who was a lawyer. They decided to frame the murder to the boyfriend’s dealer and they contacted one of lawyer’s friends in a small city in Japan called Karakura. They sent Marshall to Karakura where he’d start his life over and the lawyer’s friend helped him settle in the city and start over.

Life in Karakura
Marshall spent the last year of High school in Karakura High. After graduating, he applied for the Karakura College and got accepted. His relationships in Karakura weren’t the best but he was adopted by a small family called “The Constantines” and earned his new name: Marshall ‘King’ Constantine. Marshall was still devastated about his dead mother. He prayed for her every day. He lost his biological family but now he lives in a new one and they take good care of him. He now studies Law and Criminology in College. His current life isn’t the best but he tries his best to achieve whatever he wants. With no one to teach him anything, he self-educates himself by reading daily. His love for books is always growing and his hunger for knowledge is almost controllable.
