Describe your activity on the server:
I hold a high activity online often everyday especially due to me currently being on summer vacation. I’m normally online from whenever I am awake, to normally whenever I fall asleep; of course, it fluctuates depending on the day, yet I don’t plan on my activity lessening anytime soon, unless my real life starts to change. Which, I will say; as I am writing this application, I am currently enrolled in a summer program where I won’t be free on Tuesdays through Thursdays till the start of August through 4pm-6pm, and depending on times throughout the weeks; which I will know at the start of every week (Tuesday). And following the week of that ending, I will be on a week long vacation; despite those times, I will be completely free to log on for anything, whenever I am able to. The only major change in my activity will be when September comes around, and my school year begins again; as well as my school commitments, which will leave me rather busy during the weekdays and sometimes even weekends.
I will also admit, that my current activity on my applying account isn’t as well as I would hope, due to me not having an active character on m00nl0v3r, but within my acceptance, that will change instantly.
What is your motivation for applying?:
Over the few years of me being completely active on SRP, I have been in many factions; and even some of them a few times; like the sports faction; as well as, EMS, Reporter, Maiden, and briefly as well KPD; which I will admit, I didn’t take the chance to the fullest advantage, having a character in itself that didn’t find herself in the right place, nor at the right time. With the time I currently have free, especially over about the past year I’ve been constantly thinking about KPD, especially due to how most of my characters gravitate to interest in the law department, with my own interest for my future following suit. Especially with my own struggles with motivation, and often fluctuating over the years and periods of time, my interest has always been in KPD work, often following with characters that have interest in the subject as well, my characters often follow with my motivations at the time, so they are easier for myself to play, and get a hang on. Even being just a witness to situations always get m thinking about how my own characters would react to certain situations, what would follow; the outcome of the character. The lore as well is a big motivator for myself, how they view the force as being a bystander, then going to being apart of it, all due to different motivators is also something I follow, and with a large flux of characters at the moment, slowly inching towards someday wanting to be apart of the KPD; I think it’s my time to fix my focus onto something a bit newer, and something I can fully latch onto, especially since last time, my focuses were not on the character, and more on different characters; which did force my hand away from it at the time. With me wanting to return to the KPD, I come handy with a character that I’ve had full interest in building out more than I have for a long time.
What knowledge do you have of Police Work?
The KPD has two main divisions, Detective division and Main division. While the main division is often doing it’s normal duties; that follow to arresting people, taking the general reports of the public, and even more. The detectives do the more difficult tasks, and even can investigate crime scenes or more difficult cases.
Why is Police important to SchoolRP?
Due to how high of a CriminalRP and CrimeRP is in SRP, it is almost required to be a heavy part of SRP. If the police department wasn’t apart of Karakura, I think we can all make an accurate assumption it would be completely littered with crime related people and gangs, and it wouldn’t be a School based roleplay anymore.

Items!
Police Baton
An item that is used by police officers to assist in apprehending criminals, it is able to be used by all officers and requires two hits to the head for a KO on the target, it can be stolen from the hands and is a close ranged tool. This can also be used to remove weapons from the person if needed.
Handcuffs
A pair of handcuffs that are able to restrain the targets hands, they are unable to be stolen; and requires an action and roll if the target should resist (upon resisting, the criminal would be have resisting arrest added.) They are able to be used by all officers.
Police Radio
A waterproof radio that is used by all officers, it can’t be stolen or used in an offensive manner (against another) but is able to be broken with a sharp or blunt weapon..
Stun Blaster (Tazer)
A stun gun used by all officers to be able to prevent the target from moving for 60 seconds, no roll is required and it is considered a long range tool. If the target is in range, there must be a roll and action to be taken out of its holster.
Breathalyzer
A device that is able to check how drunk the person is by percentage. This is shared between EMS and KPD, it has a better accuracy closer to the station.
Pepper Spray
A three time use device that is able to blind the target for 60 seconds unless they are wearing a gasmask; and it does not require a roll. It can not be stolen, and is used between EMS and KPD alike.
Tranquilizer
A device used by Sergeants and Detective Inspectors and above. These are often used on animals, or people if deemed required as they are able to make the target unconscious for two minutes without a roll due to it being extremely long range. They are held with two darts.
Riot Shield
A shield used by officers for protection during raids, or situations with a target that has a weapon..
If it is used defensively, then the operator is unable to use anything that is offensively, but any side and front damage dealt to the officer is neutralized, and taken by the shield, only able to be used offensively by pushing people. If they are to be used offensively, then they wont be able to provide any defense, or offensively. Yet, they are able to use offensive tools against the target. If they wish to swap it from being defensively to offensively, then you must roll and action if they are in range.
Gas Mask
This is a public item, meaning it is able to be mugged from the user. Accessible to all officers, that are on-duty.
Crowbar
Able to open doors and containers, can be stolen as it is deemed a public item.
Luminol (ItemRP)
A substance that is able to identify blood on surfaces; unless they are cleaned previously by bleach and water, or hydrogen peroxide. Can’t be stolen, as it is ItemRP’d.
Fingerprint Scanner (ItemRP)
Able to scan a targets fingerprints, and able to match them to a suspects if applicable.
First Aid Kit (ItemRP)
First aid kit, that’s really it. Adds 5 minutes to a bleed out timer.

