Trivia

What subject are you applying to teach?:
Physical Education

What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:
Throughout my time of being in the server, I’ve been in many different roles, including teacher, but I unfortunately got removed from the faction only a few days later due to some mistakes and warnings I got within the faction. Even though it has now been over two years since this happened, I do understand what I did was wrong and strongly regret it because I missed out on an amazing experience that I may not be able to come back to if I make the same mistake over again.

Ever since getting removed, I reapplied for teacher and even applied for professor, but got denied for both roles. I’m re-applying once again to show that I can be a better faction member than I was prior and this is so I can genuinely experience being a teacher for more than just three days. I’m hoping to be accepted because this does genuinely feel like an amazing faction to be a part of, Nonetheless, a lot of the faculty look close and I’d love to be a part of the community. I genuinely want to fully and completely understand the teacher experience while meeting new people, and making new friends along the way.

Do you understand that you are applying for the teacher role of UT & If your application is accepted, you may have to undergo teacher training?:
I understand that if I’m accepted into the faction I may have to go through teacher training.

What are the teacher class logs and why are they important?:
The use of teacher class logs is to keep track of classes that each teacher has done throughout the entire month. These are used to ensure that teachers are keeping up with their monthly quota for classes and are also used to keep track of the teacher’s monthly pay. This system makes sure that the teachers are getting the right amount of money in their paychecks, as well as getting their monthly quota. This can also keep track of their activity in the case that there are open spots for promotion.

As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
Respect and treat others how you want to be treated, if this rule is broken, it can result in getting removed from the class, receiving a warning, or even a detention depending on the severity of the situation.

Phones should be turned off and put away during class, this means that they should be silenced and/or turned off while being put in a pocket, or your school bag, A result of breaking this rule can be getting removed from the class, and not being able to participate in the activity.

If you want to speak, raise your hand so others won’t get talked over or excluded from conversations. This rule also ties in with the respect and ‘treat others how you want to be treated’ rule. As a result of breaking this rule, you will be given a warning and may be removed from the class depending on the severity of the situation.

When leaving the classroom to go outside anywhere, make sure to leave your bags and other items in the classroom so you don’t lose anything while also making sure that you’re staying with the rest of the class so you won’t get left behind or lost, whether if it’s in the school or outside, you need to stay with the group. As a result of breaking this rule, you can be given a warning, removed from the class, or even a detention depending on the severity of the situation.

What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
From what I can remember, I’ve been a part of the roleplay community since I was introduced to it when I was at the age of either 8 or just turned 9. Although this was on other Minecraft servers, this doesn’t take away from any roleplay aspect, whether it’s from some cringy Apocalypse RP or Magic RP, roleplay is roleplay.

When I was around the age of 11 or 12, I was introduced to SchoolRP, but left after a week due to me knowing nothing about the server as a whole, nor did I know anyone within the server. After some years, I was brought back to the server a few months after turning 15 by a close friend of mine. He encouraged me to spend time on the server, make friends, and make characters I could do whatever I wanted with, which I genuinely enjoyed, making me stay for almost 3 years now.

Throughout my almost three years of playing SchoolRP, I’ve been in multiple factions, which include the Crime Faction, EMS, Reporter, Shrine, Shopkeeper, School Faction as a Caretaker and Teacher, Track Member, and hopefully more in the future. Even though I’ve been a teacher once before, I want to come back to the faction, spending more than just three days in the faction. (Let’s see if I can reach four days!!)

In detail, describe the ranking system of teachers:
- HD
↳ Meaning: Head of Department
↳ Description:
This is one of the roles that require a lot of responsibility, leadership, and communication skills. The person who takes on the role of Head of Department is the lead of this department where they have to take charge, lead, manage the staff in the department, and also help train. The Head of Department’s role is to help maintain a healthy and safe environment while making sure that everything will run smoothly each day that’s worked at the school. This role is given to workers who reach the requirements and who have worked hard for their spot within the faction.

- QT
↳ Meaning: Qualified Teacher
↳ Description:
This is a performance-based role that is earned by the workers who work hard and are usually workers who’ve been in the faction for a good long while. While NQT and QT are almost the same roles, QT is someone who’s been a teacher longer than NQT has been thus far.

- NQT
↳ Meaning: Newly Qualified Teacher
↳ Description:
This is also a performance-based role that’s earned by workers who reach their quota or above for multiple months in a row. Teachers who have this role are those who have gone above and beyond to reach their place in the faction, showing activity and strong motivation for their spot.

