My activity is fairly high, and I do understand that it isn’t as high as it should be on my applying account, but upon acceptance, it will get boosted up as I actually have a reason to play on that account!

Let me get onto my actual activity, which is very high in general! Especially as the character I am applying for, as I have been on her constantly for about a year. This will obviously boost myself being online, I’ve honestly been told by people around me that I shouldn’t be online as much as I am, as basically if I am home and awake, I am online! My life at this time is pretty empty, because I don’t have a job, and I don’t do much stuff out of my own comfort zone! Even if I would rate my own activity, it would probably be a 8-7/10, as I do have school which does take up a decent part of my day!

What experiences do you have with roleplay?:

Having been on SRP for about five years now; I have a lot of experience within Roleplay! It goes back for a long time, as even before I was on SRP, I had RP experience, yet that is so old and I have changed so much since then!

One of the first ever factions I was in was EMS, and I do feel like instantly joining a bigger faction did develop how much I’ve changed and how I’ve changed while on SRP, instantly being pushed into a faction filled with different people, different characters, and even making myself a temporary home there during my time there. It was very much something I enjoyed! Yet that wasn't where my RP experience started, originally joining a family; and making myself some friends that made my experience better, and especially as a younger child on SRP, safer! Learned a lot from those people, RP-wise and they helped me form myself now.. but I'm getting off-track.

Over the years of me being on SRP, I've had so many different experiences, going from being a Governor, to being a criminal, I've been on both sides of the same coin numerous amounts of times, and I've had characters that lay on the rim of that coin. They all developed my own RP style, and how I RP now.

What is your motivation for applying?

My motivation for EMS? I have too much motivation!

One of the first factions I was ever in was EMS, and I feel like I took it for granted as back then I was still getting used to how SRP worked, and always still be; yet I was still fairly new and didn’t know what was happening, eventually being removed for inactivity because of a situation I found so embarrassing, I couldn't go back onto SRP for a whole month.. I was so young back then, so embarrassment still meant failure in my eyes. But now? I am here to do what I couldn't before! Make an actual family in a faction, especially with something that I have high interest in myself, OOCLY, something I plan to become once I'm able to, a Psychiatrist, helping people through their issues and helping them through anything that gets thrown at me. Taking care of people is something I enjoy, and I want a way for a like-minded character to be able to fulfil her dreams.

What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?
(This is to gauge at your current understanding of the faction prior to acceptance.)

Director	The hospital Director is the person that hires people, assigns what they do; they are there for the whole staff team if ever needed, in anyway possible. They exist to make sure the faction is doing what it means to be doing to help people out.
Paramedic	These are the Doctors that run about outside, they have a degree which is able to make themself go to the 'act-fast' situations, always being on hand if ever needed.
Clinical lead	These people work in every little bit of the faction, making sure each branch is doing what they are meant to be doing. Picture them as the mini-directors that have specialty! They do most if not all of the trainings for the newbies and are there to help whenever they can.
Clinical Supervisor	Clinical Lead and Supervisor are very similar, they are also going to be helping out in anyway they can with the mini branch they are basically second-in-command in.
Attending	These people have been around a for a while, and have already gone through their residency and senior residency, they are ready to face the world of medicals! Highest rank you can be without being a H-U.
Senior Resident	You are still being supervised, but not as bad.. You are in your last stretch of training, making sure you understand everything before even debating on becoming an Attending. You are trusted enough to do most things by yourself.
Resident	You are still there, learning; but you are no-longer just learning, you are able to take patients, and have a tiny bit more freedom! You are of course, still being supervised.
Trainee	Newbie. You're still so new, you may not even know where you are going! You're being trained and taken care of by anybody higher than you, and are HEAVILY supervised.
Psychiatrist	Psych's have a different type of medical degree than Doctors, they are still trained to take care of everybody, physically, yet its limited. Their specialty focuses on the mind, making sure people are mentally-sound, and there to offer a helping hand to anybody!
Doctor	They have a specific medical degree, focusing on their own specialty, but otherwise; they are there to help you physically, if you have a broken bone? These are the people you go to!

ACT I ; THE WOMAN BORN WITH BLOOD ON HER HANDS.

On a snowy April morning, a little girl was born; █████ Miyagawa. From the moment she was born, she was considered more of a Princess than of a little girl; a child, a baby, gifted with everything she ever wanted from her father and mother. She was spun around as a doll from the moment she could walk, she was the new face of the Miyagawa family; the one perfect doll of a child. Instantly cradled as if a gods child from her grandfather, spoiled was an understatement... Raised by her father and grandfather, barely by her mother; she was raised to be a child to tell lies, save the family, and let nobody know what would be one to happen inside the walls; what he did to them all, lie, show who you aren’t. Be the puppet if you have to, as long as nobody knows who you are, and hide your personality; these are just a few of the rules the Princess had to live off of.