Miyu is in general a unique person; somebody that was built off of a legacy of the Heddo family, the eldest daughter that came to be, and that heavily resembles in her character. Once her hair was blonde, but due to some… situations, she abandoned Karakura and return with a new look and a new personality. Her biggest feature that makes her unique? She chose control over the option to collapse. Yet, that control entered with something new; more paranoia, which makes her heavily more watchful while working, or even just talking to people on the street.
Miyu Heddo carries herself with everlasting grace, her hair dyed a natural black; clearly done professionally. Standing at a prominent 5’6, with a thin frame. Described often as a worn porcelain doll that was left to rot on a shelf, that finally came to life. Holding concerningly pale skin, as if she never saw the daylight; and sharp green eyes. Behind her normal layers of clothing is skin carved into with ink, covering her back, her arms, and her chest; something she never allows to be seen now. Constant gloves adorning her thin hands, a jewelry wrist, adorned with two letters; K & M, resembling her kids.
How does your character act in a professional/casual situation?
In professional settings, Miyu is quite similar to herself in the casual. Yet, whenever she’s in more professional situations, she knows how to use silence, and to know when to say anything at all; especially as her years as a Lawyer. She often does simply sit there and listen, butting into situations whenever it’s classified as needed.. Either way, she’d rather stand in a corner, collecting facts and then redirect the situation. In more professional situations, she will only accept respect as that is the only thing she gives, she’ll often tell somebody off for acting wrongly in a professional situation, or on the job. She’s a party pooper. Yet whenever she approaches victims of a crime, let it be the person that was assaulted; or somebody that witnessed a murder and has to be questioned, she shows a quiet empathy and understanding.
Normally in more casual settings, Miyu is of course more laid-back, like anybody would be! Yet, she still does hold how reserved she is normally whenever in professional settings, sometimes coming off as being cold. Her paranoia is a lot more visible in more casual situations, if its talking to a coworker, off-duty, talking to somebody she may know. She’s best described as somebody who was alone for far too long - away from the world, and came back shoved into social situations. Often struggling to keep conversations if they are more personal, or even considered small talk. She’d rather sit there with somebody very sociable, and listen to them for hours then say a word, that’s just how she’s comfortable. She’s more comfortable in her own silence, then in others. She’ll sit in a corner, even if unwatched; with her back straight, legs perfectly crossed like she’s been practicing it for years; and it’s been perfected for longer. Normally lingering in corners during more public and larger gatherings, quiet as a statue, often also lingering near the exits subconsciously.
What is their outlook on the idea of co-workers & teamwork?
She simply understands that teamwork is something needed, especially in the line of work she's trying to find herself in. She believes teamwork is survival, knowing most people who don’t enjoy support won’t survive properly in the Police Force, does she actively search for it? No, will she take it if its offered to her? Yes. She expects competence from her co-workers and professionalism, and when it matters most she will stand beside her co-workers as a helping hand without thinking about it.