- UT
↳ Meaning: Unqualified Teacher
↳ Description:
Unqualified teachers are people who have just been accepted into the faction and need to go through a specific amount of training, show their true potential, and show their passion for teaching to rank up further for their spot as newly qualified teachers. Unqualified teachers are usually more likely to have a close eye on them since they’re new and are usually just learning how to be a teacher, or are watched to make sure they’re well-adjusted to their work setting.

Teacher Knowledge

Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.

Teachers In-Game
Teachers serve the purpose of giving the students classes, activities, roleplay, and the safety and comfort of students. In-game, the teachers are given their salary depending on their monthly quota and their rank. For Unqualified Teachers, their pay is ¥350,000 for completing 10 classes each month while Qualified Teachers will be paid ¥400,000 for completing 10 classes each month, this is their base pay. However, teachers are allowed to do extra classes where they’ll get an extra ¥50,000 every time they complete five classes over quota, which can reach them up to the maximum of ¥500,000 each month.

Teachers Out-Of-Game
Teachers OOCly have the purpose of teaching their students in a comfortable and safe learning environment. Depending on their age group, learning level, and class grade, students can learn anything between basic shapes and complex questions, once again depending on their level of learning. The difference between the salaries in-game and out-of-game is that in-game, the teacher’s pay will only depend on the number of classes that they’ve hosted that month, while out-of-game, the teachers are paid on an hourly salary that’s paid weekly. Where I’m from, teachers will usually make the payment between $18 and $23 an hour, or between the payments of $39,000 and $61,000 per year (rounded up).

Teaching Methods

Teaching methods and the use of the teacher’s free time both ICly and OOCly aren’t that much different in my opinion. Though, the teaching method used is different highly depends on the person teaching and what class they’re teaching. Some teachers use methods that are hands-on lessons where the students will be shown how to learn, using what’s around them or something that’s physically there and in front of them. Some lessons are more lecture-based where a teacher will tell students instructions, how to do whatever they’re teaching, ask for questions, and then allow the students to do anything on their own, answering questions as needed.

Use of Free Time
The use of their free time also depends from person to person, what their lifestyle is, their routine, family life, etc. Some teachers like to spend their free time making lesson plans, class activities, decorations, and overall just focusing all of their time on their job where they do anything that’s needed to catch up. Unlike those teachers, other teachers may want to hang out with their friends, family, or co-workers to go out, party, or even just have a nice meal, as well as relax when they can because teaching takes a lot out of a person since they have to deal with a lot of younger age-groups while teaching hundreds of kids each day.

Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
In SchoolRP, the teachers play an important role, which is to keep the students healthy, active, safe, and comfortable during school hours and on school grounds. Without the teacher roles, there’s no School Roleplay within the server since there won’t be classes, activities, etc. during school because nothing’s going on class-wise. The importance of teachers within SchoolRP is very high because both ICly and OOCly, from my knowledge and experience, people learn new skills, facts, and more. Even though a lot of the important aspects of teachers are in character, there’s a large amount of the community who appreciate and love the teachers out of character.

What lesson planning system does the school work on?:
The planning system works on the MoSCo Method (Must have, could have, should have)

Character Knowledge

Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs. How do they look like? What makes them unique and different? What is their outlook on Students? What about the other teachers? What is their personality like? What are their plan for the future?

Looks and Personality
Klara is a 5’7 Czech female who wears only golden jewelry that includes gold bangles, ear piercings, and other golden accessories. Klara also seems to only wear gold, red, blue, and purple colors, any other color is rare for her to wear unless it’s close to any of her main colors. Other than anything else, the only scar she has is a scar across her face which looks like some sort of burn scar.

Except for her looks, Klara is a caring and sweet person who will go out of her way or stop what she’s doing to help or spend time with a loved one. Whether she’s off or on the job, Klara won’t stop at anything to make the space she’s in safe, comfortable, and a genuinely good and happy place where people can say what they want without the fear of being judged or scolded. No matter who it is and what their past may be, Klara never fails to love them and their flaws as many people can confirm that Klara has never disliked or hated a single person. Growing up, Klara was a very good, respectful, and helpful kid. It was almost like everything she did was amazing or helpful in some kind of way, and this never left her as she began to grow up and become a woman. As a student and a daughter, she was a very hard-working person, nothing could stop her from reaching her goal that she was working so hard to work towards, and becoming a teacher was one of her life goals.