While she slowly aged, she was gifted everything she wanted, one day while she was 6, her mother pulled her out of the dining room, where she was working on her skills, as any child would... Pulled to the side, outside, walking along the forest near their home;

“█████.. My dearest, █████ .. I need to give you something,” the woman with a stone-cold heart that melted around the girl, dark black hair and an eyepatch adorning her left eye as she crouched to meet her daughter's rather short height, before stretching a black eyepatch over her daughter's head, “My dear, this is who you are now; don’t let people see your other eye.. Show too much, and they’ll know too much.” The girl nodded as the woman of snow straightened herself out, walking around with her; on the forest line until it became night, which became a habit for the two of them for a few years.. Until something happened.

On her tenth birthday, she was gifted a notebook, one almost identical to her own mother's, which was of course given by her... On their normal walk, hand in hand, smiling and chatting, her mother turned, looking her in the eyes. “Dear.. you know why I gifted you that notebook, don’t you?” The girl shook her head, normally silent; like in any other situation, her doll-like persona shining through. “You write down... Everything that happens every day of your life... Do you understand me?” And that is what █████ did, and whenever she ran out of pages? She’d buy herself a new one, this was one of her small little secrets she had with her mother, something to keep her company; even with the dead.

Screaming shouts; the Miyagawa girl sneaks out of her room on her twelfth birthday to peek around the corner to the kitchen. The screaming and shouting coming from her grandfather and mother, a screaming match... It became normal for them as of late, for them to end up in fights that became bloodied. But this day was different; it was one about how to continue to raise the girl... Stalking, watching- a gunshot. Her mother was suddenly shot... And another- the day her mother died. Turning on his boot heel to go wake up the girl, instead met with a shaking and crying girl, picking her up suddenly to take her into his arms, to coo herself to comfort... “Your mother was a horrible woman, █████... I’m sorry you had to see her go like that, I didn’t want to..” Sniffling, and crying, stuffing her face into Hiroto’s shoulder, gently poking her eyepatch with a singular finger, “That’s why you wear that, my darling, you don’t want to end up showing too many emotions... You’ll end up in the same boat as her, my dear..”

ACT II ; HYSTERICS.

From the day her mother died, everything changed for her. She had a different purpose, doing everything she could to not end up in the same boat as her mother; a switch flipped in her head. She focused on changing herself, and instead of mourning, she put all of her efforts into her high school years and making sure to pass at the top of her classes; which ended with her being able to graduate a whole year early because of her focuses, with her grandfather's manipulation; she went to a military camp for two years..

That is where she learned the rules of her family, and they all solidified in her head, they stuck for years to come. She was the little soldier her grandfather wanted out of her; being gifted a heart pendant because of the love he had for her, many considered her his daughter more than any other in the family. During these years, her father gifted her the name of HYSTERIA, calling her that name during all meetings and any interactions they had with people outside of their tight-knit circle.

This is when her father got distant from her, which made her grandfather angered, causing Hiroto to say she cut ties with him and go back to being the little girl her father always wanted for a daughter... This was her first step in the mess she was born in, that was her acceptance to prove her loyalty, which is what she did from age 17 to when she turned 19. She was her father's little angel, being brought to church every Sunday, and the normal.. Until she met a Priest, who ruined her life, she went crying to her grandfather multiple times, but all he told her was to grow a pair, which she did; the Priest was then killed, and randomly, brutalized in his own church.. Then life continued as planned, relaying everything she knew to her grandfather... Which was when she was sent to Karakura, on her 20th birthday.

ACT III ; YOU DON’T KNOW WHO I AM?

Upon arriving in Karakura, she was given one point on what she needed to do; find people, the most powerful ones; and befriend them... Which, she was barely able to do, she befriended one person, maybe two if you count jealousy over a friend... This is where she used her manipulative magic that she had to her advantage, befriending a footballer; ██████ █████████, who she clung to, showing what she could do to help a person, giving advice, and he gave some back. She did her normal push and pull, pushing him away before clinging back onto him... Yet, she didn’t gain what she wanted; so she aborted her mission, pushed him away in any way possible, to take care of herself, and find others to cling onto, others to play with as a puppeteer. She was a devil in an Angel's disguise.

“I fooled them, they were so weak.”

“Karakura has such a weak mind... Now go for its throat.”

She followed the orders, as any angel would do; and went for the throat, went for somebody, something, she was the perfect figurine for his project...

Going for what many wouldn’t even try, something more frightening; █████ Shibusawa. Met him one day in the sewers, and met multiple situations to clinging onto him eventually, it went from her simple duty to fulfill a job to falling in love, head over heels even with his small amounts of abuse. They wanted each other's hand; ring fingers. They wanted each other's hearts, when she turned 23, it finally started, the comforts of finally having somebody for herself, somebody to hold; but it all fell apart eventually when she met a new person; a new one to fall in love with, █████ █████. Yet the CYCLE of life she fell in love with; never left.

ACT IV ; CRYING SOUNDS AN AWFUL LOT LIKE SCREAMING.

Life-threatening love, that’s what she soon became obsessed with; being able to be in love with somebody so much that she becomes obsessed, allowing herself to be as close as possible even with her own life in her hands... And that’s how a new being was born from █████, ██████ █████████; not yet married, yet not fully together; the missing of █████ drove her insane, so insane she had to cling to others, yet not look them directly in the eyes because of the fear of losing █████; █████ was the new █████, constantly wanting what she needed.