Yet whenever she approaches victims of a crime, let it be the person that was assaulted; or somebody that witnessed a murder and has to be questioned, she shows a quiet empathy and understanding.
Normally in more casual settings, Miyu is of course more laid-back, like anybody would be! Yet, she still does hold how reserved she is normally whenever in professional settings, sometimes coming off as being cold. Her paranoia is a lot more visible in more casual situations, if its talking to a coworker, off-duty, talking to somebody she may know. She’s best described as somebody who was alone for far too long - away from the world, and came back shoved into social situations. Often struggling to keep conversations if they are more personal, or even considered small talk. She’d rather sit there with somebody very sociable, and listen to them for hours then say a word, that’s just how she’s comfortable. She’s more comfortable in her own silence, then in others. She’ll sit in a corner, even if unwatched; with her back straight, legs perfectly crossed like she’s been practicing it for years; and it’s been perfected for longer. Normally lingering in corners during more public and larger gatherings, quiet as a statue, often also lingering near the exits subconsciously.
What is their outlook on the idea of co-workers & teamwork?
She simply understands that teamwork is something needed, especially in the line of work she's trying to find herself in. She believes teamwork is survival, knowing most people who don’t enjoy support won’t survive properly in the Police Force, does she actively search for it? No, will she take it if its offered to her? Yes. She expects competence from her co-workers and professionalism, and when it matters most she will stand beside her co-workers as a helping hand without thinking about it.
What's your character's backstory?
Miyu Heddo was born on January 4th, 1981. Born into the Heddo family, especially during Heita’s reign came with many expectations, especially as the first daughter, yet from the first memory she can grasp onto, it was her elder brother Genkei taking care of her. Her father was too far out of sight, being pushed away by her mother, often pushed away onto trips for extended periods of time. So she grew up into the role she designed for herself, yet she held onto the expectations, perfect in posture and in speech, and practically everything else. She held herself on a higher pedestal than anybody else held her on, yet she carried the world on her shoulders as she moved herself forward.
Her highschool years often went uneventful, she was one of the people who were popular by name, but nobody actually knew her; she was always so far dug into her studies, she barely went out to hang out with people she ever considered friends. She was on student council as well, led it at some point during those years as she was.. ‘Expected’, she would often sit still in rooms; staring at walls offhandedly just because of all the pressure she thought she held on her shoulders, was much more than the realistic amount she had. Despite always being asked out during highschool, always seen as the girl that was unreachable, she never dated; too lost in her studies, and deeming dating while working on her own studies to be deemed as rebellious, why fall in love when you have the future in your hands? The way she ‘rebelled’, or deemed as such by herself, was constantly writing in secret journals, holding a fantasy of running away and falling in love.
During her ending years of highschool, she was with high functioning anxiety; constantly overthinking and spiraling, yet she continued working, to what extent even lead to insomnia. Yet, during her last year she met a man, Ono Yuuki. Ono was everything she wasn’t he was more freeing, loud and playful. She met him in hidden places, like rooftops; yet during this time, she felt her own mental pressure almost double; she felt as if she was doing something horrible for falling in love with a man so young, yet right around that time; he disappeared, it was rumoured he moved away, or he died in a car crash; neither were ever agreed upon or told to be true.
Ono’s disappearance led to her first collapse, where she chose to collapse over control, she cut her hair one night and became even more quieter, absorbed even more in her school work, which led to college. Which eventually led to her graduating top of her class, with a JD Degree, her eyes focusing on becoming a Lawyer, somewhere new and unseen to her. During her last year of college though, something happened. She allowed her college roommate to drag her out to a party, where at 25; she had her first drink, and ended up having a one night stand with a man. Somebody she didn’t quite know, or quite remember.
She kept the child, ended up naming her Kibou Heddo - Hope Head, she believed this new start, of having a child would bring some hope back in her life, while after her complete graduation, she adopted Mavros Heddo. She built her own little family, as a single mother built on her choice.
The years that followed felt too chaotic while she worked as a Lawyer, each day felt like it passed by way to quick or way to slow, each day was torture. Her little sister Totomi, passed away suddenly. She stood at the back of her funeral, not-uttering a word. This was one of the first things that made her shatter, and soon following with the passing of Deruta, despite not being somebody she was completely close with, at all; she still felt it, it only shuttered her down even more as she focused on her kids, control became something that was second nature with them, wanting to protect them more than she ever could by herself.
Nothing continued to happen for the next years, before she came to Izu Karakura, both of her kids now grown as she worked at the Shrine besides her sister, Randamu. She didn’t last there long before she felt lost in herself, and lost in her own religion. She left, and started traveling the world more on her own; she was out of Karakura for a short amount of time, before she was forced to return due to Neko Heddo’s passing..
At her little sisters funeral, her mother stepped forward;
“Are you happy now?”
“Free from my chains, dearest?”
Which was her own breaking point; after the funeral, she left Karakura for an extended period of time without a word. Not to her siblings, not to her own kids. Only returning to Karakura months later, completely changed. She lived by herself, somewhere off the grid while she regained her control, her hair dyed a stark black from her old natural blonde. Unnaturally pale, and with a new higher sense of paranoia from something that happened months later during October.
She drove herself seemingly insane while she was off the grid, constantly thinking she was being watched by something, was it human? She didn’t quite remember.

“Collect information till I am able to report them, the more information the better at putting the corrupted officer behind bars, we’ve had enough in this town, we truly don’t need more for the citizens to yell at us, saying its the whole force. I’d get notes and evidence on what they’re doing, until it is considered enough. Collect CCTV, maybe go undercover and collect witness statements if I am able to, anything will help put the person behind bars that was helping a criminal organization. I’d then get the Commissioner involved, and anybody else that may have information on it; or who also saw the corrupted officer in action.”

“Add bribery to their probable list of crimes. Leave it at that.”