Outlook on Students and Co-Workers
For both his students and co-workers, Klara has a positive outlook, hoping to impact their lives forever in the best way she could do so. Whether or not she’s their teacher, friend, family member, or co-worker, she wants to keep them happy, healthy, and comfortable. If her co-workers or students aren’t well, she’ll do everything in her power to support them through everything and anything that she can help them with.

Plans for the Future
Though she doesn’t have many plans for the future, Klara wants to continue being a teacher until she’s forced to retire from something she’s always dreamed of doing her entire life. While she’s teaching, Klara plans to try to create a family, hopefully marrying a wonderful man or woman who will love her unconditionally and they will do everything and anything together any time of the day when they have their time off. Klara hopes to have kids in the future, but not too many, maybe one or two at most, she just wants a family to love as her own while she spends the rest of her life in Karakura, knowing that she’s going to stay here her entire life. However, once she’s done with teaching permanently, she wants to stay in Karakura until her last day on earth while she keeps her family and friends close, never wanting to leave them behind again.

Scenarios

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:

First, the students will be asked to knock off the rude behavior and be given a warning for it. However, if this doesn’t work, detention will be threatened to those who are participating in the act. Anything after that, the students will be given a detention slip for an after-school detention.

No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
First, something will be used to try and grab their attention, such as a simple clap of the hands or a verbal attention grabber where the teacher says something and the students respond to it. After, a warning will be given to the students who continue to not listen, and anything after that will result in a kick from the classroom.

When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
Klara will usually bring up how everyone’s days are going, and if not, she’ll try to bring up family friends, what everyone’s planning to do for the week, etc. As Klara is a very social person, she likes to strike up a lot of conversations, ones that feel like they’re going to last for hours on end just because she asks more and more questions she decides to speak and be more into the conversation. Even though it may feel like a lot at first, most people usually learn how to deal with it, and maybe even enjoy it!

Provide at least 4 detailed /me's of your character inside a classroom:

/me
looked around the class with a warm smile on her face, clapping her hands two times to get everybody’s attention and eyes on her in the room. “Alright guys, we’re going to be heading out of the classroom to play some dodgeball, leave your items in here and follow me!” Klara placed her phone away and walked to the doors, waiting for everyone to follow along.

/me raised her hand in the air, giving a small wave to the crowd of students in the room to get their attention back. “Hey! Remember to try and pay attention when I’m talking, you may talk and hang out after I’m done.” She offered a warm smile to the students before continuing with the lesson.

/me stood off to the side of the court, crossing her arms over her chest as a bright smile formed on her lips, watching the students play the game. Eventually, she shoved her hands into her pockets and hummed a tune, making sure everything was running smoothly.

/me sat down at her desk, leaned back into the chair, and watched the students talk amongst themselves, allowing them to enjoy the rest of their free time in class. However, she sat back up as soon as she realized that she needed to continue planning the future classes she was going to host soon,

Backstory
The Beginning
Klara Kulik was born into a Czech family in the town of Kromeriz, and born in the Czech Republic. Though, before Klara was even born, her father had passed due to an unknown cause, still unknown to this day. Luckily, her mother, Irena Valenta, found a Polish male who was on vacation in Kromeriz by the name of Marcin Kulik. Once she was three years old, Klara and her mother moved to Rzeszow, a city in Poland where her stepfather lived, even before he met her mother. Even though moving wasn’t that big of a deal to Klara or her mother, living in Poland would be more concerning than anything else for the two girls, though they had yet to figure it out.

