What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:
After being both a Highschool student and a College student for many months, I’ve been attracted to most teacher and professors’ ways of teaching us what they’re assigned for. I’ve been inspired by a lot of them while they were hosting classes, but I never thought of applying to become myself, until today. Why I’m applying today and not back then is because I still see a lot of great teachers in character and I wanted to see myself how it feels like to be in such an environment. I’d also like to add that I’m rather active so I can host classes, especially in the early hours where almost no one hosts any classes by that time. As for the misbehaving students, I’m a rather patient person, so I know that I can deal with them.
What are the teacher class logs and why are they important?:
Classroom logs are extremely important, since they have uses for a lot of things, such as keeping your classes history, keeping the names of misbehaving students. All of that can help in the class’s management. The class logs can also be shared to other teachers as well.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?:
Firstly, I’d have to ask one of the vice-principals about the field trip. I’d then tell them what it would be about and how it relates to the class’s subject and how it would be good educationally for the students. After that, I’d wait for their answer.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
Rule 1: No possession of anything consumable while in class.
Rule 2: No phones while in class. They should always be kept in the students’ pockets, until class is over.
Rule 3: Students mustn’t talk to other students in the classroom.
Rule 4: Every student shall remain to their seat, until class is done.
Rule 5: Students should always complete their homework once given and before the deadline.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have a lot of experience on SchoolRP, ever since mid 2018, though I quit it until early 2020. I have experienced CollegeRP for 9 months. I’ve also experienced TutorRP, but sadly lasted for only 2 days, due to me making a grave mistake, which then led me to a demotion.

Teacher Knowledge
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
Teachers in-character, as well as out-of-character are to benefit any amount of students with education and knowledge in the school. Without them, no one would learn anything if it weren’t for them. If they complete at least 15 classes a month, the teachers receive a paycheck of 450 thousand yen. However, they can get a bonus of 50 thousand yen, if they complete ten more classes during that month, but that can only happen twice per month.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
Teachers are important on the server for more than one reason. They can either be a role model or even an inspiration to some students, or they can be some sort of support to any student that requires help. Teachers are the ones who will help the students by preventing them from getting near failure and instead help them by getting closer and closer to success for their future. They also help the students overcome any obstacle and push their limits. Not only that but teachers are also able to form ideas and even share opinions about everything, that being their lives, society etc.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?:
The school runs the ‘Must have, Should have, Could have’ planning system.

Claude would be a white male standing at 6 foot and weighing at around 186lbs. He’d have messy dark brown hair, which would happen to be soft and somewhat fluffy. His eyes would have a shade similar to an emerald’s, yet slightly darker. He’d usually wear a black suit with, with a dark blue shirt inside and a black tie on top of the shirt. However, he also wears a dark purple tracksuit alongside some white trainers. Underneath his tracksuit, he’d also wear a white shirt in case the weather gets extremely cold. His tracksuit would sometimes be dirty due to him teaching on grass, but he’d make sure to clean it the soonest possible for the next day.
While on school grounds, Claude would appear to be a person who walks around with a smile on his face, spreading a positive vibe towards anyone he comes near to. He’d also make them feel comfortable to talk with him whenever they wish, whether it's a normal conversation or if it’s a question which regards his classes. During his classes he’d remain calm and supportive towards all of his students, but he wouldn’t hesitate to become strict if things get out of hand. As for his behaviour towards the rest of the teachers and other employees, he’d show a friendly attitude towards them, ready to offer them assistance whenever they’re in need while at work.
When he’s out of work, preferably weekdays, Claude would mostly be at home, thinking of entertaining ways to teach the students, in order for them to learn better and easier, without having much trouble with it. Apart from that, he’d also grab the opportunity to hang with his friends or even family in his free time. On weekends, Claude would try to spend his time with his friends and family as much as possibly, avoiding night-outs and drinking, in order to not have any trouble while in school after it.
Scenarios
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
I’d approach the crowd, asking all of them what happened and why it’s happening. After they’ve told me, I’d tell them kindly to stop doing it, so they don’t end up in bigger trouble. However, if they do not comply, I’d warn them to part ways before having to get another employee to help. If not, I’d try to contact one of the vice-principals and report the incident to them, so they can sort it out themselves.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
I’d raise my voice slightly, clapping my hands to get the students’ attention. I’d then kindly apologize to all of them for not making the lesson as satisfying as they expected, but I’d then promise them that if they pay attention to it, not only will the lesson be fun, but they’ll understand it with ease and with no questions once done. After that, I’d continue with the lesson’s topic but also try to make it a bit more enjoyable as promised to the students.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
Claude would enter the lounge with a gentle smile beaming from his face. Firstly, he’d greet his fellow co-workers, wishing them to have a good day. He’d then sit down with an apple on his hand, and he would attempt to converse with his fellow co-workers, trying to emit a positive vibe in the break room.

/me He would get the students to form a neat line, leaving some space between each other to avoid bumping whilst they stretched. He would tell them to keep their legs shoulder-width apart and stand tall. “To start off today’s session, you all need to do some stretching. Let’s start with 1 minute of jumping jacks. Remember to extend your arms and legs, aiming to touch your arms to your thighs when you bring them back down.”
/me would smile at the students in front of him, explaining to them that they will be playing Volleyball for most of the lesson. He would sort the students into groups, so that they would each take turns in playing, as he handed each group a ball to get started.
/me would grab a whiteboard marker, taking the lid off placing it on the back of the marker as he turned to the whiteboard. “Today we will be having a non-physical lesson, our topic is breathing exercises. Can someone tell me about any that they are already aware of?”
/me would demonstrate the circuit that he expected the students to complete. He started off at mat 1, showing them 5 pushups, moving onto mat 2 where he did some knee-high jogging, and finally onto mat 3 where he finished off with some arm circles.
Backstory
Claude was born in Greece on May 14th 1988. He was raised by two very warm-hearted and loving parents, as well as an older brother and a sister who was the same age as him, yet younger, for only 2 months. He spent 18 years in his home country, before taking a trip to Karakura, in order to visit his brother, who had already gotten there, but also lived there permanently.
His first days in Karakura were quite difficult for him, due to him not speaking the language of Japanese fluently and also not having as many friends. That changed however in only a matter of one month, where he learned the language fluently with the help of his teachers, as well as his brother’s.
While in highschool, Claude had a huge interest in trying out for the volleyball team, though he didn’t have enough self-esteem to try out for the team, but he kept on playing and getting better at it as much as he could. Some months later, after paying a lot of attention to his classes, as well as keeping his grades high, Claude wrote a letter to the College Dean, wishing to get accepted to College, which he did.
Some days later, after getting accepted to College, Claude had a lot of trouble with some subjects and sought help. Thankfully for him, he found the Tutoring Office, where he walked in and met a very polite and helpful Private Tutor, where he explained why he wanted his assistance. So after that, they had arranged a schedule for when to meet up, in order for Claude to get better at those subjects with the tutor's help. He really admired his work and loved the fact that he can help a lot of people get better at any lesson. Through many meetups with this tutor, he got to know him a bit better and found out that in his teenage years, he used to hang around at the beach playing volleyball with his friends most evenings. Volleyball was something that they had in common, and the passion for sports. He offered to train Claude in some physical training on weekends and some volleyball practice, teaching him some tricks of his own. Claude had always been interested in sports, and this just made him even more passionate about it. He decided that in the future he wanted to become a PE teacher, teaching kids about different sports, from different cultures too, perhaps those that aren’t that well known too, whilst also incorporating volleyball into one of his classes each week.