A simple affair became an escapade of want and need, wanting █████, and falling deeply in love with him over time. He was no longer the █████ replacement and was now his being in her world.

Upon joining a Yakuza to become closer to █████, even having the thought of being oath-bound partners in crime! Yet... Nothing ever ends happily for a Miyagawa, now does it?

Psychology.

“I mean.. You saw what I did in college, of course, I would choose something that lines up.”

“Oh.. why did I choose this..? Well, you grow up in my environment, you would want to know what causes everybody to act the way they do, you’d want to know what made you this way in specifics as well, wouldn’t you?”

After years of watching people and how they act, she started to question why they act, what makes them act in such a way! What makes somebodies personality change over the years, what makes somebody develop a mental disorder? The only answer to that question was of course taking college courses to try and figure it out, and what would make that even better? She wants to be able to help the people in anyway she can, the way she wasn't able to help herself before. She wants to be there for the public, in anyway she can, and offer a helping hand to people that were in her situation before. She wants to help people like her, and that is it.

Becoming the person that watches them all, with her medical speciality she chose Psychology.

Sadly no, unless you call watching her mother become a Psychiatrist..

SECTION 3: CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE

Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?

Description!

A 5’10 woman who doesn’t wear make-up that often, scars covering the side of her face, following onto her shoulder. It was small to say that this lady was covered in scars, a prosthesis that went on her left leg, shin, and bellow, causing a heavy limp. The left side of her body was almost completely unusable, sadly. Life didn’t treat her well, her arm and hand going basically unusable due to multiple stab-wounds that affected muscle and tendons..

Personality Description!

Ruthless. After a long time of making her way and being a people pleaser, constantly standing in the shadows of others lives; she finally uttered the words ‘fuck it’ and let go. She doesn’t fear anybody but herself and what she can do with her own hands, she doesn’t think before she does anything; that comes later. If anybody is in her way, they are met with aggression and her snake-like tongue. Even with STPD, and her always-changing personality, there is one characteristic that always stays, even within her own ‘dolls’ and the different names she gave herself throughout the years, she was always aggressive.

Now this doll? Maho? She was the one who would stand up for herself, and not let anybody get in her way, this was one that was different from them all; she had a bad personality trait. She is one that acts in any way she can to get a reaction out of people, even with disturbing wording; she wants to watch people squirm in their seats in distaste for what she says or does. Even when spitting words of insults and threats, she grins ear to ear awaiting what the other has to say; nobody is safe from her tactics of manipulation, not even herself. She doesn’t remember who she actually was anymore, constantly being told and growing up to change how she acted so nobody would expect what she did; he lost her sense of being alive, being a person.

She lost the one thing that actually made her a human; her unique personality. Always changing and never sticking to a story, to a name; to a face. She is one of the many people who think back on situations with a bitter taste in her mouth, always wondering what she could have done instead of doing what she did; always wanting the better situation, and even always feeling watched. She was truly a character that was all over the palace, you could never know what her next move was, or if it is the most predictable thing you had ever seen.

Perceived by others!

Simple answer; rude, mean, possibly a swear word!

Reality? She’s very serious, she takes everything beyond seriously, she’s been told to her face that she was rather frightening. Yet, that isn’t somebody she wants to be seen as anymore, she wants to be seen as a person that people can lean onto, find comfort in. Why wouldn’t she want to change her ways? She’s going into something completely new to her, she wants a change of heart, a change of life. Despite all of this, she’s very scattered! Most people don’t know exactly what she is doing next, or really anything. She’s been told by others that she is very inconsistent with anything she does. As I’ve been told that people simply want to coddle Maho, have her sit there and do nothing - let the poor woman breathe after they know more about her, they know her story. They understand why she acts how she does, and that they want to let her have her moments, yet I’ve also been told that when she becomes overly comfortable with people, she tends to attach herself to them. She just wants to be around them, with them, yet this does often make her be shoved away, and sometimes, if bad enough? She’ll go down into a small wirl-pool of overthinking..

How does your character act around the hospital?

Until she meets people? She’d exist in the corner, watching everybody, she’s not the type of person to instantly shove herself into situations with people she doesn’t know, she'd rather wait to get to know them all.

Once she gets to know people, especially her co-workers, she’d be interactive, social, she’d become a social butterfly! She’d be the one person to walk around the office and try her best to make everybody's day that she can, the stereo-typical office-attitude that is clearly different from her own; one she made to have around her co-workers and patients.

Does your character function better on their own or with others?

She HATES being around people, but the only way she is able to work better, function normally? Is with others. She doesn’t accept it, but having that support of others is what helps her the most! She’ll never accept that herself, but having the support of others is what drives her forward, why do you think she’s trying to become a Psychiatrist? She had the motivation of the people around her pushing her forward, pushing her to drive herself into a new career, something she is able to do on her own, something she is able to do and have fun, enjoyable.