Growing Up at Home
Now in Poland at the age of three, Klara had to learn how to adapt to a new lifestyle with her mother and her now stepfather, Marcin. While Klara grew up, she slowly began to get used to life with her family, her mother, stepfather, and stepbrothers from a previous marriage her stepfather was in. Fortunately for Klara, she and her new family got along nicely, but her brothers were very overprotective of her, which meant that she wasn’t allowed to go out alone with people she and her brothers didn’t know well. In her case, she was very lucky to have two older brothers who protected her as if she were royalty, these two brothers, Antonio and Edward, would drop anything and everything if their sister was in any sort of danger or in an uncomfortable situation, the two of them were just a yell, text, or even a call away. These sorts of ‘rules’ were also in place when the three of them were in school, they were only a year apart, so there wasn’t much to worry about.
\
Klara and her family were the kind of family you’d see on TV shows, always close and nice to one another, nobody argued with one another, and if it was, something was always a friendly debate. Nothing could separate the family, it was as if they were all joined at the hip, never leaving each other’s sides, even if they were in the worst situations of their lives. Even though she had spent a lot of time with her family, Klara also spent loads of time in her room, studying, writing stories, drawing, reading, and doing anything she wanted that she wanted to do to enjoy herself in the meantime. She enjoyed being out with people, it’s what she always was like while she was a kid, but she also enjoyed being alone in her room doing what she wanted when nobody else was around, though she was usually accompanied by her music. Music is something she can’t live without, Klara seems to always have earbuds in while she participates in activities, leaving one earbud in to listen to music but still keeping her attention on who she’s with.

School Life
While in school, Klara made many friends, including her two best friends, Kuba Bednarek, and Ada Rudnicki. Klara ended up meeting Kuba and Ada in their primary school while they were all around the age of seven years old, up until they all graduated at the age of 18. Though during the years Klara was going to school, she never hated it, she loved going to school to see people she knew, her friends, and her teachers. Klara was the top student in almost all of her classes, but her favorites were writing, art, music, and physical education classes, she could never get enough of them.

Throughout her school days, she would spend any breaks to spend her time reading, writing, or even working out. When she reached ninth grade, Klara ended up trying out for the soccer team and getting on the team with no questions asked. Once Klara was on the team, she became more popular within the school and ended up making new friends along the way. Eventually, people came up to her and asked her for tips and private meetings where she’d help people get better at soccer, which ended up working almost every single time. Soon enough, the passion for being a teacher slowly came into Klara’s mind, which she brought up to her parents who supported her throughout her journey.

Once Klara had graduated and went right into university through a scholarship, spending the next four years, gaining her bachelor’s degree with the current majors and minors she holds. Throughout her time in College, she was once again on the soccer team, continuing to teach people how to play and become better at the game. Although she didn’t have many of the same friends as she had in her last school she managed to make more friends who became closer to her than all of the others, except for Kuba and Ada of course.

Final Decision
Once Klara was home from College, she started to search for jobs in her area where she could teach students who were between the ages of 14 and 18. After a while, she found a job and stuck to teaching for five years, teaching students Physical Education through the anatomy of the body, as well as having them play games, and do other physical activities. Though she didn’t want to stay home anymore, she truly wanted to travel, so she took a few months off to travel around the world, traveling to other European countries, America, and even Japan, which is the place that she seemed to love the most.

While staying in Japan, Klara traveled to other cities and towns, looking around while visiting restaurants, shops, and other areas for tourists to go to. Eventually, Klara stumbled upon Karakura, Japan, and noticed that they had an interesting way of living there. Let alone their lifestyle, they had a high school and college where they seemed to be looking for new teachers to hire. Without skipping a beat, Klara took the next flight home and told her family all about it, expressing how much she wanted to work there. Luckily for her, she was self-taught in the Japanese language ever since she was little, truly invested in how they lived, how their culture was, and most importantly, their language.

After her parents and her brothers realized how much she wanted to teach in Japan, they all put together money, working very hard for her, just to get her to Japan, making sure she would have enough to survive just a few months there before she managed to get the job. After just a month of working, Klara and her family made enough for her flight back to Japan, where she was given heartfelt goodbyes, hugs, and some goodies to enjoy once she got to her destination.

Current Life
Now in Japan, Klara has yet to find a small living space where she’d be temporarily living in until she knows she can find the job, making the money last for a couple of more months if she used it correctly. Once she unpacked and settled in completely, Klara immediately started searching for the application online, filling it out as quickly and as thoroughly as she could in the short amount of time that she gave herself to ‘relax’ while she wrote. After the application was filled out, she had no idea what to do, her only plan before moving completely was to fill out an application and receive a job if she could.

A few days passed and Klara realized that she couldn’t live off of the goodies her family gave her, so she ended up going shopping but met a woman named Akari on the way. The two of them conversed, exchanged names, and planned to up to the shrine where they would spend her night together, meeting others who were also there. But now that Klara has made a single friend, she’s more confident in her place in Karakura, where she sits and waits, hoping to be a part of the Karakura High School Staff team so she can reach her life goal to live in Karakura while being the best person and teacher she could be.
